problematiku reguliranja uvjeta kretanja u cestovnom prometu, te će predstaviti konceptualnu
ideju pomičnog usporivača prometa koji će na drugačiji način pokušati riješiti neke od
postojećih problema.
Rad sadrži konstrukciju usporivača te njegovu trodimenzionalnu vizualizaciju, konstrukcija
obuhvaća osmišljanje svih sastavnih dijelova usporivača te osmišljanje algoritma za
automatsku kontrolu sustava.This master's thesis, „Retractable speed bump design solution“ will present the challenges
of regulating driving conditions in road traffic. It will present a concept of a retractable speed
bump that will try and solve some of the known difficulties in traffic.
Thesis contains construction of the speed bump and it's threedimensional visualisation,
construction includes inventing all of the key parts and inventing an algorithm for automatic
control of the system

Dubrovnik. Kroz rad se prvenstvo definira pojam turizma i njegova povijesna perspektiva, kao i
turistička destinacija i potražnja. Fokus u radu je stavljen na prikaz marketinškog miksa i
promocije turističke destinacije s posebnim naglaskom na društvene mreže. Društvene mreže u
današnje vrijeme predstavljaju jednu od najboljih platformi za promociju i oglašavanje, stoga je
naglasak u radu stavljen na analizu promocije turističke destinacije Dubrovnik putem profila
društvenih mreža te je se naposljetku analizirala turistička zajednica Dubrovnik i način promocije
turističke destinacije.Marketing of a tourist destination with a focus on the city of Dubrovnik is presented and described
through the thesis. Through the final thesis, the concept of tourism and its historical perspective,
as well as the tourist destination and demand, are primarily defined. The focus of the paper is on
the presentation of the marketing mix and promotion of the tourist destination with special
emphasis on social networks. Nowadays, social networks represent one of the best platforms for
promotion and advertising, therefore the emphasis in the paper is on the analysis of the promotion
of the tourist destination Dubrovnik through social network profiles, and finally the tourist

ugovorene dobi. Uz osiguranje smrti, životna osiguranja često uključuju i dodatne komponente
poput štednje, nesreća ili invalidnosti. Ovo omogućuje osiguranicima da osiguraju financijsku
sigurnost za sebe i svoje najmilije u slučaju nepredviđenih okolnosti. Istraživanja tržišta
životnih osiguranja pokazuju da su ove police popularne među ljudima koji žele osigurati
budućnost svojih obitelji, otplaćivanje kredita ili ostvarivanje financijskih ciljeva. Ovaj rad
analizira primjer životnih osiguranja kroz primjer na osiguravajućim kućama AGRAM LIFE
d.d. i CROATIA OSIGURANJE d.d. istražujući različite aspekte ovih polica, uključujući vrste

protection to policyholders and their families in the event of death or health issues. This type of
insurance ensures a payout of a specific sum of money upon the insured's death or at the
maturity of the policy. In addition to death coverage, life insurances often include additional
components such as savings, accident, or disability coverage. This enables policyholders to
secure financial stability for themselves and their loved ones in unforeseen circumstances.
