PSYCHOSOCIAL RISKS IN THE WORK OF NURSES AND TECHNICIANS
Psihosocijalni rizici na radnom mjestu jedan su od vodećih izazova u radnoj organizaciji, kako za radnika tako i za poslodavca. Poslodavac je dužan provoditi prevenciju stresa na radu i izraditi procjenu rizika za psihofiziološke napore na radnim mjestima, prema Zakonu o zaštiti na radu. Svaka procjena rizika na radu, a isto tako i procjena psihosocijalnih rizika, zahtijeva podršku poslodavaca kao i sudjelovanje radnika. Samo zdravo radno mjesto i zadovoljni zaposlenici imaju veću produktivnost, postižu bolju kvalitetu rada, a time se smanjuje fluktuacija radnika. U Republici Hrvatskoj poslodavci imaju obvezu provoditi prevenciju stresa na radu od lipnja 2014. godine. Nažalost, još se uvijek ne pridaje dovoljno važnosti pitanju stresa na radnom mjestu, a ni procjeni psihosocijalnih rizika.Psychosocial risks in the workplace are one of the leading challenges in the workplace organization, eighter for the employee or for the employer. It is the employer's obligation to carry out prevention stress at work and create a risk assessment for psychophysiological efforts at workplaces. These actions are mandatory because they are prescribed by the occupational safety law. Any risk assessment at work, as well as psychosocial assessment risks requires the support of employers as well as the participation of workers. Only a healthy workplace and satisfied employees have higher productivity and thus achieve better quality of work. In such healthy environments, the turnover of workers is also reduced in this way. In the Republic of Croatia, it is the employer's obligation to implement prevention of stress at work since June 2014. Unfortunately, stress at the workplace is not taken care of enough. Also, not enough care is taken to assess psychosocial risks
STRUCTURAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL MEASURES FOR PROTECTION FROM CORROSION
Zadatak ovog završnog rada je zaštita strojarskih konstrukcija i dijelova od korozije pravilnim oblikovanjem kao i sprječavanje nastanka raznih oštećenja, koja mogu potaknuti nastanak korozije. U radu su izneseni razni primjeri neprimjerenih konstrukcijskih rješenja koji mogu uzrokovati nastanak korozijskih oštećenja, ali i njihove pravilne izvedbe koje mogu usporiti korozijske procese, produžiti vijek trajanja opreme, spriječiti nepoželjne troškove održavanja i neupotrebljivost cijele konstrukcije pa čak i havarije. Važno je naglasiti da je konstrukcijsko- tehnološki način zaštite od korozije samo jedan od koraka zaštite. Korozija je spontani proces te ju nije lako predvidjeti. Upravo zbog takvih osobina korozije potrebno je shvatiti da ipak postoji mogućnost za postizanje optimalne korozijske postojanosti konstrukcije samo sinergijom rada konstruktora, tehnologa i stručnjaka za koroziju pri projektiranju. Njihovim zajedničkim radom uvriježile su se neke smjernice koje je bitno pratiti od početka do kraja procesaThe task of this final thesis is the protection of mechanical structures and parts from corrosion by proper shaping, as well as the prevention of the occurrence of various damages, which can promote the occurrence of corrosion. The assignment presents various examples of inappropriate structural solutions that can cause corrosion damage, but also their correct execution that can slow down corrosion processes, extend the life of equipment, prevent undesirable maintenance costs and unusability of the entire structure and even breakdowns. It is important to emphasize that the structural-technological method of corrosion protection is only one of the protection steps. Corrosion is a spontaneous process which is not easily predictable. Because of such corrosion characteristics, it is necessary to understand that there is still a possibility to achieve optimal corrosion stability of the structure only through the synergy of the work of constructors, technologists and corrosion experts during design. Through their work, some guidelines have been established that are important to follow from the beginning to the end of the proces
SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE OPERATIONS OF HOTEL VALAMAR
Društveno odgovorno poslovanje može se definirati različitim terminima poput održivi
razvoj, korporativna društvena odgovornost, etično poslovanje i sl. Društveno
odgovorno poslovanje skaćeno (DOP) predstavlja koncept poslovanja u kojem
poduzeća dobrovoljno i bez zakonske prisile nastoje uskladiti svoje poslovanje s
potrebama društva u najširem mogućem smislu. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje
izuzetno je bitno za rast i razvoj nekog poduzeća ne samo u turizmu nego i u ostalim
granama stoga je iznimno važno prepoznati ekonomske i sociokulturne ali i druge
promjene.
