No full textKarlovac je povijesni grad koji je kroz svoje godine postojanja proživio mnoge
„renesansne“ i mirne trenutke, ali i vrlo često je bio mjesto ratovanja i raznih osvajanja.
Upravo mu je njegov položaj na sredini Hrvatske uporište, te nije daleko od stvarnosti
kada se navodi kako „svi putevi vode u Karlovac“. Kako bi se bogata povijest očuvala,
razne institucije grada svojim djelovanjem rade na očuvanju baštine, a okosnicu svega
imaju Muzeji Grada Karlovca. Muzej je usmjeren na potvrđivanje i obogaćivanje
kulturnog identiteta zajednice, aktivno sudjelovanje u kulturnom životu grada i
podupiranje multidisciplinarne suradnje.
Osim samog grada, rijetko je koja karlovačka lokacija toliko povijesno i memorijski
slojevita, a istovremeno jednostavno jasna i prihvatljiva kao Turanj. Od izgradnje ima
vrlo važnu stratešku poziciju te je zaista u Domovinskom ratu bio posljednja crta
obrane grada. Stoga je cjelokupni koncept Muzeja Domovinskog rata kombinacija
povijesno bogatog kompleksa sa suvremenom i ambijentalnom izložbom sa
interaktivnim dizajnom koji zajedno tvore zaista impresivan koncept.
Pojam mračnog turizma može se dvojako tumačiti. Fascinacija nesretnim slučajevima
i stradavanjima oduvijek je postojala u znatiželji svakog pojedinca, a samo su
određene lokacije isto prepoznale kao potencijalni turistički proizvod. Uz samo
turističku atrakciju veže se i edukacija i proširuju se znanja čime se potiče na aktivniji
odmor.Karlovac is a historical city that has experienced many "renaissance" and peaceful
moments throughout its years of existence, but has also very often been the site of
wars and various conquests. Its position in the middle of Croatia is its stronghold, and
it is not far from reality when it is stated that "all roads lead to Karlovac". In order to
preserve the rich history, various institutions of the city work to preserve the heritage
through their activities, and the backbone of everything is the Museums of the City of
Karlovac. The museum is focused on confirming and enriching the cultural identity of
the community, active participation in the cultural life of the city and supporting
multidisciplinary cooperation.
Apart from the city itself, there is rarely any location in Karlovac that is as historically
and memory-layered, and at the same time simply clear and acceptable as Turanj.
Since its construction, it has had a very important strategic position and was really the
last line of defence of the city during the Homeland War. Therefore, the overall concept
of the Museum of the Homeland War is a combination of a historically rich complex
with a contemporary and ambient exhibition with an interactive design that together
form a truly impressive concept.
The concept of dark tourism can be interpreted in two ways. Fascination with accidents
and suffering has always existed in the curiosity of every individual, and only certain
locations have recognized it as a potential tourist product. Along with the tourist
attraction itself, education is also linked and knowledge is expanded, which
encourages a more active vacation

No full textTema ovog završnog rada su strujni transformatori, često nazvani CT-ovi. Oni su ključni
elementi u električnim sustavima koji omogućavaju pouzdano i sigurno mjerenje i kontrolu
električni struja. Osnovna svrha strujnih transformatora je pretvaranje visokih struja koje
prolaze kroz njih u proporcionalno manje struje koje su pogodne za mjerenje i zaštitu. U
radu ćemo objasnit osnovne pojmove, građu i vrste strujnih transformatora. U drugome
dijelu rada pojasnit ćemo utjecaj magnetskog lima na projektiranje strujnog mjernog
transformatora CTO 150/1A nazivne snage 5VA sa klasom točnosti(zaštite) 10P10.The topic of this final paper is current transformers, often referred to as CTs. They are key
components in electrical systems that enable reliable and safe measurement and control of
electric currents. The fundamental purpose of current transformers is to convert high currents
passing through them into proportionally smaller currents suitable for measurement and
protection. In this paper, we will explain the basic concepts, structure, and types of current
transformers. In the second part of the paper, we will clarify the influence of magnetic core
material on the design of a current measurement transformer CTO 150/1A with a rated power
of 5VA and an accuracy(protection) class of 10P10

kroz svoj rad stvara novu vrijednost za društvo i tržište koji će koristiti proizvod ili uslugu
te na lokalitet koji će biti bogatiji za određenu gospodarsku aktivnost i rezultirati
poboljšanjem kvalitete svih aspekata koje čini društvo. Poduzetnik je odvažan član
društva koji je spreman ući u rizik kako bi koristeći svoja znanja i resurse poboljšao
već postojanu ili stvorio sasvim novu vrijednost. Hrvatski zavod za zapošljavanje nudi
svoje usluge kako bi olakšao premošćivanje početnih visokih ulaganja u imovinu
neophodnu za rad. Za digitalne potpore koje dodjeljuje HZZ važno je ispunjavanje
kriterija radnih mjesta vezanih za vještine i znanja informacijskih i komunikacijskih
tehnologija. Navedene vještine su izrazito tražene u cijelom svijetu, a tehnološki
napredak igra ključnu ulogu u oblikovanju budućnosti poslovanja. Središte ovog

value. The Croatian Employment Service offers its services to facilitate the bridging of
initial high investments in assets necessary for work. For the digital incentives awarded
by the CES, it is important to fulfill the job criteria related to the skills and knowledge of
information and communication technologies. These skills are highly sought after all
over the world, and technological progress plays a key role in shaping the future of
business. The center of this transformation is digitization as a process that is becoming
indispensable in all aspects of business. Digitization provides numerous opportunities
for innovation, efficiency and growth, but also poses challenges such as the lack of
qualified professionals with the necessary skills. Therefore, investment in education

