SYNTHESIS OF LID CLOSING MECHANISM
No full textOvaj rad objašnjava mehanizam zatvarača poklopaca za spremnike tekućine motornog ulja te njegovu izmjenu i prilagodbu zbog promjene spremnika tekućine na proizvodnoj traci u proizvodnom pogonu. Te se bavi izradom novog izmijenjenog mehanizma i tehnologijama korištenim pri tim izmjenama i izradom. Rad je podijeljen na tri dijela, uvodni, teoretski i praktični. U uvodnom dijelu opisan je sam mehanizam i sve vezano za njega. U teoretskom dijelu objašnjene su tehnologije koje se koriste da se mehanizam uspješno izradi i prikazani su postupci korištenja tih tehnologija. U praktičnom dijelu opisana je sama izrada novog mehanizma na CNC strojevima.This paper explains bottle cap closing mechanism for motor oil containers and its modification and adjustment due to the change of oil container on the production line in the company's production facility. Also, it deals with the development of a new modified mechanism and the technologies used during these modifications and development. The paper is divided into three parts, introductory, theoretical and practical. The mechanism itself and everything related to it is described in the introductory part. In the theoretical part, the technologies used to successfully create the mechanism are described and the procedures for using these technologies are presented. In the practical part, the creation of the new mechanism on CNC machines is described

njezinu praktičnost, sigurnost i mobilnost. Opisuje materijale poput laganih aluminijskih legura
koje čine radnu platformu izdržljivom i otpornom na koroziju. Naglašava ključne karakteristike
poput mogućnosti sklapanja, prilagodbe visine, jednostavno premještanje te teleskopskih i
zaključavajućih mehanizama. Rad također analizira kako radne platforme poboljšavaju sigurnost
na radu, s posebnim osvrtom na protuklizne stope. U zaključku, ističe se kako ova konstrukcija
predstavlja optimalno rješenje za primjenu u industriji i radionicama, pružajući izuzetnu ravnotežu
između funkcionalnosti, sigurnosti i praktičnosti.The paper explores various aspects of the construction of a work platform, with a particular
emphasis on its practicality, safety, and mobility. It describes materials such as lightweight
aluminum alloys that make the work platform durable and corrosion-resistant. It highlights key
features such as the folding capability, height adjustment, wheels for easy movement, as well as
telescopic and locking mechanisms. The paper also analyzes how work platforms enhance
workplace safety, with a specific focus on anti-slip features. In conclusion, it emphasizes that this
construction represents an optimal solution for application in industries and workshops, providing
an exceptional balance between functionality, safety, and practicality

No full textZavršni rad se sastoji od teorijskog i praktičnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu opisane su vibracije vozila, vrste ovjesa i njihov utjecaj na dinamiku vozila. Zatim su detaljnije opisani kotači vozila, posebice gume koje su jedine dodirne točke vozila s podlogom i kao takve imaju veliku važnost. Nadalje, opisano je samo vozilo korišteno za mjerenja u praktičnom dijelu rada. U praktičnom dijelu izmjeren je utjecaj tlaka pri naletu na neravninu uz pomoć preciznog mjerenja u kontroliranim uvjetima. Uz samu udobnost vožnje, izmjeren je i utjecaj tlaka u gumama na potrošnju goriva, što za sobom vodi i utjecaj na klimatske promjene.The final thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, vehicle vibrations, suspension types and their influence on vehicle dynamics are described. Then the wheels of the vehicle are described in more detail, especially the tires, which are the only points of contact of the vehicle with the ground and as such are of great importance. Furthermore, the exact vehicle used for measurements in the practical part of the work is described. In the practical part, the influence of pressure when hitting a bump was measured with the help of precise measurement under controlled conditions. In addition to driving comfort, the impact of tire pressure on fuel consumption was also measured, which also leads to an impact on climate change

