    Comparative analysis of chiller operating with air- and water-cooled condenser

    Tema završnog rada je usporedba rada rashladnog agregata s vodom i zrakom hlađenim kondenzatorom poslovne zgrade na području grada Zagreba. Nazivni rashladni učinak rashladnika vode iznosi 1 MW. Rashladno postrojenje koristi se za hlađenje vode u temperaturnom režimu 12/7 °C. Radna tvar je propan R290. S konstantnim rastom cijena energenata, zahtjev za energetsko učinkovitim sustavima je sve veći. Osim uporabe frekventnih pretvarača za regulaciju kompresora, pumpi i ventilatora, odabir adekvatnog načina hlađenja kondenzatora u sustavima s rashladnicima kapljevine predstavlja krucijalan segment u energetskoj učinkovitosti cjelokupnog sustava. Odabir jednog sustava nad drugim nije toliko jednostavno koliko se čini; pogon ventilatora, kompresora i održavanje sustava samo su neke od komponenata koje se moraju uzeti u obzir pri odabiru principa hlađenja. U ovome radu provest će se detaljna termotehnička analiza koja će dati odgovor na pitanje koji način hlađenja kondenzatora je optimalan za zadani sustav i kolike su uštede odabirom jednog sustava nad drugim.The topic of the final paper is comparative analysis of chiller operating with air- and water-cooled condenser of an office building in the area of the city of Zagreb. The nominal cooling effect of the evaporator is 1 MW, through which water passes, at a temperature regime of 12/7 °C, cooled by the working substance R290. With the constant rise in energy prices, the demand for energy efficient systems is increasing. In addition to the use of frequency converters for the regulation of pumps and fans, the selection of an adequate method of cooling the condenser in systems with chillers represents a crucial segment in the energy efficiency of the entire system. Choosing one system over another is not as simple as it seems; fan drive, compressor and system maintenance are just few of the components that must be taken into account when choosing a specific cooling system of chillers. In this paper, a detailed thermotechnical analysis will be carried out, which will answer the question of which method of cooling the condenser is optimal for the given system and how much savings there are by choosing one system over another

    Inhibicijski receptori nadziru aktivaciju i diferencijaciju stanica tijekom prepoznavanja ciljnih antigena slanjem koinhibicijskih signala koji reguliraju jačinu imunosnog odgovora. Hemoragijska vrućica s bubrežnim sindromom (HVBS) bolest je koju uzrokuju ortohantavirusi Starog svijeta, a najčešći uzročnik u Europi je Puumala ortohantavirus. Poznato je da imunosni odgovor ima ulogu u patogenezi HVBS-a. Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati povezanost razina ekspresije receptora LAG- 3, TIM-3 i PD-1 na limfocitima CD8+ i prirodnoubilačkim stanicama i njihove koncentracije u serumu s kliničkim parametrima koji ukazuju na težinu kliničke slike u pacijenata oboljelih od HVBS-a. Metodama imunotest za istovremenu detekciju različitih proteina Procartaplex i protočna citometrija izmjerene su razine ekspresije receptora LAG-3, TIM-3 i PD-1 na limfocitima CD8+ i prirodnoubilačkim stanicama i njihove koncentracije u serumu te je ispitana njihova povezanost s kliničkim parametrima koji ukazuju na težinu kliničke slike. Rezultati su pokazali veću razinu ekspresije ovih receptora na limfocitima CD8+ i prirodnoubilačkim stanicama i veću koncentraciju njihovih solubilnih oblika u serumu pacijenata oboljelih od HVBS-a u odnosu na kontrole te njihovu povezanost s kliničkim parametrima. Dodatna istraživanja potrebna su kako bi se utvrdila uzročno-posljedična veza između razina ekspresije receptora LAG-3, TIM-3 i PD-1 i težine kliničke slike te dodatno ispitala njihova uloga u akutnim infekcijama.Inhibitory receptors control the activation and differentiation of cells during the recognition of target antigens by sending co-inhibitory signals that regulate the strength of the immune response. Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) is a disease caused by Old World orthohantaviruses, and the most common causative agent in Europe is Puumala orthohantavirus. It is known that the immune response plays a role in the pathogenesis of HFRS. The aim of the study was to explore the association of LAG-3, TIM-3 and PD-1 receptor expression on CD8+ lymphocytes and natural killer cells and their serum concentrations with clinical parameters that indicate the severity of the clinical picture in patients with HFRS. Procartaplex multiplex immunoassay and flow cytometry were used to measure the expression of LAG-3, TIM-3 and PD- 1 receptors on CD8+ lymphocytes and natural killer cells and their concentrations in serum, and their association with clinical parameters indicating the severity of the clinical picture was examined. The results showed a higher expression of these receptors on CD8+ lymphocytes and natural killer cells and higher concentrations of their soluble forms in the serum of patients with HFRS compared to controls, and their association with clinical parameters. Additional research is needed to determine the causal relationship between the expression of LAG-3, TIM-3 and PD-1 receptors and the severity of the clinical picture and to further examine their role in acute infections

