    CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MATCH PERFORMANCE OF TENNIS PLAYERS UNDER 14 YEARS OLD

    Cilj ovog rada je istraţiti karakteristike igre tenisača i tenisačica na Tennis Europe turniru super kategorije do 14 godina – Les Petit As, te utvrditi postoje li razlike u karakteristikama tehničko-taktičke izvedbe izmeĎu tenisača i tenisačica. Promatrani su susreti osmine finala, četvrtine finala, polufinala i finala muškog i ţenskog glavnog dijela turnira. Ukupno je analizirano 27 parametara koji se obzirom na dio igre na koji se odnose mogu podijeliti u 6 grupa: vremenske karakteristike igre, duţina trajanja poena, uspješnost odigravanja pojedinih udarca, mjesto odigravanja udaraca, pozicija tenisača na terenu prilikom udaraca, zastupljenost pojedinih udaraca. Navedeni parametri dobiveni su analizom mečeva putem SwingVision mobilne aplikacije. Promatrane tenisače karakterizira ih visoki postotak uspješno odigranih udaraca, koje najčešće upućuju u središnji dio terena i to iza servisne linije. Tenisače karakterizira nešto agresivnija igra od tenisačica. Oni su zabiljeţili veći postotak poena odigranih sa do 5 izmjena te češće izlaze na mreţu. Tenisači nastoje veći broj udaraca odigrati s forhendom, koji im je u većini slučajeva dominantniji udarac, te veći broj udaraca usmjeriti na protivnikov bekend udarac. Rezultati su pokazali da tenisačice odigraju značajno više poena s izmjenama iznad 8 udaraca od tenisača. Nadalje, veći broj udaraca odigraju s bekendom nego li s forhendom. Dok tenisači nastoje servisom na bekend protivnika stvoriti prednost u ostatku poena, tenisačice servisom u tijelo onemogućuju protivnici odigravanje kvalitetnog reterna smanjujući joj mogući kut odigravanja prvog udaraca. Dobivene rezultate istraţivanja treba uzeti u obzir prilikom planiranja i programiranja trenaţnog procesa specifičnog za promatrani dobni uzrast i spol tenisača. Na taj način omogućuje se postizanje prilagodbe tenisača na specifične natjecateljske zahtjeve i kompetentnost na najvišem rangu natjecanja.The aim of this paper is to investigate the characteristics of the game of male and female tennis players at the Tennis Europe tournament of the super category up to 14 years - Les Petit As, and to determine whether there are differences in the characteristics of technical-tactical performance between male and female tennis players. Matches of the round of 16, quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals of the men's and women's main part of the tournament were observed. A total of 27 parameters were analyzed, which depending on the part of the game they refer to can be divided into 6 groups: time characteristics of the game, duration of points, success of playing individual shots, shot placement, position of the tennis player on the court during shots, shot frequency. The mentioned parameters were obtained by analyzing matches through the SwingVision mobile application. They are characterized by a high percentage of successfully played shots, which are most often aimed at the central part of the court, behind the service line. Male players are characterized by a more aggressive game than female players. They have recorded a higher percentage of points played with up to 5 strokes and they go to the net more often. Tennis players try to play more shots with their forehand, which in most cases is their dominant shot, and aim more shots at the opponent's backhand. The results showed that female players play significantly more points with changes over 8 shots than male tennis players. Furthermore, they play more shots with the backhand than with the forehand. While male players try to create an advantage in the rest of the points by serving to the opponent's backhand, female players by serving to the body prevent the opponent from playing a quality return by reducing the possible angle of playing the first shot. The obtained research results should be taken into account when planning and programming the training process specific to the observed age and gender of tennis players. In this way, it is possible to achieve adaptation of tennis players to specific competition requirements and competence at the highest level of competition

