Gender Differences In The Level Of Physical Activity Of Children During Free Outdoor Play
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati postoje li spolne razlike u razini tjelesne aktivnosti tijekom
slobodne igre na otvorenom kod djece predškolske dobi. Uzorak je obuhvaćao 84 djece iz dva
gradska dječja vrtića u Čakovcu, 43 dječaka i 41 djevojčica. Tjelesna aktivnost bilježena je
metodom sustavne opservacije u trajanju od 30 minuta po djetetu, uz primjenu modificirane
OSRAC-P skale koja je omogućila kvantitativnu analizu razine aktivnosti.
Rezultati su pokazali da su dječaci ostvarili nešto višu prosječnu razinu aktivnosti (M = 2,88)
u odnosu na djevojčice (M = 2,72), ali ta razlika nije bila statistički značajna (p = 0,373).
Veličina učinka (Cohen’s d = 0,20) upućuje na mali učinak, što znači da razlika, iako prisutna,
nema praktičnu važnost u svakodnevnom kontekstu.
Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju na relativno izjednačenu razinu tjelesne aktivnosti dječaka i
djevojčica u prirodnom vrtićkom okruženju te podupiru ideju da slobodna igra, kao oblik
nestrukturirane tjelesne aktivnosti, može omogućiti jednak razvoj potencijala kod djece oba
spola. Rezultati dodatno naglašavaju važnost poticanja aktivne igre i stvaranja spolno
osjetljivog okruženja u predškolskim ustanovama.The aim of this research was to examine whether there are gender differences in the level of
physical activity during outdoor free play among preschool children. The sample consisted of
84 children from two urban kindergartens in Čakovec, including 43 boys and 41 girls. Physical
activity was recorded using a systematic observation method for 30 minutes per child, applying
a modified OSRAC-P scale that enabled a quantitative analysis of activity levels.
The results showed that boys had a slightly higher average activity level (M = 2.88) compared
to girls (M = 2.72), but this difference was not statistically significant (p = 0.373). The effect
size (Cohen’s d = 0.20) indicates a small effect, meaning that the difference, although present,
has no practical importance in everyday contexts. The analysis of distribution indicators confirmed the validity of the applied statistical procedures.
The obtained results suggest a relatively equal level of physical activity between boys and girls
in the natural kindergarten environment and support the idea that free play, as a form of unstructured physical activity, can foster the development of potential in children of both genders.
The results further emphasize the importance of encouraging active play and creating a gendersensitive environment in preschool institutions
The Contribution Of Music To The Emotional Development Of The Child
Glazba je univerzalni oblik izra~avanja koji ima sna~an utjecaj na emocionalni svijet svakog
ovjeka. Od najranije dobi, glazba prati razvoj djeteta, pru~ajui mu mogunost izra~avanja
emocija. Upravo zbog svoje sposobnosti kojom dopire do svake osobnosti, glazba ima posebno
va~nu ulogu u ranom djetinjstvu kada je verbalizacija job u razvojnoj fazi, a emocionalni
do~ivljaji sna~ni i esto burni i tebko razumljivi.
Ovaj rad pisan je s ciljem istra~ivanja na koji nain glazba doprinosi emocionalnom razvoju
djeteta u predbkolskom razdoblju. Posebna se pa~nja posveuje nainu na koji dijete putem
glazbenih aktivnosti izra~ava i do~ivljava emocije i glazbu kao sredstvo samoregulacije.
Razmatraju se i konkretni oblici glazbenih aktivnosti kroz koje djeca spontano i slobodno
izra~avaju svoje osjeaje. Istie se uloga odgojitelja, iji je zadatak oplemeniti djecu
kvalitetnom glazbom koja e im pru~iti podra~avajue okru~enje za glazbeno izra~avanje.