No full textObzirom da je zavarivač prilikom zavarivanja izložen štetnim, negativnim, složenim, fizikalno-kemijskim utjecajima vrlo je važna pravilna i adekvatna osobna zaštita oprema svakog pojedinog zavarivača poradi smanjenja štetnih utjecaja na život i zdravlje zavarivača, a čiji utjecaji mogu dovesti do nastanka nesreća i time ozljeda, a koje su najčešće okvalificirane kao teške ozljede s posljedicama značajnog/trajnog oštećenja organizma ili nastanka privremene/trajne nesposobnosti za rad, a nerijetko završava i smrću. Pravilnikom u uporabi osobne zaštitne opreme (NN 05/21) propisani su minimalni zahtjevi i način uporabe za OZO koju zavarivači koriste pri radu, a čija bi adekvatna i pravilna uporaba poslužila kao prevencija u sprječavanju nastajanja ozljeda na radu ili obolijevanja od profesionalnih bolesti.Given that the welder is exposed to harmful, negative, complex, physico-chemical influences during welding, it is very important to adequately protect the equipment of each welder, in order to reduce sources of damage, which can lead to accidents and injuries, which are most often classified as serious injurie. The Ordinance on the use of personal protective devices (NN 05/21) prescribes the minimum requirements and manner of use for PPE used by workers in performing certain tasks, and whose adequate and correct use would serve as prevention in preventing injuries at work or illness/occupational diseases

No full textU ovome završnom radu obrađena je tema projektiranja i konstruiranja dizala, njegove karakteristike te zadaća u modernim vremenima i urbanim središtima. Rad obuhvaća kratku povijest, razvoj dizala te njegovu važnu ulogu i zahtjeve ekonomičnosti. Ovim radom biti će prikazane komponente dizala i njihove uloge u cjelokupnom sustavu koje nazivamo dizalo. Pri izradi pojedinih komponenti koristio se programski sustav SolidWorks. Također cilj rada je izvesti neke od osnovnih proračuna bitne za projekt dizala.In this final paper covered topic is “designing and constructing elevator”, it's importance and role in modern times and urban centers. This paper covers a brief history, development of elevators and its important role and economic requirements. In this work it will be present the components of the elevator and their roles in the entire system that we call the elevator. Through this work it was used SolidWorks software to create all the components. The goal of the work is to perform some of the basic calculations essential for the conceptual development of the elevator

U radu su prvo opisani pojmovi: upravljanja, ljudskih potencijala, razvoj uspješnog upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, potom pojam policije i njezine funkcije, povijesni razvoj policije (u svijetu i u Republici Hrvatskoj) i upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima u policiji Republike Hrvatske. Nakon toga slijedi poglavlje Žene u policiji u kojem se prvo opisuje položaj žene kroz povijest, njena borba za „ljudska prava“, potom povijesni pregled zapošljavanja žena u policiji (u svijetu i u Republici Hrvatskoj), te na posljetku položaj zaposlenica policije u Hrvatskoj.In this final paper the author tries to describe and explain the management of human resources in the police of the Republic of Croatia, with special reference to the position of female police officers. The paper first describes the terms: management, human resources, the development of successful human resources management, then the concept of the police and its functions, the historical development of the police (in the world and in the Republic of Croatia) and the management of human resources in the police of the Republic of Croatia. This is followed by the chapter Women in the Police, which first describes the position of women throughout history, their struggle for "human rights", then a historical review of the employment of women in the police (in the world and in the Republic of Croatia), and finally the position of female police employees in Croatia