Valamar Riviera posluje već dugi niz godina, a svoje je ime zapravo dobilo 1910.
godine kada je otvoren Hotel Riviera u Poreču. Valamar Riviera nudi bogatu
turističku ponudu hotelijerstva, kampinga, Alpine&Ski te vrhunsku gastornomsku
ponudu. U nastavku rada bit će pobliže objašnjeni ekonomski aspekt poslovanja,
okolišni značaj te društvene teme te će isto biti prikazano i statističkim podacima
kako bih se dobio bolji uvod društveno odgovornog poslovanja na primjeru Valamar
Riviere.Socially responsible business can be defined by different terms such as sustainable
development, corporate social responsibility, ethical business, etc. Socially
responsible business (CSR) is a concept of business in which companies voluntarily
and without legal compulsion try to align their business with the needs of society in
the broadest possible sense. Socially responsible business is extremely important for
the growth and development of a company not only in tourism but also in other
branches, therefore it is extremely important to recognize economic and socio-
cultural as well as other changes. Valamar Riviera has been operating for many
years, and it actually got its name in 1910. when Hotel Riviera was opened in Poreč.
Valamar Riviera offers a rich tourist offer of hotels, camping, Alpine&Ski and a top
gastronomic offer. In the continuation of the work, the economic aspect of business,
the environmental significance and social issues will be explained in more detail, and
the same will be shown with statistical data in order to get a better introduction to
socially responsible business on the example of Valamar Riviera
RISK ASSESSMENT OF THE OPERATIONS OF THE MACHINIST-WELDER IN THE MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF HEP-TOPINARSTVO D.O.O.
Procjena rizika poslova se provodi uz aktivno sudjelovanje radnika koji obavljaju
poslove i uvažavanje njihovih stavova. Poslodavac je obvezan na temelju procjene rizika
primjenjivati pravila, mjere, postupke i aktivnosti za sprječavanje i smanjivanje rizika te
osiguravati višu razinu zaštite na radu.
U ovom radu su prikazani svi mogući rizici u vidu opasnosti, štetnosti i napora na radu i u vezi
s radom za poslove strojar-zavarivač, a koji su definirani zakonom i podzakonskim aktima.
Pri izradi procjene rizika uvažavali su se svi provedbeni propisi iz zaštite na radu (kao što su
propisi za osobnu zaštitnu opremu, za ručno prenošenje tereta, za radnu opremu, za fizikalna,
kemijska i biološka štetna djelovanja) te smjernice iz zaštite na radu.Job risk assessment is carried out with the active participation of workers performing
tasks and the appreciation of their views. Based on the risk assessment, the employer is obliged
to apply rules, measures, procedures and activities to prevent and reduce risks and to ensure a
higher level of protection at work.
This paper presents all possible risks in the form of hazards, harms and efforts at work and in
connection with the work for machinist-welding jobs, which are defined by law and bylaws.
All occupational safety and safety implementing regulations (such as regulations for personal
protective equipment, manual cargo transfer, for working equipment, for physical, chemical
and biological adverse effects) and guidelines from occupational safety were taken into account
when developing the risk assessment
ROD HOLDER PROTOTYPE
Tema završnog rada je izrada prototipa nosača štapova aditivnom tehnologijom.
