No full textU ovom radu razmotriti ćemo proces decentralizacije u Hrvatskoj i Europi kroz neke njegove
značajne karakteristike.
Sustavna decentralizacija u Hrvatskoj započela je izmjenama Ustava i zakona iz
2000.odnosno 2001.u pojedinim upravnim područjima a nastavila se usvajanjem pravnih
tekovina moderne Europe. U tom svijetlu,obradit ćemo njezin povijesni razvoj,moderne
karakteristike i temeljne komponente. Također,analizirati ćemo hrvatsku lokalnu i regionalnu
samoupravu,kako u državnom tako i u europskom kontekstu te njihove
djelokruge,specifičnosti,trendove,personalne kapacitete i ostale značajke. Decentralizacija u
velikim europskim zemljama,baltičkim,srednjoeuropskim i balkanskim zemljama te njihovim
velikim gradovima čini zapravo nekakav generalni okvir na kojem počiva i decentralizacija u
Hrvatskoj,i iz tog razloga ćemo je detaljno analizirati.In this paper, we will consider the process of decentralization in Croatia and Europe through
some of its significant characteristics.
Systematic decentralization in Croatia began with amendments to the Constitution and laws
from 2000 and 2001, respectively, in certain administrative areas, and continued with the
adoption of the acquis communautaire of modern Europe. In this light, we will deal with its
historical development, modern characteristics and fundamental components. We will also
analyze Croatian local and regional self-government, both in the national and European
context, and their scope, specifics, trends, personnel capacities and other features.
Decentralization in large European countries, the Baltic, Central European and Balkan
countries and their large cities actually forms a general framework on which decentralization
in Croatia is based, and for this reason we will analyze it in detail

No full textPoduzeća koriste razne financijske pokazatelje za analizu uspješnosti svog poslovanja, tako i ona u sektoru turizma. U današnje je vrijeme turizam razvijena grana gospodarstva u Republici Hrvatskoj jer za zemlju predstavlja jedan od glavnih izvora prihoda. Što se tiče djelatnosti pružanja smještaja te pripreme i usluživanja hrane i pića u Republici Hrvatskoj, iz godine u godinu raste broj poduzeća koja posluju unutar nje, u a ovome će se završnome radu analizirati vodeća iz te djelatnosti, a koja su uvrštena na Zagrebačku burzu. S obzirom na prikazano, u 2020. je godini vodeće poduzeće bilo Maistra d.d., a slijedila su ga poduzeća Valamar Riviera d.d., Plava Laguna d.d., Arena Hospitality Group itd. Najbolje je rezultate u 2020. godini ostvarilo poduzeće Turisthotel d.d. koje je, prema analizi financijskih pokazatelja u 2021. godini, u većini segmenata bilo najuspješnije. U skladu s time se može naslutiti da će poduzeće Turisthotel d.d. biti pri samome vrhu liste hrvatskih vodećih poduzeća u 2021. godini u navedenoj djelatnosti.Companies use various financial indicators to analyze the performance of their business, including those in the tourism sector. Today, tourism is a developed branch of the economy in the Republic of Croatia because it is one of the main sources of income for the country. As for the activities of providing accommodation and preparing and serving food and beverages in the Republic of Croatia, the number of companies operating within it is growing year by year, and this final paper will analyze the leading ones from this industry, which are listed on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Considering the above, in 2020 the leading company was Maistra d.d., followed by the companies Valamar Riviera d.d., Plava Laguna d.d., Arena Hospitality Group, etc. The best results in 2020 was achieved by the company Turisthotel d.d. which, according to the analysis of financial indicators in 2021, was the most successful in most segments. Accordingly, it can be assumed that the company Turisthotel d.d. to be at the very top of the list of Croatian leading companies in 2021 in the mentioned activity

