No full textU radu je prikazano što se u današnje vrijeme događa s hranom i koliko se ona ustvari udaljila od prirode. Kako se hrana sve više prilagođava ubrzanom načinu života, proizvod postaje sve osiromašeniji. Zbog toga dolazi do sve većeg broja alergija, netolerancija na određene namirnice od kojih je pšenica na prvom mjestu. Gluten je prirodni sastojak pšenice, raži i ječma. Poremećaji koje izaziva gluten dijele se u tri osnovne skupine: autoimuni poremećaji ili celijakija, alergijski poremećaji odnosno alergija na pšenicu, te ne-alergijski, vjerojatno imunološki posredovani oblik, te preosjetljivost na gluten. Zbog sve češćih zdravstvenih problema i netolerancije na namirnice danas su sve više u porastu bezglutenske dijete. Bezglutenska dijeta je teška dijeta, ali je vrijedna jer će se osoba osjećati neopisivo bolje. Pridržavanjem bezglutenske prehrane može dovesti do oporavka sluznice i na taj način spriječiti dugoročne komplikacije. U radu su navedene žitarice koje ne sadrže gluten i koje mogu biti vrlo kvalitetna zamjena za pšenicu. Za primjer smo naveli rižu, kukuruz, proso, amarant, kvinoju i heljdu. Hrvatsko društvo za celijakiju okuplja osobe svih dobnih i spolnih skupina kojima je dijagnosticirana celijakija ili druga bolest ili stanje organizma koje zahtijeva bezglutensku prehranu te stručnjake koji im mogu pomoći u što kvalitetnijem životu.The paper shows what is happening to food nowadays and how far it has actually moved away from nature. As food adapts more and more to the accelerated lifestyle, the product becomes increasingly impoverished. Due to that, there is an increasing number of allergies, intolerance to certain foods, of which wheat is in the first place. Gluten is a natural ingredient in wheat, rye and barley. Disorders caused by gluten are divided into three basic groups: autoimmune disorders or celiac disease, allergic disorders or wheat allergy, and non-allergic, probably immune-mediated form, and gluten hypersensitivity. Due to increasing health problems and food intolerance, gluten-free diets are on the rise today. A gluten-free diet is a difficult diet, but it is valuable because a person will feel indescribably better. Adherence to a gluten-free diet can lead to mucosal recovery and thus prevent long-term complications. The paper lists cereals that do not contain gluten and that can be a very good substitute for wheat. Examples are rice, corn, millet, amaranth, quinoa and buckwheat. The Croatian Society for Celiac Disease brings together people of all ages and genders who have been diagnosed with celiac disease or another disease or condition that requires a gluten-free diet, as well as experts who can help them live a better life

Kako bi poduzetništvo bilo što uspješnije, a samim time i gospodarstvo, poduzetnici se svojim angažmanom, aktivnostima i ponašanjem uključuju u različite poslovne pothvate, izlažu rizicima i neizvjesnostima, a sve u cilju ostvarivanja poduzetničke nagrade iskazane profitom.
Analizom dva poduzeća, ispunio se postavljeni cilj ovog rada kojim se kroz izvještaje poslovanja svakog od njih dokazala uspješnost i ekonomičnost.The final work includes the company, its economy and entrepreneurship as the carrier of the economy of each country and the entrepreneur who organizes, manages, supervises and implements it with his activities. In order for entrepreneurship to be as successful as possible, and thus the economy, entrepreneurs engage in various business ventures, expose themselves to risks and uncertainties, all with the aim of achieving a profitable entrepreneurial reward.
By analyzing the two types of companies, the set goal of this paper was fulfilled, which proved the success and economy through the business reports of each of them

