APPLICATION OF TEHNICAL PROTECTION MEASURES ON LUXURY ONE-STORY HOUSE
U današnje je vrijeme primjetno da svaki vlasnik kuće ili stana nastoji svoju obitelj i imovinu održati što sigurnijim korištenjem sigurnosnih sustava. Kućni sigurnosni sustav se zasniva na temeljnoj ideji pokrivanja ulaza u dom senzorima koji su spojeni na kontrolnu ploču postavljenu na odgovarajuće mjesto unutar doma. Primarni cilj sustava zaštite je sigurnost objekta, bez obzira na njegovu veličinu ili broj vrata, ulaza, prozora ili unutarnjih prostorija. Vlasnik kuće odgovoran je za zaštitu svog doma, obitelji i stvari od ozljeda i krađe. Također, sigurnosni sustav dodaje veću vrijednost nekretnini za eventualnu prodaju. Važnost primjene sustava tehničke zaštite se pogotovo ističe, ako je riječ o luksuznoj kući (kao u primjeru u ovom radu), u kojoj se često nalaze i vrijedni predmeti (nakit, umjetnine, novac, dokumenti i sl.) koji mogu biti meta osobama koje nastoje neovlašteno ući u štićeni prostor.Nowadays, it is noticeable that every owner of a house or apartment tries to keep his family and property as safe as possible by using security systems. The home security system is based on the basic idea of covering the entrance to the home with sensors that are connected to a control panel placed in a suitable place inside the home. The primary goal of the security system is the safety of the building, regardless of its size or the number of doors, entrances, windows or interior rooms. The homeowner is responsible for protecting their home, family and belongings from injury and theft. Also, the security system adds more value to the property in case of potential sale. The importance of applying a technical protection system is especially highlighted if it is a luxury house (as in the example in this paper), where there are often valuable objects (jewelry, art, money, etc.) that can be a target for people who try to enter the protected area without authorization
ELEMENTS OF HOME CONNECTION AND INSTALLATION WITH SIMULATION IN THE ELECTRONICS WORKBENCH PROGRAM
Tema ovog završnog rada je projektirati i izmjeriti električne veličine u jednostavnom izmjeničnom strujnom krugu koji se sastoji od različitih električnih uređaja. Objasnit će se kako je provedena kompletna instalacija do proučavanog strujnog kruga, koji su njeni elementi i koje su njihove karakteristike. Zatim će se objasniti rad i svrha mjernih instrumenata kojima su izvršena mjerenja. Kasnije će biti prikazani rezultati mjerenja koji će se uspoređivati s nominalnim snagama svih uređaja. Na kraju slijedi proračun snage nekih od trošila te jednostavna simulacija jednog od njih u programu Electronics Workbench.The topic of this final paper is to design and measure electrical quantities in a simple alternating current circuit consisting of various electrical devices. It will be explained how the complete installation was carried out up to the studied circuit, what are its elements and what are their characteristics. Then the operation and purpose of the measuring instruments with which the measurements were made will be explained. Later, the measurement results will be shown, which will be compared with the nominal power of all devices. Finally, there is a power calculation of some of the consumers and a simple simulation of one of them in the Electronics Workbench program
MAINTENANCE OF MACHINE TOOLS
U vremenu kada je zastupljenost CNC strojeva svakodnevica, na tržištu nam se nude razna rješenja: od jeftinih strojeva upitne kvalitete s istoka, do profinjenijih i tehnički dorađenih strojeva današnjice, od školskih strojeva skromnih dimenzija, do portalnih- viševretenih grdosija. Postavljamo si pitanje: zašto klasični alatni stroj? Klasični alatni stroj nudi vrlo laku prilagodbu raznim zadacima koji se svakodnevno nameću. Često ih zato susrećemo u pogonima alatnica i održavanju, prototipnoj proizvodnji, radionicama širokog asortimana itd. Primjena je jako puno gdje su CNC strojevi preskupi ili nedovoljno fleksibilni. Ovakav pristup, uz posjedovanje iskustva i inženjerskog poznavanja materije, nudi nove načine rješavanja problema (softver, računalo). Pred raznolikom upotrebom vrlo je važno provoditi redovito održavanje strojeva, kao i brigu o njemu u specijalnim primjenama kada stroj izlažemo povećanom trošenju ili mogućem oštećenju. Kod ovih posljednje navedenih razloga vodimo brigu o njegovom održavanju da iskoristimo potencijal stroja u cijelosti (krutost, točnost, linearnost, ponovljivost, itd.). Tema