No full textPomorstvo kao djelatnost je skup radnji koje su usko povezane sa morem i brodovima. međutim ono ne uključuje samo plovidbu i navigaciju već povezuje navigaciju, brodogradnju, trgovinu, ekonomiju, menadžment i kompanije. Matematika kao znanost je prisutna u pomorstvu od njegovog početka. Služi za precizne izračune pozicija, opterećenja brodske konstrukcije, izgradnju luka i terminala te još mnogo toga. Cilj ovog rada je pojasniti i prikazati praktičnu primjenu matematičkih funkcija u nekim od svakodnevnih obaveza modernog pomorca. Njihovom primjenom rješavaju se problemi vezani za navigaciju, izgradnju luka i gibanje brodova.Maritime science as an activity is a set of activities that are closely related to the sea and ships. however, it does not only involve navigation but connects navigation, shipbuilding, trade, economics, management and companies. Mathematics as a science has been present in maritime affairs since its inception. It is used for precise calculations of positions, loads of ship construction, construction of ports and terminals and much more. The aim of this paper is to clarify and present the practical application of mathematical functions in some of the daily duties of a modern seafarer. No full textRad prikazuje temeljna obilježja kao i pravno uređenje linijskog obalnog pomorskog prometa u Republici Hrvatskoj. Linijski pomorski putnički promet uspostavlja se na mjestima gdje postoji potreba za kontinuiranim prijevozom. Važan je za razvoj priobalnog gospodarstva i turizma, ali i za održavanje otočkog života i sprječavanje iseljavanja stanovništva. Linijski obalni pomorski promet primarno je uređen Zakonom o prijevozu u linijskom i povremenom obalnom pomorskom prometu i podzakonskim propisima donesenim temeljem njega. U radu su detaljno razrađeni zakonski i podzakonski propisi, kao i prava i uvjeti koje mora ispunjavati brod i brodar za obavljanje javnog prijevoza u linijskom obalnom pomorskom prometu.The paper presents the basic features and legal regulation of liner coastal maritime traffic in the Republic of Croatia. Liner maritime passenger traffic is established in places where there is a need for continuous transport. It is important for the development of the coastal economy and tourism, but also for the maintenance of island life and the prevention of immigration. Liner coastal maritime transport is primarily regulated by the Act on Transport in Liner and Occasional Coastal Maritime Transport and by-laws enacted on the same topics. The paper elaborate in detail the laws and bylaws, as well as the rights and conditions that must be met by the ship and conditions that must be met by the ship and the shipowner to perform public transport in the liner coastal maritime traffic

No full textU ovom završnom radu pružit će se uvid u analizu i specifičnosti brodova za prijevoz teških tereta. Definirat će se pojam teškog tereta i napraviti analiza brodova koji su dizajnirani za prijevoz takvog tereta kojeg je nemoguće prevesti običnim teretnim brodovima. Opisat će se vrste brodova koji prevoze teški teret s obzirom na način manipulacije teretom, a prema tome postoje tri metode RO-RO, FLO-FLO i LO-LO. Napravit će se njihova analiza i definirati osnovne značajke te prednosti i nedostaci.This thesis will provide an insight into the analysis and specifics of heavy lift cargo carriers. The concept of heavy lift cargo will be defined and a corresponding analysis of a ship designed to transport such cargo that cannot be transported by ordinary cargo ships. The basic types of ships carrying heavy cargo will be described with respect to the mode of cargo handling, and therefore there are three methods, namely RO-RO, FLO-FLO and LO-LO. No full textU ovom završnom radu istražili su se svi bitni elementi koji su ključni za razvoj pomorskog turizma u Hrvatskoj. Turizam je jedan od sektora koji najviše utječe na gospodarstvo zemlje, jedan od glavnih izvora prihoda koji je u konstantnom razvitku i napretku. Ljudski faktor postaje sve značajniji jer je postalo nedovoljno nuditi samo prirodne i povijesne znamenitosti te bi trebalo prikazati zemlju u punom sjaju, uključujući rad na ugostiteljskom sektoru. Cilj rada je analizirati ograničavajuće čimbenike pomorskog turizma poput prometne i lučke infrastrukture, ekoloških čimbenika i održivog razvoja te prikazati utjecaj globalne pandemije na dominirajuću granu svjetskog gospodarstva.In this bachelor's thesis, there was a research about all the essential elements that are crucial for the development of maritime tourism in Croatia. Tourism is on of the sectors that most affects the country's economy, one of the mail sources of income that is in constant development and progress. The human factor is becoming increasingly important as it has become insufficient to offer only natural and historical sites that should be displayed in full glory, including work in the hospitality sector. The aim of this paper is to analyze the constraints of maritime tourism factors such as transport and port infrastructure, environmental factors and sustainable development and to show the impact of the global pandemic on the dominant branch of the world economy