    Igra je sastavni dio čovjekova života. Čovjek se igra od svojih najranijih dana sve do starosti. U svakoj fazi života igra ima određenu funkciju. U ovom radu ukazati će se na značaj i ulogu igre u programima sportske rekreacije. Bavljenje sportskim aktivnostima samo po sebi ima značajan pozitivan učinak na čovjeka. Za neke ljude tjelesno vježbanje može biti naporno i dosadno. Iz tog razloga mnogi ipak ne biraju vježbati. Uskraćivanjem te potrebe izlažu svoje tijelo velikom riziku. Znanstveno je dokazano kako tjelesna aktivnost ima veliki pozitivan utjecaj na čovjekovo zdravlje. Bavljenje sportom, pa makar i manje od preporučenog, može prevenirati razne kronične bolesti. Može se reći kako je vježbanje i više od potrebe, to je obaveza. Vježbanjem se unaprijeđuje svaki aspekt života. Iz tog razloga vježbanje je najbolje pretvoriti u zabavnu i ugodnu aktivnost kako bi se čovjek lakše uključio u nju na tjednoj razini. Igra kao takva je idealan oblik vježbanja jer kroz igru se isključuje onaj faktor napornosti i dosade. Kroz igru čovjek nema osjećaj da se bavi napornom aktivnošću dok spontano zadovoljava svoju osnovnu potrebu za kretanjem te iskorištava sve dobrobiti tjelesnog vježbanja. Osim samog značaja i uloge igre u radu se opisuju i igre za pojedine dobne uzraste.The game is an integral part of human life. People play from their earliest days until old age. In every stage of life, the game has a specific function. In this paper, the importance and role of the game in sports recreation programs will be pointed out. Engaging in sports activities has a tremendous positive impact on a person. However, physical exercise can be tiring and boring. For that reason, many people choose not to exercise. By depriving ourselves of this need, we expose our bodies to significant risks. It has been scientifically proven that physical activity has a great positive influence on human health. Engaging in sports, even minimally as recommended, can prevent various chronic diseases. It can be said that the exercise is more than a necessity; it is an obligation. Through exercise, every aspect of our lives can be improved. For this reason, it is best to turn exercise into an enjoyable and pleasant activity so that people can easily incorporate it into their weekly routines. The game itself is an ideal form of exercise because through play, the person forgeet about the factors of exertion and boredom. Through play, people also do not feel engaged in a strenuous activity while spontaneously satisfying their basic need for movement and reaping all the benefits of physical exercise. In addition to the significance and role of the game itself, in this paper, the specific games for different age groups will be described

    DIFFERENCES IN SPECIFIC BASKETBALL AGILITY TEST ACCORDING TO PLAYING POSITIONS IN THE U16 CROATIAN MEN'S BASKETBALL NATIONAL TEAM

    Košarka je ekipna sportska igra koju igraju dvije ekipe po pet igrača na terenu sa ciljem postizanja većeg broja koševa od protivničke ekipe. S obzirom da agilnost predstavlja jednu od glavnih motoričkih sposobnosti košarkaša vrlo je bitno pravilno razvijati njene dimenzije za postizanje što boljih rezultata. Agilnost se definira kao sposobnost brze promjene smjera kretanja. Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi i usporediti razlike u specifičnom košarkaškom testu agilnosti (T test) po igračkim pozicijama unutar muške U16 reprezentacije Hrvatske prosječne dobi 15,27±0,54 godina. Analiza je provedena na 50 muških košarkaša U16 reprezentacije podijeljenih u tri grupe po pozicijama: grupa 1 – razigravači i bek šuteri (16 igrača), grupa 2 – niska krila (24 igrača), grupa 3 – visoka krila i centri (10 igrača). Rezultati pokazuju da postoji statistički značajna razlika u rezultatima T testa prema igračkim pozicijama unutar ekipe (F=6,62; p 0,25). Rezultati ovog istraživanja mogu pomoći u daljnjoj usporedbi rezultata igrača sličnih uzrasta i karakteristika.Basketball is a team sport played by two teams of five players on a court with the goal of scoring more baskets than the opposing team. Since agility is one of the main motor skills of basketball players, it is very important to properly develop its dimensions to achieve the best results. Agility is defined as the ability to quickly change direction of movement. The purpose of this study was to determine and compare the differences is specific basketball agility test (T drill test) according to playing positions within the Croatian U16 men’s national team with an average age of 15,27±0,54. The analysis was conducted on 50 male U16 national team basketball players divided into three groups by positions: group 1 – point guards and shooting guards (16 players), group 2 – small forwards (24 players), group 3 – power forwards and centers (10 players). The results show that there is a statistically significant difference in the results of the T drill test according to playing positions within the team (F=6,62; p 0,25). The results of this study can help in further comparison of the results of players of similar age and characteristics