No full textNa samom početku rada obrađen je uvod u tematsko područje. Objašnjen je pojam osiguranja, zakonski okviri koji ga definiraju te osnovni pojmovi u osiguranju nužni za daljnje razumijevanje materije. U nastavku rada pružen je kratak povijesni pregled osiguranja u općenitom smislu, a zatim se pažnja usmjerava na osnovne pojmove kasko osiguranja te pravne okvire. U daljnjem tijeku rada fokus se prebacuje na osnovne značajke koncepta kasko osiguranja gdje se analiziraju osigurani rizici i pokrića kasko osiguranja te obveze i dužnosti osiguravatelja i osiguranika, uključujući gubitak prava u osiguranju te postupak prijavljivanja i utvrđivanja šteta, načine i uvjete podmirivanja premije i štete te franšizno sudjelovanje u podmirivanju štete. Nadalje, analizirani su uvjeti osiguranja triju odabranih osiguravajućih društava koji vrše uslugu kasko osiguranja te su uspoređene odabrane ponude i pokrića.At the very beginning of the paper, an introduction to the thematic area was covered. The concept of insurance, the legal framework that defines it, and the basic terms in insurance necessary for further understanding of the matter are explained. In the continuation of the paper, a brief historical overview of insurance in a general sense is provided, and then attention is focused on the basic concepts of comprehensive insurance and legal frameworks. In the further course of work, the focus shifts to the basic features of the comprehensive insurance concept, where insured risks and comprehensive insurance coverage are analyzed, as well as the obligations and duties of the insurer and the insured, including the loss of rights in insurance and the procedure for reporting and determining claims, methods and conditions for settling premiums and claims, and franchise participation in settlement of damages. Furthermore, the insurance conditions and insurance offers of three selected insurance companies that provide comprehensive insurance services were analyzed and then compared