No full textSvaka luka ima svoje vlastite operativne modele i izazove te rješenja koja rade za jedno možda neće raditi za drugo. Nakon odluke s kojim problemima se treba pozabaviti, kako im pristupiti i koje bi tehnologije mogle pomoći, luka mora utvrditi ispunjavaju li gotova tehnološka rješenja svoje ciljeve ili razvija li sustav vlastito rješenje ili uz pomoć vanjskog partnera. Takve informacije mogu pomoći pojedinačnim korisnicima da smanje troškove boljim planiranjem. Glavna iluzija prilikom dolaska novih tehnologija je da će se pojavom nečeg novog sve promijeniti istog trena.
Cilj ovog rada je analiza inovacija koje stvaraju poticaje za dugoročni rast i razvoj pametnih luka koje stvaraju mogućnosti za poboljšanje produktivnosti. Nadalje, naglasiti će se prednosti i aduti optimiziranih sustava nadzora u lučkoj industriji te njihovo odražavanje na transformaciju infrastrukture pametnih luka. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da luke osim inovacija u dizajnu i izradi plovila, u razvoju luka i lučke infrastrukture, imaju također značajne mogućnosti implementacije suvremenih tehnologija u poslovanju u budućnosti. Primjerice implementacija oblaka, blockchain tehnologija te umjetna inteligencija. Također navode se i bitne uloge pomorskih operatera koji žele održati konkurentsku prednost tako što moraju usvojiti digitalni način razmišljanja i provesti tehnologije pametnih luka kako bi ostali produktivni, prijateljski raspoloženi, učinkoviti i konkurentni.Each port has its own operating models and challenges and solutions that work for one may not work for another. Following a decision to address, how to access and which technologies might help, the port must determine whether the ready-to-date technological solutions meet its objectives or whether the system develops its own solution or with the assistance of an external partner. Such information can help individual users to reduce costs by better planning. The main illusion at the arrival of new technologies is that the appearance of something new will change immediately.
The aim of this work is to analyse innovation that creates incentives for long-term growth and development of smart ports which create opportunities to improve productivity. Furthermore, the advantages and adulation of the optimised control systems in the port industry will be highlighted and their reflection on the transformation of smart ports infrastructure. Research findings suggest that ports other than innovation in design and construction of vessels, in the development of ports and port infrastructures, also have significant opportunities to implement modern technologies in the future. For example, the implementation of cloud, blockchain technology and artificial intelligence. No full textCilj završnog rada je pružiti uvid na utjecaj pandemije COVID 19 na dinamiku pomorske industrije kao i preventivne mjere koje se provode s ciljem suzbijanja širenja koronavirusa u spomenutoj industriji. Pandemija COVID 19 tekuća je pandemije nove bolesti koja se prvi puta pojavila u gradu Wuhanu (Kina), a uzrokovana je tipom virusa SARS-CoV-2. Zbog brzine širenja virusa svijetom velik broj država kao odgovor nametnuo je preventivne mjere koje su stvorile značajne poteškoće u najznačajnijim svjetskim industrijama, posljedično tome i u pomorskoj industriji. Mjere su usvojene prema kodeksu, preporukama i savjetima međunarodnih organizacija i agencija. S obzirom da pomorska industrija predstavlja ključan čimbenik ekonomske, socijalne i teritorijalne kohezije ključno je brzo odgovoriti na problem kako posljedice ne bi bile i znatno gore.The aim of the thesis is to provide insight into the impact of the COVID 19 pandemic on the dynamics of the maritime industry as well as measures implemented to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the industry. The COVID 19 pandemic is an ongoing pandemic of a new disease that first appeared in the city of Wuhan (China) and is caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus type. Due to the spread of the virus around the world, a large number of countries in response imposed preventive measures that created significant difficulties in the world's most important industries, and consequently in the maritime industry. The measures were adopted according to the code, recommendations and advice of international organizations and agencies. Given that the maritime industry is a key factor in economic, social and territorial cohesion, it is crucial to respond quickly to the problem so that the consequences would not be much worse

