HANDLING AND TRANSPORTATION OF DANGEROUS SUBSTANCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ADR AGREEMENT
Transport opasnih tvari je složen proces koji zahtijeva pažljivo planiranje i izvođenje kako bi
se osigurala sigurnost ljudi, imovine i okoliša. Pravilno pakiranje, označavanje i
dokumentiranje robe, uz korištenje specijalizirane opreme i vozila, ključni su aspekti
transportnog procesa. Obuka osoblja uključenog u proces transporta i razvoj postupaka hitne
reakcije također su ključni za osiguranje sigurnog transporta opasnih tvari. Pridržavanjem
važećih propisa i najbolje prakse moguće je sigurno i učinkovito prevoziti opasne tvari.
Unatoč razvoju i primjeni mjera za smanjenje rizika prilikom obavljanja poslova transporta, ta
djelatnost i dalje prevladava po broju ozljeda koje se dese na radu.
Cilj ovog završnog rada je pobliže definirati opasne tvari, utjecaj tih tvari na čovjeka i okoliš te
definirati korak po korak sve najbitnije elemente u transportnom procesu. Od pakiranja,
označavanja i načina skladištenja opasnih tvari i predmeta do njihovog utovara i istovara u/na
to propisane transportne jedinice te opisati postupke u slučaju nesreća.Transporting dangerous goods is a complex process that requires careful planning and execution
to ensure the safety of people, property and the environment. Proper packaging, labeling and
documentation of goods, along with the use of specialized equipment and vehicles, are critical
aspects of the transport process. The training of personnel involved in the transport process and
the development of emergency response procedures are also key to ensuring the safe transport
of dangerous goods. By following the applicable regulations and best practices, it is possible to
transport dangerous goods safely and efficiently.
Despite the development and application of measures to reduce risks when carrying out
transport work, this activity still prevails in terms of the number of injuries at work.
The goal of this final work is to more closely define dangerous substances, the impact of these
substances on humans and the environment, and to define step by step all the most important
stages in the transport process. From packaging, marking and storage methods of dangerous
substances and objects to their loading and unloading in/on prescribed transport units and
describe the procedures in the event of an accident
THE INFLUENCE OF INDUSTRY 4.0 ON THE MAINTENANCE OF MACHINES AND SYSTEMS
U ovom završnom radu bit će obrađena tema vezana za utjecaj 4.0 industrije na
praćenje sustava održavanja kroz rad će se popratiti kako ovaj način praćenje omogućava
lakše snalaženje, bržu i precizniju povijest u održavanju kvalitetniju obradu podataka.
Dolaskom 4.0 industrije omogućilo nam se bolje predviđanje kvarova, a jednostavnijim
pristupom podacima uočit će se problematična mjesta unutar proizvodnog pogona vezana
za strojeve i opremu. Omogućit će praćenje resursa, materijala i ljudi, izvođenje i planiranje
radova u sklopu održavanja.
Kroz eksperimentalni dio ovog rada bit će prikazan remont na horizontalnoj glodalici
DIXI 300 u kojem će biti izneseni svi relevantni podaci o radovima na konkretnom strojuIn this final paper, the topic related to the impact of Industry 4.0 on the monitoring
of the maintenance system will be covered. The paper will show how this method of
monitoring enables easier navigation, faster and more accurate history in maintaining
quality data processing. With the arrival of Industry 4.0, we have been able to predict better
breakdowns, and with simpler access to data, problem areas within the production plant
related to machines and equipment will be noticed. It will enable monitoring of resources,
materials and people, execution and planning of maintenance works.