    Comparison of AC MIG and MIG-P processes in welding of 5083 and 6082 aluminium alloys

    Tema završnog rada obrađena je teorijski i eksperimentalno. U teorijskom dijelu naglasak je na MIG postupku zavarivanja te dvjema varijacijama postupka na temelju struje i vrste prijenosa metala, a to su AC MIG te DC MIG-P zavarivanje. Objašnjene su glavne značajke svakog te prednosti i mane svakog od njih. Također, kod aluminijskih legura EN AW 5083-H321 i EN AW 6082-T6 obrađen je problem njihove zavarljivosti te dodatnog materijala i plinova koji se koriste tijekom zavarivanja ovih legura. Naposljetku, sukladno zahtjevima norme HRN EN ISO 15614-2, opisan je fenomen pada čvrstoće u području zavarenog spoja. Eksperimentalni dio rada proveden je ispitivanjem tvrdoće metodom Vickers, opterećenjem HV5 na navedenim aluminijskim legurama te je kvantificirana širina područja zone utjecaja topline. Naposljetku, određen je relativni pad čvrstoće u području zavarenog spoja te je predložena primjena AC MIG postupka u izradi aluminijskih zavarenih konstrukcija.The topic of the final paper was treated theoretically and experimentally. In the theoretical part, the emphasis is on the MIG welding process and two variations of the process based on current and metal transfer processes that arose from it, AC MIG and DC-MIG-P welding. The main features of each and the advantages and disadvantages of each are explained. Also, in the case of aluminum alloys EN AW 5083-H321 and EN AW 6082-T6, the problem of their weldability and the additional material and gases used during welding of these alloys was addressed. Finally, in accordance with the requirements of the HRN EN ISO 15614-2 standard, the phenomenon of strength drop in the area of the welded joint is described. The experimental part of the work was carried out by testing the hardness using the Vickers method, with the HV5 load on the mentioned aluminum alloys, and the width of the area of the heat-affected zone was quantified. Finally, the relative decrease in strength in the area of the welded joint was determined, and the application of the AC MIG process in the production of aluminum welded structures was proposed

    Assessment of cognitive functions in psoriatic arthritis patients

    Uvod: Cilj istraživanja bio je procijeniti kognitivne funkcije u bolesnika sa psorijatičnim artritisom (PsA). Ispitanici i metode: U istraživanje presječnog tipa konsekutivno su uključeni bolesnici sa PsA (N= 67) i zdravi ispitanici (N= 69). Kognitivne funkcije procijenjene su pomoću Montrealskog testa kognitivne procjene (MoCA) i testa utiranja puta (TMT) A i B. Simptomi depresije i anksioznosti testirani su pomoću Beckovog inventara depresije-II te Upitnika anksioznosti kao stanja i osobine ličnosti. Učinjena je standardna klinička procjena PsA i psorijaze. Rezultati: Bolesnici sa PsA imali su značajno lošije rezultate na TMT-A testu (p˂0,01). Nije bilo razlike između skupina u rezultatima MoCA i TMT-B testa. Svi testovi procjene kognitivnih funkcija korelirali su s dobi ispitanika, a TMT-B dodatno s obrazovnim statusom. Nije nađena korelacija između testova procjene kognitivnih funkcija i kliničkih parametara psorijatične bolesti, depresije i anksioznosti. U regresijskoj analizi, dob ispitanika pokazala se značajnom u predviđanju rezultata MoCA testa, objašnjavajući oko 18% varijance. U bolesnika sa PsA primijećene su značajno više razine depresivnosti, anksioznosti i umora (p=0,02; 0,015; odnosno 0,004). Zaključak: Bolesnici sa PsA potencijalno imaju povišen rizik kognitivnog oštećenja. Potrebna su daljnja istraživanja kako bi se preciznije odredio rizik kognitivnog propadanja u PsA.Objective: The objective of this study was to assess cognitive functions in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA). Methods: Patients with PsA (N= 67) and healthy subjects (N= 69) were consecutively enrolled in this cross-sectional study. Cognitive functions were assessed using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) and the Trail Making Test (TMT) A and B. Depression and anxiety were evaluated using the Beck Depression Inventory-II and the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory. A standard clinical assessment of PsA and psoriasis was performed. Results: Patients with PsA scored significantly worse on the TMT-A test (p˂0.01). No differences in the MoCA and TMT-B scores were found. All cognitive assessment tests correlated with age, and TMT-B also correlated with educational status. No correlation was found between cognitive assessment tests and PsA disease-related parameters, depression or anxiety. In the regression analysis, age was found to be a significant predictor of the MoCA score, explaining 18% of the variance. Patients with PsA exhibited significantly higher levels of depression, anxiety and fatigue (p=0.02, 0.015, and 0.004, respectively). Conclusion: Patients with PsA may be at an increased risk of cognitive impairment. Further research is needed to specify the risk of cognitive decline in PsA

