Razvoj civilne zaštite možemo pratiti još od antičkog doba, no značajni razvoj događao se prvenstveno u doba Prvog i Drugog svjetskog rata. U Hrvatskoj je bitnu ulogu imao i Domovinski rat, dok je u novije doba najveći utjecaj na razvoj civilne zaštite u Hrvatskoj imao postupak ulaska Hrvatske u Europsku uniju uslijed kojeg je moralo doći do usklađivanja hrvatskog sustava civilne zaštite sa standardima Europske unije.We can follow the development of civil defence since ancient times, but its significant development took place primarily during the First and Second World Wars. In Croatia, the Homeland War also played an important role, while in recent times the biggest impact on the development of civil protection was the process of Croatia's entry into the European Union, as a result of which the Croatian civil protection system had to be harmonized with the standards of the European Union
ABOLITION OF LEAD SHOT AS AN ELEMENT OF WATER ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
II SAŽETAK Olovna sačma se upotrebljava najčešće prilikom lova na sitnu divljač (ptice), čime se u više segmenata onečišćuje okoliš, prvenstveno močvarna staništa. Stoga ćemo u ovom radu govoriti o samom nastanku vatrenog ručnog oružja, te u kojoj mjeri ono djeluje na okoliš i kojim alatima se može zabraniti uporaba olovne sačme kao element zaštite okoliša. Posebnu pažnju ćemo posvetiti Uredbi EU o zabrani olovne sačme i Ramsarskoj konvenciji ,kao pravnim alatima. Također ćemo posebnu pozornost posvetiti kako olovo štetno djeluje na ljudsko zdravlje, te biljni i životinjski svijet.Lead shot is most often used when hunting small wild (birds), which pollutes the environment in several segments, primarily wetlands. Therefore, in this paper we will talk about the very origin of firearms, and to what extent they affect the environment and which tools can be used to prohibit the use of lead shot as an element of environmental protection. We will pay special attention to the EU Regulation banning lead shot and the Ramsar Convention as legal tools. We will also pay special attention to how lead has a harmful effect on human health, as well as plant and animal life
REPLACEMENT OF THE ERP IN THE FUNCTION OF SUPPORTING THE LOGISTIC IN BUSINESS SYSTEM OF A MANUFACTURING COMPANY
Predmet završnog rada predstavlja proces promjene ERP sustava u proizvodnom poduzeću s aspekta logističkih procesa. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na procese pripreme djelatnika, samo uvođenja sustava te korake koje je potrebno napraviti kako bi se neometano nastavilo raditi u novom sustavu. Rad detaljno opisuje sve etape uvođenja sustava te nastale probleme koji se naknadno rješavaju kako bi se uskladili podaci poslovanja poduzeća. Cilj rada je pokazati kako kvalitetna priprema i razumijevanje procesa skraćuje vrijeme prelaska na novi ERP ispravno definiranim ključnim varijablama te uspostavlja cjelovitu logistiku poslovnog procesa.The subject of the final paper is the process of changing the ERP system in a manufacturing company from the aspect of logistics processes. Special emphasis was placed on the processes of employee preparation, just the introduction of the system and the steps that need to be taken in order to continue working in the new system without interruption. The paper describes in detail all the stages of the introduction of the system and the resulting problems that are subsequently solved in order to harmonize the company's business data. The goal of the work is to show how quality preparation and understanding of the process shortens the time of transition to a new ERP with correctly defined key variables and establishes complete logistics of the business process
INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL IN THE WORKPLACE
U radu se proučava utjecaj konzumiranja alkohola na mjestu rada koji utječu na produktivnost, sigurnost i dobrobit zaposlenika, ističući važnost održavanja radnog okruženja slobodnog od alkohola radi zaštite interesa poslodavca i radnika. Navodeći zakonske okvire i kroz dostupnu literaturu, istraživanjem empirijskih studija i analizu prakse u industriji, identificiraju se ključni čimbenici koji doprinose alkoholizmu na mjestu rada. Utjecaj stresa, pritiska na poslu i kulture konzumacije alkohola unutar organizacije. Nadalje, razmatraju se metode prevencije i intervencije, uključujući obrazovne programe. Rad pruža dublje razumijevanje problema alkohola na mjestu rada i nudi smjernice za razvoj učinkovitih strategija prevencije u organizacijskom kontekstu. U eksperimentalnom dijelu proveden je anonimni anketni upitnik jednog poduzeća s ciljem prikupljanja informacija o učestalosti