    POTROŠAČKE PREFERENCIJE GENERACIJE Z

    Ovaj rad istražuje potrošačko ponašanje generacije Z s područja Splita i okolice, s posebnim naglaskom na njihove digitalne navike i preferencije. Generacija Z, odrasla u digitalnom dobu, pokazuje jedinstvene karakteristike poput visoke digitalne povezanosti, multitaskinga, i osviještenosti o društvenim pitanjima, što ima značajan utjecaj na njihove potrošačke odluke. Kroz teorijski pregled i empirijsko istraživanje, analizirani su ključni faktori koji utječu na njihove odluke o kupovini, kao što su digitalna transformacija, personalizacija usluge i društvena odgovornost brendova. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na važnost prilagodbe marketinških strategija potrebama i očekivanjima ove generacije, s posebnim naglaskom na lokalni kontekst Splita. Također su identificirane smjernice za buduća istraživanja i primjenu u praksi, s ciljem boljeg razumijevanja i zadovoljavanja potreba generacije Z.This thesis explores the consumer behavior of Generation Z in the Split area, with a particular focus on their digital habits and preferences. Generation Z, having grown up in the digital age, exhibits unique characteristics such as high digital connectivity, multitasking, and social consciousness, significantly influencing their purchasing decisions. Through a theoretical review and empirical research, key factors affecting their buying decisions are analyzed, including digital transformation, service personalization, and brand social responsibility. The research findings highlight the importance of adapting marketing strategies to meet the needs and expectations of this generation, with a special emphasis on the local context of Split. Additionally, guidelines for future research and practical applications are identified, aiming to better understand and meet the needs of Generation Z

    I Croati molisani sono una comunità etnica che vive nella regione del Molise, nel Sud Italia, mantenendo profondi legami con la cultura, la lingua e le tradizioni croate. Si sono stabiliti in Italia alla fine del XV secolo, portando con sé un dialetto stocavo-icavo arricchito da elementi del dialetto ciacavo. Nonostante la distanza dalla madrepatria croata e le pressioni per integrarsi nella società italiana, sono riusciti a conservare la loro lingua e il patrimonio culturale, specialmente nei paesi di Montemitro, Acquaviva Collecroce e San Felice. Questa comunità ha sviluppato varie forme di creatività popolare e orale, un fenomeno raro tra le piccole comunità etniche. Molti autori hanno studiato la loro lingua, cultura e tradizione, sottolineando l’importanza di preservare l’identità e il patrimonio dei Croati molisani. Questo lavoro presenta anche la rassegna bibliografica sui Croati del Molise che potrebbe servire come lo spunto per le ulteriori ricerche di questa particolare comunità storica sull’territorio italiano.The Molise Croats are an ethnic community living in the Molise region of southern Italy, maintaining deep connections to Croatian culture, language, and traditions. They settled in Italy at the end of the 15th century, bringing with them a shtokavian-ikavian dialect enriched with elements of the chakavian dialect. Despite the distance from their Croatian homeland and the pressures to integrate into Italian society, they have managed to preserve their language and cultural heritage, especially in the villages of Montemitro, Acquaviva Collecroce, and San Felice. This community has developed various forms of popular and oral creativity, a rare phenomenon among small ethnic communities. Many authors have studied their language, culture, and traditions, emphasizing the importance of preserving the identity and heritage of the Molise Croats. This work also presents a bibliographic review on the Molise Croats, which could serve as a basis for further research on this particular historical community in the Italian territory

    Rad se bavi sažetim prikazom pedagoške potpore djece u ranoj dobi. Sažeto je objašnjeno kako djeca rane dobi mogu učiti uz pomoć dobro osmišljenih poticaja i aktivnosti. Pedagoška potpora odnosi se na stvaranje poticajnog okruženja u kojem djeca osjećaju sigurnost i slobodu dok uče istražujući. Potpora se temelji na individualnim potrebama, kvalitetnoj interakciji s djecom i roditeljima, igri kao metodi učenja te kontinuiranom praćenju djece uzimajući u obzir njihove razvojne faze, interese i sposobnosti. Temelj za stvaranje pozitivnog stava prema učenju kao i vještine potrebne za daljnji život stječu se upravo u najranijoj dobi.The paper provides a concise overview of pedagogical support for young children. It briefly explains how children in early childhood can learn with the help of well-designed stimuli and activities. Pedagogical support involves creating a stimulating environment where children feel safe and free while learning through exploration. This support is based on individual needs, quality interactions with children and parents, play as a learning method, and continuous monitoring of the children, considering their developmental stages, interests, and abilities. The foundation for developing a positive attitude towards learning, as well as the skills necessary for future life, is established in early childhood

