    U ovom radu se prikazuje kako izraditi automatizirani sustav kontrole ventilatora s pomoću Raspberry Pi-a i temperaturnog senzora. Rad je podijeljen na uvodni, teoretski i praktični dio izrade sustava. U uvodnom dijelu se opisuje povijest automatizacije i razvoj Raspberry Pi-a. Teorijski dio sadrži opis korištenih dijelova te njihova primjena i također će se opisati dodatne biblioteke potrebne za ispravan rad komponenti. U praktičnom dijelu se prikazuje kako funkcionira izrađeni sustav te linije programa koje se izvode.In this thesis, was shown how to make automated fan control system using Raspberry Pi and temperature sensor. Thesis is divided into introductory, theoretical and practical part of system. The introductory describes history of automation and development of Raspberry Pi. Theoretical part describes used components and their use and also additional libraries requierd for proper functioning of components.     Ovaj diplomski rad pruža sveobuhvatnu analizu sustava osiguranja vozila u Republici Hrvatskoj, istražujući različite aspekte pravnog i regulatornog okvira te trendove u sektoru osiguranja. Istraživanje obuhvaća detaljnu analizu ključnih vrsta osiguranja vozila, uključujući obvezno auto osiguranje (AO), kasko osiguranje i osiguranje s franšizom. Rad se posebno fokusira na usporedbu polica osiguranja tri vodeća osiguravatelja u Hrvatskoj (Groupama osiguranje, Croatia osiguranje i Adriatic osiguranje) kako bi se prikazale njihove specifične karakteristike, pokrića, premije i dodatne opcije. Rad pruža uvid u to kako različite vrste osiguranja mogu utjecati na financijsku sigurnost i sigurnost u prometu, s posebnim naglaskom na zaštitu interesa osiguranika.This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the vehicle insurance system in the Republic of Croatia, exploring various aspects of the legal and regulatory framework as well as trends in the insurance sector. The research includes a detailed examination of key types of vehicle insurance, including mandatory auto insurance (AO), comprehensive insurance (kasko), and insurance with a deductible. The study focuses particularly on comparing the insurance policies of three leading insurers in Croatia (Groupama Insurance, Croatia Insurance, and Adriatic Insurance) to highlight their specific features, coverages, premiums, and additional options. The thesis offers insight into how different types of insurance can impact financial security and road safety, with a special emphasis on protecting the interests of policyholders

    Proces strateškog upravljanja tvrtkom čini šest etapa a započinje analizom okoline. Posljedično je slijede etapa usmjerenja organizacije, etapa formuliranja strategije, etapa implementacije strategije te etapa kontrole i evaluacije strategije. Okolinu tvrtke čine eksterna i interna okolina, pri čemu se kod eksterne okoline promatra opća ili socijalna okolina i poslovna okolina ili okolina zadataka te industrijska okolina kao jedan od segmenata eksterne okoline. U završnom radu istraţiti će se obiljeţja ovih okolina te će se analizirati okoline tvrtke Mc Donald's Hrvatska.The process of strategicely managing a business system is made out of six stages and starts by analyzing your surroundings. Consequently, it is followed by the stage of directional organization, the stage of formulating strategies, the stage of implementing strategies and the stage of controling and evaluating strategies.     ANALYSIS OF ANIMAL BEHAVIOR AT THE LYNX MARKING SITE