Market research on life insurances indicates their popularity among individuals seeking to
secure their family's future, repay loans, or achieve financial goals. This paper analyzes a case
study of life insurances through the examples of AGRAM LIFE d.d. and CROATIA
OSIGURANJE d.d., exploring various aspects of these policies, including types of coverage,
premiums, terms, and benefits offered to policyholders
MUSEUM INTERPRETATION AND TOURIST VALORIZATION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE IN THE NORTHWESTERN PART OF KARLOVAC COUNTY
No full textPredmet ovog rada je muzejska interpretacija i turistička valorizacija kulturne baštine na
području sjeverozapadnog dijela Karlovačke županije. Rad sadržava teorijski i praktični
istraživački problem. Istaknuta su obilježja muzejske interpretacije i turističke valorizacije
baštine na primjerima Zavičajnog muzeja Ozalj, Franjevačkog muzeja Karlovac, Muzeja
karlovačkog vatrogastva te Muzeja grada Karlovca na nekoliko različitih lokacija – Gradski
muzej Karlovac, Muzej Domovinskog rata Turanj i Stari grad Dubovac. Podaci korišteni u radu
prikupljeni su metodom istraživanja za stolom te su obrađeni metodama kompilacije,
deskripcije, analize i sinteze.The subject of this work is the museum interpretation and tourism valorization of cultural
heritage in the area of the northwestern part of Karlovac County. The paper contains a
theoretical and practical research problem. The features of museum interpretation and tourism
valorization of heritage are highlighted using the examples of Native Museum of Ozalj, the
Karlovac Franciscan Museum, the Karlovac Fire Brigade Museum and the Karlovac City
Museum at several different locations - the Karlovac City Museum, the Turanj Homeland War
Museum and the Old Town of Dubovac. The data used in the work were collected using the
desk research method and were processed using the methods of compilation, description,
analysis and synthesis
TECHNIQUES FOR RESCUING ANIMALS FROM CAVES
No full textTehnike spašavanja životinja iz speleoloških objekata koristimo pri dojavi lovaca, vlasnika ili
prolaznika kada dođemo na mjesto gdje se životinja unesrećila. U suradnji sa Hrvatskom
gorskom službom spašavanja, lovačkim društvima i veterinarima koriste se specifični resursi i
uvježbano ljudstvo. Životinje se unesrećuju zbog svojih prirodnih životnih navika, a i zbog
djelovanja čovjeka neposredno u lovu ili posredno onečišćivanjem podzemlja. Lovački psi se
unesrećuju tijekom samog lova. Osim tehnika spašavanja, objašnjava se ponašanje životinje i
pasa te kako to dovodi do njihovog unesrećivanja. Prikazuje se brojnosti i učestalost pada
životinja u speleološke objekte kroz prikupljena izvješća speleo komisije HGSS-a te stanica
Karlovac, Gospić, Ogulin, Rijeka, Delnice, Zagreb i Samobor. Određene su nadležnosti za
spašavanje stanica Ogulin i Karlovac prema lovnim područjima, tj. lovištima u Karlovačkoj
županiji te je objašnjen sistem pozivanja te pokretanja akcije spašavanja.Techniques for rescuing animals from speleological objects are used when we are notified by
hunters, owners or passers-by and when we arrive at the place where the animal has suffered
an accident. In cooperation with the Croatian Mountain Rescue Service, hunting societies and
veterinarians, specific resources and trained manpower are used. Animals get afflicted because
of their natural life habits and also because of the action of man directly in hunting or indirectly
polluting the underground. Hunting dogs get afflicted during the hunt. In addition to rescue
techniques, the behavior of livelihoods and dogs is explained and how this leads to their
accident. The number and frequency of animal accident in speleological objects is presented
through the collected reports of speleo comisia of the HGSS and the stations Karlovac, Gospić,
Ogulin, Rijeka, Delnice, Zagreb and Samobor. The jurisdiction for the rescue of the Ogulin and
Karlovac stations according to the hunting areas in Karlovac County were determined and the
system of calling and launching a rescue operation is explained

potpore mogu biti ključno sredstvo u njihovu uspjehu. Na primjeru poduzeća Woodz
Production d.o.o., može se vidjeti kako je samostalni poduzetnik omogućen da pokrene svoj
posao u sektoru produkcije medija. Državne potpore, uključujući subvencije za razvoj malih i
srednjih poduzeća te porezne olakšice, omogućene su tvrtki da se lakše suoči s izazovima rasta
i konkurentnosti na tržištu. Ovaj primjer ilustrira važnost suradnje između privatnog sektora i
države u poticanju poduzetničkih pothvata i stvaranju održivih poslovnih modela.Independent entrepreneurial ventures play a pivotal role in economic development, and
government support can be a crucial means to their success. Using the example of the company
Woodz Production Ltd., it can be observed how an independent entrepreneur was enabled to
initiate their business in the media production. Government support, including subsidies for the
development of small and medium-sized enterprises and tax incentives, was provided to the
company to help it better address the challenges of growth and competitiveness in the market.