    Korištenje lutaka u raznim aktivnostima u djetinjstvu djeci nudi niz mogućnosti za istraživanje svoje mašte, kreativnosti i emocionalnog izražavanja. Pomoću lutkarstva djeca mogu prikazivati stvarnost i istraživati nove svjetove, likove, doživljaje i stvarati vlastite priče korištenjem mašte. Lutkarske aktivnosti potiču slobodno razmišljanje i individualnost, svako dijete doživljava i stvara vlastite likove. Za djecu koja se suočavaju s izazovima s motorikom ili pak samopoštovanjem, sudjelovanje u lutkarskoj igri upravo može pomoći u razvoju fine motorike, izgradnji samopouzdanja i pozitivne slike o sebi. Kako djeca rastu, tako se složenost lutkarstva povećava. Kreativnost se odražava od samih početaka, to jest od izrade koja iziskuje promišljanje, stvaranje plana, korištenje dostupnih materijala i tehnika kako bi se ostvarila želja i postigla zamišljena lutka. Nadalje, kreativnost se očituje i u aspektu simboličke igre kako i scenske igre. Lutke koje su neživi objekti, animacijom i oživljavanjem se postižu ciljane priče i iskazivanje emocija. Uključivanje lutaka u odgojno-obrazovne programe može olakšati prijelaz iz igre u učenje i promicati socijalizaciju unutar grupa. Spontana lutkarska igra, u kojoj djeca sudjeluju u simboličkim igrama i igranju uloga bez uplitanja odraslih, nudi opušten i nesputan prostor za samoizražavanje i istraživanje. Općenito, lutkarstvo služi kao vrijedan alat za poticanje cjelovitoga razvoja djece.Using dolls in various childhood activities offers children a range of opportunities to explore their imagination, creativity and emotional expression. Using puppetry, children can depict reality and explore new worlds, characters, experiences and create their own stories using imagination. Puppet activities encourage free thinking and individuality, each child experiences and creates his own characters. For children who face challenges with motor skills or self-esteem, participating in puppetry can help develop fine motor skills, build self-confidence and a positive self-image. As children grow, the complexity of puppetry increases. Creativity is reflected from the very beginning, that is, from the creation that requires thinking, creating a plan, using available materials and techniques in order to realize the desire and achieve the envisioned doll. Furthermore, creativity is manifested in the aspect of symbolic play as well as stage play. Puppets, which are inanimate objects, can be animated and brought to life to achieve targeted stories and expressions of emotions. The inclusion of dolls in educational programs can facilitate the transition from play to learning and promote socialization within groups. Spontaneous puppetry, in which children engage in symbolic play and role-play without adult intervention, offers a relaxed and unfettered space for self-expression and exploration. Overall, puppetry serves as a valuable tool to encourage the holistic development of children

    ULOGA PEDAGOGA U ODGOJU I OBRAZOVANJU MLADIH SPORTAŠA - PRIMJER AKADEMIJA HNK HAJDUK „LUKA KALITERNA“

    Cilj završnog rada je prikazati ulogu pedagoga u odgoju i obrazovanju mladih sportaša, uzimajući za primjer Akademiju HNK Hajduk „Luka Kaliterna“. U prvom dijelu rada prikazani su poslovi i uloge pedagoga u odgoju i obrazovanju, a potom i osobine i kompetencije koje kvalitetan pedagog mora posjedovati. Zatim je uslijedio dio o razvoju mladih sportaša, u kojem je prikazana velika kompleksnost tog procesa u kojem je teško uspjeti sam. Drugi dio rada bavi se bogatom poviješću HNK Hajduk i njegove Akademije, te je prikazano djelovanje samog osnivača Akademije Luke Kaliterne. Navedeni su naravno i najveći uspjesi Akademije, njeni uzrasti i stručni tim, u kojemu su pedagozi, psiholog i fizioterapeuti. Svi oni su izrazito važan faktor u svakodnevici polaznika Akademije i silnim uspjesima koje redovito ostvaruju. Najveći doprinos rada je provedeni intervju s pedagogom u nogometnom klubu, koji je imao za cilj odgovoriti na istraživačko pitanje: Koja je uloga pedagoške službe u odgoju i obrazovanju mladih sportaša na primjeru polaznika Akademije HNK Hajduk Split ,,Luka Kaliterna“?The purpose of this final paper is to demonstrate the role of pedagogues in the upbringing and education of young athletes, with the example of HNK Hajduk Youth Academy „Luka Kaliterna“. The first part of the paper presented the jobs and roles of pedagogues in upbringing and education, followed by traits and competencies a quality pedagogue must possess. The next chapter focused on the jobs of pedagogues and their work places, after which the topic were traits and competencies that a good pedagogue must have. That was followed by a fragment about the development of young athletes, which showed the great complexity of that process in which it is difficult to succeed on your own. The other part of the paper deals with the rich history of HNK Hajduk and its Youth Academy, presenting the activities of the Youth Academy founder, Luka Kaliterna himself. Listed were of course the Youth Academy's greatest successes, its age groups and expert team, consisting of pedagogues, a psychologist and physiotherapists. All of them are an extremely important factor in the everyday life of Youth Academy attendees and their regularly great successes. The biggest contribution of the paper is the interview completed with a pedagogue in a football club, whose aim was answering the research question: What is the role of pedagogical service in the upbringing and education of young athletes on the example of HNK Hajduk Split Youth Academy „Luka Kaliterna“ attendees