Through the experimental part of this work, the overhaul of the horizontal milling
machine DIXI 300 will be shown, in which we show all relevant data on the work on the
specific machine
AUTOMATISATION OF FERMENTATION CHAMBER CONTOL SYSTEM WITH INDUSTRIAL COMPUTER
Pivo je pjenušavo slabo alkoholno piće čija je proizvodnja kompleksan proces. Budući da su fermentacija i
odležavanje dijelovi procesa koji su u najvećem dijelu zaslužni za razvoj arome piva, a što ovisi i o kontroli
temperature, potrebno je pravilno definirati njihov temperaturni graf i pomno kontrolirati temperaturu procesa
ovisno o vrsti piva koje se proizvodi. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti preduvjete za izradu automatiziranog upravljačkog
sustava fermentacijske komore te pokušati izraditi rješenje na industrijskom računalu. Prilikom izrade programa u
obzir su uzeti mogući problemi tijekom rada i neželjene situacije te adekvatne reakcije.Beer is a sparkling weak alcoholic drink, the production of which is a complex process. Since fermentation and
aging are parts of the process that are largely responsible for the development of the beer's aroma, and which also
depends on temperature control, it is necessary to properly define their temperature graph and carefully control the
temperature of the process depending on the type of beer being produced. The aim of this work is to investigate
the prerequisites for creating an automated control system of the fermentation chamber and to try to create a
solution on an industrial computer. When creating the program, possible problems during work and unwanted
situations and adequate reactions were considered
DEVELOPMENT OF THE BATTERY TECHNOLOGY AND USAGE TRENDS
Tema ovog rada je razvoj baterije i trendovi primjene u svakodnevnom životu. Značajnost
teme leži u tome što je baterija sve prisutnija u životu svakog čovjeka. Pogledamo li, svaki
čovjek posjeduje bar pet uređaja koji imaju neku vrstu baterije. Inovatori svakodnevno
stvaraju uređaje u kojima glavnu ulogu ima baterija. Može se reći da baterija ima značajnu
povijest, ali još značajniju budućnost. Kroz poglavlja ćemo se upoznati s baterijom, kako
je nastala, tko je njen začetnik, gdje se primjenjuje i zašto se sve više koristi. Navode se
najpopularnije vrste baterija i opisuju prednosti i nedostaci pojedinih baterija. Također,
prikazan je način rada i primjena danas.The topic of this final paper is the development of the battery and trends in its use in
everyday life. The importance of the topic lies in the fact that the battery is increasingly
present in the life of every person. If we look, every person owns at least five devices that
have some kind of battery. Every day, innovators create devices in which the main role is
played by the battery. It can be said that the battery has a significant history, but an even
more significant future. Through the chapters, we will learn about the battery, how it was
created, who is its originator, where it is used and why it is used more and more. The
most popular types of batteries are listed and the advantages and disadvantages of
individual batteries are described. Also, there is presented the mode of operation and
application today
DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM IN THE CITY OF POREČ
U ovome radu će se analizirati glavne značajke Poreča kao turističke destinacije.Grad
Poreč je postigao impresivan razvoj turizma i uspješno se pozicionirao kao jedna od
vodećih turističkih destinacija u regiji. Prepoznatljiva je turistička destinacija smještena na
zapadnoj obali Istre, u Hrvatskoj. Karakterizira ga bogato kulturno naslijeđe, prekrasne
plaže, visokokvalitetan smještaj i raznolika turistička ponuda. Poreč se ističe po
impresivnoj Eufrazijevoj bazilici, koja je UNESCO-va svjetska baština, te drugim
povijesnim znamenitostima. Grad je poznat po održavanju visokih standarda kvalitete
usluga u turizmu, pružajući izvrsnost u smještaju, hrani i zabavi. Osim sunčanja na
prekrasnim plažama, Posjetitelji imaju priliku uživati u raznolikim aktivnostima kao što su
sportovi na vodi, biciklizam i gastronomski doživljaji. Poreč je postigao uspjeh u turizmu
zahvaljujući suradnji lokalnih vlasti, turističkih tvrtki i stanovništva u promicanju održivog
razvoja, zaštiti okoliša i promociji lokalne kulture. Grad se neprestano razvija kao
turistička destinacija s iznimnim potencijalom i nastavlja privlačiti posjetitelje iz cijelog
svijeta.This paper will analyze the main features of Poreč as a tourist destination. The city of
Poreč has achieved impressive tourism development and has successfully positioned
itself as one of the leading tourist destinations in the region. It is a recognizable tourist
destination located on the west coast of Istria, in Croatia. It is characterized by a rich
cultural heritage, beautiful beaches, high-quality accommodation and a diverse tourist
offer. Poreč stands out for its impressive Euphrasian Basilica, which is a UNESCO World
Heritage Site, and other historical sights. The city is known for maintaining high standards
of quality services in tourism, providing excellence in accommodation, food and
entertainment. In addition to sunbathing on beautiful beaches, visitors can enjoy various
