Prati se razvoj upravljanja ljudskih potencijala, temeljni pojmovi ljudski potencijala te programi za obuku. Bitno je spomenuti koliko talenti, znanje i raznolikosti ljudi utječu na organizaciju.
Organizacije ne mogu biti uspješne bez talenta jer tako ostvaruju nove ideje. Ljudi su najvažniji kreatori i najvažniji izvor i prijenosnik znanja i informacija. Upravljanje raznolikošću ima cilj podizanja kvalitete i kreativnosti, brze rješavanje problema i podizanje poslovnih ciljeva.
Organizacijske promjene su važne za organizaciju. Promjene treba shvatiti kao niz aktivnosti koji će omogućiti da se iz sadašnjeg u novo poboljšano stanje. Organizacija može opstati samo komuniciranjem s okolinom. Za zaposlenika koji radi u organizaciji najvažnije je zadovoljstvo poslom i uključenost u posao. Osoba koja je zadovoljna s poslom gaji pozitivne osjećaje i energiju na svom poslom. Osobe s višim stupnjem uključenosti u posao snažno se poistovjećuju s poslom koji obavljaju.The topic of this assignment is the management of organisational changes and the differences of the human potential. The progress of management of human potencials, the basic terms of human potentials and educational programs are being observed. It is important to mention how big of an impact the talents, knowledge and human diversities have on organisation. Organisations can not be successfull without talent because that is the to finding new ideas. The humans are the most important creators and the most important source and transporter of knowledge and information. The management of diversity has the goal of increasing the quality and creativity, faster problem solving and increasing of bussiness goals. Organisational changes are important for organisation. Changes need to be understood as a series of activities which make it possible that from the present into the better state the organisation can only survive by communicating with the surrounding. For an individual who works in organisation the work satisfaction and the work engagement are the most important. Ponuđači usluga na turističkom tržištu do klijenata mogu doći izravnom (direktnom) distribucijom ili neizravnoj (indirektnoj) distribuciji usluga na turističkom tržištu. Internet nije utjecao samo na promjene u društvenim sferama i komunikaciju u društvu, nego i na gospodarske subjekte koji su ga počeli koristiti kao novo područje promocije pa čak i tržište. U ovom radu se opisuje uloga informatike u poslovanju putničkih agencija. Turizam je globalna aktivnost i djelatnost, pa je sama pojava Interneta dodatno ojačala komunikaciju turističkih subjekata na globalnoj razini. Turističke agencije su aktivni sudionici u distribuciji i razvoju turističkog proizvoda te u svojoj marketinškoj komunikaciji koja je mahom usmjerena na globalnu komunikaciju te sve više koriste internet kao medij komunikacije s ciljnim tržištem. No full textU ovom radu opisan je mobbing, definiran je pojam, njegov nastanak i pravni aspekti. Posebno je usmjeren na zlostvljača, žrtvu i tko najčešće bude žrtva, karakteristike mobbinga i njegove posljedice na zdravlje zlostavljanog te svi negativni elementi koji se odraze na radnu organizaciju. Opisane su vrste diskriminacija i osnove za diskriminaciju prema hrvatskim zakonima.Istaknuta su načela radnog prava, koja služe za tumačenje odredbi propisa i da se primjene na određene situacije koje nisu uređene propisom. Osim što mobbing ima psihičke posljedice za pojedinca, donosi troškove poslodavcu i državi.U radu se spominje zakonska regulativa zaštite od mobbinga u zemljama Europe i njihov odnos prema mobbingu. Istaknuti su svi zakonski okiviri Republike Hrvatske i mobbing kao relativno novi pojam u državi.This paper describes mobbing, defined the term, its origin and legal aspects. Especially focuses on the deceased, the victim and who is most likely to be a victim, the characteristics of mobbing and its consequences on the health of the abused and all the negative elements that are reflected in the work organization. The types of discrimination and grounds for discrimination under Croatian law are described. The principles of labor law are emphasized, which serve to interpret provisions of regulations and to apply to certain situations that are not regulated by regulation. Except that mobbing has psychological consequences for an individual, it brings costs to the employer and the state. The paper mentions the legal regulations on protection against mobbing in European countries and their attitude towards mobbing. All the legal frameworks of the Republic of Croatia are highlighted and mobbing is a relatively new term in the country

No full textKomunikacija u poslovnom okruženju ima značajnu ulogu. Organizacije ne mogu postojati bez komunikacije. Svaki ljudski čin predstavlja određeni način komunikacije. Učinkovita komunikacija je osnova za razvoj interne organizacije stoga je komunikacija važan čimbenik kako u ponašanju menadžera, tako i u funkcioniranju cijeloga organizacijskog sustava. Prilikom svakog komuniciranja na profesionalnoj razini predstavljamo ne samo sebe same već i poslovnu organizaciju.