    COMPARISON OF THE CROATIAN U17 NATIONAL FOOTBALL TEAM AND U17 CLUB FOOTBALL TEAM IN INERTIAL, CONDITIONING, AND SITUATIONAL EFFICIENCY PARAMETERS

    Nogomet, kao jedan od najpopularnijih i najpriznatijih sportova diljem svijeta, neprestano evoluira kako u tehničkom aspektu igre, tako i u taktičkom pristupu timskim natjecanjima. U tom kontekstu, analiza performansi igrača na različitim razinama natjecanja postaje ključna za razumijevanje faktora koji doprinose uspješnosti na terenu. Ovaj diplomski rad usmjeren je prema dubokoj analizi i usporedbi performansi između dviju važnih nogometnih selekcija - Hrvatske U17 nacionalne nogometne selekcije i U17 klupske nogometne selekcije. Konkretno, fokus ovog istraživanja usmjeren je na inercijske, kondicijske i parametre situacijske efikasnosti kako bi se pružio sveobuhvatan uvid u razlike između ove dvije selekcije. Inercijski i kondicijski parametri koji će služiti za usporedbu su: maksimalna brzina trčanja, sprintovi, ubrzanja, usporavanja, ukupna prijeđena udaljenost, udaljenost prijeđena sprintom (>25.20 km/h). Parametri situacijske efikasnosti sastoje se od: udarci na gol, ukupan broj driblinga, broj ubačaja, broj dobivenih duela, broj oduzetih lopti, broj zračnih duela, ukupan broj dodavanja, dubinske lopte. Uzorak entiteta sastojao se od 18 igrača U17 nacionalne nogometne selekcije koji su igrali u kvalifikacijama za U17 europsko prvenstvo i 18 igrača klupske nogometne selekcije koja se natječe u U17 prvoj nogometnoj ligi centar. Svi inercijski i kondicijski podatci korišteni u ovom radu izravno su izmjereni na nogometnom terenu, prije početka utakmice igračima su postavljeni uređaji za praćenje tijekom utakmice proizvođača STATSport (London, UK). Programskim sučeljem Apex utvrdili su se odabrani inercijski i kondicijski parametri tijekom utakmica. Visoko razlučivom kamerom snimljene su 3 međunarodne utakmice U17 nacionalne nogometne selekcije i 3 utakmice U17 nacionalnog nogometnog prvenstva Hrvatske, u programskom sučelju Once provedena je notacijska analiza svih 6 utakmica kojom su se utvrdili odabrani parametri situacijske efikasnosti. Statistička obrada podataka izvršila se statističkim paketom STATISTICA 13.4. Za svaku varijablu izračunali su se: aritmetička sredina, standardna devijacija, najmanja i najveća vrijednost te raspon rezultata. Razlike između U17 nacionalne nogometne selekcije i U17 klupske nogometne selekcije utvrdile su se t-testom za nezavisne uzorke.Football, as one of the most popular and recognized sports worldwide, is continuously evolving in both its technical aspects of the game and tactical approaches to team competitions. In this context, the analysis of player performances at various levels of competition becomes crucial for understanding the factors contributing to success on the field. This master's thesis is aimed at a deep analysis and comparison of performances between two important football selections - the Croatian U17 national football team and the U17 club football team. Specifically, the focus of this research is on inertia, conditioning, and situational efficiency parameters in order to provide a comprehensive insight into the differences between these two selections. The inertia and conditioning parameters used for comparison are: maximum running speed, sprints, acceleration, deceleration, total distance covered, distance covered in sprint (>25.20 km/h). The situational efficiency parameters consist of: shots on goal, total number of dribbles, number of crosses, number of duels won, number of balls recovered, number of aerial duels, total number of passes, and long passes. The sample consisted of 18 players from the U17 national football selection who participated in the qualifications for the U17 European Championship, and 18 players from the club football selection competing in the U17 First Football League Center. All inertia and conditioning data used in this study were directly measured on the football field; tracking devices by STATSports (London, UK) were placed on the players before the matches. The Apex software interface was used to determine the selected inertia and conditioning parameters during the matches. Three international matches of the U17 national football team and three matches from the U17 First Football League Center were recorded with a high-resolution camera. Using the Once software interface, a notational analysis of all six matches was conducted to determine the selected situational efficiency parameters. The data analysis was conducted using the statistical software package STATISTICA 13.4. For each variable, the following statistical measures were calculated: mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values, as well as the range of results.     Tehnološki, informatički, ekonomski i politički razvoj uzeli su maha što ostavlja negativne posljedice na najmlađu i najnezaštićeniju populaciju, a to su djeca. Negativne posljedice vidljive su na socijalnom i kulturološkom području, psihološkom, motoričkom i funkcionalnom razvoju. Don Bosco, koji je kao dječak bio pravi mali akrobat, znao je prepoznati znakove svoga vremena i osmisliti kvalitetan odgojni sustav pomoću kojeg je odgojio na tisuće mladića kroz igru, razne aktivnosti i dobru riječ „na uho“. Cilj rada je definirati don Boscov preventivni odgojni sustav i uklopiti ga kroz igru i sport u okvire današnjice.Technological, IT, economic and political development have taken off, which has negative consequences for the youngest and most vulnerable population, namely children. Negative consequences are visible in social and cultural areas, psychological, motor and functional development. Don Bosco, who as a boy was a real little acrobat, knew how to recognize the signs of his time and designed a high-quality educational system with which he raised thousands of young people through play, various activities and a good word "by ear". The goal of the paper is to define Don Bosco's preventive education system and include it through games and sports in today's context