Rad obuhvaća povijest upravljanja lancem nabave, važnost i funkciju lanca nabave, procese i strategije u lancu nabave, sudionike u lancu nabave, te suvremene koncepte i karakteristike održivih suvremenih lanaca nabave.Kroz ovaj rad vidjet ćemo da je koordinirano upravljanje opskrbnim lancem ključ poslovnog uspjeha, naglašavajući važnost uloge nabave i logistike u opskrbnom lancu. Kroz ovaj rad potvrdit ćemo potrebu praćenja trendova, certificiranja i korištenja informacijske tehnologije za praćenje svih procesa u nabavnom lancu. Ovaj rad ističe da postoje sličnosti i razlike u osnovnim konceptima koji se koriste za opisivanje veza između poslovnih subjekata na putu robe od sirovina do krajnjih potrošača.The purpose of this paper is to explain supply chain management. No full textU ovom završnom radu prikazani su trakasti transporteri u proizvodno – skladišnom procesu dviju tvrtki. To su transportna sredstva koja rasutu ili komadnu robu transportiraju od mjesta proizvodnje do skladištenja ili pretovara iste. U radu su opisani elementi trakastog transportera, navode se vrste trakastih transportera i njihova primjena uz poštivanje mjera zaštite na radu. Trakasti transporteri koriste se u većini industrijskih postrojenja, a u ovom završnom radu opisani su u industriji alkoholnih pića i građevinskog materijala. Navode se konkretna mjesta i vrste trakastih transportera u proizvodnom procesu i skladištenju gotovih proizvoda.In this final paper, the belt conveyor in the production-storage potential of two companies is presented. These are means of transport that transport bulk or piece goods from the place of production to their storage or transshipment. The paper describes the elements of the belt conveyor, lists the types of belt conveyors and their application with respect to safety measures at work. Belt conveyors are used in most industrial plants, and in this final paper they are described in the alcoholic beverages and construction materials industry. Specific locations and types of belt conveyors in the production process and storage of finished products are listed

No full textU svakom dijelu ljudskog života prisutan je rizik. Utječe na različite načine i različita područja te ostavlja pozitivne ili negativne posljedice. Rizik proizlazi iz raznih razloga, najčešće iz razloga čestih i brzih promjena što dovodi do manjka sigurnosti u donošenju odluka. Upravo taj manjak sigurnosti u donošenju odluka dovodi do stvaranja rizika. Menadžment rizika stvara svjesnost o postojanju rizika te poduzima aktivnosti kako bi se spriječio i ublažio njegove posljedice ili iskoristio njegovo postojanje za daljnje poboljšanje svojih performansi. Sadašnjost predstavlja veliki izazov za poduzeća. Brzi napredak tehnologije, pandemija, nagle ekonomske, ekološke i sociološke promjene postavljaju nove norme na koje poduzeće mora biti u stanju odgovoriti. Jedan od primjera promjena tehnologije, u financijskom sektoru su, kriptovalute. Ovakva promjena donosi mnogo rizika koji će imati dosta utjecaja u narednim godinama. Poduzeća će morati odgovoriti na ovu promjenu ako žele opstati i poboljšati svoje poslovanje. Kao jedna od valuta predstavnika je i XRP poduzeća Ripple. Ripple predstavlja naziv platne mreže i protokol plaćanja. Razvila ga je i objavila tvrtka Ripple 2012. godine. Cilj protokola je omogućiti sigurne, gotovo besplatne i trenutne globalne financijske transakcije.Risk is present in every part of human life. It affects in different ways and different areas and leaves positive or negative consequences. Risk arises for various reasons, most often due to frequent and rapid changes, which leads to a lack of certainty in decision-making. It is precisely this lack of certainty in decision-making that leads to the creation of risks. Risk management creates awareness of the existence of risk and undertakes activities to prevent and mitigate its consequences or use its existence to further improve its performance. The present presents a great challenge for companies. The rapid progress of technology, the pandemic, sudden economic, ecological and sociological changes set new norms to which the company must be able to respond. One example of technology changes namely in the financial sector, is cryptocurrency. This kind of change brings a lot of risks that will have a lot of impact in the coming years. Businesses will need to respond to this change if they are to survive and improve their operations. Ripple's XRP is one of the representative currencies. Ripple represents the name of the payment network and payment protocol. It was developed and published by Ripple in 2012. The aim of the protocol is to enable secure, almost free and instant global financial transactions