konzumacije alkohola.The paper studies the impact of alcohol consumption in the workplace, which affects the productivity, safety and well-being of employees, emphasizing the importance of maintaining an alcohol-free working environment in order to protect the interests of the employer and the employee. Stating the legal framework and through the available literature, researching empirical studies and analyzing industry practice, the key factors that contribute to alcoholism in the workplace are identified. The influence of stress, pressure at work and the culture of alcohol consumption within the organization. Furthermore, methods of prevention and intervention, including educational programs, are considered. The paper provides a deeper understanding of alcohol problems in the workplace and offers guidance for the development of effective prevention strategies in an organizational context. In the experimental part, an anonymous survey questionnaire of one company was carried out with the aim of collecting information about the frequency of alcohol consumption. PACKAGING, STORAGE, LABELING AND HANDLING OF HARMFUL SUBSTANCES
Kemijske štetnosti je naziv za štetne kemijske tvari koje mogu uzrokovati različita oštećenja zdravlja zaposlenika koji dolaze s njima u dodir pri proizvodnji, rukovanju, transportu, skladištenju ili korištenju. Pakiranje, skladištenje, rukovanje i označavanje štetnih tvari ključni su u ovom procesu upravljanja. Svaka faza, od pakiranja tvari do njezinog skladištenja, rukovanja i označavanja zahtijeva odgovarajuće sigurnosne mjere prema propisanom Zakonu. Cilj ovog završnog rada je definirati važnosti pravilnog upravljanja štetnim tvarima, te istaknuti ključne smjernice kako bi se osigurala sigurnost radnika, ali i zaštita okoliša. Obuhvatiti najbitnije elemente ovog procesa (pakiranje, skladištenje, rukovanje i označavanje) te opisati postupke u slučaju opasnosti.Chemical hazards is the name for harmful chemical substances that can cause various damage to the health of employees who come into contact with them during production, handling, transport, storage or use. Packaging, storage, handling and labeling of hazardous substances are key to this management process. Each stage, from the packaging of the substance to its storage, handling and labeling requires appropriate safety measures according to the prescribed Law. The goal of this final paper is to define the importance of proper management of harmful substances, and highlighted key guidelines to ensure worker safety and environmental protection. DESIGNING THE TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS OF THE TURBINE BLADE
Tehnološki proces izrade turbinske lopatice je točno određen postupak. Postupak sadrži slijed po kojem se izrađuje neki proizvod iz osnovnog materijala. Tehnološki proces mora sadržavati slijedeće uvijete: izbor alata, izbor naprava, izbor strojeva, u zadanom vremenu. Jedan od osnovnih zadataka je tehnološki proces oblikovati, da bude što jasniji tijekom svake operacije u proizvodnji, svaki djelatnik ga mora čitati i shvatiti isto. Nužan je kako bi proizvodni proces bio ujednačene kvalitete tijekom cijelog ciklusa. Tehnološki proces mora slijediti konstantna poboljšanja, kako bi s vremenom mogli povećati produktivnost te pojednostaviti djelatnicima radne zadatke. Tehnološki proces nije nikada dovoljno dobro projektiran da se ne može unaprijediti. Svaki tehnološki proces mora sadržavati sljedeće zahtjeve: tehničke i ekonomske. Tehnički uvjet kao polazna točka proizlazi iz tehničke dokumentacije odnosno funkcije pojedinog dijela sklopa ili stroja. Pod tehničke uvijete spadaju: vrsta materijala, tolerancijska polja , kvaliteta površine, broj komada i hrapavost. Ekonomski uvjeti se ne smiju zanemarivati, oni zahtijevaju od tehnološkog procesa da uzme u obzir ekonomsko analizu koja je potrebna za izradu tehnološkog procesa. Tijekom svakog dijela izrade tehnološkog procesa je potrebno voditi računa o ekonomskoj analizi kako bi troškovi koji nastaju izradom proizvoda bili što manji to jest minimalni da zadovoljavaju kvalitetu koja se traži tijekom cijelog tehnološkog procesa. One of the primary objectives is to design the technological process in a way that it is clear and consistent during every operation, ensuring that each employee interprets and understands it in the same way. This is essential for maintaining uniform quality throughout the production cycle. The technological process must also incorporate continuous improvements to enhance productivity over time and simplify tasks for workers. A technological process is never perfectly designed; there is always room for further optimization. Every technological process must meet both technical and economic requirements. Technical requirements, derived from the technical documentation and the function of each component or machine, include factors such as material type, tolerance fields, surface quality, and the number of pieces. Economic considerations, which must not be overlooked, require the technological process to take into account the necessary economic analysis. This analysis is crucial throughout the process to minimize production costs while ensuring the required quality is maintained across the entire technological process. THE IMPACT OF COMBUSTION PRODUCTS ON THE HEALTH OF FIREFIGHTERS