    PARAMETER ANALYSIS OF SITUATIONAL EFFICENCY OF REPRESENTATIONS IN GROUP PHASES AT THE 2022 WORLD CUP

    Temeljni cilj ovog rada bio je utvrditi razlike u pokazateljima situacijskih parametara između reprezentacija koje su prošle grupnu fazu natjecanja na svjetskom nogometnom prvenstvu u Kataru 2022. godine i reprezentacija koje su ispale u grupnoj fazi istog natjecanja. Uzorak ispitanika sastojao se od 32 reprezentacije koje su u grupnoj fazi odigrale 48 utakmica. Kako bi se utvrdile razlike između reprezentacija, analizirane su razlike u sljedećim varijablama: postignuti pogodci, primljeni pogodci, udarci prema vratima, udarci u okvir vrata, udarci izvan okvira vrata, počinjeni prekršaji, pretrpljeni prekršaji, pokušaj dodavanja, uspješna dodavanja, uspješni ubačaji, udarci iz kuta, zaleđa, obrane vratara, žuti kartoni i crveni kartoni. Statistička značajnost razlika između reprezentacija utvrđena je t-testom za nezavisne uzorke za parametrijske varijable, odnosno Mann-Whitney testom za neparametrijske varijable. Rezultati ovog istraživanja pokazali su da su reprezentacije koje su prošle grupnu fazu natjecanja postigle statistički značajno više pogodaka u odnosu na reprezentacije koje nisu prošle grupnu fazu. S druge strane, reprezentacije koje nisu prošle grupnu fazu natjecanja primile su statistički značajno više pogodaka te su kažnjene s većim brojem žutih kartona. Rezultati ovog istraživanja mogu pomoći trenerima u planiranju i programiranju treninga te u kvalitetnoj pripremi utakmica.The main goal of this study was to determine the differences in situational parameter indicators between the teams that advanced to the knockout stages of the Qatar 2022 World Cup and the teams that were eliminated in the group stages of the same competition. The sample consisted of 32 teams that played 48 matches in the group stages. In order to determine the differences between the teams, the following variables were analyzed: goals scored, goals conceded, shots on goal, shots on target, shots off target, fouls committed, fouls suffered, attempted passes, successful passes, successful crosses, corner kicks, offsides, goalkeeper saves, yellow cards and red cards. The statistical significance of the differences between the teams was determined by t-test for independent samples for parametric variables, and Mann-Whitney test for non-parametric variables. The results of this study showed that the teams that advanced to the knockout stages of the competition scored significantly more goals than the teams that were eliminated in the group stages. On the other hand, the teams that were eliminated in the group stages of the competition conceded significantly more goals and received more yellow cards. The results of this study can help coaches in planning and programming trainings and preparing for the matches