No full textKroz rad je prikazana potraţnja osoba za upis na Veleučilište u Šibeniku. Veleučilište u Šibeniku osnovano je 2006. godine te je kroz ustanovu prošlo tisuće studenata. U obrazovnoj ustanovi upisni proces je najznačajnija faza u akademskoj godini. To je proces koji oblikuje budućnost institucije i njezina postignuća. Da bi proces upisa bio uspješan, vrlo je vaţno doprijeti do maksimalnog broja studenata, potaknuti ih na proces pronalaţenja odgovarajućeg studija za njih. Kada dolazi do upisnog roka u razmišljanjima studenata javljaju se brojne nedoumice i dileme. Sumnje koje se javljaju mogu varirati od toga koji je pravi studij za njih, strukture studija do mogućnosti zapošljavanja iza završetka obrazovanja. U ovoj fazi, ako je institucija sposobna odgovoriti na probleme studenata na učinkovit način, više će studenata smatrati da je institucija za njih privlačna i imat će interes pridruţiti se instituciji, a isto će uputiti i svojim vršnjacima.The paper shows the demand for people to enroll at the Polytechnic in Šibenik. In order for the enrollment process to be successful, it is very important to reach the maximum number of students, to encourage them in the process of finding a suitable study for them. When the enrollment deadline comes, many doubts and dilemmas appear in students' thoughts. The doubts
that arise can vary from what is the right study for them, the structure of the study to the possibility of employment after completing the education. At this stage, if the institution is able to respond to students' problems in an efficient manner, more students will find the institution

No full textU najvećem broju slučajeva, transport robe se obavlja cestovnim prijevozom. Prijevoz i skladištenje svih vrsta robe, pa tako i lakopokvarljive robe zahtjeva dobro poznavanje karakteristika robe kako bi se transport mogao obaviti u skladu s pravilima. Osnovna uloga cestovnog prijevoza je transport robe od proizvođača do korisnika. Predmet ovog završnog rada je transport i skladištenje lakopokvarljive robe u cestovnom prometu, a lakopokvarljiva roba se dijeli u tri kategorije: meso i mesne prerađevine, mlijeko i mliječni proizvodi te voće i povrće. Sve kategorije lakopokvarljive robe moraju prevoziti u posebnim uvjetima koje zahtjeva vrsta lakopokvarljive robe. Ti uvjeti se odnose na temperaturu i vrijeme prijevoza lakopokvarljive robe i vrstu prijevoza, odnosno vozila koja su namijenjena za pojedine vrste lakopokvarljive robe (npr. hladnjača). Cilj ovog završnog rada je objasniti transport lakopokvarljive robe cestovnim prometom, te uvjete koje vozila trebaju zadovoljavati za transport lakopokvarljive robe.In most cases, goods are transported by road. Transport and storage of all types of goods, including perishable goods, requires a good knowledge of the characteristics of the goods so that the transport can be carried out following the rules. The basic role of road transport is the transport of goods from the producer to the user. The subject of this final thesis is the transport and storage of perishable goods in road traffic, and perishable goods are divided into three categories: meat and meat products, milk and dairy products, and fruits and vegetables. All categories of perishable goods must be transported under special conditions required by the type of perishable goods. These conditions refer to the temperature and time of the transport of perishable goods and the type of transport, i.e. vehicles intended for certain types of perishable goods (eg refrigerators). The goal of this final paper is to explain the transport of perishable goods by road, and the conditions that vehicles must meet for the transport of perishable goods