Objasnit ćemo najčešće korištene tehnologije u industriji, također pokazati način rada svake od
tih tehnologija i nabrojali par materijala koje se najčešće koriste.
U drugom dijelu ovog završnog rada bit će prikazana izrada prototipa modela i izračun
potrebnih kalkulacija sustava. Bit će prikazana početna skica modela, istraživanje tržišta i
komentari pozitivne i negativne strane tih modela.
Prikazat će se postepana obrada kako smo stigli do finalnog prototipa i kako se prototip
pripremao za 3D print.The topic of the final paper is the creation of a prototype fishing rod carrier using additive
technology, and we will explain the most commonly used technologies in the industry, also
show how each of these technologies work and list a few materials that are most often used as
well as a number of other technologies.
In the second part of this final paper, the creation of a prototype model and the
calculation of the necessary system calculations will be presented, it will be shown how we
made the initial sketch, researched the market and commented on the positive and negative
sides of those models on the market.
The step-by-step process of how we reached the final prototype and how the
prototype was prepared for 3D printing will be shown
CRYPTOCURRENCIES AS A MEANS OF PAYMENT
Ovaj završni rad istražuje kriptovalute kao sredstvo plaćanja. Rad pruža pregled
povijesti kriptovaluta, definiciju kriptovaluta i njihovih osnovnih karakteristika te
razloga rasta popularnosti. Također, analizira se tehnologija iza kriptovaluta,
uključujući blockchain tehnologiju i različite konsenzus mehanizme. Raspravlja se o
prednostima i nedostacima kriptovaluta kao sredstava plaćanja te ih se uspoređuje s
tradicionalnim sredstvima plaćanja. U sklopu istraživanja provodi se anketiranje
fizičkih osoba o njihovom prihvaćanju kriptovaluta kao sredstva plaćanja, analiziraju
se dobiveni podaci te se uspoređuju s globalnim trendovima. Rad također razmatra
budućnost kriptovaluta kao sredstva plaćanja, uključujući tehnološki razvoj,
potencijalni utjecaj na globalno gospodarstvo i financijski sektor te moguće promjene
u regulatornom okruženju.This master's thesis explores cryptocurrencies as a means of payment. The thesis
provides an overview of the history of cryptocurrencies, the definition of
cryptocurrencies and their basic characteristics, and the reasons for their growing
popularity. It also analyzes the technology behind cryptocurrencies, including
blockchain technology and various consensus mechanisms. The advantages and
disadvantages of cryptocurrencies as a means of payment are discussed and
compared to traditional payment methods. As part of the research, a survey is
conducted among individuals regarding their acceptance of cryptocurrencies as a
means of payment, and the collected data is analyzed and compared to global
trends. The thesis also explores the future of cryptocurrencies as a means of
payment, including technological advancements, potential impact on the global
economy and financial sector, and possible changes in the regulatory environment
CNC LASER CUTTING MACHINE
U završnom radu prikazana je izrada i princip rada CNC stroja sa laserskom glavom koja se
može koristi za graviranje ili rezanje. U prvom dijelu rada opisani su temeljni dijelovi CNC-
a, njegova izrada te su prikazani radionički i sklopni crteži dijelova CNC-a. U zadnjem dijelu
rada opisan je način rada, kalibracija i glavni dio CNC-a laserska glava.This final paper presents the construction and principle of operation of a cnc machine with
a laser head that can be used for engraving or cutting. The first part of the paper describes
the basic parts of the cnc, its production, and shows the workshop and assembly drawings
of the cnc parts. The last part of the paper describes the mode of operation, calibration and
the main part of the CNC the laser head
FIRE PROTECTION IN A COGENERATION PLANT
Kogeneracijsko postrojenje proizvodi toplinsku i električnu energiju iz istog energenta,
odnosno biomase. Proces dobivanja topline i energije opisan je kroz pojedine dijelove
pogona počevši sa drvnom biomasom, odnosno sječkom. Uz ostale postojeće opasnosti
pri radnom procesu, susrećemo se sa opasnosti od požara, koja je prisutna u svakom dijelu
pogona. Preventivnim mjerama zaštite od požara omogućava se povećana sigurnost za
sve zaposlene i prisutne u postrojenju, ali i za sigurnost naprava i cjelokupne građevine.