    Digitalizacija predškolske ustanove predstavlja značajan korak u modernizaciji obrazovanja, prilagođavajući ga digitalnoj transformaciji društva. Ovaj proces uključuje primjenu informacijske tehnologije i računalnih alata s ciljem unapređenja obrazovnih metoda, administrativnih procesa i komunikacije s roditeljima. Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje različite aspekte digitalizacije u predškolskim ustanovama, koristi i izazove koje donosi te načine za sigurnu i odgovornu primjenu tehnologije. Uspješna digitalizacija zahtijeva stalna ulaganja u opremu i edukaciju, te suradnju svih dionika u obrazovnom sustavu kako bi se ostvarili dugoročni ciljevi. U navedenom radu bit će prikazano i istraživanje različitih dionika (ravnatelji, odgojitelji, administrativno osoblje, stručni suradnici) o važnosti digitalizacije u vrtiću, te mišljenje hoće li digitalizacija unaprijediti njihove radne procese i poboljšati efikasnost u radu s djecom.The digitalization of preschool is a significant step in the modernization of education, adapting it to the digital transformation of society. This process involves the application of information technology and computer tools with the aim of improving educational methods, administrative processes and communication with parents. This thesis explores various aspects of digitalization in preschools, the benefits and challenges it brings, and ways to apply technology safely and responsibly. Successful digitalization requires constant investments in equipment and education, and the cooperation of all stakeholders in the education system in order to achieve long-term goals. The paper will also present a survey of various stakeholders (principals, educators, administrative staff, professional associates) on the importance of digitalization in kindergartens, and the opinion on whether digitalization will improve their work processes and improve efficiency in working with children

    42 Sažetak GEJMERSKI SLANG KAO LINGUA FRANCA Gejmerska zajednica jedna je od najbrže rastućih zajednica na svijetu te ima više od 3 milijarde igrača različitih uzrasta i rodnih identiteta. Nastankom ove zajednice nastaje i osjećaj pripadnosti i identiteta te se u konačnici konstruira i jezik – gejmerski žargon, kojim se igrači služe kad komuniciraju u igri ili o igranju. Jezik kojim se većina igrača služi jest engleski jezik, zahvaljujući njegovoj rasprostranjenosti i statusu koji ima kao lingua franca. Gejmerski jezik zasniva se na načelima kratkoće, jasnoće i jednostavnosti. Ova tri načela počivaju na činjenici da je za uspješnu igru potrebna brza i izravna komunikacija kako bi se poruka prenijela u što kraćem roku i omogućila pobjedu nad suparničkim timom. Hrvatski gejmeri u komunikaciji s igračima iz drugih govornih područja također se koriste engleskim jezikom, dok se u komunikaciji s igračima iz hrvatskog govornog područja koriste i hrvatskim jezikom, ali i prilagođenim engleskim jezikom. Određene engleske riječi prilagođavaju tako što im dodaju prefikse ili sufikse koji su karakteristični za hrvatski jezik, mijenjaju značenje nekih riječi ili pak u pismu koriste fonetizirani oblik riječi. One riječi koje se ne mogu prilagoditi tako da ostanu kratke i jasne, koriste u izvornom obliku. Ovaj je rad kratki uvod u svijet hrvatske gejmerske zajednice, a daje i uvid u način nastanka određenih riječi kojima se oni svakodnevno koriste. Ovu temu potrebno je podrobnije istražiti i u Hrvatskoj i u svijetu, a sve kako bi se bolje percipirao utjecaj gejmerske zajednice i njihova idioma u svakodnevnom životu i javnoj komunikaciji.The gaming community is one of the fastest growing communities in the world and consists of more than 3 billion players which vary by age and gender. As a result, a new type of jargon has appeared – gamer jargon which is used while gaming or talking about gaming. Gamer jargon provides the sense of belonging and identity. The language used by most of the players is the English language, as a consequence of its distribution and status as a lingua franca and it serves the purpose of easy and understandable communication. Gamer jargon is based on the principles of brevity, clarity, and simplicity. These three principles are based on the fact that swift and direct communication is needed in order to have a successful gaming session. The message needs to be delivered as fast as possible to ensure the status of a victor. While communicating with foreign gamers, Croatian gamers use the English language, whereas when communicating with Croatian players, there is a tendence to use the English language as well as the ‘adapted’ Croatian language. Certain English words are adapted by adding prefixes and suffixes characteristic for the Croatian language, by changing the meaning of certain words or by using phonetized words. Those words that cannot be adapted or translated to remain brief and clear are being used in their original form. This thesis can serve as a brief introduction to the world of the Croatian gaming community and as an insight in the everyday words which are beingused by Croatian gamers. This topic requires further research, in Croatia, as well as in the world, in order to grasp a better understanding of the influence this gaming community and its idiom hold in everyday life and public communication