    Comparison of CAD and BIM modelling strategies

    CAD (eng. Computer Aided Design) i BIM (eng. Building Information Modeling) dva su ključna i različita pristupa pri izradi računalnih modela pri konstruiranju i projektiranju. CAD pruža detaljne vizualizacije dijelova i sklopova, dok BIM integrira dodatne projektne informacije. Sve veće korištenje BIM-a u građevinskim projektima, radi svojih bogatih informacija, prisiljava prilagodbu od strane CAD korisnika. Postoji nekoliko načina interoperabilnosti i prijenosa CAD modela u BIM model. Način koji se pri tome koristi uvelike ovisi o važnosti pojedinih komponenti u daljnjem odvijanju projekta. Prilikom tog prijenosa kod konfiguracijskih modela, jedino se prenosi aktivna konfiguracija. Ova činjenica prisiljava korisnike na pristup izrade dva identična modela, jednog u CAD-u, drugog u BIM-u. U okviru ovog rada izrađena su dva konfiguracijska modela, jedan u računalnom CAD alatu Onshapeu i drugi u računalnom BIM alatu Revitu. Primjerom modela konfiguracijske kupaonice prikazano je kako se radi o dva u potpunosti različita postupka. Postupak izrade konfiguracijskog modela u CAD-u nikako nije prenosiv na postupak izrade konfiguracijskog modela u Revitu, radi potrebe za definiranja elemenata u obitelji i stroge hijerarhije između njih. Same konfiguracije pružaju više opcija i fleksibilnost u Onshapeu, nego u Revitu značajka Design Options. Svaki od modela komplementaran je te ima svoje prednosti i mane. U pogledu proizvodnje i brzine izrade modela svakako je CAD model bolja varijanta od BIM modela. Što se tiče implementiranja modela u projekte, radi velikog broja informacija o komponentama ipak je bolji BIM pristup.CAD (eng. Computer Aided Design) and BIM (eng. Building Information Modeling) are two key and distinct approaches in computer modeling for construction and design. CAD provides detailed visualization of parts and assemblies, while BIM integrates additional project information. The increasing use of BIM in construction projects, due to its rich information, necessitataes adaptation for CAD users. There are several ways of interoperability and transferiing CAD models into BIM models. The method used largely depends on the importance of individual components in the futher progress of the project. During this transfer in configuration models, only the active configuration is transferred. This fact forces users to approach creating two identical models, one in CAD and the other in BIM. Within the scope of this study, two configuration models were created, one in the computer CAD toll Onshape and the other in the computer BIM toll Revit. This example of a bathroom configuration model illustrates how there are two entirely different procedures. The process of creating a configuration model in CAD is not transferable to the process of creating a configuration model in Revi, due to the need to define element sin families and the strict hierarchy between them. Configurations themselves offer more options and flexibility in Onshape than in Revit's Design Options feature. Each model is complementary and has its own advantages and disadvantages. In terms of production and speed of model cration, the CAD model is certainly a better option than the BIM model. However, when it comes to implementing models into projects, due to the large amount of information and components, the BIM approach is better

