No full textRazličite znanstvene discipline kao što su sociologija, psihologija, etnologija te brojne druge
proučavaju brak i obitelj te isto tako i zajednice osoba istog spola. U ovom diplomskom radu
koncentracija je posvećena životnoj zajednici osoba istog spola. Empirijski dio sam provela na
području Republike Hrvatske (131 ispitanika). Dobna granica obuhvaća starije od šesnaest
godina, gornje ograničenje nisam postavljala. Istraživanje služi kao odgovor na problematiku
kako se kolektivno doživljavaju navedene zajednice, općeniti stavovi današnjeg doba te u
kolikoj mjeri se preslikava način odgoja na shodno razmišljanje.Various scientific disciplines such as sociology, psychology, ethnology and many others study
marriage and the family as well as same-sex communities. In this thesis, the concentration is
dedicated to the living community of people of the same sex. I spent the empirical part on the
territory in the Republic of Croatia (131 respondents). The age limit includes those older than
sixteen, there is no upper limit. The research served my answer to the problem of how these
communities are collectively perceived, the general attitudes of today, and the extent to which
the way of educating to think accordingly is reflected
Usporedba vučnog proračuna cestovnog vozila MB 170 S i MB G 500
No full textVučnim proračunom izračunavaju se maksimalne brzine kretanja vozila i maksimalni usponi
koje vozila mogu savladati u ovisnosti o svojim karakteristikama i uvjetima na cesti. U
završnom radu napravljena je usporedba vučnog proračuna vozila Mercedes-Benz 170 S i
Mercedes G 500. Za oba vozila proračunati su svi otpori koji se javljaju prilikom kretanja.
Također, proračunata je vučna sila, te je izrađen vučni dijagram. Sile otpora i vučne sile grafički
su prikazane u dijagramima. Za izradu vučnog proračuna i grafičkih prikaza korišten je program
Microsoft Excel.Vehicle dynamics calculation determines the maximum speeds of vehicles and the maximum
climbs that vehicles can overcome depending on their characteristics and road conditions. In
this paper, a comparison of the vehicle dynamics calculation of the Mercedes-Benz 170 S and
Mercedes G 500 was made. Resistances forces that occur when moving were calculated for
both vehicles, as well as the traction force. Traction diagram was made. Resistance forces and
traction forces are graphically shown in the diagrams. Microsoft Excel was used to create the

No full textU ovom radu opisan je vodni promet u turizmu, njegovi turistički proizvodi, te sinergija vodnog
prometa i turizma. Vodni promet odvija se na morima, rijekama, jezerima i kanalima te može
biti dio turističkog proizvoda. Stoga su ovdje prikazana turistička kružna putovanja, izleti
brodovima, panoramski prijevoz, nautički turizam, svjetionici kao infrastruktura pomorskog
prometa u turizmu te ostali oblici prijevoza turista morom. Također u ovom radu prikazana su
turistička kružna putovanja, izleti, panoramski prijevoz, te ostali turistički proizvodi na
unutarnjim plovnim putovima. Ujedno dan je osvrt na vodni turizam Republike Hrvatske.This paper describes water transport in tourism, its tourist products, and the synergy of water
transport ant tourism. Water transport takes place on seas, rivers, lakes and canals and can be
part of a tourist product. Therefore, tourist cruises, boat trips, panoramic transport, nautical
tourism, lighthouses as a maritime transport infrastructure in tourism and other forms of
tourist transport by sea are presented here. Also, tourist cities cruises, excusrions, panoramic
transport, and other tourist products on inland waterways are presented in this paper. At the