U ovom radu prikazan je vatrodojavni sustav kogeneracijskog postrojenja te ostale mjere
zaštite od požara.A cogeneration plant produces heat and electricity from the same energy source, i.e.
biomass. The process of obtaining heat and energy is described through individual parts
of the plant starting with wood biomass, i.e. wood chips. In addition to other existing
dangers during the work process, we encounter the danger of fire, which is present in
every part of the plant. Preventive fire protection measures enable increased safety for all
employees and those present in the plant, but also for the safety of the device and the
entire building. In this final work, the fire alarm system of the cogeneration plant is
studied along with all other fire protection measures
CIVIL PROTECTION IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA
Civilna zaštita u Republici Hrvatskoj predstavlja organizirani sustav i aktivnosti koje se
provode radi zaštite građana, imovine, okoliša i stabilnosti društva u slučajevima prirodnih
katastrofa, tehnoloških nesreća, izvanrednih događaja ili drugih kriznih situacija.
Civilna zaštita u Republici Hrvatskoj se temelji na Zakonu o sustavu civilne zaštite koji
propisuje organizaciju, nadležnosti i postupke u slučaju izvanrednih situacija.
Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite je središnje tijelo za koordinaciju i vođenje aktivnosti
civilne zaštite na nacionalnoj razini. Odgovoran je za upravljanje kriznim situacijama i
koordinaciju svih relevantnih subjekata.
Na županijskoj i lokalnoj razini postoje stožeri civilne zaštite koji provode mjere zaštite,
pripremu, reagiranje i obnovu u kriznim situacijama na svojem području.
Civilna zaštita u Republici Hrvatskoj se bavi planiranjem i pripremom za izvanredne
situacije. To uključuje izradu planova zaštite i intervencija, vježbe, obuku i osposobljavanje
relevantnih dionika te razvoj sustava upozoravanja i obavještavanja.
U slučaju izvanrednih situacija, civilna zaštita koordinira i provodi intervencijske
aktivnosti, uključujući spašavanje ljudi, evakuaciju, pružanje hitne medicinske pomoći,
gašenje požara, sanaciju posljedica i druge hitne operacije.
Civilna zaštita ima važnu ulogu u informiranju javnosti o sigurnosnim prijetnjama,
mjerama zaštite, uputama i postupcima u slučaju izvanrednih situacija. To se provodi putem
medija, internetskih stranica, mobilnih aplikacija i drugih kanala komunikacije.
Republika Hrvatska surađuje s međunarodnim organizacijama, susjednim državama i
partnerima kako bi unaprijedila sposobnosti civilne zaštite, razmijenila iskustva i podržala
međusobnu pomoć u kriznim situacijama.

Civil Protection in Croatia is based on the Law on the Civil Protection System, which
regulates the organization, competencies, and procedures in case of emergencies.
The National Civil Protection Headquarters is the central body for coordinating and
leading civil protection activities at the national level. It is responsible for crisis management
and coordination of all relevant stakeholders.
At the county and local levels, there are civil protection headquarters that implement
protective measures, preparedness, response, and recovery in crisis situations in their
respective areas.
Civil Protection in Croatia is engaged in planning and preparedness for emergencies. This
includes developing protection and intervention plans, conducting exercises, training and
equipping relevant stakeholders, and developing warning and communication systems.
In case of emergencies, civil protection coordinates and carries out intervention activities,
including rescuing people, evacuation, providing emergency medical assistance, firefighting,
recovery efforts, and other emergency operations.