    SOCIAL COMPETENCE AND STUDENTS' ATTITUDES TOWARDS SOCIAL INCLUSION

    U vrijeme multikulturalnosti, globalizacije te brzih i stalnih promjena kojima se čovjek stalno mora prilagođavati, bitno je posjedovanje različitih kompetencija. Bitnu ulogu u razvoju kompetencija ima upravo odgojno-obrazovni sustav, koji u 21. stoljeću za glavni cilj ima razvoj interkulturalnog obrazovanja te socijalne kompetencije, koji su ključni za postojanje inkluzivnog društva. Obzirom da je za provođenje takvog obrazovanja bitno da navedene kompetencije posjeduju i nastavnici, pedagozi i ostali djelatnici odgojno-obrazovnog sustava, bitno je razvijanje socijalnih kompetencija u okviru društvenih i nastavničkih usmjerenja. Ovim se istraživanjem željelo ispitati koliko se studenti društvenih i tehničkih studija procjenjuju socijalno uključenima u svoje grupe, koliko se samoprocjenjuju socijalno kompetentnima te kakve stavove o invaliditetu i inkluziji imaju. U istraživanju su sudjelovala 143 ispitanika sa sveučilišta u Splitu i Zagrebu, a rezultati su pokazali postojanje statistički značajne razlike u samoprocjeni osobne uključenosti s obzirom na godinu studija i studijski smjer. Djelomična statistički značajna razliku postoji u samoprocjeni osobne uključenosti s obzirom na spol, samoprocjeni socijalne kompetencije s obzirom na spol i studijski smjer te samoprocjeni stavova prema inkluziji i invaliditetu s obzirom na spol, godinu studija i studijski smjer. Ipak, statistički značajna razlika nije utvrđena ni na jednoj skali s obzirom na varijablu sveučilišta na kojem studenti studiraju, niti na skali samoprocjene socijalne kompetencije s obzirom na godinu studija.In the time of multiculturalism, globalization and rapid and constant changes to which a person must constantly adapt, it is important to have different competencies. An essential role in their development is played by the educational system, which in the 21st century has as its main goal the development of intercultural education and social competence, which are key to the existence of an inclusive society. Since it is crucial for the implementation of such education that teachers, pedagogues and other employees of the educational system possess the same competencies, it is important to develop social competencies within the framework of social and teaching orientations. The purpose of this research was to examine how social and technical studies students consider themselves to be socially included in their groups, how socially competent they self-assess, and what attitudes they have about disability and inclusion. 143 respondents from the universities of Split and Zagreb participated in the research, and the results showed the existence of a statistically significant difference in the self-assessment of personal involvement regarding the year of study and the field of study. There is a partial statistically significant difference in the self-assessment of personal inclusion regarding gender, the self-assessment of social competence regarding gender and study field, and the self-assessment of attitudes towards inclusion and disability regarding gender, year of study and study field. Nevertheless, a statistically significant difference was not found on any scale regarding the variable of the university where the students study, nor on the scale of self-assessment of social competence regarding the year of study

