No full textวิทยานิพนธ์ (ศษ.ม.(สาขาวิชาหลักสูตรและการสอน))--มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์, 2558การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาผลของการใช้เกมและการสอนแบบวัฏจักร การเรียนรู้ 5 ขั้น (5Es) ประกอบการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมที่มีต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ และเจตคติในด้านพหุวัฒนธรรม ของนักเรียน จากการเรียนเรื่องระบบร่างกายมนุษย์ ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 กลุ่มเป้าหมายเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนบ้านทุ่งเกราะ อำเภอท่าศาลา จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการเลือกกลุ่มที่ศึกษาแบบเจาะจง จัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้เกมประกอบการเรียนการสอนในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม และใช้เวลาในการจัดการเรียนรู้ 18 ชั่วโมง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย เกมที่ใช้ประกอบการเรียนการสอนในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบวัฎจักรการเรียนรู้ 5 ขั้น (5Es) แบบทดสอบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนวิชาวิทยาศาสตร์ แบบทดสอบทักษะกระบวนการ ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ แบบวัดเจตคติในด้านพหุวัฒนธรรมของนักเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนหลังจากการเรียนเรื่องระบบร่างกายมนุษย์โดยใช้เกมและการสอนแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5 ขั้น (5Es) ประกอบการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 2. ทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ของนักเรียนหลังการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้เกมและการสอนแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5 ขั้น (5Es) ประกอบการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรมในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 3. เจตคติในด้านพหุวัฒนธรรมของนักเรียนหลังจากการเรียนเรื่องระบบร่างกายมนุษย์โดยใช้เกมและการสอนแบบวัฏจักรการเรียนรู้ 5 ขั้น (5Es) ประกอบการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ในสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม สูงกว่า ก่อนการจัดการเรียนรู้และจัดอยู่ในระดับมาก This research aims to study the effect of using games and 5Es cycle model for teaching science in a multicultural society, toward achievement, science process skills and multicultural attitudes of the human body system. The target group was 30 students from 8th Grade in second semester of academic year 2013 at BanTungkroa School, Thasala, Nakhon Si Thammarat which were derived the specific target group, taught by the instructional games in multicultural society for 18 hours. The research instruments were the instructional games in multicultural society, lesson plans based on 5Es learning cycle teaching, science achievement test, science process skills test, and the multicultural attitude test. Analyzed by mean, standard deviation and t-test. The results showed that 1. The achievement of students after learning “The Human Body System” by using the instructional games and 5Es learning cycle teaching in multicultural society was over 70 percent threshold. The statistical significance level of 0.05. 2. Science process skills of students after learning with the instructional games and 5Es learning cycle teaching in multicultural society were over 70 percent threshold. The statistical significance level of 0.05. 3. The multicultural attitude of the students after learning by using the instructional games and 5Es learning cycle teaching in multicultural society was higher than early learning at the high level