Svrha ovoga rada jest objasniti važnost poznavanja osnovnih komunikacijskih vještina, specifičnost komuniciranja unutar poslovne organizacije Ispostave Porezne uprave Ministarstva financija. Raspolaganje osnovnim komunikacijskim vještinama u poslovnoj organizaciji doprinosi uspješnom djelovanju, kvalitetnom izvršavanju radnih zadataka te novčanom profitu organizacije. Porezna uprava kontinuirano unapređuje usluge namijenjene poreznim obveznicima. Komunikacijska strategija osim vanjske komunikacije razrađuje i unutarnju komunikaciju, odnosno unapređenje odnosa među zaposlenicima Porezne uprave. Uporaba i razvoj vrsne komunikacije pojedinog poreznog službenika razvija povjerenje i vraća vjeru u državne službenike i institucije.Communication plays major role in business environment. Establishing basic communication skills in a business organization contributes to successful performance, quality of work performance and organization s financial profit. Motor je stroj koji pretvara neki oblik energije u mehanički rad. Radni ciklus dvotaktnog motora odvija se u jednom okretaju radilice, tj. u dva radna takta. Radni ciklus kod četverotaktnog motora odvija se samo u cilindru, i to u četiri takta (dva okretaja radilice). Zadaća sustava dovoda goriva je opskrbiti sustav za pripremu smjese dovoljnom količinom goriva pri svim režimima rada motora. Trakasti transporteri su nezaobilazni dio opreme bilo koje proizvodne gospodarske djelatnosti. Prvi put se spominju prije otprilike 200 godina. Njihova široka primjena započinje sa serijskom proizvodnjom, a prvi ih je u proizvodne pogone uveo H. Ford. Tijekom godina pojavljuju se brojne izvedbe iako osnovni elementi tj. traka, valjci i pogonski bubanj ostaju i dalje prisutni uz modernizacije primjerene dobu u kojem se koriste. Trakasti transporteri se danas primjenjuju u različitim proizvodnim pogonima za unutarnji transport te tako olakšavaju manipulaciju s proizvodima ili sirovinama. Jedan od uređaja koji se u industriji primjenjuje za unutarnji transport keksa je trakasti transporteri. Get PDFKako bi hrana uspješno stigla do potrošača i bila sigurna za konzumaciju, treba proći kontrolu procesa: od same proizvodnje do prijevoza te najvažnije kontrole a to je zdravstvena ispravnost hrane. Zbog toga postoje razne institucije koje se bave kontrolom i koje prate načine proizvodnje hrane te njezino čuvanje odnosno skladištenje. U ovom radu navode se institucije koje se bave kontrolom sigurnosti hrane na području Republike Hrvatske, te se ističu njihove zadatci. Kao glavni primjer ovog rada, navodi se istraživanje koje je provedeno u mesnoj industriji Mel - mesnice Lovrić. Za primjer je uzeta proizvodnja Dalmatinskog pršuta, koji je nekoliko puta nosio titulu „Pršut šampion“. Najveću se pozornost posvetila kritičnim kontrolnim točkama, odnosno proizvodnji, skladištenju, sušenju, te distribuciji do krajnjeg potrošača. U radu je opisana i kontrola sigurnosti hrane u EU, odnosno način provedbe kontrole. Te na samom kraju opisana je je higijena zaposlenika, odnosno njihova osobna higijena.In order for food to reach consumers successfully and be safe for consumption, process control should be carried out: from production itself to transportation and the most important control is the health food safety. That is why there are various control institutions that follow the ways of food production and its storage. This paper lists the institutions dealing with food safety control in the Republic of Croatia and stresses their tasks. The main example of this paper is the research carried out in the MeL meat industry – “mesnice Lovrić”. For example, the production of Dalmatian smoked ham has been taken, which has been titled "Smoked ham champion" several times. The greatest attention has been paid to critical control points, ie production, storage, drying, and distribution to the final consumer. FISHING ON THE ADRIATIC SEA