WHEY IN DIET: ATTITUDES OF CONSUMERS
No full textCilj je rada bio istražiti i opisati opće znanje potrošača o sirutki te ispitati učestalost i razloge njezine konzumacije.
Anketni upitnik pripremila je autorica te provela online istraživanje koje je uključilo 358 ispitanika. Sirutku
poznaje 98 % ispitanika, a konzumira ju 30 %. Većina ispitanika ju konzumira povremeno i jer smatra da je zdrava.
Većina bi ju preporučila i drugima. Bez obzira na navike konzumacije većina ispitanika smatra da su proteini
sirutke lako probavljivi i potpuno se iskorištavaju u ljudskom organizmu, potiču izgradnju mišića, poboljšavaju
imunitet, snižavaju krvni tlak i kolesterol u krvi te da je sirutka dobar napitak za čišćenje i regeneraciju organizma.
Osim toga, ispitanici su svjesni da sirutka potiče peristaltiku crijeva i poboljšava probavu te pomaže u procesu
mršavljenja. Rezultati pokazuju da bi trebalo uložiti veće napore u promociju i razvoj nutritivno visokovrijednih
proizvoda na bazi sirutkeThe aim of the work was to investigate and describe the general knowledge of consumers about whey and to
examine the frequency and reasons for its consumption. The survey questionnaire was prepared by the author and
she conducted an online survey that included 358 respondents. 98% of respondents know about whey, and 30%
consume it. Most of the respondents consume it occasionally because they consider it to be healthy, and most
would recommend it to others. Regardless of consumption habits, the majority of respondents believe that whey
proteins are easily digestible and fully utilized by the human body, stimulate muscle building, improve immunity,
lower blood pressure and blood cholesterol, and that whey is a good drink for cleansing and regenerating the body.
In addition, respondents are aware that whey stimulates intestinal peristalsis and improves digestion and helps in
the process of weight loss. The results show that greater efforts should be invested in the promotion and
development of nutritionally high-value products based on whey

No full textOvaj završni rad se bavi temom požara u zatvorenim prostorima. Rad razmatra sve stavke požara od samog procesa gorenja i njegovih glavnih komponenti: goriva tvar, kisik i temperaturu paljenja, na dalje se istražuje što je požar i njegove faze te mjere za sprječavanje plamenih udara. Konstrukcijska prevencija požara u zatvorenim prostorima obuhvaća materijale, komponente građevinskih konstrukcija te aktivne mjere zaštite od požara i otpornost na požare. Gašenje požara u zatvorenim prostorima analizira vatrogasne alate, taktičke nastupe vatrogasaca i opasnosti koje se pojavljuju tijekom intervencija. Rad također prikazuje studiju slučaja požara.This final paper deals with the subject of enclosed-spaces fires. The work considers all aspects of the fire, from the burning process itself and its main components: fuel substance, oxygen and ignition temperature, and further investigates what a fire is and its stages, as well as measures to prevent flaming shocks. Structural fire prevention in enclosed-spaces includes materials, building construction components, active fire protection and fire resistance measures. Extinguishing fires in closed spaces analyzes firefighting tools, tactical actions of firefighters and dangers that appear during interventions. The paper also presents a case study of a fire
UNMANNED AIRCRAFT IN THE FIREFIGHTING SYSTEM
No full textPrevencija i gašenje požara zahtijeva točne i pravovremene informacije dobivene iz zraka. Za tu svrhu u novije je vrijeme sve popularnije korištenje bespilotnih letjelica, kao alternativa korištenju skupljih helikoptera i aviona. Ovaj završni rad predstavlja primjenu sustava bespilotnog zrakoplovstva kroz primjenu, specifičnosti, ulogu te važnost bespilotnih letjelica u prevenciji, gašenju i nadzoru požara. U radu su navedeni primjeri nekih komercijalnih bespilotnih letjelica koje su najčešće u upotrebi u sustavu vatrogastva, kao i njihove konkretne primjene. Naveden je te pojašnjen konkretan primjer upotrebe bespilotne letjelice u vatrogasnoj djelatnost Javne vatrogasne postrojbe Grada Karlovca. Najveću primjenu u vatrogastvu letjelice imaju u pružanju slike iz zraka u realnom vremenu, što pomaže u otkrivanju i lociranju požara, te gašenju i kontroli požara. Letjelice većeg dometa korisnije su za prevenciju požara, preletom preko velikih šumskih površina u potrazi za potencijalnim požarima, dok manje, okretnije letjelice kraćeg dometa bolju primjenu nalaze u nadzoru požara. Generičke rekreativne letjelice također mogu naći primjenu u vatrogastvu, ali zbog ograničenih performansi nemaju veliku učinkovitost, posebice za požare na većim područjima.Fire prevention and extinguishing requires accurate and timely information obtained from the air. For this purpose, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles has recently become increasingly popular, as an alternative to the use of more expensive helicopters and airplanes. This final paper presents the application of unmanned aviation systems through the application, specifics, role and importance of unmanned aerial vehicles in the prevention, extinguishing and monitoring of fires. The paper contains examples of some commercial drones that are most often used in the firefighting system, as well as their specific applications. A concrete example of the use of an unmanned aerial vehicle in the firefighting activities of the Public Fire Department of the City of Karlovac is given and explained. Aircraft are most used in firefighting in providing aerial imagery in real time, which helps in detecting and locating fires, as well as extinguishing and controlling fires. Aircraft with a longer range are more useful for fire prevention, by flying over large forest areas in search of potential fires, while smaller, more agile aircraft with a shorter range are better used in fire control. Generic recreational aircraft can also be used in firefighting, but due to their limited performance, they are not very effective, especially for fires in larger areas