    Višestruko istovremeno dokiranje malih molekula u aktivno mjesto butirilkolinesteraze primjenom dubokog pojačanog učenja

    Cholinesterase inhibitors are often used in treating Alzheimer’s disease. Molecular docking represents an important tool in the design of novel inhibitors. In this study, a multicomponent quantum chemical Monte Carlo semi flexible molecular docking of four selected components of the Ugi reaction was performed inside the active site of butyrylcholinesterase (BChE). The IC 50 value of compounds was evaluated, and artificial neural networks (ANNs) were trained by deep reinforcement learning for two of them, using results from docking. Even though components alone do not inhibit BChE significantly, formaldehyde and benzylamine can be used jointly for the design of novel drugs because they bind closely to the enzyme’s catalytic triad. In addition, the advantage of using the three component Ugi reaction is highlighted. Finally, ANN was shown to be successful in representing a potential energy surface of docking simulations. O btained ANN can be used as a scoring function for future dockings, with significantly shorter calculation time.U liječenju Alzheimerove bolesti često se koriste inhibitori kolinesteraza. Molekularno dokiranje važan je alat u dizajnu novih inhibitora, a u ovome je radu unutar aktivnog mjesta butirilkolinesteraze (BChE) provedeno multikomponentno kvantno-kemijsko Monte Carlo polufleksibilno dokiranje četiriju komponenata Ugijeve reakcije. Određene su im i vrijednosti IC50 te su za dvije od njih istrenirane umjetne neuronske mreže (ANN) primjenom dubokog pojačanog učenja za opis rezultata dokiranja. Iako zasebne molekule ne inhibiraju značajno BChE, formaldehid i benzilamin zajedno mogu poslužiti u dizajnu novih lijekova jer se vežu u blizini katalitičke trijade enzima. Uz to, istaknuta je prednost uporabe trokomponentne Ugijeve reakcije. Naposlijetku, pokazano je da se ANN može uspješno koristiti u reprezentaciji plohe potencijalne energije dokiranja. Dobivena mreža može ubuduće poslužiti kao funkcija bodovanja, uz znatno kraće trajanje proračuna

    Synthesis of ferrocene and cellobiose conjugates

    U sklopu ovog diplomskog rada priređeni su konjugati ferocena i celobioze, čija je svrha proučavanje potencijalnog prijenosa kiralnosti sa šećernog dijela molekule na ferocensku jezgru putem supramolekulskih interakcija. Inspiracija za sintezu navedenih spojeva proizašla je iz klase ferocenskih peptida koji posjeduju svojstvo helikalne kiralnosti, koje potječe iz stabilizacije konformera putem intramolekuslkih vodikovih veza. Ferocenski peptidi našli su primjenu u dizajnu stereoselektivnih katalizatora i supramolekulskih sustava, ali do sada nisu istraženi njihovi analozi koji sadrže saharidne jedinice umjesto aminokiselinskih. Sinteza je započeta od celobioza-oktaacetata kojem je dodana alkilna poveznica metodom izravne glikozilacije uz brometanol. Bromid je zatim supstituiran azidom koji je reduciran do amino skupine. U standardnim uvjetima priprave amidne veze, amino skupina kondenzirana je s karboksilnom skupinom ferocenske(bis)karboksilne kiseline, dajući zaštićene konačne spojeve kao produkte, kojima su u posljednjem sintetskom koraku uklonjene acetatne zaštitne skupine. Konačni produkti i međuprodukti sinteze okarakterizirani su spektroskopskim tehnikama (NMR, IR).As part of this thesis, conjugates of ferrocene and cellobiose were prepared, aimed at studying the potential transfer of chirality from the sugar part of the molecule to the ferrocene core through supramolecular interactions. The inspiration for the synthesis of these compounds came from the class of ferrocene peptides, which possess the property of helical chirality, originating from the stabilization of conformers through intramolecular hydrogen bonds. Ferrocene peptides have found applications in the design of stereoselective catalysts and supramolecular systems, but their analogs containing saccharide units instead of amino acids have not yet been explored. The synthesis began with cellobiose octaacetate to which an alkyl linker was added by the method of direct glycosylation with bromoethanol. The bromide was then substituted with azide, which was reduced to an amino group. Under standard conditions for the preparation of amide bonds, the amino group was condensed with the carboxyl group of ferrocene(bis)carboxylic acid, yielding protected final compounds as products, from which acetate protective groups were removed in the final synthetic step. The final products and intermediates of the synthesis were characterized by spectroscopic techniques (NMR, IR)