ovog rada je generalni pregled tokarskog stroja tipa Prvomajska TNP 160B, izvršenje nužnih postupaka održavanja stroja, ukazivanje na nepravilnosti i pravilno postupanje prilikom njihovog uklanjanja i saniranja. Pravilno održavanje je krucijalno u ispravnom i produktivnom radu svakog stroja, na što će se ovaj rad osvrnuti. Uz sve navedeno osvrnut će se i na tehnologiju izrade, zamjene i montaže određenih dijelova. KSUMMARY Maintenance of classic machine tools At a time when the presence of CNC machines is commonplace, various solutions are offered on the market, from cheap and questionable quality machines from the East to more advanced and technically refined machines of today, from school machines of mod- est dimensions to gantry-multi-spindle monstrosities; we ask ourselves why a classic ma- chine tool? The classic machine tool offers a very easy adaptation to various tasks that are imposed daily. That's why we often meet them in tool shops and maintenance, prototype produc- tion, workshops with a wide assortment, etc. There are many applications where CNC machines are either too expensive or not flexible enough. This approach, along with ex- perience and engineering knowledge of the subject, offers a new pair of gloves for solving problems and finding solutions (software, computer...). Before various uses, it is very important to carry out regular maintenance of the machine, as well as to take care of it in special applications when the machine is exposed to in- creased wear or possible damage. For these last-mentioned reasons, we take care of its maintenance to use the full potential of the machine in its entirety (stiffness, accuracy, linearity, repeatability, etc.). The subject of this work is a general inspection of the Prvomajska TNP 160B lathe, the execution of the necessary machine maintenance procedures, pointing out irregularities and proper handling during their removal and repair. Proper maintenance is crucial in the proper and productive operation of any machine, which is what this paper will address. In addition to all the above, the technology of production, replacement and assembly of cer- tain parts will also be discussed
THE MACROECONOMIC INDICATORS OF CROATIA
Makroekonomskim pokazateljima nastoji se prikazati trenutna situacija gospodarstva određene zemlje. Najčešće korišteni pokazatelji stanja u gospodarstvu su bruto domaći proizvod te nezaposlenost odnosno zaposlenost. Također velik utjecaj na gospodarstvo pojedine zemlje ima i inflacija, investicije, osobna potrošnja. U završnom radu prikazat će se kako navedeni pokazatelji utječu na Hrvatsku.SUMMARY Macroeconomic indicators try to show the current situation of the economy of a certain country. The most frequently used indicators of the state of the economy are gross domestic product and unemployment or employment. Inflation, investments, and personal consumption also have a great impact on the economy of a particular country. In the final paper, it will be shown how the mentioned indicators affect Croatia
WIND POWER PLANTS
redmet istraživanja ovog rada je područje vjetroelektrana, od teorijskog dijela pa do problematike vezane uz djelovanje vjetroelektrana na elektroenergetski sustav, utjecaj na okoliš te sigurnost prilikom rada. Bavi se energijom vjetra i njezinim utjecajem kroz povijest te nastanak prvih vjetroelektrana. Ovaj rad analizira zašto, kako i gdje se elektrane grade, vrste vjetroelektrana, osnovne dijelove, princip rada vjetroelektrana, priključenje na elektroenergetski sustav, postupke održavanja, stanje vjetroelektrana u Hrvatskoj i svijetu, te upoznavanje sa vjetroelektranama za vlastitu opskrbu električnom energijom. U eksperimentalnom djelu analizirani su i prezentirani problemi prilikom rada vjetroelektrana te njihovom utjecaju na stabilnost elektroenergetskog sustava, utjecaj na okoliš te sigurnost i zaštitu radnika prilikom izgradnje, rada i održavanja vjetroelektrana.The subject of research in this work is the field of wind farms, from the theoretical part to issues related to the effect of wind farms on the power system, the impact on the environment and safety during operation. It deals with wind energy and its influence throughout history and the creation of the first wind farms. This paper analyzes why, how and where power plants are built, types of wind power plants, basic parts, the principle of operation of wind power plants, connection to the power system, maintenance procedures, the state of wind power plants in Croatia and the world, and familiarization with wind power plants for own electricity supply. In the experimental part, the problems during the operation of wind farms and their influence on the stability of the power system, the impact on the environment and the safety and protection of workers during the construction, operation and maintenance of wind farms are analyzed and presented