    Differences in tests for assessing the level of motor skills of the cadet national basketball team

    Motoričke sposobnosti su jedan od ključnih faktora za individualni uspjeh u košarkaškoj igri. Najvažnije motoričke sposobnosti koje direktno utječu na uspjeh u košarkaškoj igri su snaga, preciznost, brzina, koordinacija, ravnoteža i agilnost. Razvoj navedenih motoričkih sposobnosti do visoke razine izvođenja i njihovo konstantno održavanje na visokoj razini čine preduvjet za ostvarivanje tehničko – taktičkih zamisli košarkaške igre. Cilj ovog rada usmjeren je na definiranje razlika između promatranih rezultata motoričkih sposobnosti utvrđenih na dva mjerenja. Istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 11 kadetskih reprezentativaca nacionalne selekcije prosječne visine od 188,90 cm i tjelesne mase od 73,23 kg za testirane u 2022. godini, te prosječne visine od 190,52 cm i tjelesne mase 78,10 kg za testirane u 2023. godini. Promatrane varijable istraživanja i uspoređivanja su motorički testovi: Skok u vis iz mjesta (cm), Jednonožni skok u vis iz dva koraka – dvokorak (odraz lijevom i desnom nogom) (cm), Bacanje medicinke (m), Test agilnosti - 20 jardi (s), T – drill test (s), Trčanje na 20 metara (s). Sustavi korišteni za dobivanje rezultata testiranja su Microgate Optojump next sustav i Microgate Witty sustav fotoćelija. Statistički značajna razlika utvrđena je u testovima: Test agilnosti - 20 jardi, T – drill testu i testu Trčanje na 20 metara, dok kod testova Skok u vis iz mjesta, Jednonožni skok u vis iz dva koraka i Bacanje medicinke nema statistički značajne razlike. Stagnacija navedenih sposobnosti, te nedovoljan rad na njima može predstavljati veliki problem u pariranju vršnjacima na europskoj i svjetskoj razini kako u kadetskom uzrastu, tako i na idućoj juniorskoj stepenici, a pogotovo u seniorskoj košarci u kojoj je eksplozivna snaga iznimno vidljiva te često radi razliku između manje i više uspješnih igrača.Motor skills are one of the key factors for individual player sucess in the game of basketball. The most important motor skills which are in direct impact for sucess in game of basketball are: strenght, precision, speed, coordination, balance and agility. Development od stated motor skills to high level of execution and their maintenance on high level makes precondition for technical and tactical ideas in game of basketball. Aim of this reasearch paper is directed towards defining differences between results of observed motor skills on two testings. Reasearch was conducted on 11 male cadet national team players average hight of 188,90 cm and average body mass of 73,10 kg for 2022. testing, average height of 190,52 andaverage body mass of 78,10 kg for 2023. testing. Observed variables of research and comparation are these sets of tests: Counter movement jump test (cm), Single leg jump (left and rigt leg ) – off basketball two step (cm), Medicine ball throw (m), 20 yard agility test (s), T – drill test (s), 20 meter run test (s). Sport science systems used for precise result gathering are Microgate Optojump next system and Microgate Witty photocells sytem. Statistically significant difference was found in 20 yard agility test, T – drill test and 20 meter run test, while for Counter movement jump test, Single leg jump test and Medicine ball throw test there is no statistically significant difference.The stagnation of these essential abilities and insufficient work on them can pose a significant problem when competing against peers at the European and global levels, both in the cadet age group and at the next junior level, especially in senior basketball, where explosive strength is exceptionally visible and often makes the difference between less and more successful players