Get PDFU radu se obrađuje ribolov na Jadranu u kontekstu zdravstvene i higijenske ispravnosti hrane. Ciljevi istraživanja su prikazati značajke ribolova na Jadranu te prikazati teorijske i praktične značajke koje se odnose na provedbu načela HACCP sustava i dobrih higijenskih praksi u industriji prerade ribe kako bi se osigurala visoka kvaliteta gotovih proizvoda s nutritivnog, kemijskog i mikrobiološkog stajališta. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju kako se orijentacija na zdravstvenu i higijensku ispravnost hrane počinje provoditi putem kontrole fizikalnih, kemijskih i mikrobioloških uvjeta u ribogojilištima, objektima za pripremu, preradu i pakiranje ribe i drugih morskih organizama te tijekom procesa skladištenja i prijevoza robe do krajnjeg potrošača. Također je važno osigurati dokumentaciju o sljedivosti proizvoda kroz različite faze lanca opskrbe. U sklopu rada provedeno je primarno istraživanje o odnosu broja orada i temperature mora na mikrolokaciji Martinska, ali nije dokazana pozitivna korelacija.The paper deals with fishing on the Adriatic in the context of health and hygiene correctness of food. The research’s goals are to show the characteristics of fishing in the Adriatic and to present the theoretical and practical features related to the implementation of HACCP principles and good hygiene practices in the fish processing industry to ensure high quality of finished products from the nutritional, chemical and microbiological point of view. The research results show that orientation to health and hygiene correctness of food is being initiated by controlling physical, chemical and microbiological conditions in fish farms, facilities for preparation, processing and packing fishes and other marine organisms during the process of storing and transporting goods to the final consumer. It is also important to provide product traceability documentation throughout the different supply chain phases. Primary research on the relationship between the number of gilt-headseabream and the sea temperature on microlocation of Martinska was conducted within the work, but no positive correlation has been proved
OVERVIEW OF THE CURRENT STATE AND PERSPECTIVES OF THE FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TOURISM IN ŠIBENIK-KNIN COUNTY

Jedan od selektivnih oblika turizma je ruralni turizam, koji se bazira na odmoru i rekraciji u seoskoj sredini, pri čemu je naglasak na održivom razvoju. Ruralni turizam donosi pozitivne učinke, a ogledaju se u očuvanju identiteta destinacije, očuvanju tradicije, otvaranju novih radnih mjesta, zaštiti okoliša, porastu poljoprivrednih djelatnosti, smanjenju iseljavanja lokalnog stanovništva i mnogim drugim. Šibensko-kninska županija posjeduje mnogobrojne resurse za razvoj ruralnog turizma, od prirodne i kulturne baštine do stanovništva. Ruralni turizam u županiji je dosta razvijen u odnosu na druge županije, te bilježi porast registriranih domaćinstava i dolazaka turista iz godine u godinu. Iako dosta razvijen, sa potencijalom koji posjeduje, zahtjeva još veću razinu zanimanja vlasti i lokalnog stanovništva, kako bi se poboljšao.With its growth, mass tourism has brought many negative consequences and various selective forms have been created to reduce these consequences. One of the selective forms of tourism is rural tourism, which is based on resting and recreation in rural areas, with an emphasis on sustainable development. Rural tourism has positive effects, which are reflected in preservation of destination identity, preservation of tradition, creation of jobs, protection of environment, increased agricultural activity, reduction of local population emigration and many more. The Šibenik-Knin County has many resources for growth of rural tourism, from natural and cultural heritage to its residents. Rural tourism in the Šibenik-Knin county is more developed compared to other counties, and has recorded an increase in registered households and tourist arrivals year after year.