Civil Protection plays a crucial role in informing the public about security threats,
protective measures, instructions, and procedures in case of emergencies. This is done through
media, websites, mobile applications, and other communication channels.
Croatia collaborates with international organizations, neighboring countries, and partners
to enhance civil protection capabilities, exchange experiences, and provide mutual assistance
in crisis situations.

OPTIMISATION OF INDUSTRIALLY DEVELOPED INTERIOR ELEMENTS
U uvodnom dijelu diplomskog rada opisan je dizajn te svi glavni ciljevi i načela kojima
se treba voditi tijekom konstruiranja novog proizvoda. Istaknute su prednosti i nedostaci dizajna
te se osvrnulo na zaštitu intelektualnog vlasništva i zakone industrijskog dizajna. Prikazani su
osnovni stilovi dizajna i primarni elementi koji se mogu primijeniti u razvijanju elemenata
interijera.
Detaljno su opisani osnovni materijali korišteni u dizajnu interijera i konstruiranju novih
proizvoda. Prikazana su osnovna svojstva i karakteristike materijala te je ukazana važnost
poznavanja kako njihovih prednosti tako i nedostataka koje posjeduju. Predočen je način na
koji njihovo poboljšanje utječe na unaprijeđenje i daljnji razvoj konstrukcija. Prikazan je utjecaj
modernih istraživanja na napredak u području materijala što u konačnici doprinosi razvoju
proizvoda.
Specificirane su konvencionalne i nekonvencionalne tehnologije obrade kojima se
postiže temeljna izrada proizvoda primijenjenih u dizajnu interijera. Opisane su njihove
osnovne funkcije na kojima je tehnologija bazirana te način na koji djeluju na stvaranje željenih
elemenata. Naznačeno je u kojem slučaju se primjenjuju i s kojim materijalima ih je moguće
provesti. Definirane su glavne prednosti i mane u vidu karakteristika svojstava i ekonomičnosti
čime se olakšava odabir pojedine tehnologije izrade za specifiziran proizvod.
Predstavljene su osnovne tehnike kojima je izrađene elemente moguće rastavljivo i
nerastavljivo spojiti u konstrukcijske sklopove. Pojašnjene su ključne karakteristike pojedine
tehnologije spajanja elemenata te je navedena njihova primjena s obzirom na mogućnosti.
Navedeni su temeljni aspekti i načela primjene metode konačnih elemenata. Metoda je
pobliže opisana te su predočene ključne stavke na koje je imala utjecaj i doprinos koji je pružila
u pogledu bržeg razvoja proizvoda. Unaprijeđenjem i poboljšanjem teorijskih principa ove
metode primjenom kroz automatizaciju i uvođenjem softvera prikazan je njen konkretan
utjecaj.
Opisano je značenje pojmova renderiranja i vizualizacija te način na koji su olakšali
prikaz konstruiranih modela u stvarnom okruženju. Pobliže je opisan proces i faze koje je
potrebno provesti kako bi se na kraju dobila slika konstruiranog proizvoda u dizajniranom
interijeru ili eksterijeru. Napravljena je usporedba svih programskih paketa upotrijebljenih u ovom radu koji su
korišteni za analizu konstruiranih elemenata. Opširno su opisane njihove funkcije i osnovne
značajke koje ih međusobno odvajaju. Precizirane su temeljne pozitivne strane svakog od njih
te su navedena poboljšanja usmjerena na daljnji razvoj i njihovo usavršavanje. Dodan je
zaključak dobiven usporedbom svih karakteristika te pozitivnih i negativnih strana navedenih
programa.