HIKING TRAILS AND OBJECTS IN FIVE NATURE PARKS OF CROATIA
Jedna od najčešćih slobodnih aktivnosti u Hrvatskoj je planinarenje. S obzirom da neki parkovi prirode u Hrvatskoj nemaju službeno označene i u registar upisane planinarske staze ili ih imaju jako malo, analiza je provedena na području Papuka, Medvednice , Žumberka, Samoborskog gorja, Učke sa Ćićarijom i Velebita u cjelini sa Nacionalnim parkovima Sjeverni Velebit i Paklenica. Planinarske staze čine mreže preko planina i prolaze kroz više zona i podzona zaštite. Po broju planinarskih staza u sve tri zone zaštite dominantan je Velebit kao cjelina, Papukom i Učkom gotovo jednak broj staza prolazi sve tri zone zaštite, dok Medvednica i Žumberak- Samoborsko gorje nemaju staze u prvoj zoni stroge zaštite.Planinarski objekti poput domova i skloništa ponekad su jedine građevine u strogo zaštićenim područjima.One of the top free time activities in Croatia is hiking. Considering that some of the Croatian nature parks do not have official hiking trails in register, or they have small number of trails, analysis was made on territory of Papuk, Medvednica, Žumberak, Samoborsko gorje, Učka with Ćićarija and complete territory of Velebit with National parks Northern Velebit and Paklenica. Hiking trails are making networks across the mountains while passing through primary and secondary zones of protection. By the number of trails in all of three protection zones Velebit mountain is dominant, Papuk and Učka have almost equal number of trails passing through all of three zones, while Medvednica and Žumberak-Samoborsko gorje don't have trails in first zone of protection. Hiking facilities such as lodges and shelters are sometimes only buildings in protected areas
THE EFFECT OF IONIZING RADIATION ON WORKERS
U završnom radu će se detaljno definirati ionizirajuće zračenje i navesti različite vrste tog zračenja, uključujući alfa, beta i gama zračenje. Bit će opisane metode i tehnike mjerenja ionizirajućeg zračenja koje se koriste u svrhe sigurnosti i kontrole izloženosti. Nadalje, bit će istaknute neke primjene ionizirajućeg zračenja, kao što su medicinska dijagnostika, industrijska kontrola kvalitete i terapija. Poseban fokus će biti stavljen na utjecaj ionizirajućeg zračenja na radnike koji su izloženi ovom zračenju u svojim radnim okruženjima. Raspravit će se različiti faktori koji mogu utjecati na sigurnost radnika, uključujući dozimetriju, zaštitne mjere i regulative. Na kraju, rad će obuhvatiti relevantne zakone i pravilnike koji reguliraju korištenje ionizirajućeg zračenja u industriji i medicini kako bi se osigurala sigurnost radnika i javnosti.The final paper will define ionizing radiation in detail and list the different types of this radiation, including alpha, beta and gamma radiation. Ionizing radiation measurement methods and techniques used for safety and exposure control purposes will be described. Furthermore, some applications of ionizing radiation, such as medical diagnostics, industrial quality control and therapy, will be highlighted. Special focus will be placed on the impact of ionizing radiation on workers who are exposed to this radiation in their work environments. Various factors that can affect worker safety will be discussed, including dosimetry, protective measures and regulations. Finally, the paper will cover the relevant laws and ordinances that regulate the use of ionizing radiation in industry and medicine in order to ensure the safety of workers and the public
TRANSPORTATION, MANAGEMENT AND DISPOSAL OF ASBESTOS WASTE