Rad potvrđuje da je glazba ne samo sredstvo umjetnikog izraza, ve i sna~an pedagobki alat
koji znaajno doprinosi izgradnji emocionalnog identiteta i socijalne osjetljivosti.Music is a universal form of expression that has a profound impact on the emotional world of
every individual. From the earliest age, music accompanies a child’s development, providing
an opportunity to express emotions. Due to its ability to reach deep into each personality, music
plays a particularly important role in early childhood, when verbal expression is still developing
and emotional experiences are often intense, overwhelming, and difficult to understand.
This paper aims to explore the ways in which music contributes to the emotional development
of children in the preschool period. Special attention is given to how children express and
experience emotions through musical activities, as well as to music as a means of emotional
self-regulation.
The paper also examines specific forms of musical activities through which children
spontaneously and freely express their feelings. The role of the educator is emphasized, whose
task is to enrich children’s experiences with quality music and to provide a stimulating
environment for musical expression.
The findings confirm that music is not only a medium of artistic expression, but also a powerful
pedagogical tool that significantly contributes to the development of emotional identity and
social sensitivity
Chronic and rare diseases in children
Kronične bolesti kod djece predstavljaju značajan izazov kako za obitelji, tako i za odgojno-obrazovne institucije. Ove bolesti mogu utjecati na djetetov razvoj, emocionalno stanje i socijalnu uključenost. Kronične bolesti s dugotrajnim liječenjem ili one s nepromijenjenim stanjem imaju i značajan utjecaj na njihove roditelje, cijele obitelji i sustave podrške. U brojnim situacijama razmatraju se nepovoljna povezanost i djelovanje ovih bolesti na okolinu, a istovremeno zanemarujući potrebnu podršku cjelovitom razvoju djece. Ovaj rad ukazuje na pojedine bolesti koje se javljaju u dječjoj dobi ili su prirođene s osvrtom na ulogu obiteljskog okruženja i odgojno-obrazovnih djelatnika iz ranog i predškolskog odgoja i obrazovanja u kreiranju inkluzivnog okružja za učenje i napredovanje. Odabrane su i prikazane karakteristike bolesti iz različitih organskih sustava: respiratorne, probavne, gastrointestinalne i neurološke bolesti. Svaka bolest zahtijeva specifičan pristup dijagnozi, liječenju i podršci te je razmatrana i aktualna praksa u području odgoja i obrazovanja djece s kroničnim bolestima. Naglašena je važnost individualiziranog pristupa svakom djetetu, prilagodbe programa te suradnje između roditelja, zdravstvenih djelatnika, stručnih suradnika i odgojitelja. Odgojitelji imaju važnu ulogu u stvaranju poticajnog okruženja za rast i razvoj te poticanju socijalne uključenosti djece s kroničnim bolestima. Iz pregleda literature, neposrednu pedagošku praksu potrebno je kontinuirano unaprjeđivati kroz edukacije i profesionalni razvoj odgojitelja i stručnih suradnika, kreiranje fleksibilnih kurikuluma i poticanje suradnje među stručnjacima različitih profesija u odgoju i obrazovanju, zdravstvu i socijalnoj skrbi, a sve s ciljem zadovoljenja specifičnih potreba djece, njihovih obitelji i osiguravanja socijalne uključenosti.Chronic illnesses in children represent a significant challenge both for families and for educational institutions. These illnesses can affect the child’s development, emotional state, and social inclusion. Chronic illnesses that require long-term treatment or those with an unchanging state also have a significant impact on their parents, entire families, and support systems. In many situations, the adverse effects of these illnesses on the environment are considered, while at the same time neglecting the necessary support for the holistic development of the child. This paper points out certain illnesses that occur in childhood or are congenital, with a focus on the role of the family environment and early childhood and preschool educators in creating an inclusive learning environment for children’s growth and advancement. Selected and presented are the characteristics of illnesses from various organ systems: respiratory, digestive, gastrointestinal, and neurological diseases. Each illness requires a specific approach to diagnosis, treatment, and support, and current practices in the field of educating children with chronic illnesses are also considered. The importance