activities such as water sports, cycling and gastronomic experiences. Poreč achieved
success in tourism thanks to the cooperation of local authorities, tourism companies and
the population in promoting sustainable development, environmental protection and
promotion of local culture. The city is constantly developing as a tourist destination with
exceptional potential and continues to attract visitors from all over the world

SAŽETAK
Buka je jedan od ozbiljnih suvremenih problema s kojima se danas suočava
čovjek, s obzirom na visoku razinu urbanizacije i mobilnosti građana. Jedan od
načina rješavanja problema buke je jačanje i primjena zakonskih propisa koji točno
određuju dopuštenu razinu buke za pojedino područje. Osim zakonskih propisa za
zaštitu od buke, postoje zakonske norme standarda koje se primjenjuju u području
zaštite od buke: HRN ISO 1996-1 i HRN ISO 1996-2. Veliku odgovornost za zaštitu
radnika snosi poslodavac koji mora dobro poznavati opasnosti i mjere zaštite na
radu, kao i štetnosti. Cjelokupni proces zaštite na radu temelji se na otklanjanju,
sprječavanju i smanjenju štetnosti. Praktični dio rada odnosi se na mjerenje buke
uz pomoć aplikacija i Metrel instrumenta. U analizu je uključen šumarski kamion s
dizalicom, te je na tri mjesta izvršena analiza mjerenja buke na toj dizalici u skladu
sa zakonskim propisima koji se odnose na sigurnost i zaštitu na radu. U radu je
provedeno mjerenje s dvije aplikacije i bukomjerom za prazni hod i pri radu
(kamionske dizalice) van djelokruga stroja (cca. 10m) u trajanju od 1 min, mjerenje
na stolici dizaličara, te mjerenje uz stroj na visini uha osobe koja stoji između
kamiona i prikolice, na udaljenosti od 1 metra. Uspoređivanjem bukomjera Metrel
Multinorm MI 6201 i mobilnih aplikacija (Sound Meter i Mjerač zvuka) utvrđeno je
da postoje pojedina odstupanja u mjerenju. Rezultati mjerenja pokazali su da
aplikacija Mjerač zvuka pokazuje nižu razinu buke u odnosu na bukomjer, što ne
ulijeva baš povjerenje u ovu aplikaciju već kod prvih mjerenja.Noise is one of the serious modern problems that people face today, given the high
level of urbanization and mobility of citizens. One way to solve the noise problem is
to strengthen and apply legal regulations that accurately determine the permitted
noise level for a particular area. In addition to legal regulations for noise protection,
there are legal norms of standards that are applied in the field of noise protection:
HRN ISO 1996-1 and HRN ISO 1996-2. A great responsibility for the protection of
workers lies with the employer, who must be well aware of the dangers and safety
measures at work, as well as the harmful effects. The entire process of
occupational safety is based on elimination, prevention and reduction of harm. The
practical part of the work refers to noise measurement with the help of applications
and the Metrel instrument. A forestry truck with a crane was included in the
analysis, and an analysis of the noise measurement on that crane was performed
at three locations in accordance with legal regulations related to safety and
protection at work. In the work, a measurement was carried out with two
applications and a sound level meter for idling and during operation (truck cranes)
outside the scope of the machine (approx. 10m) for a duration of 1 min. truck and
trailer, at a distance of 1 meter. By comparing the Metrel Multinorm MI 6201 sound
meter and mobile applications (Sound Meter and Sound Meter), it was determined
that there are some deviations in the measurement. The results of the
measurements showed that the Sound Meter application shows a lower noise level
compared to the sound level meter, which does not really inspire confidence in this
application even with the first measurements
TEHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING METAL STRUCTURES
Tema završnog rada istražuje proizvodnju garažnih vrata i njihovu povezanost s
ljudskim zdravljem. Posebna pažnja posvećuje se izradi lamela koje mogu uzrokovati
mehaničke opasnosti ili kemijske reakcije štetne za zdravlje ljudi. Na kraju se ističe
nužnost aktivnog djelovanja kako bi se suzbile opasnosti te zaštitilo zdravlje ljudi.The topic of the final paper investigates the production of garage doors and their
connection with human health. Special attention is paid to the production of lamellas
that can cause mechanical hazard or chemical reactions harmful to human health. At
the end, the necessity of active action is emphasized in order to suppress dangers
and protect people`s health
ANALYSIS OF THE OFFER OF HOUSING LOANS ON THE EXAMPLE OF ZAGREBAČKA BANKA, KARLOVAČKA BANKA AND OTP BANKA
SAŽETAK
Predmet završnog rada je analiza ponude stambenih kredita na primjeru tri odabrane banke. U prvom
dijelu rada prikazan je povijesni razvoj banaka i bankarskog poslovanja i kako se ono mijenjalo kroz
povijest sve do danas. Također, prikazana je struktura, načela i glavne rizici koje bankarsko poslovanje
nosi. Pobliže definiramo bankovne poslove koji mogu aktivni, neutralni i pasivni. Stambeni krediti su
dugoročni namjenski krediti koje korisnici pretežito uzimaju zbog financiranja kupnje, izgradnje,
dogradnje ili adaptacije nekretnine.