    Symmetric functionalization of Anderson-type polyoxomolybdates

    Istražene su mogućnosti funkcionalizacije Andersonovog heteropolioksomolibdata s organskim i metaoloorganskim spojevima. Sintetiziran je simetrično funkconalizirani spoj [N(C4 H9 )4] 3[CoMo6 O18{(OCH2 )3CNH2 }2], a potom njegovom reakcijom s hidrazonskim kompleksom bakra [Cu3 (μ 3 -NO3){(C5 H4N)CH=N–N(C=O)(C5 H4 N)}3 (H2 O)3 ]n(NO3 )2n·3nH2O dobiven je hibrid složene strukture. Koordinacijom aminskih skupina funkcionaliziranog polioksometalata na atome bakra, polianion povezuje dva periferna koordinacijska polimera u jedinstvenu strukturu. Analognom reakcijom s [Cu(NO3 ){(C5 H4 N)2CH=N–NH(C=O)(C5 H4 N)}]2 (NO3 )2 nije bilo moguće prirediti hibrid sličnog sastava. Sljedeći pristup temeljen na reakciji [Cu2(OAc)4 (3-pyCHO)2] s [N(C4 H9 )4]3[CoMo6 O18{(OCH2 )3CNH2 }2] nije doveo do povezivanja dvaju podjedinica već do nastajanja imina. Direktnom reakcijom [N(C4 H9 )4] 3[CoMo6 O18{(OCH2 )3CNH2 }2] s 4-piridinkarbaldehidom priređen je heteropolioksometalat [N(C4 H9 )4]3[CoMo6 O18{(OCH2 )3C=NCHC5 H4 N}2].The functionalization of Anderson-type heteropolyoxomolybdate with organic and metalorganic compounds was investigated. Symmetrically functionalized compound [N(C4 H9 )4] 3[CoMo6 O18{(OCH2 )3CNH2 }2] was prepared, and afterwards, by its reaction with copper hydrazone [Cu3 (μ 3 -NO3){(C5 H4N)CH=N–N(C=O)(C5 H4 N)}3 (H2 O)3 ]n(NO3 )2n·3nH2 O complex, a hybrid with a complex structure was obtained. The polyanion connects the two peripheral coordination polymers into a unique structure by coordinating the amine groups of the functionalized polyoxometalate to the copper atoms. By analogous reaction with [Cu(NO3 ){(C5 H4 N)2CH=N–NH(C=O)(C5 H4 N)}] 2 (NO3 )2, it was not possible to prepare a hybrid with a similar composition. The next approach was based on the reaction of [Cu2(OAc)4 (3-pyCHO)2] with [N(C4 H9 )4] 3[CoMo6 O18{(OCH2 )3CNH2 }2], but this method did not result with the interconnection of the two subunits, but instead the imine formed. The heteropolyoxometalate [N(C4 H9 )4]3[CoMo6 O18{(OCH2 )3C=NCHC5 H4 N}2] was prepared by direct reaction of [N(C4 H9 )4] 3[CoMo6 O18{(OCH2 )3CNH2 }2] with 4-pyridinecarbaldehyde