Odmakom od teorijskog dijela rada došao je na red praktični dio u kojem se provela
optimizacija elemenata interijera. Elementi na kojima se proveo proces optimizacije su polica,
stolac, fotelja, kupaonske baze, nosač i stol. Postupak analize započeo je idejnim rješenjem i
konstrukcijom pojedinog elementa te odabir materijala. Tijekom druge faze započela je statička
ili dinamička analiza te evaluacija proračunatih vrijednosnih podataka. U završnoj fazi projekta
kreiran je prikaz stvarnog okruženja konstruiranog modela. Ovim se prikazom vizualno
predočio dizajn elementa te kako ga uklopiti u dizajnirani interijer. Takav postupak proveden
je pomoću stvaranja 3D vizualizacija čime se omogućuje realan prikaz te olakšava predodžba
kreiranog dizajna u stvarnom prostoru. Za ostvarenje kompletne optimizacije elemenata
interijera korišteni su programi OnShape, Ansys, V-ray i SketchUp.
Na kraju rada donesen je presudan zaključak koji je usvojen na temelju svih teorijskih i
praktičnih znanja stečenih tijekom izrade rada i konstrukcijskog usmjerenja diplomskog studija.The introductory part of the paper describes all the main goals and the principles to be
obeyed at the time of constructing a new product. Advantages and disadvantages of the design
have been pointed out and a review of intellectual property and the laws of industrial design
has been done. Basic design styles and primary elements to be applied in developing interior
elements have been shown.
A detailed description of basic materials used in interior design and designing new
products has been provided. The basic features and the characteristics of materials have been
shown, and the importance of knowing their advantages as well as their disadvantages has been
pointed out. The way in which their improvement affects upgrading and further development
of structures has been demonstrated. The impact of modern research on progress in the area of
materials has been shown which ultimately leads to product development.
Conventional and unconventional technologies of production which help to achieve
basic construction of products applied in interior design have been specified. A description has
been given of their basic functions on which the technology is based, as well as the way in
which they affect the creation of the desired elements. It has been specified in which case they
are applied and with what materials it is possible to produce them. Basic advantages and flaws
in the sense of characteristic features and efficiency have been defined, which makes the choice
of a specific technology of production for a specific product easier.
Basic techniques have been presented by which it is possible to put together the
produced elements in construction systems in a resolvable and an unresolvable manner. Key
characteristics of a specific technology of joining elements have been explained and their
application in reference to options has been given.
The basic aspects and application principles of final elements have been given. The
method has been described in more detail, and key items affected by it, as well as the
contribution it made in reference to faster product development have been presented. By
improving and upgrading theoretical principles of this method by its application through
automation and by introducing software its specific impact has been shown.
The meaning of the terms rendering and visualisation has been described, as well as the
way in which they made the presentation of constructed models in a real environment easier.
The process and the steps that need to be taken to ultimately get a picture of a constructed
product in a designed interior or exterior have been described in more detail.

A comparison has been made of all the software packages used in this paper to analyse
the constructed elements. A detailed description has been given of their function and the basic
features that set them apart from each other. The basic advantages of each of them have been
stated precisely and the stated improvements point towards further development and their
specialisation. A conclusion obtained by comparing all the features as well as the advantages
and the disadvantages of the stated programmes has been added.
Moving away from the theoretical part of the paper, the practical part offers an insight
into the conducted optimization of the interior elements. The elements included in the
optimization process include a shelf, a chair, an armchair, a bathroom vanity, a frame, and a
table. The analysis started by a preliminary design and the construction of a certain element,
together with the choice of material. In the second stage a static or a dynamic analysis started,
as well as the evaluation of the calculated value data. In the final stage of the project an overview
of the real environment of the constructed element was created. This procedure provided a
visual display of an element and the way to make it fit into a designed interior. This kind of
procedure was conducted by creating a 3D visualisation which provides a realistic display and
facilitates an image of the created design in real space. Programmes including OnShape, Ansys,
V-ray and SketchUp were used to carry out the entire optimization of interior design.
In the end of the paper a key conclusion way made which was adopted based on all the
theoretical and practical skills acquired in the process of creating the paper and the construction
orientation of the master’s course