    Differences in Success of Positional Offense Depending on Transition of Center Forward in Water Polo at the 2019 and 2023 World Championships

    Igra centra jedna je od najvažnijih i najuspješnijih komponenti današnjice u vaterpolu. Gotovo 50 % svih pogodaka postignuto je izravno ili neizravno akcijama centra koje su ključne za taktički sustav tijekom utakmica. U današnjici vaterpolo igra se puno više počela svoditi na igru centarskih igrača, odnosno igrača na dva metra. Teži se puno bržoj, kvalitetnijoj i atraktivnijoj igri u odnosu na prije. Promjenom pravila i uvođenjem nekih noviteta, vaterpolo igra se dosta ubrzala. Različitim analizama nije dokazana samo njegova efektivnost nego i to da se ova pozicija kondicijski znatno razlikuje od drugih pozicija što od igrača centra zahtijeva veću toleranciju na laktate jer ih on više luči nego drugi igrači. Također, centar u prosjeku pliva manje i manje sudjeluje u igri od ostalih igrača. To upućuje na to da njegov trening konstantno mora biti usmjeren na specifične zahtjeve njegove pozicije. Da bi podatci bili precizniji, provedena je analiza odnosa između brzine plivanja pri pozicioniranju i stope uspješnosti. Ako uspješno odigraju akciju, centri sveukupno bilježe stopu uspješnosti veću od 60 %. U tom se smislu uspjehom smatra gol, penal ili isključenje kao rezultat akcije koji pak ne ovisi o brzini zauzimanja pozicije niti izravno o brzini plivanja igrača centra. Pri tome su mnogo važnije specifične pretpostavke izvedbe poput tehnike i individualne taktike (osobito u trenutku tranzicije). Usto su važnosti pozicije centra doprinijele i izmjene pravila igre. Međutim i tu ima prostora za daljnja istraživanja konkretnih brzina plivanja ovisno o igračkim pozicijama u modernom vaterpolu koji se kao igra, i u tehničko taktičkom smislu i u kondicijskom smislu počeo sve više širiti.The play of the center is one of the most important and successful components in today's water polo. Nearly 50% of all goals are scored directly or indirectly through center actions that are crucial for the tactical system during matches. In modern water polo, the game has increasingly become centered around the play of center players, or players at the two-meter position. There is a striving for a much faster, higher-quality, and more attractive game compared to before. With rule changes and the introduction of some novelties, water polo gameplay has become significantly faster. Various analyses have not only proven its effectiveness, but also that this position significantly differs in terms of conditioning from other positions, demanding greater lactate tolerance from center players as they produce more of it than other players. Additionally, centers on average swim less and participate less in the game than other players. This points to the need for their training to be consistently directed towards the specific demands of their position. To make the data more precise, an analysis of the relationship between swimming speed during positioning and success rate was conducted. If they successfully execute actions, centers overall achieve a success rate greater than 60%. In this sense, success is defined as a goal, penalty, or exclusion resulting from an action, which is not dependent on the speed of taking the position or the swimming speed of the center player. Here, much more important are the specific performance assumptions such as technique and individual tactics (especially during moments of transition). Changes in game rules have also contributed to the importance of the center position. However, there is still room for further research into specific swimming speeds depending on player positions in modern water polo, which, as a game, has been expanding more and more in terms of technical-tactical aspects and conditioning aspects

    DIFFERENCES BETWEEN WINNING AND DEFEATED MALE HANDBALL TEAMS IN COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE INDICATORS AT TOKYO 2020 OLYMPIC TURNAMENT MATCHES