The paper is supported by statistical facts and pictures and extensively presents the opinions of respondents through two surveys on communication in marketing and communication in tourism. The aim of this paper is to explore how it is possible to improve the field of communication in tourism and marketing and potentially offer caterers suggestions that could improve business and guest satisfaction.Rad se sastoji od tri temljna dijela kojima je cilj predstaviti teoriju turizma, ugostiteljstva i komunikacije te isprepletanje ovih tema u svakodnevnoj praksi. Rad se osvrće na pojavu multikulturalizma te definira utjecaj multikulturalizma na radno okruženje i komunikaciju unutar radnog okruženja. Rad je potkrijepljen statističkim činjenicama i slikama te opširno predstavlja razmišljanje ispitanika kroz dvije ankete o komunikaciji u marketingu te komunikaciji u turizmu. Cilj rada je istražiti na koji je način moguće unaprijediti polje komunikacije u turizmu i marketingu te potencijalno ponuditi ugostiteljima prijedloge pomoću kojih bi mogli unaprijediti poslovanje te zadovoljstvo gostiju

No full textU radu je obrađena problematika kočenja i sustava kočenja sa fokusom na regenerativno kočenje. Kroz rad je uz pomoć dostupne literature kao i drugih relevantnih izvora obrazložena sama tema. Što se tiče kočenja i njegovog sustava on predstavlja jedan od najosnovnijih čimbenika sigurnosti u prometu. Kočenje se ostvaruje kada vozač rukom ili nogom djeluje na naredbu. Aktiviranje kočnog sustava stvara trenje između pomičnih i nepomičnih elemenata kočnice. Uslijed toga, kinetička energija vozila pretvara se u toplinsku energiju koja se oslobađa zbog radne sile trenja fiksnih i pokretnih elemenata izvrsnog kočnog mehanizma. Postignuti kočni moment ovisi o uključenom trenutku prianjanja između gume i tla. Kroz rad je dan pregled i važnost regenerativnog kočenja za današnje prometovanje.The paper deals with the problem of braking and braking systems with a focus on regenerative braking. Through the paper, with the help of available literature and other relevant sources, the topic itself is explained. As for braking and its system, it is one of the most dreamy factors of traffic safety. Braking is achieved when the driver acts on the command with his hand or foot. Activation of the brake system creates friction between the movable and immovable brake elements. As a result, the kinetic energy of the vehicle is converted into thermal energy which is released due to the working friction force of the fixed and moving elements of the excellent braking mechanism. The achieved braking torque depends on the engagement moment involved between the tire and the ground. The paper provides an overview of the importance of regenerative braking for today's traffic

No full textFinancijski i ne financijski pokazatelji poslovanja služe za uspostavu ravnoteže profita, rasta, kontrole, rezultata poslovanja u kratkom roku, prilika i prijetnji te da motiviraju ljudske potencijale. Analiza financijskih izvještaja može se opisati kao proces primjene različitih analitičkih alata i tehnika kojima se podaci iz financijskih izvještaja pretvaraju u korisne informacije koje koriste upravljačke funkcije. Financijsko upravljanje mora provoditi financijsku analizu kako bi napravili planove za budućnost na temelju rezultata ostvarenih u prethodnim razdobljima. Temeljni financijski izvještaji su bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka, izvještaj o novčanom tijeku, izvještaj o promjeni glavnice, te bilješke uz financijske izvještaje. Cilj rada je ukazati na važnost iskazivanja uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća financijskim i ne financijskim pokazateljima te ukazati na nužnost njihove primjene za potrebe iskazivanja uspješnosti poslovanja poduzeća u budućnosti. Na temelju poduzeća Kraš d.d. napravljena je analiza financijskih izvještaja putem financijskih pokazatelja, te analiza ne financijskih pokazatelja.Financial and non-financial indicators serve to balance profits, growth, control, short-term business results, opportunities and threats and to motivate human resources. The financial statements analysis can be described as a process of applying various analytical tools and techniques that convert data from financial statements into useful information used by management functions. Financial management has to conduct a financial analysis in order to make plans for the future based on the results achieved in previous periods. Basic financial statements are balance sheet, profit and loss statement, statement of cash flow, statement of changes in equity, and notes to financial statements. The aim of the work is to point out the importance of expressing the success of the company through financial and non-financial indicators and to indicate the necessity of applying them for the purpose of showing the performance of the company's business in the future. Based on company Kraš D.D. was made an analysis of financial statements through financial indicators and analysis of non-financial indicators