This example illustrates the significance of collaboration between the private sector and the
government in fostering entrepreneurial endeavors and creating sustainable business models

Predmet i cilj završnog rada odnose se na prikaz i analizu turističke rute Put svile
s fokusom na međuovisnost kulture, kulturne baštine i turizma. Svrha i cilj rada je
prikazati i opisati Put svile, njegovu infrastrukturnu mrežu, kao i novi Put svile, obzirom
da predstavlja novu inicijativu uspostavljenu tijekom 2013. godine. Također, fokus je
usmjeren na prikaz kulturne baštine Puta svile koja je bogata raznolikim tematskim
sadržajima, kao i na razvoj turizma s osvrtom na turističke atrakcije na tematski
povezanim prostorima. Turistička valorizacija tematski povezanih atrakcija čini ovu rutu
posebnom.The subject of the final paper refers to the analysis and presentation of the Silk
Road tourist route with a focus on cultural heritage and tourism. The purpose of the
paper is to present and describe the Silk Road, its infrastructure network, as well as the
new Silk Road, considering that it represents a new initiative established in 2013. Also,
the focus is on the presentation of the cultural heritage of the Silk Road, which is rich
and diverse, the development of tourism with reference to tourist attractions and its
influence on the development of tourism
UTJECAJ PANDEMIJE COVID-19 NA EKONOMSKE REZULTATE TURIZMA GRADA DUBROVNIKA
No full textRad analizira utjecaj pandemije bolesti COVID-19 na turizam grada Dubrovnika s ciljem
da se ustanovi kako je pandemijska kriza utjecala na turizam odabrane destinacije,
prvenstveno na ekonomske pokazatelje, odnosno broj gostiju i noćenja. Analiziraju se
sljedeće godine: 2019. kao pretpandemijska godina, te 2020., kada je pandemija započela, i
potom 2021. i 2022. godina (kraj pandemije proglašen je u svibnju 2023.). Pandemija ja
uzrokovala stagnaciju gospodarskih aktivnosti, a jedan od najteže pogođenih sektora bio je
turizam. U Dubrovniku je pad turističkih kretanja prve pandemijske godine, 2020., iznosio
85 posto u dolascima i 87 posto u noćenjima u odnosu na 2019. godinu. Te iste godine
mijenja se i struktura gostiju koji posjećuju Dubrovnik, pa su domaći turisti došli na prvo
mjestu ljestvice najbrojnijih turista, dok su inače najbrojniji turisti, oni iz Velike Britanije i
SAD, bili na drugom, odnosno šestom mjestu. Veliki pad turističkih dolazaka i noćenja i
drastična promjena u strukturi gostiju koji su se dogodili u Dubrovniku 2020. kao izravne
posljedice pandemijske krize najvećim su dijelom uzrokovani time što je Dubrovnik
prvenstveno aviodestinacija, a zračni promet je od svih oblika prometa bio najviše pogođen
pandemijskim restrikcijama. Nakon velikog pada 2020., u 2021. počinje oporavak turizma
koji se nastavlja 2022. i 2023. godine. No, ostaje problem masovnosti turizma u Dubrovniku
koji stvara veliki pritisak na grad, posebno na staru gradsku jezgru, i iznimno je neodrživ.