of an individualized approach to each child, program adjustments, and collaboration between parents, health professionals, expert associates, and educators is emphasized. Educators have an important role in creating a stimulating environment for growth and development and in encouraging the social inclusion of children with chronic illnesses. From the literature review, it is necessary to continuously improve direct pedagogical practice through the education and professional development of educators and expert associates, the creation of flexible curricula, and the encouragement of collaboration among professionals from different fields in education, healthcare, and social care, all with the aim of meeting the specific needs of children, their families, and ensuring social inclusion
Children's mastery of the language between standard and dialect- project in the kindergarten on the island of Vis
Ovaj rad, koji je podijeljen u više dijelova, ispituje dječje ovladavanje jezikom između standarda i jezika. Djeca odmalena usvajaju jezik svoje sredine, najčešće koji od organskih (prirodnih, izvornih) jezičnih idioma. Sa standardnim se jezikom, kao neorganskim idiomom dogovorenim za potrebe komunikacije, susreću u medijima i drugdje, no sustavno počinju njime ovladavati tek kad pođu u osnovnu školu, odnosno kad započnu sa sustavnom naobrazbom. Tako i djeca koja odrastaju u prostoru govorenja hrvatskoga jezika, najprije usvajaju koji od njegovih dijalekata, pripadan čakavskom, kajkavskom ili štokavskom narječju, a potom sustavno u školi ovladavaju standardnim hrvatskim jezikom.
Suvremene okolnosti komunikacije u dinamičnom i umreženom svijetu, kao i intenzivne migracije, čine da se i organski idiomi ubrzano mijenjaju, pa i nestaju, pod jakim utjecajem standardnoga jezika, žargona, drugih jezika u kontaktu. Tako se događa i s dijalektom otoka Visa, kojim se danas sve manje mladih govornika koristi.
Cilj ovoga rada bio je istražiti razinu upoznatosti djece predškolske dobi u gradu Visu s dijalektnim viškim govorom. Osim toga, cilj je bio ispitati koriste li se djeca viškim govorom u svakodnevnoj komunikaciji.
Kao kontekst teme istraživanja, opisan je jezični razvoj djece do školske dobi te je predstavljen govor kao temeljno sredstvo komunikacije.
Zadatak je odgojitelja da potiču skladan dječji jezični razvoj, uvodeći djecu u ovladavanje standardnim jezikom i njegujući standardnojezično izražavanje, ali isto tako ne zanemarujući lokalni jezični identitet, odnosno zavičajni govor kojim se djeca koriste.
Aktivnostima koje su u dječjem vrtiću u Visu provedene za potrebe pisanja ovog rada htjelo se djecu upoznati s viškim govorom kao dijelom lokalnoga identiteta te istražiti dječje poznavanje toga govora na leksičkoj razini.
Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su, kao što je i očekivano, da se djeca u svakodnevnoj komunikaciji koriste kombinacijom hrvatskoga standardnog jezika i dijalekta otoka Visa. Pri tome se, kad je o leksičkom segmentu riječ, više koristile riječima hrvatskog standardnog jezika,This paper, which is divided into several parts, examines children's language acquisition between standards and languages. Children start learning the language of their environment from an early age, most often one of the organic (natural, original) language idioms. They start using the standard language, as an inorganic idiom agreed upon for communication purposes, only when they enter elementary school, that is, when they begin systematic education. Likewise, children who grow up in the area where the Croatian language is spoken, first adopt one of its dialects, belonging to the Chakavian, Kajkavian or Štokavian dialects, and then systematically master the standard Croatian language at school.
The modern circumstances of communication in a dynamic and networked world, as well as intensive migrations, make organic idioms rapidly change and even disappear, under the strong influence of standard language, jargon, and other languages in contact. This is also the case with the dialect of the island of Vis, which today fewer and fewer young speakers use.
The aim of this paper was to investigate the level of familiarity of preschool children in the city of Vis with the Vis dialect. In addition, the goal was to examine whether children use Više speech in everyday communication.
As the context of the research topic, the language development of children up to school age is described and speech is presented as a fundamental means of communication.