No full textNegativni utjecaj na svijet je došao do točke da se amazonska prašuma, još nazvana 'plućima svijeta', svakodnevno suočava sa mnogobrojnim požarima, sušama, ilegalnom siječom te gubitkom i izumiranjem staništa te biljnog i životinjskog svijeta u njemu. Prašuma koja cijeli svijet obogaćuje sa pitkom vodom, kisikom te mnogobrojnim životinjama i biljkama danas je na granici da ju svijet izgubi neopovratno. Ne shvaćajući potencijal stanovnici te veličanstvene i ne istražene prašume je iskorištavaju te uništavaju bez mogućnosti da se oporavi. Najveći problemi prašume su deforestacija te požari koji svakim danom degradiraju okoliš te cijeli svijet može svjedočiti što ljudski utjecaj može učiniti kompleksnom ekosustavu poput amazonskog dragulja. Gubitkom amazonske prašume čovječanstvo ne gubi samo jednu od najvećih prašuma na svijetu, nego mogućnost spašavanja svijeta kakvog znamo i u kojem živimo. Klimatske promjene utječu na svakog stanovnika na planeti te neizbježno je da problemi koji se nalaze u sadašnjosti gubitkom prašume pogoršaju do dijela uništenja cijelog planeta te čovječanstva u njemu. Poticanjem ekoturizma, održivog razvoja te povećanjem broja zaštićenih područja postoji mogućnost oporavka amazonskog dragulja, ali da bi se nešto promjenilo prvenstveno promjene trebaju početi od sebe.The negative impact on the world has reached the point that the Amazon rainforest, also known as the 'lungs of the world', faces numerous fires, droughts, illegal logging and the loss and extinction of its habitat and plant and animal life every day. The rainforest, which enriches the whole world with drinking water, oxygen and numerous animals and plants, is today on the verge of being irretrievably lost. Not realizing the potential, the inhabitants of this magnificent and unexplored rainforest exploit it and destroy it without the possibility of recovery. The biggest problems of the rainforest are deforestation and fires, which are increasing every day, and the whole world can witness what human influence can do to a complex ecosystem like the jewel of the Amazon. By losing the Amazon rainforest, humanity is not only losing one of the largest rainforests in the world, but the possibility of saving the world as we know it and in which we live. Climate change affects every inhabitant of the planet, and it is inevitable that the problems that exist in the present with the loss of the rainforest will worsen to the point of destroying the entire planet and humanity in it. By encouraging ecotourism, sustainable development and increasing the number of protected areas, there is a possibility of recovery of the Amazon jewel, but in order to change something, the changes should first of all start with oneself

No full textSve veći prihodi, višak slobodnog vremena te monotona svakodnevnica uvelike je utjecala na razvoj turizam, karakterizirajući ga masovnim. Turizam je najbrže rastući sektor globalnog gospodarstva, te može imati dugoročne učinke, pozitivne i/ili negativne, na regije i područja na kojima se odvija, pa tako i na zaštićena područja. Kao odgovor na problematiku masovnog turizma kreiraju se selektivni oblici turizma, sa sve većim naglaskom na inkorporiranje koncepta održivog razvoja. Pa je tako potražnja za posjećivanjem prirodnih atrakcija, odnosno zaštićenih područja, sve veća. Međutim, razvojem turizma u zaštićenim područjima raste zabrinutost za njihove prirodne i kulturne resurse. Iz prakse je zaključeno da proglašavanje područja zaštićenim, ne osigurava njihovu zaštitu, te da je potrebno detaljno i kvalitetno upravljati turizmom i posjetiteljima u ovim područjima. Mnogima je u interesu minimalizirati negativne učinke turizma i sve više istaknuti pozitivne, to je od sve većeg interesa za uprave zaštićenih područja, jer se radi o izuzetno osjetljivim područjima. Što nije jednostavan proces, te zahtjeva dugoročno planiranje i partnerstvo među svim dionicima.Increasing incomes, excess free time and monotonous everyday life greatly influenced the development of tourism, characterizing it as mass tourism. Tourism is the fastest growing sector of the global economy, and it can have long-term effects, positive and/or negative, on the regions and areas where it takes place, including protected areas. As a response to the problem of mass tourism, selective forms of tourism are being created, with an increasing emphasis on incorporating the concept of sustainable development. So the demand for visiting natural attractions, i.e. protected areas, is increasing. However, with the development of tourism in protected areas, there is growing concern for their natural and cultural resources. It has been concluded from practice that declaring areas protected does not ensure their protection, and that it is necessary to manage tourism and visitors in these areas in detail and with quality. It is in the interest of many to minimize the negative effects of tourism and emphasize the positive ones more and more, this is of increasing interest for the administrations of protected areas, because these are extremely sensitive areas. Which is not an easy process and requires long-term planning and partnership among all stakeholders