Tijekom procesa izgaranja gorivih tvari dolazi do oslobađanja produkata koji dokazano štetno utječu na ljudsko zdravlje. Vatrogasci su zbog vrste poslova koje obavljaju do nekoliko puta izloženiji djelovanju štetnih produkata gorenja u odnosu na opću populaciju. Kemijski spojevi koji se oslobađaju za vrijeme gorenja, kod čovjeka izazivaju niz poteškoća u zdravstvenom stanju i razvoj bolesti respiratornog, kardiovaskularnog i ostalih sustava važnih za normalan rad organizma. Osim samih produkata koji se oslobađaju tijekom i nakon procesa gorenja, dodatnu opasnost za vatrogasce predstavlja neophodna zaštitna oprema. Cilj ovog rada je osvijestiti vatrogasce kroz detaljnije opisivanje opasnosti kojima se izlažu unosom štetnih produkata u organizam. Važno je da su vatrogasci pravilno educirani i upoznati s potencijalnim opasnostima takvih produkata, kako bi se na pravilan način zaštitili i sigurno pristupili gašenju požara te tako očuvali svoje zdravlje.During the combustion process of fuel materials, products are released that have been proven to adversely affect human health. Due to the nature of their work, firefighters are exposed to the harmful effects of combustion products several times more than the general population. The chemical compounds released during combustion cause a range of health issues in humans and contribute to the development of diseases in the respiratory, cardiovascular and other systems essential for normal bodily function. Besides the products released during and after the combustion process, an additional danger for firefighters is posed by the necessary protective equipment. The aim of this paper is to raise awareness among firefighters by detailing the dangers they face through the ingestion of harmful products. It is important that firefighters are properly educated and familiarized with the potential dangers of these products so that they can protect themselves properly, approach firefighting safely and thus preserve their health
MARKETING MIX ON THE EXAMPLE OF MIRJANA MIKULEC S INTERIOR DESIGN SCHOOL
Proizvod, cijena, distribucija i prodaja i promocija čine marketinški miks. Poduzeća koja se bave pružanjem usluga postojeći marketinški miks proširuju za još tri elementa – fizičko okruženje, ljude i procese te se marketinški miks usluga još zove 7P. Proces marketinga odvija se na način da proizvođači i pružatelji usluga analiziraju tržišne prilike, uviđaju i donose pretpostavke o svom potencijalnom konkuriranju na tržištu, provode istraživanje tržišta i odabiru ciljno tržište te nakon dobivanja svih potrebnih informacija kreiraju marketinški miks. Kada je poduzeće oblikovalo svoj marketinški miks, planira program marketinga te naposlijetku organizira, primjenjuje i kontrolira marketinške napore. Marketing miks poduzeća koja se bave pružanjem usluga sastoji se od sljedećih elemenata: usluga (proizvod), ljudi, procesi pružanja usluga, fizičko okruženje, cijena, prodaja i distribucija te promocija. Dobro osmišljen marketinški miks usluge poduzeću osigurava uspješno i profitabilno poslovanje, a potrošaču zadovoljene želje i potrebe.Product, price, place, distribution and promotion are main elements of the marketing mix. Companies that provide services expand the existing marketing mix by another 3 elements - physical environment, people and processes and the marketing mix of services is also called 7P. The marketing process takes place in such a way that producers and service providers analyze market opportunities, perceive and make assumptions about their potential competition on the market, conduct market research and select the target market, and after obtaining all the necessary information, create a marketing mix. When the company has formed its marketing mix, it plans the marketing program and finally organizes, implements and controls the marketing efforts. The marketing mix of service companies consists of the following elements: service (product), people, service provision processes, physical environment, price, place, and promotion. A well-designed marketing mix of services ensures successful and profitable business for the company, and satisfies the consumer ́s wishes and needs