Ovaj rad ističe važnost požarne zaštite i primjenu sigurnosnih mjera u rafineriji radi zaštite ljudi, imovine i okoliša. To uključuje prevenciju, detekciju, gašenje i evakuaciju kao integralne dijelove zaštite od požara. Rizik od požara na postrojenju PPS 391 naglašava potrebu za sustavima dojave požara, vatrogasnom opremom i planovima evakuacije. Sustav hlađenja vodom i upotreba linijskih detektora topline također su bitni aspekti zaštite od požara u postrojenju. Rafinerija nafte Rijeka mora provoditi stroge sigurnosne mjere, uključujući obuku zaposlenika, održavanje opreme i suradnju s nadležnim vlastima i organizacijama za zaštitu okoliša. Sustavno praćenje i evaluacija sigurnosti te kontinuirano poboljšanje sigurnosnih postupaka ključni su za osiguranje sigurnog i održivog poslovanja rafinerije nafte Rijeka.Fire protection is crucial in all types of facilities and plants, including oil refineries like the Rijeka Oil Refinery. This paper highlights the importance of fire protection and the implementation of safety measures in the refinery to safeguard people, property, and the environment. It encompasses prevention, detection, suppression, and evacuation as integral components of fire protection. The fire risk at the PPS 391 facility underscores the need for fire detection systems, firefighting equipment, and evacuation plans. The use of water cooling systems and the utilization of line heat detectors are also important aspects of fire protection in the facility. The Rijeka Oil Refinery must enforce stringent safety measures, including employee training, equipment maintenance, and collaboration with relevant authorities and environmental organizations. Systematic monitoring and safety evaluation, along with continuous improvement of safety procedures, are crucial for ensuring the safe and sustainable operation of the Rijeka Oil Refinery

Eksperimentalni dio rada sastoji se od primjera prije i nakon zahvata održavanja na 5-osnoj CNC glodalici, pri čemu je pokazana opravdanost ulaganja u održavanje temeljeno na kontroli kvalitete dimenzija gotovog proizvoda. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the historical development of CNC machine tools and describes the role of the maintenance system in Omco Croatia company. The causes that led to general maintenance interventions are also described. The experimental part of the thesis consists of examples before and after maintenance interventions on a 5-axis CNC milling machine, demonstrating the justification of investing in maintenance based on the control of the finished product's dimensional quality. Detaljno je opisan i način rada tima za uklanjanje eksplozivnih naprava koji izlazi na teren isključivo po dojavama na razne intervencije. To mogu biti pozivi o mogućoj postavljenoj eksplozivnoj napravi na prometnim mjestima, trgovačkom centru, kolodvoru ili drugim mjestima gdje je frekvencija ljudi velika. U današnjem okruženju pirotehničari su osobe od velike važnosti za sigurnost svih građana. Njihov radni učinak znatno utječe na smanjenje minskosumnjivog područja. Jedan od najznačajnijih faktora je njihova zaštitna odjeća i oprema zbog koje pirotehničari stvaraju uspješne rezultate, a koja je detaljno opisana u nastavku ovog završnog rada. Poslovi protuminskog djelovanja, od nacionalnog su i općeg gospodarskog interesa za sigurnost Republike Hrvatske, zaštitu okoliša, zdravlja ljudi i razvoja gospodarstva.The final paper, entitled Protective equipment of pyrotechnicians, contains chapters that describe the legal norms on mine action, their basic provisions and the clothing and equipment of pyrotechnicians. The method of work of the team for the removal of explosive devices, which goes out to the field exclusively on reports for various interventions, is also described in detail. These can be calls about a possible planted explosive device in busy places, a shopping center, a station or other places where the frequency of people is high. In today's environment, pyrotechnicians are persons of great importance for the safety of all citizens. Their work performance significantly affects the reduction of the mine-suspected area. One of the most significant factors is precisely their protective clothing and equipment, due to which pyrotechnicians create successful results, which is described in detail in the continuation of this final paper.