No full textMicrosoft Teams je platforma prvotno osmišljena u svrhu olakšavanja poslovne komunikacije, ali kasnije, uvođenjem novih značajki prilagođena je za korištenje u obrazovnim ustanovama. Glavna obilježja platforme Microsoft Teams jesu razgovori, video sastanci i pohrana datoteka. Osnovna prednost platforme je u tome što je njezino korištenje moguće bez pohranjivanja na osobno računalo. Budući da se nalazi u oblaku, može joj se pristupiti s bilo kojeg uređaja, s bilo kojeg mjesta i u bilo koje vrijeme. Najveći konkurenti Microsoft Teams-a su Slack i Google Meet. Teams je napredniji u stvaranju timova i kanala, omogućuje integraciju s više od 500 aplikacija, dok Slack sa samo 10 aplikacija u okviru besplatnog plana. S druge strane prednost Slack-a je u podržavanju usluga poziva i video poziva drugih proizvođača. Google Meet je fokusiran na video sastanke, integraciju nudi najprije za svoje alate pa potom za ostale, za razliku od Teams-a koji je usmjeren na razgovore. U okolnostima globalne pandemije COVID – 19 Teams je uvelike pripomogao poslovnom svijetu i nesmetanom odvijanju nastave u sustavu obrazovanja. Upravo u ovim situacijama prepoznaje se vrijednost platforme kao što je Microsoft Teams.Microsoft Teams was a platform originally designed to facilitate business communication, but later, with the introduction of new features, it was adapted for use in educational institutions. The main features of the Microsoft Teams platform are chats, video meetings and file storage. The main advantage of the platform is that its use is possible without the use of storage on user’s device. It can be accessed from any device with connection to the Internet, and from anywhere, because it is located on the cloud. The biggest competitors of Microsoft Teams are Slack and Google Meet. Teams is more advanced in creating teams and channels, allowing integration with more than 500 applications, while Slack with only 10 applications on a free plan. Slack, on the other hand, has the advantage of supporting third-party call and video calling services. Google Meet is focused on video meetings, offering integration first for its tools and then for others, unlike Teams, which is focused on conversations. In the circumstances of the global pandemic, the COVID - 19 Teams has greatly contributed to the business world and the smooth running of teaching in the education system. The value of a platform such as Microsoft Teams is recognized in these situations

Ovaj završni rad prikazuje funkciju kadroviranja u poduzeću u teoriji i na primjeru poduzeća Kraš d.d. Dobrim kadroviranjem Kraš d.d je postigao zavidne poslovne uspjehe što dokazuju sve veća dobit iz godine u godinu. Osim financijske dobiti iz godine u godinu bilježi i porast broja zaposlenih te smanjenje broja teških ozljeda na radu, što nam mnogo govori o brizi za radnike i zaštiti na radu unutar poduzeća. Kraš akademija je program koji uvodi u posao nove radnike te obrazuje postojeće za bolje radno mjesto na koje su se prijavili. Može se reći da Kraš d.d uspješno provodi sve akcije unutar funkcije kadroviranja što se i pozitivno odrazuje na financijskim pokzateljima poduzeća.Personnel management has an impact on the success of the company because quality staffing recruits the best staff who will contribute to business success in the future. It shows the importance of human resources in the company and care for them. Kraš d.d is a great example of how a company that does a good job of personnel management and all its activities operates. With good personnel management, Kraš d.d. has achieved enviable business successes, which indicate increasing profits from year to year. In addition to financial gains from year to year, there is also an increase in the number of employees and a decrease in the number of serious injuries at work, which tells us a lot about the care for workers and safety at work within the company. Kraš Academy is a program that introduces new workers to their jobs and educates existing ones for the better job they have applied for. Cilj samog rada je ukazati koliko je bitno na pravilan načini pristupiti vođenju računa o imovini, bila ona kratkotrajna ili dugotrajna te na osnovu praktičnog primjera dvaju poduzeća prikazana je važnost imovine kao bitnog čimbenika u poslovanju poduzeća.The paper deals with enterprise assets as a factor of business in today’s turbulent market. Assets are the main precondition for a certain company to function well. Given this, it is extremely important to manage the property well and monitor the actions that are done in the procurement, sale and other procedures related to the property. The aim of the paper is to point out how important it is to approach the management of assets in a proper way, whether short-term or long-term, and based on a practical example of two companies to show the importance of assets as a factor in today's business