POPULATION STATUS OF WILD BOAR IN NATURE PARK MEDVEDNICA
Završni rad bavi se problematikom brojnosti populacije divljih svinja (Sus scrofa) na području Parka prirode Medvednica, te problemima koje ona nosi. U prvom dijelu rada teorijski je objašnjena biologija divljih svinja, njihova izgled i građa, ishrana, način razmnožavanja, te koji značaj predstavljaju za svoju okolinu. Drugi dio rada odnosi se na Park prirode Medvednicu, njegov biološki, kulturno-povijesni značaj, te floru i faunu koja se nalazi na njegovom prostoru. Prostor Parka prirode predstavlja idealno stanište za populaciju divljih svinja, čiji će gospodarski kapacitet i brojčano stanje populacije u 2020. i 2021. godini biti navedeno u istraživačkom dijelu rada. Uz pomoć tablica prikazana je dobna i spolna struktura populacije, te je uz pomoć grafa prikazana razlika u brojnosti populacije između navedenih godina. Sukladno brojčanom stanju, sve su češći problemi koji nastaju na istraživanom području koji se navode kao dio istraživanja. Usporedbe radi, u posljednjem dijelu navodi se kakva je situacija s populacijama divljih svinja u ostalim gradovima Hrvatske, kao i u Europi. Kako bi se navedeni problemi sveli na minimum, predložene su mjere za postupanje u slučaju prekomjernog broja populacije te u slučaju da ona uzrokuje štete.This paper deals with the problem of the population of wild boar (Sus scrofa) in the Medvednica Nature Park, and the difficulties it brings. In the first part of the paper, the biology of wild boars, their appearance and structure, nutrition, method of reproduction, and the significance they represent for their environment are theoretically explained. The second part of the paper relates to the Medvednica Nature Park, its biological, cultural and historical significance, and to the flora and fauna found in its area. The area of the Nature Park represents an ideal habitat for the population of wild boars, whose economic capacity and numerical state of the population in 2020 and 2021 will be stated in the research part of the paper. With the help of tables, the age and gender structure of the population are shown, and with the help of a graph difference in population size between the stated years is illustrated. In accordance with the population size, the problems that arise in the researched area are becoming more frequent, and these are also listed as part of the research. For the sake of comparison, the last part states what the situation is with wild boar populations in other cities in Croatia, and what the situation is in Europe. In order to reduce the mentioned problems to a minimum, measures are proposed for handling cases of excessive population numbers and instances where they cause damage
COMPARISON OF THE BEST APPLICATIONS FOR FACILLTY MANAGEMENT IN 2022
Ovaj rad istražuje suvremene aplikacije za upravljanje objektima (Facility Management - FM) s posebnim naglaskom na njihove funkcionalnosti, korisničko sučelje, mogućnosti integracije, nadogradnje i podrške. Kroz komparativnu analizu nekoliko vodećih FM aplikacija, uključujući IBM Maximo, Planon, Archibus, FM i iOffice, istražuju se njihove prednosti i nedostaci u kontekstu modernih poslovnih potreba. Također se razmatraju ključni tehnološki trendovi kao što su primjena umjetne inteligencije, integracija IoT uređaja i razvoj mobilnih aplikacija, te kako oni utječu na evoluciju FM softverskih rješenja. SWOT analiza pruža uvid u snage, slabosti, prilike i prijetnje za svaku od analiziranih aplikacija, što omogućuje organizacijama da donesu informirane odluke pri odabiru alata za optimizaciju upravljanja svojim objektima.This paper investigates modern facilities management applications (Facility Management - FM) with special emphasis on their functionality, user interface, integration, upgrade and support options. Through a comparative analysis of several leading FM applications, including IBM Maximo, Planon, Archibus, FM and iOffice, their advantages and disadvantages are explored in the context of modern business needs. Key technology trends such as the application of artificial intelligence, the integration of IoT devices and the development of mobile applications are also considered, and how they affect the evolution of FM software solutions. A SWOT analysis provides insight into the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for each of the analyzed applications, enabling organizations to make informed decisions when choosing tools to optimize their facility management