It is the task of educators to encourage harmonious children's language development, introducing children to the mastery of the standard language and nurturing non-standard language expression, but also not neglecting the local linguistic identity, i.e. the native language used by the children.
The activities that were carried out in the Kindergarten in Vis for the purpose of writing this paper aimed to introduce the children to the Vis language as part of the local identity and to investigate the children's knowledge of that language at the lexical level.
The results of the research showed, as expected, that children use a combination of the Croatian standard language and the dialect of the island of Vis in their daily communication. At the same time, when it comes to the lexical segment, words from the Croatian standard language were used more than from the dialect
Brothers Grimm's Snow White in selected movie adaptations
Bajke spadaju u popularna književna djela koja privlače i djecu i odrasle. U tom se svijetu isprepliću elementi stvarnosti i nadnaravnog svijeta što privlaći brojne čitatelje. Braća Grimm, Jacob i Wilhelm, smatraju se najutjecajnijim skuplja ima bajki u Njemačkoj krajem 18. i početkom 19. stoljeća, a njihov utjecaj se osjeća i danas širom svijeta. Od objave njihovih zbirka bajki do danas pojavile su se brojne adaptacije, a posebice su se istaknule sve prisutnije filmske adaptacije. Jedna od najpoznatijih bajki braće Grimm je Snjeguljica koja je doživjela veći broj adaptacija.
Dva su cilja ovog rada. Prvi je cilj usporediti izvornu Snjeguljicu braće Grimm s njihovim adaptacijama. Drugi je cilj provjeriti kakve su promjene nastale s obzirom na vremenski i kulturni kontekst nastanka filmske adaptacije.
Provedena je analiza dvaju dugometražnih filmova. Prvi je animirani film Walta Disneya "Snjeguljica i sedam patuljaka", a drugi je igrani film Tarsema Singha "Mirror Mirror". U analizi su se promatrali sljedeći elementi: fabula filma, psihološka karakterizacija likova i specifičnosti adaptacije po kojima se film istaknuo. Analizom su utvrđene sljedeće promjene: prilagodba Snjeguljičine dobi, razvoj odnosa između Snjeguljice i princa, imenovanje likova i njihova psihološka produbljenost, metode pokušaja ubojstva i ubojstva Snjeguljice, kraljičina smrt te krvno srodstvo Snjeguljice i kraljice. Iako su prisutne brojne promjene u obje filmske adaptacije, ne može se zanemariti vjernost osnovnim elementima izvorne bajke braće Grimm. Temeljni razlog zbog kojeg je došlo do promjena je drugačiji kulturni kontekst te prilagođavanje priče njenim produbljivanjem i uvođenjem dosljednosti u novom kontekstu.Fairy tales are popular literary works that appeal to both children and adults. In this world, elements of reality and the supernatural world are intertwined, which attracts many readers. The Grimm brothers, Jacob and Wilhelm, are considered the most influential collectors of fairy tales in Germany in the late 18th and early 19th centuries, and their influence is still felt around the world today. Since the publication of their collections of fairy tales until today, numerous adaptations have appeared, and in particular, the ever-present movie adaptations have stood out. One of the most famous fairy tales of the Brothers Grimm is Snow White, which has seen a number of adaptations.
There are two goals of this paper. The first goal is to compare the original Snow White by the Brothers Grimm with their adaptations. The second goal is to check what changes have occurred with regard to the time and cultural context of the creation of the film adaptation.