U drugom dijelu rada prikazana je analiza ponude stambenih kredita kod tri odabrane banke;
Zagrebačka, Karlovačka i OTP banka. Radi se o komparativnoj analizi svih uvjeta koje navedene banke
daju korisnicima kredita. Ponuda stambenih kredita je različita u promatranim bankama, a izrazito je
važno voditi računa o visini kamatne stope.In the first part of the paper, we talk about the historical development of banks and banking business
and how it has changed throughout history until today. We also look at the structure, principles and
main risks that banking operations carry. We define banking operations in more detail, which can be
active, neutral and passive. Housing loans are long-term, purpose-built loans that users mostly take to
finance the purchase, construction, extension or adaptation of real estate.
In the second part of the paper, an analysis of the offer of housing loans at three selected banks was
made; Zagrebačka, Karlovačka and OTP banks. It is a comparative analysis of all the conditions that
the mentioned banks give to loan users. The offer of housing loans is different in the observed banks,
and it is extremely important to take into account the level of the interest rate
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTON THROUGH WASTE MANAGEMENT IN THE AREA OF THE CITY OF VUKOVAR
Tema rada usmjerena je na prikaz važnosti zaštite okoliša kroz gospodarenje
otpadom s osvrt na upravljanje sustavom gospodarenja otpadom na području
grada Vukovara od strane tvrtke Komunalac d.o.o. U radu je tako opisano što je
okoliš i zaštita okoliša kako bi se osvijestili koliko je okoliš bitan za nas te kako bi
svojim djelovanjem što više radili na njegovoj zaštiti. Naglasak je na zaštiti okoliša
kroz gospodarenje otpadom. U radu su tako prikazani temeljni zahtjevi
gospodarenja otpadom, temeljna načela, osnovni ciljevi gospodarenja otpadom,
te zakonski propisi. Naprimjeru tvrtke Komunalac d.o.o., koja obavlja poslove
gospodarenja otpadom na području grada Vukovara, bit će prikazani načini
upravljanja sustavom gospodarenja otpadom, te njezinim planovima i ciljevima
za unaprjeđivanje sustava gospodarenja otpadom na području grada Vukovara u
budućnosti.Subject of this paper is focused on showing the importance of envirnoment
protection, trough waste menagment, with a review of waste management in
Vukovar county by company Komunalac d.o.o.In the paper it is defined what is
enviromental protection in order to awake the importance of the enviroment to act
in the capacity of its protection.The base is on enviroment protection through
waste management and basic requirements, principles and goals of waste
menagment. Trough this paper my intention is to introduce you to the company
Komunalac d.o.o. which is responcible of waste management in Vukovar county,
ways how the waste management system is done with plans goals of the
company for further imrovement of waste managment in Vukovar county in the
future
MACHINING OF POLYMER MATERIALS BY MILLING
Diplomski rad se sastoji od dva dijela. U prvom dijelu provedena su istraživanja o polimernim
materijalima i njihovoj obradi odvajanjem čestica. Kroz polimere su prikazana svojstva,
struktura i njihova primjena. Vrstu obrade, alate i usporedbu sa drugim aditivnim tehnologijama
opisuje poglavlje obrada odvajanjem čestica polimernih materijala.
Tijekom istraživanja, provedene su analize i eksperimenti koji su drugi dio diplomskog rada.
Izradom tehnologije ispitivanog obratka, rezultati ovog istraživanja ukazuju na parametre
glodanja koji najviše zadovoljavaju uvjete kako bi se postigla obradivost sa manjim vremenom
izrade, te samim time smanjili cijenu troška izrade gotovog proizvoda. Ovaj rad otvara put za
daljnje istraživanje i pruža nove uvide u obradi odvajanjem čestica polimernih materijala.Graduation thesis consists of two parts. In the first part, research was carried out on polymer
materials and machining of polymer materials by milling. Properties, structure and their
application are presented through polymers. Type of machining, tools and comparison with
other additive technologies deals with the chapter of machining of polymer materials.
During the research, analyzes and experiments were carried out which are the second part of
the thesis. With the development of the technology of the tested workpiece, the results of this
research indicate the milling parameters that most satisfy the conditions in order to achieve
machining with a shorter production time and at the same time reduced the price of the cost of
manufacturing the finished product. This work opens the way for further research and provides
new insights into the machining of polymer materials