oblika turizma - agroturizma. Agroturizam kao posebna moderna vrsta selektivnog turizma
danas je sve više rasprostranjena i zastupljena, te sa sobom donosi i povlači mnoge nove
aktivnosti i ponude povezane s poviješću. Turizam je danas jedna od temeljnih djelatnosti
svjetskog gospodarstva i veliku ulogu igra ponuda visoko kvalitetnih namirnica i hrane, jer
hrana u moderno doba predstavlja poseban životni stil, ali i određeni luksuz. Autohtona hrana
danas predstavlja jedan od glavnih motiva zbog kojih turisti dolaze u Hrvatsku, a Hrvatska se
može pohvaliti raznom kvalitetnom domaćom hranom s dugom tradicijom pripreme, a zbog
svoje posebnosti su određena jela upisana u Registar nematerijalne kulturne baštine Republike

of tourism - agrotourism. Agrotourism as a special modern type of tourism today is more and
more widespread and represented and brings many new activities connected with history.
Today tourism is one of the fundamental activities of the world economy. In every type of
tourism one of the fundamental roles is played by the offer of high-quality ingredients and
food because food in the modern age represents a special lifestyle but also a certain luxury.
Today, authentic food is one of the main reasons why tourists come to Croatia and she can

No full textGlobalizacija je suvremeni fenomen povezivanja raznih država u integriran i međuovisan svjetski sustav. Predstavlja kontinuitet revolucionarnih promjena u cijelom svijetu. Prosperitet se ogleda u suvremenoj tehnologiji, novim proizvodnim procesima i trgovinskim politikama, koje povećavaju učinkovitost i ekonomski rast te mnogobrojnim novim radnim mjestima, koje stvaraju pojedine industrije (npr. informatička, turistička). Dominantna ekonomska globalizacija omogućila je rast gospodarske aktivnosti, čiji su glavni nositelj multinacionalne korporacije. U vrijeme informacijskog društva znanje omogućuje pronalazak kvalitetnih ideja i prenošenje novih mogućnosti vrijednosnih orijentacija. Ta koncepcija polazište je same tematike ovog rada tj. inovativnog odnosa menadžmenta u turizmu prema rizicima globalizacije, kao temelj drugačijeg načina konkuriranja. U suvremenom poslovanju koje prati i visoka razina rizika, nameće se nužnost uvođenja novog pristupa rizicima – integriranog upravljanja rizicima. Njegova odlika je cjeloviti pristup svim rizicima na svim razinama upravljanja – strateškoj, financijskoj i operativnoj. Na taj način poduzeću se pruža već vjerojatnost opstanka u globalnim rizičnim okolnostima.Globalization is a modern phenomenon of connecting various countries into an integrated and interdependent world system. It represents the continuity of revolutionary change throughout the world. Prosperity is reflected in modern technology, new production processes and trade policies, which increase efficiency and economic growth, and many new jobs created by individual industries (eg information, tourism). Dominant economic globalization has enabled the growth of economic activity, whose mainstay are multinational corporations. In the time of the information society, knowledge enables the discovery of quality ideas and the transfer of new possibilities of value orientations. This concept is the starting point of the topic of this paper, ie the innovative attitude of management in tourism towards the risks of globalization, as the basis for a different way of competing. In modern business, which is accompanied by a high level of risk, it is necessary to introduce a new approach to risk - Enterprise Risk Management. Its feature is a comprehensive approach to all risks at all levels of management - strategic, financial and operational. Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Rail
No full textU ovom završnom radu razrađena je tema prijevoza opasnih tvari željeznicom te su analizirani podaci na području Republike Hrvatske. Napravljena je analiza prijevoza opasnih tvari prema klasifikacijama u razdoblju od 2016-2020. prema relevantnim podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku. Teorijski je detaljno objašnjena klasifikacija opasnih tvari u željezničkom prometu, njihovo označavanje i postupanje u slučaju nastanka izvanrednog događaja. Svi postupci povezani su s relevantnim zakonima i pravilnicima koji reguliraju željeznički promet u pogledu prijevoza opasnih tvari. Neki od najznačajnijih zakona i pravilnika koji su citirani u ovom radu su „RID-pravilnik o međunarodnom prijevozu opasnih tvari željeznicom“, „Zakon o prijevozu opasnih tvari, NN 98/22 te „Pravilnik o postupanju u slučaju izvanrednog događaja (Pravilnik HŽI-631)“.In this final paper, the subject of the transportation of dangerous goods by rail was elaborated and data on the territory of the Republic of Croatia was analyzed. An analysis of the transportation of dangerous substances according to classifications in the period from 2016 to 2020 was made according to the relevant data of the National Bureau of Statistics.
The classification of dangerous substances in railway traffic, their labeling and the procedure in case of a harmful event are theoretically explained in detail. All data are linked to the relevant laws and regulations that regulate rail transport with regard to the transport of dangerous goods. Some of the most significant laws and regulations cited in this paper are the "RID-Regulation on the International Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Rail", the "Act on the Transportation of Dangerous Goods, NN 98/22" and the "Regulation on Procedures in the Case of an Extraordinary Event" (Regulation HŽI-631)"