An analysis of two feature films was carried out. The first is Walt Disney's animated film "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs", and the second is Tarsem Singh's feature film "Mirror Mirror". The following elements were observed in the analysis: the fable of the film, the psychological characterization of the characters and the specifics of the adaptation that made the film stand out. The analysis determined the following changes: the adaptation of Snow White's age, the development of the relationship between Snow White and the prince, the naming of the characters and their psychological depth, the methods of the attempted murder and the murder of Snow White, the queen's death, and the blood relationship between Snow White and the queen. Although there are numerous changes in both film adaptations, one cannot ignore the fidelity to the basic elements of the original Brothers Grimm fairy tale. The fundamental reason for the changes is the different cultural context and the adaptation of the story by deepening it and introducing consistency in the new context
Reading Habits and Reading Motivation Amon Prospective and In-serivce Teachers
Čitanje je jezična vještina koja razvija mozak, potiče kreativnost, jača maštu, razvija poznavanje emocije te sudjeluje u kognitivnom razvoju. Ljubav prema čitanju i navika čitanja posebice se oblikuje za vrijeme školovanja, a posebnu važnost ima uloga učitelja. Ovaj rad istražuje čitalačke navike i motivaciju za čitanje budućih učitelja, tj. studenata završnih godina i učitelja koji već rade. Budući da se najlakše nekog nauči primjerom, bitno je da učitelji vole čitati i imaju tu vještinu kako bi lakše mogli motivirati djecu na čitanje. Istraživanje napravljeno za potrebe ovoga rada željelo je istražiti stavove (budućih) učitelja prema čitanju, čitalačke navike i motivaciju za čitanje. Analiza podataka daje uvid u to koliko je vještina čitanja prisutna kod ispitanika, koliko vole čitanje, kakva imaju mišljenja oko čitanja te kako motivirati djecu za čitanje, posebice u nastavi obrade lektire. Analizom podataka također se dobivaju konkretne ideje koje mogu poticati djecu na čitanje i stvoriti naviku čitanja, a većinom se radu o kreativnom pristupu obradi lektire.Reading is a language skill that develops the brain, stimulates creativity, strengthens imagination, enhances emotional understanding, and contributes to cognitive development. The love for reading and the habit of reading are particularly shaped during school, where the role of teachers is especially important. This paper explores the reading habits and motivation for reading among future teachers and teachers who are already working. Since leading by example is one of the most effective ways to teach, teachers must enjoy reading and possess strong reading skills in order to better motivate children to read. The research conducted for this paper aims to examine the attitudes of (future) teachers toward reading, their reading habits, and their motivation for reading. Data analysis provides insight into how present reading skills are among the respondents, how much they enjoy reading, their opinions on reading, and how to motivate children to read, especially in the context of required reading lessons. Additionally, the data analysis offers concrete ideas for encouraging children to read and develop a reading habit, most of which involve a creative approach to literature lessons
Parents' opinion about cooperation trough Okitoki application
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati stavove roditelja, odnosno mišljenja roditelja o komunikaciji putem aplikacije Okitoki. Aplikacija Okitoki nastala je 2020. godine potaknuta nemogućnošću odnosno težom komunikacijom i suradnjom s roditeljima i vrtićem tijekom epidemije koronavirusa. Istraživanje za potrebe završnog rada provedeno je online među 50 roditelja dječjeg vrtića „Ribica“ iz Zagreba u kojem se navedena aplikacija koristi kao jedan od oblika komunikacije i suradnje između roditelja i vrtića. Dio roditelja koji nisu imali djecu u vrtiću prije epidemije koronavirusa s ovim načinom komunikacije nisu upoznati od prije dok je dio roditelja koji su dobili djecu nakon epidemije koronavirusa upoznat samo s ovim načinom komunikacije. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da je zadovoljstvo aplikacijom veliko s obzirom da ukupno 82% roditelja smatra da je aplikacija Okitoki odlična odnosno vrlo dobra te istu preporučuju vrtićima koji ju ne koriste. Svi ispitani roditelji snalaze se u korištenju aplikacije zbog dobre preglednosti iste što svjedoči velik postotak od 90% roditelja koji je izjavio ovu činjenicu. Također, čak 88% roditelja smatra da se putem aplikacije gradi bolji odnos i komunikacija između roditelja i odgojitelja što je temelj kvalitetnom partnertvu obitelji i odgojno-obrazovne ustanove. Kroz aplikaciju dobivaju sve potrebne informacije o svojoj djeci i njihovim aktivnostima u vrtiću koje su korisne za dobru suradnju.