    THE POETICS OF CROATIAN MARIAN ORAL LYRICS

    U radu se objašnjava poetika hrvatske marijanske usmene lirike. Marijanska usmena lirika vjerska je lirika s naglaskom na Blaženu Djevicu Mariju. U uvodu se objašnjavaju temeljna polazišta, povijest i širenje marijanske pobožnosti u Hrvata. Prvo poglavlje se oslanja na svetkovinu Blagovijesti, jednu od najvažnijih svetkovina u Katoličkoj Crkvi. Slavi stvarno utjelovljenje našeg Spasitelja – Riječi koja je tijelom postala u utrobi svoje majke. Sljedeća tema o kojoj se raspravlja u ovom radu jesu lamentacije djevice Marije. Ove su pjesme nezaobilazne u raspravi o marijanskom pjesništvu, jer ova je poema do danas ostavila dubok trag u našem narodu. Spominjanjem lamentacija, ulazimo u liturgijsko vrijeme korizme pa se tema sljedećih nekoliko poglavlja dotiče Vazmenog trodnevlja i lirskog bogatstva koje ga prati. Za kraj je ostalo objasniti uskrsne i hodočasničke pjesme uz nekoliko primjera. Posljednje poglavlje govori o dnevnim preporukama i molitvama Blaženoj Djevici Mariji poput krunice i drugih pobožnosti.The paper explains the poetics of Croatian Marian oral lyrics. Marian oral lyrics are religious lyrics with an emphasis on the Blessed Virgin Mary. The introduction explains the basic starting points, history and spread of Marian devotion among Croats. The first chapter is based on the Feast of the Annunciation, one of the most important feasts in the Catholic Church. It celebrates the actual incarnation of our Savior – the Word who became flesh in his mother's womb. The Lamentations of Our Lady is the next topic discussed in this work. These poems are indispensable in the discussion of Marian poetry, because this poem has left a deep mark on our nation to this day. By mentioning the lamentations, we enter the liturgical season of Lent, so the topic of the next few chapters touches on the Easter Triduum and the lyrical richness that accompanies it. Finally, it remains to explain the Easter and pilgrimage lyrics with a few examples. The last chapter talks about daily recommendations and prayers to the Blessed Virgin Mary such as the rosary and other devotions

    SINJSKA ALKA I LIKOVNO STVARALAŠTVO DJECE

    Cilj istraživanja diplomskog rada bio je ispitati likovne reakcije i razmišljanja učenika o likovnom oblikovanju motiva Sinjske alke u dječjem likovnom stvaralaštvu. Istraživanje je provedeno u jednoj osnovnoj školi u Splitsko–dalmatinskoj županiji u veljači 2024. godine na uzorku od 47 učenika u jednom trećem i dva četvrta razreda osnovne škole. Održano je šest sati Likovne kulture, u svakom razredu po dva sata s različitim likovnim zadatcima i likovnim tehnikama. U motivacijskom dijelu, djeca su kroz razgovor i gledanje različitih umjetničkih reprodukcija potaknuta na maštovito i kreativno oblikovanje motiva Sinjske alke. Rezultati pokazuju kako učenici dobro poznaju vitešku igru Sinjsku Alku te ih je više od pola prisustvovalo tom jedinstvenom natjecanju. Nadalje, učenici su izrazili kako vole likovno oblikovati motive Sinjske alke te kako žele više sati likovnog oblikovanja motiva Sinjske alke i kulturne baštine. Naposljetku, učenici su u velikom broju zaključili kako su nakon oblikovanja motiva Sinjske alke stekli nova znanja o Sinjskoj alci.The aim of the thesis research was to examine the artistic reactions and thoughts of students about the artistic design of the Sinjska alka motif in children's art. The research was conducted in one primary school in the Split-Dalmatia County in February 2024 on a sample of 47 students in one third and two fourth grades of primary school. Six classes of Fine Arts were held, two hours in each class with different art assignments and art techniques. In the motivational part, children were encouraged to imaginatively and creatively shape the motif of Sinjska alka through conversation and viewing of various artistic reproductions. The results show that the students know the knightly game Sinjska Alka well, and more than half of them attended this unique competition. Furthermore, the students expressed that they like to create art motifs of Sinjska alka and that they want more hours of art design based on the motifs of Sinjska alka and cultural heritage. In the end, a large number of students concluded that after designing the motif of Sinjska alka, they gained new knowledge about Sinjska alka