    Dynamics of multispecies biofilm growth at the water-air interface

    Viševrsni biofilm mikrobna je zajednica koja se sastoji od više različitih mikrobnih vrsta. Na granici voda-zrak mikroorganizmi formiraju biofilm. U istraživanju se prati stvaranje viševrsnog biofilma kvasca Saccharomyces cerevisiae te bakterija Acinetobacter baumannii, Acinetobacter junii, Staphylococcus aureus i Bacillus cereus. Svi organizmi iz istraživanja sudjelovali su u stvaranju biofilma. Stvoreni biofilmovi bili su kod određenih organizama izraženiji i formirani u kraćem vremenskom periodu. Iz formiranog biofilma mikroorganizmi su se kretali duž staklene, nehranjive podloge. Bakterije Acinetobacter junii, Acinetobacter bauamnnii, Bacillus cereus i Staphylococcus aureus duž stakalca su se kretale samostalno ili zajedno s bakterijom druge vrste. Kvasci Saccharomyces cerevisiae duž stakalca se kreću zajedno s drugim bakterijama. Istraživala se ovisnost organizama u pokretljivosti te interakcije prokariota i eukariota unutar viševrsnog biofilma. Kod fosfat-akumulirajućih bakterija pomoću fluorescencijskog mikroskopa proučavala se brojnost polifosfata u stanici te njihov utjecaj na pokretljivost bakterija.A multispecies biofilm is a microbial community consisting of various microbial species. Microorganisms at the water-air interface form biofilms. The research focuses on observing the formation of multispecies biofilm involving yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae and bacteria Acinetobacter baumannii, Acinetobacter junii, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus. All organisms in the study contributed to the biofilm formation. Biofilms created by certain organisms were more present and formed in a shorter time frame. Microorganisms within the formed biofilm moved along the glass, non-nutritive surface. The bacteria Acinetobacter junii, Acinetobacter baumannii, Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus moved along the glass independently or together with bacteria of another species. Yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae along the glass moves with other bacteria. The research investigated the dependence of organisms on mobility and the interaction between prokaryotes and eukaryotes within the multispecies biofilm. Using a fluorescence microscope, the study examined the abundance of polyphosphates in the cell and their impact on bacterial mobility in phosphate-accumulating bacteria

    Vascular flora of Kraljevec Forest Park (Zagreb)

    Istraživana park šuma Kraljevec pripada gospodarski, socijalno, prirodoznanstveno, ekološki vrijednim, a floristički sporadično istraženim park šumama Zagreba. Ciljevi su rada bili determinirati i analizirati vaskularnu floru taksonomski, horološki, prema životnim oblicima, podrijetlu i kronoelementu, provesti analizu ekoloških indeksa, indeksa urbanizacije i antropogenizacije, invazivnosti, ugroženosti i zaštićenosti, usporediti floru s floristički istraženim park šumama te izraditi fotokatalog primjenjiv u nastavi. Flora je popisivana od veljače do listopada 2023. godine. Zabilježena je 261 biljna svojta svrstana u 78 porodica. Najzastupljenije su porodice: Compositae (11,88 %) Rosaceae (8,43 %) i Poaceae (6,51 %). Od životnih oblika najdominantniji su hemikriptofiti (46,33 %), slijede geofiti (19,69 %), terofiti (16,99 %) te fanerofiti (16,60 %). Većina svojti pripada euroazijskom (46,90 %) i europskom flornom elementu (17,44 %) te kultiviranim i adventivnim biljkama (12,02 %). Dominiraju autohtone svojte (76,25 %) i svojte rastuće na prirodnim staništima i staništima pod slabijim antropogenim utjecajem. Najzastupljenije su biljke polusjene, kojima odgovaraju temperature brežuljkastog pojasa te koje rastu na umjereno vlažnim tlima. Prisutno je 13 invazivnih, tri najmanje zabrinjavajuće, dvije osjetljive, jedna gotovo ugrožena, jedna nedovoljno poznata te dvije strogo zaštićene vrste. Park šuma Kraljevec bogata je biljnim vrstama, prometno dobro povezana što ju čini odličnim odredište za izvođenje terenske nastave.The investigated Kraljevec Forest Park belongs to the economically, socially, naturalistically, ecologically valuable, and floristically sporadically explored forest parks in Zagreb. The aim of this study was to determine and analyze vascular flora taxonomically, horologically, according to the life forms, origin and chronoelements, conduct an analysis of ecological indices, levels of urbanity, indicators of anthropogenisation, invasiveness, endangerment and protection, compare the flora with floristically researched forest parks and create photo catalog applicable in class. The flora was surveyed from February to October 2023, recording a total of 261 species categorized into 78 families. The most numerous families are Compositae (11.88 %), Rosaceae (8.43 %) and Poaceae (6.51 %). The most dominant life forms are hemicryptophytes (46.33 %), then geophytes (19.69 %), therophytes (16.99 %) and phanerophytes (16.60 %). Most taxa belong to the Euroasian (17.44 %) and European floral element (17.44 %) and also to cultivated and adventitious plants (12.02 %). Autochthonous species are dominant (76.25 %) also as the species that grow in natural habitats and habitats under low anthropogenic impact. The most represented plants are shade-tolerant, corresponding to temperatures typical of a colline zone and growing in moderately moist conditions. 13 invasive species were recorded, three of least concern, two vulnerable, one near threatened, one data-deficient, and two species with legal protection.