Zaključno, rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na potrebu za unapređenjem suvremenije komunikacije i suradnje između roditelja i vrtića. Današnja generacija roditelja sve više koristi pametne uređaje, a time i aplikacije te preferiraju ovaj način komunikacije. Na ovaj način roditelji prate napredak i aktivnost svog djeteta objavljene u realnom vremenu, a zapis ostaje trajno dostupan (tekstovi, fotografije i videozapisi objavljeni od strane odgojitelja, pedagoga, ravnatelja i dr.).The aim of this research was to examine parents' attitudes and opinions regarding communication through the Okitoki application. The Okitoki application was developed in 2020, driven by the challenges of communication and collaboration between parents and kindergartens during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research for this final paper was conducted online among 50 parents at the „Ribica“ kindergarten in Zagreb, where the Okitoki application is used as one of the forms of communication and cooperation between parents and the kindergarten. Some parents whose children did not attend kindergarten before the pandemic were previously unfamiliar with this method of communication, while parents who had children after the pandemic are only familiar with this form of communication. The results of the research showed high satisfaction with the application, as 82% of parents consider the Okitoki application to be excellent or very good and recommend it to kindergartens that do not use it. All the parents surveyed are able to use the app due to its good clarity, which is evidenced by the high percentage of 90% of parents who stated this fact. Additionally, 88% of parents believe that the app helps build a better relationship and communication between parents and educators, which is the foundation of a quality partnership between the family and the educational institution. Through the app, parents receive all the necessary information about their children and their activities in kindergarten, which is useful for good collaboration.
In conclusion, the research results highlight the need to improve modern communication and cooperation between parents and kindergartens. Today's generation of parents increasingly uses smart devices and apps, preferring this method of communication. Through this approach, parents can follow their child's progress and activities in real time, with records (texts, photos, and videos published by educators, pedagogue, principal, etc.) remaining permanently accessible
Athletic content in preschool education
U današnjem suvremenom svijetu sve je veća prisutnost sjedilačkog načina života i smanjenog kretanja. Stoga, kako bi dijete pravilno raslo i razvijalo se, važno je poticati ga na kineziološku aktivnost. Motorički razvoj djeteta započinje u majčinom trbuhu prvim pokretima djeteta. Opće je poznato da kineziološka aktivnost čini bitnu ulogu u djetetovom rastu i razvoju. Djeca od najranije dobi kroz sportske igre razvijaju osjećaj kreativnosti, odgovornosti te stvaraju socijalne vještine. Važnu ulogu kod poticanja kineziološke aktivnosti imaju roditelji i odgajatelji. Uloga roditelja je osigurati djetetu dovoljno stimulativnih iskustva i prilika za psihomotorički razvoj. U ovom radu prikazan je prijedlog atletskih sadržaja za djecu predškolske dobi: hodanje, trčanje, skakanje i bacanje. Atletski sadržaji utječu na dječje ponašanje, stavove i na kompetencije. Sposobnosti trčanja predškolske djece, njihove motoričke i ostale sposobnosti ovise o uvjetima u kojima dijete živi i raste. Djeca koja su tjelesno aktivnija imaju bolju kondiciju i zdravstveni status. Važnu ulogu u dječjem rastu i razvoju imaju motoričke sposobnosti, a to su: izdržljivost, snaga, gipkost, brzina i koordinacija.In today's modern world, the presence of a sedentary lifestyle and reduced movement is increasing. Therefore, in order for the child to grow and develop properly, it is important to encourage him to kinesiological activity. A child's motor development begins in the mother's womb with the child's first movements. It is generally known that kinesiological activity plays an important role in a child's growth and development. From an early age, children develop a sense of creativity, responsibility and social skills through sports games. Parents and educators play an important role in encouraging kinesiology activity. The role of parents is to provide the child with enough stimulating experiences and opportunities for psychomotor development. This paper presents a proposal for athletic content for preschool children: walking, running, jumping and throwing. Athletic content affects children's behavior, attitudes and competencies. The running abilities of preschool children, their motor and other abilities depend on the conditions in which the child lives and grows. Children who are more physically active have better fitness and health status. Motor abilities play an important role in children's growth and development, namely: endurance, strength, flexibility, speed and coordination