    U ovome radu analizirane su posjete prvenstveno euroazijskog risa (Lynx lynx) kao predatora, te srna kao plijena na risjem markiralištu. Na samome početku opisane su glavne značajke svake pojedine vrste te njihov život odnosno suživot sa risom. Nadalje, analizom podataka koje smo prikupili putem fotozamki na risjim markiralištima, zabilježeno je i trajanje odnosno zadržavanje prisutnih životinja, aktivnost kao i ponašanje svake jedinke, što samostalno mužjaka koji obilježavaju teritorij, što ženki sa mladuncima. Uspoređene su godišnje, mjesečne i dnevne dinamike posjeta i aktivnosti euroazijskog risa (Lynx lynx) kao predatora te srne (Capreolus capreolus) kao plijena. Ujedno i pojavljivanje mužjaka i ženki risa kroz godišnje i mjesečne posjete. Pokazalo se da su najčešće posjete euroazijskog risa (Lynx lynx) kao predatora te izrazito manje posjeta srna (Capreolus capreolus) kao plijena. Obzirom da su euroazijski risevi (Lynx lynx) izrazito teritorijalni, pokazala se dominacija mužjaka i ženki na teritoriju Gorskog kotara.In this paper, the visits of primarily Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx) as a predator and roe deer as prey at the lynx marking site were analyzed. At the very beginning, the main features of each individual species and their life or coexistence with the lynx are described. Furthermore, by analyzing the data we collected through phototraps at the lynx marking sites, the duration and retention of the animals present, the activity and behavior of each individual was recorded, some males marking the territory independently, some females with cubs. Annual, monthly and daily dynamics of visits and activities of the Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx) as predator and roe deer (Capreolus capreolus) as prey were compared. At the same time, the appearance of male and female lynxes through annual and monthly visits. It turned out that the most frequent visits are by the Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx) as a predator and extremely less visits by the roe deer (Capreolus capreolus) as prey. Considering that Eurasian lynxes (Lynx lynx) are extremely territorial, the dominance of males and females on the territory of Gorski kotar was demonstrate

    Svrha ovog rada i sama poanta pisanja istog je proizašla iz problematike osposobljavanja radnika za rad na siguran način i ovlaštenika poslodavca na daljinu. Prednosti, ali i nedostatke takve vrste osposobljavanja autor ovog rada je prepoznao radeći 2 godine za ovlaštenu tvrtku za poslove zaštite na radu. Cilj ovoga rada je na jednom mjestu obraditi tematiku i postaviti sustav osposobljavanja na daljinu kako bi se olakšalo budućim stručnjacima zaštite na radu koji se susretnu s ovom problematikom. U prvom dijelu ovog diplomskog rada definirati će se zakonska regulativa u području zaštite na radu, a koja se dotiče osposobljavanja. Navesti će se obaveze poslodavca te što je sve potrebno kako bi se provelo osposobljavanje radnika za rad na siguran način i za ovlaštenika poslodavca na daljinu koristeći online platforme. U drugom dijelu rada definirati će se sustav online osposobljavanja u praksi temeljen na zakonskoj regulativi i iskustvu autora ovog rada. Postaviti će se sustav koji provjereno funkcionira u praksi te unutar zakonskih okvira i stručnih mišljenja nadležnog ministarstva. Prolaskom kroz rad obraditi će se prednosti i nedostaci ovog tipa osposobljavanja. Ponuditi će se rješenje, uzimajući u obzir zakone i pravilnike Republike Hrvatske, mišljenja Ministarstva rada, mirovinskog sustava, obitelji i socijalne politike te ostalu literaturu.The purpose of this thesis and the essence of writing it have emerged from the issue of training workers to work safely and training employer's authorized person remotely. I recognized the advantages and disadvantages of such training while working for two years with an authorized company for occupational safety services. The aim of this paper is to address the topic in one place and establish a remote training system to facilitate future occupational safety professionals who encounter this issue. In the first part of this thesis, we will define the legal regulations in the field of occupational safety related to training. We will specify the employer’s obligations and what is required to conduct training for safe work and for employer's authorized person remotely using online platforms. In the second part of the paper, we will define the online training system in practice based on legal regulations and the experience of the author of this paper. We will set up a system that has been proven to work in practice and within the legal framework and expert opinions of the competent ministry. Through this paper, we will examine the advantages and disadvantages of this type of training. Using the laws and regulations of the Republic of Croatia, opinions from the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy, and other literature, we will provide our opinion and propose a solution