No full textTurizam je ključni aspekt hrvatskog gospodarstva i kao takav želi privući što veći broj posjetitelja. Hrvatska na svojim otocima posjeduje obilje izvrsne hrane i vina, te su prepoznati kao destinacija koja ima izvrsne osnovne proizvode poput domaćih sastojaka, poljoprivrednih proizvoda ,vina te možemo kao takvi konkurirati drugim državama. Hrvatski otoci su osebujni zbog svog broja i razvedenosti , te se na njima nalaze brojne ljepote, bogatstvo kulture i raskoš gastronomije. Svaki otok dijeli mediteransku kulturu i stil života. Autohtonom gastro ponudom, poboljšava se turistička ponuda na hrvatskim otocima. Na svakom hrvatskom otočnom proizvodu može se osjetiti čarolija hrvatskih otoka, doživjeti izvorni okusi i mirisi, te se odražava tradicija i baština. Kvalitetna promocija i turizam ne mogu se više temeljiti samo na suncu, moru i pijesku, pa nastoje sve više uključiti i gastro turizam da privuku ljubitelje hrane, koji bi isprobali nove okuse i lokalnu autohtonu gastro ponudu jela.Tourism is a key aspect of the Croatian economy and as such as that it wants to attract as many visitors as possible. Croatia has as plenty of excellent food and wine on its islands, and they are recognized as a destination that has excellent primary products such as local ingredients, agricultural products, wine, and as such as that we can compete with other countries. Croatian islands are unique due to their number and diversity, and they are home to numerous beauties, rich culture and sumptuous gastronomy. Each island shares a Mediterranean culture and lifestyle. The local gastronomic offer improves the tourist offer on the Croatian islands. On every Croatian island product, you can feel the magic of the Croatian islands, experience the original tastes and smells, and reflect tradition and heritage. Quality promotion and tourism can no longer be based only on sun, sea and sand, so they are increasingly trying to include gastro tourism to attract food lovers, who would like to try new flavors and the local autochthonous gastronomic offer
