No full textวิทยานิพนธ์ (วท.ม.(ชีววิทยาประยุกต์))--มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์, 2557เดลตาเมทริน เป็นสารเคมีกำจัดศัตรูพืชและแมลงในกลุ่มไพรีทรอยด์ มีความเป็นพิษสูงต่อสิ่งมีชีวิตในแหล่งน้ำ รวมทั้งตัวอ่อนของริ้นน้ำจืดที่เรียกว่าหนอนแดง (Chironomus sp.) ซึ่งเป็นสัตว์ไม่มีกระดูกสันหลังหน้าดินและเหมาะสมที่จะนำมาทดสอบความเป็นพิษ การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อทดสอบความเป็นพิษเฉียบพลันและพิษกึ่งเรื้อรังของสารไพรีทรอยด์สังเคราะห์ 2 ชนิด คือ เดลตาเมทรินและเดตาวอส ในสภาวะที่มีน้ำเพียงอย่างเดียวและสภาวะที่มีทั้งน้ำและตะกอนดิน ผลการทดสอบความเป็นพิษเฉียบพลัน ให้ค่า LC50 ที่ 48 ชั่วโมง ของเดลตาเมทรินและเดตาวอสในสภาวะที่มีน้ำเพียงอย่างเดียว (3.19, 13.74 ไมโครกรัมต่อลิตร) และสภาวะที่มีทั้งน้ำและตะกอนดิน (16.38 และ 36.86 ไมโครกรัมต่อลิตร) ตามลำดับ ผลการทดสอบความเป็นพิษกึ่งเรื้อรังของ เดลตาเมทรินและเดตาวอสต่อการเจริญเติบโตและการพัฒนาเป็นตัวเต็มวัยของหนอนแดง ไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p>0.05) ในขณะที่ผลต่อความผิดปกติของรยางค์ปากเมื่อสัมผัสสารในระยะเวลา 10 วัน ทั้งในสภาวะที่มีน้ำและน้ำกับตะกอนดิน พบความผิดปกติของ mentum มากขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญเทียบกับกลุ่มควบคุม ซึ่งเมื่อนับความถี่ของชนิดความผิดปกติใน mentum พบว่าชนิด split teeth และ missing teeth สูงขึ้น เมื่อความเข้มข้นเพิ่มขึ้น (p0.05) compared to those of the control. However, the mouthpart, mentum and type of mentum deformity i.e. split teeth and missing teeth significantly increased (p<0.05) with increasing dose in both chemicals and conditions of toxicity test. Although, the pecten epipharyngis deformity showed statistically increased (p<0.05) only in water/sediment partition of Deltamethrin and Detavos® concentration. Moreover, the in situ exposure revealed the mentum deformity significantly incresed compared to those of reference site. It can be concluded that the incidence of mentum deformities may better reflect the potential toxicity of water and sediment than other endpoint for both laboratory and In situ exposure