    III SAŽETAK Ulaskom Republike Hrvatske u Schengenski prostor dolazi do značajnog povećanja prometa na autocesti Zagreb – Macelj, koja je dio Pyhrinske autoceste te se nalazi u Europskom prometnom koridoru Xa. Zbog samog povećanja prometa izrađuje se nova procjena ugroženosti i novi plan zaštite od požara. Po novom planu zaštite od požara uz postojeću vatrogasnu grupu vatrogasne postrojbe EROC koja se nalazi u stalnom dežurstvu u COKP-u Krapina i djeluje od dana osnivanja postrojbe, formira se novo vatrogasno odjeljenje koje se nalazi u stalnom dežurstvu ispred tunela Sv. tri Kralja. U radu je detaljno objašnjen način uzbunjivanja, područje djelovanja i način djelovanja kod svih vrsta intervencija.With the entry of the Republic of Croatia into the Schengen area, there is a significant increase in traffic on the highway Zagreb – Macelj, which is part of the Pyhrn highway and is located in the European traffic corridor Xa. Due to the increase in traffic, a new risk assessment and new fire protection plan is being prepared. According to the new fire protection plan in addition to the existing firefighting group of the EROC fire department, which is on permanent duty at COKP-a Krapina and has been operating since the day the unit was founded, a new fire group is formed, which is permanently on duty in front of the tunnel of Saint three Kings. The method of alerting, the areas of operation and the method of operation in all types of interventions are explained in detail in the paper

    Radni odnos kao dobrovoljni pravni odnos između radnika i poslodavca, preduvjet je za ostvarivanje radnih prava i socijalne sigurnosti za radnika koji iz tog odnosa proizlaze. Svatko ima pravo na rad i slobodu rada. Svatko slobodno bira poziv i zaposlenje i svakome je pod jednakim uvjetima dostupno svako radno mjesto i dužnost, proizlazi iz Ustava Republike Hrvatske. Zaštita prava radnika u Republici Hrvatskoj obuhvaća niz odredbi i propisa uređenih Ustavom Republike Hrvatske, zakonima, a potom i drugim propisima (pravilnicima, ugovorima o radu, kolektivnim ugovorima). U državnoj službi isto kao u lokalnoj i regionalnoj (područnoj) službi zapošljavanje ima niz specifičnosti u odnosu na zapošljavanja u privatnom sektoru, a zajednički za oba sektora jesu sindikati i kolektivni ugovori kojima uređuju se prava i obveze potpisnica ugovora radi ostvarenja primjerenih i reguliranih prava radnika.The employment relationship, as a voluntary legal relationship between the employee and the employer, is a prerequisite for the exercise of the employee’s labor rights and social security that arise from this relationship. Everyone has the right to work and the freedom to work. Also, everyone chooses a profession and employment freely, and every job and duty is available to everyone under equal conditions, as stated in the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia. The protection of labour rights in the Republic of Croatia includes a series of provisions and regulations governed by the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, laws, and other regulations, such as rulebooks, employment contracts, collective agreements, etc. In the civil service, just like in the local and regional (area) service, the employment policy has a number of specificities in comparison to the employment politicies in the private sector. Common to both sectors are trade unions and collective agreements that regulate the rights and obligations of the signatories of the contract in order to exercise appropriate and regulated labour rights

    Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je opisati biomimetiku kao granu znanosti kroz primjere primjene biomimetičkih materijala. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog dijela i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu pojašnjeni su osnovni pojmovi: biomimetika i biokompatibilnost. U tom dijelu rada opisana je povijest biomimetike, te su pojašnjeni osnovni ciljevi biomimetike. U eksperimentalnom dijelu obrađeni su konkretni primjeri primjene biomimetičkih materijala u medicini kao i u tehnici, gdje je poseban naglasak stavljen na analizu svojstva, biokompatibilnost i interdisciplinarnost. Odabrani primjeri su umjetni mišići: GeometRy based actuators that contract and elongate (GRACE) i nanovlaknasti umjetni mišić.The goal of this final paper was to describe biomimetics as a branch of science through examples of application of biomimetic materials. This final paper consists of two parts, experimental and theoretical parts. In the theoretical part, the basic terms: biomimetics and biocompatibility are clarified. In this part of the paper, the history of biomimetics is described and the basic goals of biomimetics are explained. In the experimental part, concrete examples of the application of the biomimetic materials in medicine and engineering were explained, with the emphasis on mechanical properties, biocompatibility and interdisciplinarity.
