Gen Z Onboarding Experiences and Career Intentions
The purpose of this study was to investigate Gen Z perception of the onboarding experience
and if the effective onboarding can positively influence affective organizational commitment,
work engagement and their intention to pursue career in the hospitality industry. Due to
hospitality’s reputation as unattractive career option for young talent, the matter of retaining
young and educated talent is becoming highly important. This study is based on data collected
from Gen Z members (1996-2010) who already have work experience in the hospitality
industry. The most significant findings suggest that the three mentioned variables; affective
organizational commitment, work engagement and career intention are in positive correlation
with effective onboarding experience. This study can be used by hospitality employers, HR
professional and educational organizations with the purpose of understanding younger
generations and the importance of onboarding experience

Strategy predictions with Systemic Constellations Work – pilot study
Integrating intuition and analytics is a current hot topic in organizational research. This
research project focused on using Systemic Constellations Work (SCW) as an exploratory
intuitive method combined with business analytics in order to assess the strategic business
options for an event management company. It was conducted by doing an SCW session
involving the business owner accompanied with subsequent interviews. The results are
promising, since the client was able to identify the most favorable option and thus gain
confidence and clarity in strategic decision-making. Considering that this was only a pilot in
a longer longitudinal investigation, it remains to be seen whether the client’s level of
happiness will be maintained over the long term

Albania, the Future Destination of Medical Tourism in the Balkan Region.
Have you ever wondered about doing medical tourism? Medical tourism has become a trend during the last decade for western citizens who take care of their health. Some of the services that people are looking for are plastic surgery, artificial fertilization, obesity treatment, dental surgery, etc. Customers who mostly prefer this type of service are from Italy, Sweden, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Italy, Canada, Germany, and America. Medical tourism helps the economies of the countries that see it as a destination to gather patients from all around the world. But, why is this transforming into a trend? Is this because of attractive locations, new experiences, or maybe lower cost? On the other side, what are the advantages of the Balkan countries to attract those customers in recent years? All these questions bring one thing to my mind: what is the potential of Albania in delivering high quality medical tourism at an affordable cost? Can Albania consider itself as a competitive destination? The future of medical tourism is considered to be as one of the most promising one. The need of patients applying it is rising day by da
Addressing Virtual Team Dynamics
Application of virtual teams among corporations has been on the rise for the past few years. The focus of this study is on virtual team dynamics due to its cost-effectiveness, and highly competent workforce. Virtual teams face various challenges that limit their performance, and because of that, this study deals with qualitative analysis that virtual teams can’t perform effectively without six factors known as trust, team cohesion, communication effectiveness, satisfaction, conflict, and leadership. Moreover, maintaining a virtual team’s dynamic is more challenging compared to the traditional face-to-face one. Outstanding results confirmed all the hypotheses, promising a stable future for the virtual team application. This study aims to help corporations understand how to effectively conduct and maintain virtual teams, but also serves as a stimulant for anyone else involved or about to be involved in such a line of work

Medieval Festival Dubrovnik
Heritage tourism is becoming more and more in demand for the tourists who are expecting a more authentic experience in their destination. Dubrovnik’s rich cultural and historical heritage makes it a viable location for the implementation of a medieval festival. A medieval festival in Dubrovnik would thus provide benefits to both tourists and hosts. The issues with organizing any kind of a manifestation are related to audience engagement and stakeholders’ cost/benefits. A viability research has been undertaken in order to determine which format and content would be the most well received. This research includes the comparative analysis of existing medieval festivals, an interview with a travel expert, and a survey taken on 195 participants. The research shows that the participants prefer arts and crafts among the options presented in addition to participating in a medieval feast, which has confirmed the initial suppositions. These initial suppositions were based on the historical aspect of Dubrovnik, the impact of the filming of Game of Thrones on the city of Dubrovnik, and analysis of how the implementation of creative tourism in a context of a medieval festival while enhancing the importance of heritage tourism. Based on this information, further analysis has shown that there is room for this festival. private accommodation in Dubrovnik. A questionnaire was distributed to 50 private
accommodation owners in Dubrovnik and its area. The questionnaire measured whether they are
familiar with the ‘smart home technology’ and how likely it is that they would integrate the
system or some components into their private property. Results slightly confirmed and supported
the hypothesis (‘’The owners of private accommodation in Dubrovnik are familiar with the
‘smart home technology’, but due to the high costs of implementing this system and because of
