Društveno odgovorno poslovanje se u svom nastanku smatralo kao filantropija no u novijoj povijesti ono je preraslo u značajan koncept. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje predstavlja koncept kojim organizacije zadovoljavaju standarde primjenom poslovne etike i etičkih načela. Društveno odgovorno poslovanje primjenjuje se u četiri aspekta : aspekt tržišta, aspekt radne okoline, aspekt društvene zajednice i aspekt okoliša.With the development of consciousness, the public created pressure directed at organizations that have been shaken up by various scandals such as management scandals, bad treatment of employees or environmental pollution. Corporate social responsibility was originally considered as philanthropy, but in recent history it has grown into a significant concept. No full textOvaj diplomski rad usredotočuje se na analizu financijskih pokazatelja u poduzećima Iverpan i Drvona s ciljem dubljeg razumijevanja njihovih financijskih rezultata i fokusa na ključne pokazatelje koji pružaju uvid u njihovu trenutačnu situaciju, dugoročnu održivost te konkurentske prednosti. Kroz sustavnu analizu financijskih izvještaja, rad istražuje različite aspekte poslovanja. Cilj je pružiti sveobuhvatan uvid u financijsko zdravlje poduzeća i identificirati ključne čimbenike koji utječu na njihovo poslovanje. Usporedba financijskih pokazatelja između dva poduzeća otkriva različite izazove i prednosti u njihovom poslovanju. Dok poduzeće Drvona pokazuje stabilnije financijske performanse i veću ekonomičnost poslovanja, poduzeće Iverpan suočava se s izazovima u likvidnosti i ovisnosti o tuđem kapitalu. Oba poduzeća ostvaruju zadovoljavajuću profitabilnost, ali daljnje analize i prilagodbe mogu biti potrebne kako bi se osigurala dugoročna održivost i konkurentnost na tržištu.This thesis focuses on the analysis of financial indicators in the companies Iverpan and Drvona, aiming for a deeper understanding of their financial performance and a focus on key indicators that provide insight into their current situation, long-term sustainability and competitive advantages. Through systematic analysis of financial reports, this paper studies various aspects of their business operations. The goal is to provide a comprehensive view of the financial health of the companies and identify key factors influencing their operations. A comparison of financial indicators between the two companies reveals different challenges and advantages in their business operations. While the company Drvona demonstrates more stable financial performance and greater operational efficiency, the company Iverpan faces challenges in liquidity and dependence on external capital. Both companies achieve profitability, but further analysis and adjustments may be necessary to ensure long-term sustainability and competitiveness in the market

No full textTema završnog rada računovodstvene su informacije kao osnova za utvrđivanje i praćenje pokazatelja likvidnosti poslovnih subjekata. Osim teorijskih spoznaja o računovodstvenim informacijama i likvidnosti poslovanja, praktična analiza tri odabrana hotelska poslovna subjekta ukazuje na važnost računovodstvenih informacija prilikom utvrđivanja i praćenja pokazatelja likvidnosti u suvremenom poslovnom okruženju. Temeljni financijski izvještaj korišten za izračunavanje pokazatelja likvidnosti je bilanca, a analizirani pokazatelji likvidnosti su: koeficijent tekuće likvidnosti, koeficijent ubrzane likvidnosti, koeficijent trenutne likvidnosti i koeficijent financijske stabilnosti. Kako bi se istaknulo važnost računovodstvenih informacija u izračunu i analizi pokazatelja likvidnosti, kroz praktične primjere odabranih poslovnih subjekata objašnjen je postupak analize financijskih izvještaja i izračuna pokazatelja likvidnosti. Osim interpretacije analizom dobivenih podataka, u radu su uspoređeni dobiveni rezultati te su izneseni zaključci.The subject of the final thesis is accounting information as a basis for determining and monitoring liquidity indicators of business entities. In addition to theoretical knowledge about accounting information and business liquidity, the practical analysis of three selected hotel business entities indicates the importance of accounting information when determining and monitoring liquidity indicators in a modern business environment. The basic financial statement used to calculate liquidity indicators is the balance sheet, and the analysed liquidity indicators are: current ratio, quick liquidity ratio, cash ratio and financial stability ratio. In order to emphasize the importance of accounting information in the calculation and analysis of liquidity indicators, the procedure for analysing financial statements and calculating liquidity indicators was explained through practical examples of selected business entities. In addition to the interpretation of the analysis of the obtained data, the paper compares the obtained results and presents the conclusions