opći pojmovi, elementi i funkcije morske luke kao sustava u cjelini. Planiranje obuhvaća
istraživanje i izradu prilagodljivih planova i aktivnosti za određeno razdoblje u svrhu
izgradnje i razvoja luke. Planiranje morske luke zahtjeva rad stručnjaka iz različitih područja,
dobru organizaciju, informiranje i pridržavanje financijskih mogućnosti. Proces projektiranja
morske luke je složen posao koji zahtjeva racionalne, logične i društveno opravdane odluke
kako bi se postigla maksimalna funkcionalnost. Opisani su uvjeti za određivanje lokacije
morske luke kao i načini određivanja povoljnog položaja lučkih objekata unutar luke te
planiranje kopnenih površina pri izradi projekta. Nakon faza koncipiranja dolazi se do faze
realizacije morske luke.The theme of this paper is the planning and design of a seaport. In particular, the
general concepts, elements and functions of a seaport as a whole system are analyzed. The
planning involves exploring and developing adaptable plans and activities for a specific
period in the construction and development of a port. Seaport planning requires the work of
experts in various fields, good organization, information and adherence to financial
opportunities. The process of designing a seaport is a complex job that requires rational,
logical and socially justified decisions to achieve maximum functionality. Described are the
conditions for determining the location of a seaport, as well as ways of determining favorable
locations of port facilities within a port and the planning of land surfaces when designing a

No full textTema ovog završnog rada su vremenska analiza i pognoza vremena. Osim vremenske prognoze , u radu se nalaze i prikazi samih meteoroloških pojava i elemenata na sinoptičkoj karti. Uz općenito objašnjenje vremenske analize i prognoze vremena objašnjena je i prognoza vremena izričito za pomorce uz objašnjenje dvaju najvažnijih pomagala za sigurnu plovidbu: NAVTEX i faksimil. U zadnjem poglavlju se objašnjava prognoza vremena na Jadranu. Zaključeno je da bez točne vremenske prognoze nema sigurne plovidbe. Pomorci su u obvezi praćenja vremenskih prilika u pripremi te za vrijeme plovidbe.The topic of this final paper is weather analysis and weather forecast. Except the weather analysis in this work it can be found also a review of the meteorological appearances and elements on synoptic maps. With general explanation of weather analysis and weather forecast, the weather forecast especially for sailors is shown with explanation of two most important instruments for safe navigation: NAVTEX and facsimile. In the last chapter the weather forcast in the Adriatic Sea is explained. It is concluded that without an accurate weather forecast there is no safe navigation. Seafarers are in obligation to monitor the weather conditions in preparation and during the navigation

U današnje doba, uz pomoć interneta te bankovne kartice, moţete kockati na bilo kojem mjestu na svijetu. Pomorci, s obzirom na specifičnost radnih uvjeta, te veliki broj stresora koji ih okruţuju, padaju pod utjecaj igara na sreću daleko od svog doma i obitelji. Kako je porasla sama mogućnost kockanja u današnje doba, te sve veći broj osoba moţe postati ovisnikom o kockanju u svakom trenutku, mahom se otvaraju terapijsko-rehabilitacijski centri za pomoć ovisnicima o kockanju te njihovim obiteljima. Cilj je ovog rada definirati odrednice industrije igara na sreću, dati preporuke za terapijsko-rehabilitacijski program za ovisnost novog doba te istraţiti utjecaj obitelji ovisnika o igrama na sreću na prestanak potonje navedene ovisnosti.Gambling is a type of game in which the result is not known in advance and depends largely on chance and luck, and less on reason and skill. Games of chance dates back to ancient Greek and Roman times that began with the throwing of a six-sided dice with incised dots. Nowadays, with the help of the Internet and bank card, you are able to gamble anywhere in the world. Seafarers, given the specificity of working conditions, and the large number of stressors that surround them, fall under the influence of games of chance far from their home and family. As the very possibility of gambling has increased nowadays, and an increasing number of people can become addicted to gambling at any time, therapeutic-rehabilitation centres are being opened to help gambling addicts and their families