Pandemija je taj problem učinila vidljivijim, no postoji bojazan da bi pandemijska kriza
mogla dodatno pojačati orijentiranost na masovni turizam zbog gubitaka koje je ta ista kriza
prouzročila. Ostaje za nadati se da to ipak neće biti tako te da će gradska uprava, turistička
zajednica grada i druge nadležne institucije, a i sami građani, što prije krenuti u smjeru
održivog razvoja turizma u Dubrovniku.The paper analyzes the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism of the city of
Dubrovnik with the aim of establishing how the pandemic crisis affected the tourism of the
chosen destination, primarily economic indicators (the number of guests and overnight
stays). The following years are analyzed: 2019 as a pre-pandemic year, and 2020, when the
pandemic began, and then 2021 and 2022 (the end of the pandemic was declared in May
2023). The pandemic itself caused the stagnation of economic activities, and one of the
hardest hit sectors was tourism. In Dubrovnik, the drop in tourist numbers in the first
pandemic year, 2020, amounted to 85 percent in arrivals and 87 percent in overnight stays
compared to 2019. In the same year, the structure of guests visiting Dubrovnik changed, so
domestic tourists came in first place in the ranking of the most numerous tourists, while the
previously most numerous tourists, those from United Kingdom and the USA, were in
second and sixth place. The large drop in tourist arrivals and overnight stays and the drastic
change in the structure of guests that took place in Dubrovnik in 2020 as a direct result of
the pandemic crisis were largely caused by the fact that Dubrovnik is mostly visited by
plane, and air traffic was the most affected by the pandemic restrictions. After the big drop
in 2020, the recovery of tourism begins in 2021 and continues in 2022 (and 2023). However,
the problem of mass tourism in Dubrovnik remains, which creates great pressure on the city,
especially on the old city centre, and is extremely unsustainable. The pandemic has made
this problem more visible, but there is a fear that the pandemic crisis could further strengthen
the orientation towards mass tourism due to the losses pandemic crisis has caused. There
remains hope that this will not be the case and that the city administration, the city's tourist
board and other relevant institutions, and the citizens themselves, will move in the direction
of sustainable tourism development in Dubrovnik as soon as possible
EXTINGUISLING AND RESEVE TECTICAS IN THE CASA OF ATTIC AND ROOF FIRES
No full textPožar tavana i krova vrlo je česta pojava s kojom se profesionalni vatrogasci susreću u
svom radu. Najčešće su takve intervencije vrlo složene ako je objekt na nepristupačnom
terenu za djelovanje visinskog vatrogasnog vozila koji uvelike olakšava gašenje požara.
Rad vatrogasaca otežan je ako su u objektu ugrožene osobe, a u nebrojeno situacija su i
sami u životnoj opasnosti. Požari tavana i krova su također složeni zbog velike
mogućnosti širenja požara na susjedne objekte pa to iziskuje dodatan angažman
vatrogasaca, najčešće dobrovoljnih vatrogasaca koji štite susjedne objekte. U radu je
objašnjeno kako uspješno ugasiti takve požare, koja se sredstva koriste za uspješno
gašenje i prikazan je primjer nastupanja vatrogasnih odjeljenja prilikom takve
intervencije.An attic and roof fire is a very common phenomenon that professional firefighters
encounter in their work. Most often, such interventions are very complex if the object is
located on inaccessible terrain for the operation of a high-altitude firefighting vehicle,
which greatly facilitates fire extinguishing. The work of firefighters is made more difficult
if there are endangered persons in the building, and in countless situations they
themselves are in danger. Attic and roof fires are also complex due to the high possibility
of fire spreading to neighboring buildings so this requires additional engagement of
firefighters, usually volunteer firefighters who protect neighboring buildings. The final
paper explains how to successfully put out such fires which means are used for successful
extinguishing, and shows an example of the fire department's actions during such an
intervention

history, application in everyday life and the way they help human in everyday life. The final
paper describes the use of smart and intelligent clothing as protective clothing for the purpose
of protection and safety at work in certain branches of activity. Innovative solutions and patents
are also presented in the production of smart and intelligent clothing in Croatia and the world,
as well as the improvements expected in the future in terms of developing the functionality of
smart and intelligent clothing