DemonstratiThis final paper focuses on a detailed description of the components used and the process of making a printed circuit board with which the principles of the sequential LED direction indicator will be demonstrated with the help of an integrated circuit LM3914 and timer NE555. The demonstrative assembly was made with the intention of demonstrating the principle of operation of controlling the frequency of turning on the direction indicators. No full textKroz završni rad prikazan je Beč u ponudi turističkih agencija Hrvatske. Beč je glavni grad Austrije s nešto više od dva milijuna stanovnika te je ujedno kulturno, gospodarsko i političko središte zemlje te peti najveći grad po broju stanovnika Europske Unije. Omiljeno je turističko odredište u svijetu, prvenstveno zbog bogate povijesti Austro-Ugarskog Carstva, široke kulturne ponude te titule glazbene prijestolnice. Kroz rad je prvenstveno definiran pojam turističke agencija, ukazano je na njezinu ulogu u sektoru turizma, te funkcije i zadatke. Primarne djelatnosti turističke agencije su planiranje i prodaja putovanja i smještaja kao i pružanje dodatnih usluga svim sudionicima u turizmu, potom se prikazuju turistički resursi Beča. Pobliže su opisani najznačajniji, palača Schonbrunn, palača Belvedere i Hofburg te Bečka katedrala i Bečka državna opera. Fokus u radu je stavljen na prikaz Beča u ponudi putovanja pet turističkih agencija u Hrvatskoj. Nažalost, trenutno nema mnogo ponuda za putovanje u Beč, vjerojatno zbog nadolazeće ljetne sezone zbog čega je većina putovanja orijentirana obalnim destinacija. To dokazuje činjenica da je najviše noćenja stranih turista zabilježeno u prosincu. Stoga se prikazuje par dostupnih ponuda turističkih agencija. Ponuda putovanja navedenih agencija se uglavnom bazira na kratka putovanja u Beč, do maksimalno 3 noćenja. Prikazani statistički podaci za 2022.godinu ukazuju na značajan oporavak domaćeg turizma dok strani turizam još uvijek zaostaje za brojkama prije pandemije. Najveći broj turističkih noćenja ostvaruju gosti iz Njemačke, slijede domaći gosti iz ostalih osam austrijskih saveznih država. Veliki broj dolazi i iz Italije, SAD-a, Španjolske, Velike Britanije, Švicarske. Posljednih godina bilježi se značajan porast gostiju iz istočnoeuropskih, arapskih i azijskih zemlja.The bachelor thesis presents Vienna as offered by Croatian tourist agencies. Vienna is the capital of Austria with slightly more than two million inhabitants and is also the cultural, economic and political center of the country and the fifth largest city in terms of population in the European Union. It is a favorite tourist destination in the world, primarily because of the rich history of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the wide cultural offer and the title of music capital. Through the work, the concept of tourist agency is primarily defined, its role in the tourism sector is pointed out, as well as its functions and tasks, The primary activities of the travel agency are the planning and sale of travel and accommodation as well as the provision of additional services to all participants in tourism while the tourism resources of Vienna are then presented. The most important are described in detail, Schonbrunn Palace, Belvedere Palace and Hofburg, as well as the Vienna Cathedral and the Vienna State Opera. The focus of the work is on the representation of Vienna in the travel offer of five travel agencies in Croatia. Unfortunately, there are currently not many offers for travel to Vienna, probably due to the upcoming summer season, which is why most trips are oriented towards coastal destinations. Therefore, a couple of available offers from travel agencies are shown. This is proven by the fact that the most overnight stays by foreign tourists were recorded in December. Therefore, a couple of available offers from travel agencies are shown. The travel offer of the mentioned agencies is mainly based on short trips to Vienna, up to a maximum of 3 nights. The presented statistical data for 2022 indicate a significant recovery of domestic tourism, while foreign tourism still lags behind the figures before the pandemic. The largest number of tourist overnight stays are made by guests from Germany, followed by domestic guests from the other eight Austrian states. A large number also come from Italy, USA, Spain, Great Britain, Switzerland. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in guests from Eastern European, Arab and Asian countries

Cilj ovog rada je pokazati koje sve procedure postoje prilikom rada sa zapaljivim stvarima u djelokrugu rafinerije nafte te kako je predviđeno gašenje pojedinih proizvodnih dijelova s ciljem maksimalnog smanjenja moguće štete. U radu će biti prikazan koncept spašavanja ozlijeđene osobe iz jedne teške situacije kao što je rad u jednoj koloni.Fires in oil refineries are a very difficult and dangerous situations so everything is done to avoid the possible occurrence of the same. The aim of this paper is to show what procedures exist when working with flammable things in the scope of the oil refinery and how it is planned to shut down individual production parts with the aim of minimizing possible damage as much as possible. In this paper the concept for rescuing an injured person from a difficult situation such as working in a column will be presented

No full textTehnološki proces izrade i kontrole prirubnice sklopke za poklopac transformatorskog kotla. U ovom završnom radu je opisan tehnološki proces izrade jedne pozicije transformatorskog kotla uz prikaz rada odjela Kontrole kvalitete, te komparacija izrade tog istog dijela na dva potpuno različita načina. Završni rad kreće sa opisom funkcije transformatora, principom rada transformatora i popisom glavnih dijelova transformatora. Glavni dio se odnosi na proces same izrade prirubnice sklopke, te detaljno objašnjenje proizvodnih operacija kroz koje pozicija prolazi uz njeno aktivno praćenje od strane odjela Kontrole kvalitete od ulaza materijala do završne kontrole gotovog proizvoda prije same isporuke. U praktičnom dijelu se uspoređuje izrada prirubnice sklopke na način da je sirovac odrezan plazma rezanjem iz čeličnog lima i da smo ga dobili kružnim savijanjem i kasnije zavarivanjem iz plosnatog čelika zadanog poprečnog presjeka.Technological process of production and quality control of the switch flange for the cover of the transformer tank.In this undergraduate thesis the technological production process of one position of a transformer tank is described, along with a presentation of the work of the Quality Control department, and a comparison of making the same part in two completely different ways. The final thesis begins with a description of the function of the transformer tank, the principle of operation of the transformer tank and a list of the main parts of the transformer tank. The main part of the undergraduate thesis refers to the process of making the switch flange itself, and a detailed explanation of the production operations that the position goes through with its active monitoring by the Quality Control department from the input of materials to the final control of the finished product before delivery. The practical part of the thesis compares the manufacturing of the switch flange in the way that the raw material was cut by plasma cutting from a steel sheet and that it was obtained by circular bending and later welding from flat steel of a given cross-section

Forwarders are key tools in modern forestry, enabling an efficient and sustainable way of collecting and transporting wood. Their use improves productivity and reduces the physical effort of workers, while at the same time reducing the environmental impact of forest operations