No full textPoduzetništvo predstavlja stvaranje inovacija potrebnih za gospodarski rast i razvoj. Pojam obiteljskog poduzetništva u Republici Hrvatskoj još nije konačno definiran. Obiteljskim poduzetništvom smatra se svaki oblik poduzetništva u kojem su radno aktivni isključivo članovi jedne obitelji i njihovi prvi srodnici po ženskome ili muškome redu. U obiteljskom biznisu miješaju se znanje, emocije i vještine članova obitelji putem kojih žele osigurati rast i stabilnost poduzeća, te stvoriti prosperitet i sigurno radno mjesto za članove obitelji. Obiteljsko poduzeće prolazi kroz određeni životni ciklus koji prolazi kroz nekoliko faza te je svaka faza ključna za opstanak poduzeća. Najvažnija prednost obiteljskog poduzeća predstavlja želja za očuvanjem stečenog, zajedništvo obitelji i njezina usklađenost te želja za ostvarenjem zajedničkih ciljeva u obitelji. U svakom obiteljskom poduzeću prisutni su konflikti koje je bitno pravovremeno rješavati, te odluke koje je potrebno donijeti za poslovanje u poduzeću. U radu će se prikazati primjeri obiteljskih poduzeća u Karlovačkoj županiji, na primjerima: Kamp Slapić, Hotel Korana Srakovčić i Hotel Florian & Godler. KEntrepreneurship represents the creation of innovations necessary for economic growth and development. The concept of family entrepreneurship in the Republic of Croatia has not yet been definitively defined. Family entrepreneurship is considered to be any form of entrepreneurship in which only members of one family and their first relatives, male or female, are active. In a family business, the knowledge, emotions and skills of family members are mixed, through which they want to ensure the growth and stability of the company, and to create prosperity and a safe workplace for family members. A family business goes through a certain life cycle that goes through several stages, and each stage is crucial for the survival of the company. The most important advantage of a family business is the desire to preserve what has been acquired, the unity of the family and its harmony, and the desire to achieve common goals in the family. In every family business, there are conflicts that need to be resolved in a timely manner, as well as decisions that need to be made for business operations in the company. The paper will present examples of family businesses in Karlovac County, using examples: Camp Slapić, Hotel Korana Srakovčić and Hotel Florian & Godler
THE INFLUENCE OF INFLUENCERS AND TRAVEL BLOGGERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELECTING A TOURIST DESTINATION
No full textU današnje doba kada tehnologija napreduje iz dana u dan, čovjek je svakoga dana sve više izloženiji internetu i društvenim mrežama te je to postalo svakodnevnica. Ono što je poznato da društvene mreže formiraju stavove i nadmeću vrijednosti i društvene norme. Najčešće ih nadmeću putem influencera i blogera u obliku prekrivenog oglašavanja. Ovaj rad se bazira na utjecaj influencera i travel blogera u svrhu odabir turističke destinacije. U radu će definirati tko su zapravo influenceri i blogeri kao i njihove kategorije, prednosti i nedostatke. Definirati će marketing u turizmu te promociju turističke destinacije. Objasnit će na koji način se stvara brand i imidž turističke destinacije. Osim toga definirat će digitalni marketing, a također će se susresti s marketinškim miksom. Prikazati će primjere influencera u svim kategorijama, analizirati njihove profile i provesti istraživanje u obliku intervjua. Na kraju donijet će samostalan zaključak o tome kako influenceri utječu na donošenje odluka o kupnji proizvoda i usluga te na formiranje stavova o turističkoj destinaciji.In today's age when technology advances day by day, people are more and more exposed to the Internet and social networks every day, and it has become an everyday thing. What is known is that social networks form attitudes and compete with values and social norms. Most often, they compete with influencers and bloggers in the form of covered advertising. This paper is based on the influence of influencers and travel bloggers for the purpose of choosing a tourist destination. The paper will define who influencers and bloggers are, as well as their categories, advantages and disadvantages. It will define marketing in tourism and the promotion of a tourist destination. It will explain how the brand and image of a tourist destination is created. In addition, it will define digital marketing and also meet the marketing mix. It will show examples of influencers in all categories, analyze their profiles and conduct research in the form of interviews. At the end, they will come to an independent conclusion about how influencers influence decision-making, the purchase of products and services and the formation of attitudes on a tourist destination
ANALYSIS OF THE CURENT STATE AND POTENCIAL FOR TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN MALI LOŠINJ
No full textU ovom radu prikazuje se i analizira podneblje Grada Mali Lošinj kao turističke destinacije u trogodišnjem razdoblju te se predlažu smjernice daljnjeg razvoja turizma. Sagledavaju se opće značajke samog grada kao i njegov geografski položaj koji kao takav ima potencijal doprinosa daljnjem rastu i razvoju grada kao poželjne destinacije. Geografska obilježja se nadovezuju na klimatske značajke koje uveliko pridonose rastu turizma, zbog čistoće zraka s niskim stupnjem aerozagađenja i bez agresivnijih alergena, te čine destinaciju kao takvu turistički poželjnu. Da bi se mogle predložiti smjernice daljnjeg razvoja turizma u Malom Lošinju, opisuju se i analiziraju njegove faze te se u promatranom trogodišnjem razdoblju analiziraju pokazatelji o popunjenosti smještajnih kapaciteta i najzastupljeniji gosti Malog Lošinja iz pojedinih zemalja. Razvojne faze turizma Malog Lošinja prate demografske značajke, koje se u ovom radu raščlanjuju od početka 2019. do kraja 2021. godine. U promatranom razdoblju Grad Mali Lošinj, prema vrijednosti indeksa razvijenosti, svrstan je u prvu četvrtinu iznadprosječno rangiranih jedinica lokalne samouprave. Uz prethodno spomenuto te uz obilje prirodnih i antropogenih turističkih resursa, mnogobrojnih znamenitosti te solidan javni, gospodarski i civilni sektor, opisanima u ovom radu, predlažu se daljnje smjernice razvoja turističkog potencijala Malog Lošinja, sukladno trendovima turističke potražnje.This paper presents and analyzes the climate of the City of Mali Lošinj as a tourist destination over a three-year period, and proposes guidelines for further tourism development. The general characteristics of the city itself, as well as its geographical location, are considered, highlighting its potential to contribute to the continued growth and development of the city as a desirable destination. The geographical features are complemented by climatic characteristics that greatly contribute to the growth of tourism, due to the clean air with low levels of air pollution and the absence of more aggressive allergens, making the destination attractive to tourists. In order to propose guidelines for further tourism development in Mali Lošinj, its phases are described and analyzed, and during the observed three-year period, indicators of accommodation occupancy and the most represented guests in Mali Lošinj from various countries are examined. The developmental phases of tourism in Mali Lošinj are accompanied by demographic characteristics, which in this paper are analyzed from the beginning of 2019 to the end of 2021. During the observed period, the City of Mali Lošinj, according to the development index value, was ranked in the first quarter of above-average ranked local self-government units. In addition to the aforementioned, and considering the abundance of natural and anthropogenic tourist resources, numerous attractions, and a solid public, economic, and civil sector described in this paper, further guidelines for the development of Mali Lošinj's tourism potential are proposed in accordance with tourism demand trends