Kinesiological activities on excursions
Kineziološka aktivnost je, u današnjem svijetu, temelj zdravog života. Kod ljudi sve je manje prisutna potreba za kretanjem, a tome pridonosi digitalizacija te veliki razvoj tehnologije. Takav način života djece, koji se svodi na sjedenje u školskoj klupi, gledanje televizije, rad na kompjuteru, učenje te samim time cjelodnevni boravak u zatvorenim prostorijama dovodi do nedostatka kretanja i slabljenja cijelog organizma. Ciljevi i zadaće Tjelesne i zdravstvene kulture ne ostvaruju se samo kroz nastavu nego i kroz izvannastavne i izvanškolske aktivnosti. U tom procesu jako je važna uloga učitelja koji motivira i potiče učenike. Cilj ovog rada bio je objasniti važnost provođenja izvannastavnih aktivnosti, posebno školskih izleta, te važnost realiziranja nekog oblika kinezioloških aktivnosti na školskih izletima.Kinesiological activity is the foundation of healthy life in todayˈs world. People have less and less need to move, and digitalization and great development of technology contribute to this. Such a way of life of children, which comes down to sitting at a school desk, watching TV, working on the computer, studying and thus staying indoors all day, leads to a lack of movement and weakening of the whole organism. The goals and tasks of Physical and Health Education are not only achieved through teaching, but also through extracurricular activities. In this process, the role of the teacher is very important, as he motivates and encourages students. The main objective of this thesis was to explain the importance of conducting extracurricular activities, especially school trips, and the importance of realizing some form of kinesiological activities on school trips
John Locke´s View on Education
Svrha ovog diplomskog rada je pobliže objasniti politiku poznatog filozofa Johna Lockea. Za početak ću nastojat odredit svrhu same filozofije odgoja i što to ona zapravo jest. Kako ona utječe na politiku Lockeove filozofije, koji je pojam odgoja te kako i na koji način se on očituje u tome. Pobliže ću objasniti samu knjigu pod imenom „Neke misli o odgoju“ u kojoj Locke obrazlaže načine, prednosti i mane odgajanja djeteta te kako i na koji način možemo i mi sami pridonijeti društvu i općenito odgoju prolazeći kroz njegove smjernice. Njegova spoznaja dakako se očituje prvenstveno u tome kako je svako dijete jedinka za sebe te kako djeca trebaju učiti isključivo iz iskustva ali istodobno u djetetu probuditi njegov duh, te raditi na tome da ono bude usklađeno sa njegovim tijelom. Koji su to postupci roditelja a koji odgajatelja te kako ih se može usporediti a kasnije i uskladiti. Njegova filozofija odgoja je sukladna i sa filozofijom politike. Pa ću jednako tako nastojati objasniti Lockeovu filozofiju politike kroz obrazovanje za slobodu koja se očituje u poznatom izdanju pod imenom „Locke's education for liberty.“The purpose of this thesis is to explain the politics of the famous philosopher John Locke in more detail. To begin with, I will try to determine the purpose of the philosophy of education itself and what it actually is. How it influences the politics of Locke's philosophy, what is the concept of education and how and in what way it manifests itself in it. I will explain in more detail the book itself called "Some Thoughts on Upbringing" in which Locke explains the ways, advantages and disadvantages of raising a child and how and in what way we can Sami contribute to society and education in general by going through his guidelines. His realization, of course, is manifested primarily in the fact that each child is an individual for himself and that children should learn exclusively from experience, but at the same time awaken the child's spirit, and work on making it harmonized with his body. What are the actions of parents and educators, and how can they be compared and later harmonized. His philosophy of education is also consistent with the philosophy of politics. So I will also try to explain Locke's philosophy of politics through education for liberty, which is manifested in the famous edition called "Locke's education for liberty.