Kako u posljednjih nekoliko godina svjedočimo sve češćim potresima na području Republike Hrvatske tako se povećava potreba za sanacijom starih stambenih zgrada, kuća i drugih objekata koji su građeni u vrijeme kada ljudi nisu imali informaciju o štetnosti azbesta i azbestnog otpada. Upravo u takvim okolnostima izuzetno je važno da se podigne svijest o opasnosti azbestnog otpada, kako bi građani što prije odlučili zamijeniti sve predmete izrađene od azbesta (posebno azbestne ploče) te kako bi radnici koji rukuju azbestnim otpadom bili adekvatno zaštićeni pri rukovanju istim. Propisnim i pravilnim uklanjanjem i zbrinjavanjem azbestnog otpada štiti se okoliš, zdravlje građana, te svih radnika koji obavljaju prijevoz, utovar i istovar ovog opasnog otpad. U radu su detaljno opisane štetnosti azbesta i azbestnog otpada te načini zbrinjavanja i prijevoza istog, a sve u svrhu sigurnosti i zaštite zdravlja ljudi i okoliša.Since in the last few years we have witnessed more and more frequent earthquakes in the Republic of Croatia, the need for reconstruction of old residential buildings, houses and other buildings that were built at a time when people did not have information about the harmful effects of asbestos and asbestos waste is increasing. In such circumstances it is extremely important to raise awareness of the danger of asbestos waste, so that citizens decide as soon as possible to replace all items made of asbestos (especially asbestos sheets) and so that workers who handle asbestos waste are adequately protected when handling it. The proper removal and disposal of asbestos waste protects the environment, the health of citizens, and all workers who carry out the transportation, loading and unloading of this hazardous waste. The paper work describes in detail the harmful effects of asbestos and asbestos waste, as well as ways of disposal and transportation of the same, all for the purpose of safety and protection of human health and the environment
SAFETY AND HAZARDS DURING THE WORK OF HAULING WOOD ASSORTMENTS ON THE WAREHOUSE
U ovome radu ćemo razrađivati temu sigurnost i opasnosti pri radu izvlačenja
drvnih sortimenata koja se veže uz šumske kolotrage, te njihovim unapređenjem.
Spomenut ćemo radne strojeve i njihove opasnosti pri radu, te ćemo spomenuti
dostupna rješenja za problem kretanja strojeva po šumskim putevima. Kao rješenje za
uzimamo umjetne podloge pod nazivom ISOTRACK. Isotrack podloge koriste se u
raznim djelatnostima, te su one prijedlog za rješavanje problema sa kojima se
susrećemo u šumarstvu tj. kod šumskih kolotraga. Isotrack podloge nemaju prednost
samo kod rješavanja problema šumskih kolotraga nego imaju veliku ulogu kao nositelji
kompletne težine radnog stroja te sprječavanja deformiranja šumskih kolotraga.In this paper, we will elaborate on the topic of safety and danger during the
extraction of wood assortments, which is connected to forest ruts, and their
improvement. We will mention working machines and their dangers during operation,
and we will mention available solutions for the problem of moving machines on forest
roads. As a solution, we use artificial surfaces called ISOTRACK. Isotrack pads are
used in various activities, and they are a proposal for solving the problems encountered
in forestry, i.e. with forest ruts. Isotrack pads do not only have the advantage of solving
the problem of forest ruts, but also play a major role as bearers of the complete weight
of the working machine and prevention of deformation of forest ruts
DESIGNING AND PROTOTYPING A CURING STATION FOR PARTS PRODUCED BY THE SLA TEHNOLOGY
Cilj ovog završnog rada je izraditi prototip stanice za stvrdnjavanje izradaka proizvedenim SLA
tehnologijom te testirati njenu funkcionalnost. Rad će se osvrnuti na razvoj proizvodnih
tehnologija, specifično na aditivnu proizvodnju i njezine podjele, s fokusom na SLA tehnologiju
te njezin način rada i na postupak obrade ispisa (izradaka) kako bi bio upotrebljiv. U radu se opisuje
postupak razvoja CAD modela i PCB pločice te izrade stanice i testiranja njene funkcionalnosti.
Na kraju rada se opisuju propusti i problemi nastali tijekom izrade i razvoja stanice te moguća
rješenja i unaprjeđenja kako bi projekt dosegao višu funkcionalnost i veću jednostavnost izrade.This final paper aims to create a prototype of a curing station for hardening workpieces produced
by SLA technology and to test its functionality. The paper will focus on the development of
production technologies, specifically on additive manufacturing and its divisions, with a focus on
SLA technology, the way it works, and the postprocess of 3D prints in order to make them
usable. The paper describes the process of developing a CAD model and a PCB board, as well as
the making process and the testing of its functionality. At the end of the paper, there is a
description of failures and problems that occurred during the creation and development of the
curing station, as well as possible solutions and improvements to make the project achieve higher
functionality and greater simplicity for Assembly