    Cilj diplomskog rada bio je odrediti različitosti pobjedničkih i poraženih momčadi te odrediti pokazatelje natjecateljske izvedbe koji utječu na konačni rezultat susreta muškog rukometnog turnira Olimpijskih igara u Tokyu 2020. Uzorak entiteta ovog istraživanja predstavlja 78 protivnika iz 38 odigranih susreta u grupnoj i fazi na ispadanje. U sklopu istraživanja promatrano je 18 varijabli. 16 varijabli pripada fazi napada: uspješan i neuspješan udarac s linije šest metara, uspješan i neuspješan udarac s krila, uspješan i neuspješan udarac s linije devet metara, uspješan i neuspješan udarac s linije sedam metara, uspješan i neuspješan udarac iz kontre, uspješan i neuspješan udarac iz prolaza, uspješan i neuspješan udarac na prazan gol, asistencije i izgubljene lopte, dok fazi obrane pripadaju 2 varijable: osvojene i blokirane lopte. U obradi podataka korišten je Mann-Whitney U test te je uz pogrešku manju od 0,05 utvrđena statistički značajna razlika za 6 varijabli: asistencije - ASISTEN (p=0,01), neuspješno izvedeni udarci s linije 9 metara - ŠUT9MNE (p=0,02), neuspješno izvedeni udarci s linije 7 metara - ŠUT7MNE (p=0,02), osvojene lopte - OSVOLOP (p=0,03) i blokirane lopte - BLOKLOP (p=0,04), neuspješno izvedeni udarci iz prolaza - ŠUTPRNE (p=0,05). Ovi podaci ukazuju kako pobjedničke momčadi obilježava kvalitetna selekcija šuta koja se očituje manjim brojem promašenih udaraca iz prolaza, sedmeraca i linije šest metara. Poražene su ekipe ostvarile manje vrijednosti asistencija od pobjedničkih, što upućuje na lošiju tehničko-taktičku pripremljenost. Faza obrane pokazala se kao važan segment rukometne igre te su obje promatrane varijable iz faze obrane pokazale statistički značajnu razliku između pobjedničkih i poraženih momčadi.The aim of the master thesis was to determine the differences between winning and defeated male teams and to determine competitive performance indicators that affect the final result of the male's handball tournament of the Olympic games in Tokyo 2020. The entity sample of this research represents 78 opponents from 38 matches played in the group and elimination stages. As part of the research, 18 variables were observed. 16 variables belong to the attacking phase: successful and unsuccessful shot from the six-meter line, successful and unsuccessful shot from the wing, successful and unsuccessful shot from the nine-meter line, successful and unsuccessful seven-meter throw, successful and unsuccessful fastbreak, successful and unsuccessful shot from the passage, successful and unsuccessful shot at an empty goal, assists and turnovers, while 2 variables belong to the defense phase: won and blocked balls. The Mann-Whitney U test was used in data processing with an error of less than 0.05. A statistically significant difference was determined for 6 variables: assists - ASISTEN (p=0.01), unsuccessful shots from the nine-meter line - ŠUT9MNE (p=0.02), unsuccessful seven-meter throw - ŠUT7MNE (p=0.02), balls won - OSVOLOP (p=0.03) and blocked balls - BLOKLOP (p-0.04), unsuccessful shots from the passage - SHUTPRNE (p=0.05). These data indicate that the winning teams are characterized by a high-quality shot selection, which is manifested by a lower number of missed shots from passage, seven meter and the six-meter line. Defeated teams achieved a lower number of assists than winning teams, which points to poorer technical and tactical preparation. The defense phase proved to be an important segment of the handball game, and the observed variables from the defense phase showed a statistically significant difference between the winning and defeated teams

    U ovom diplomskom radu analizirana je koordinacija kao jedna od najvaţnijih sposobnosti u nogometu. Razvojem ove sposobnosti u senzitivnim razdobljima mladih nogometaša uvelike se moţe pridonijeti u njihovom daljnjem sportskom razvoju. Metodski postupak u trenaţnom procesu, kao i načela po kojima se on provodi od velikog je značaja i omogućit će treneru i sportašu brţi i kvalitetniji način u dolasku do njihovog zajedničkog cilja. Kompleksnost koordinacije primjećuje se u njezinom utjecaju na ostale motoričke sposobnosti. Ova motorička sposobnost moţe se rasporediti u više podjela, a jedna od podjela je bazična i specifična. Bazična koordinacija omogućuje sportašu svestrani razvoj i pridonijet će brţem unapreĎivanju sportske specijalizacije. Specifična koordinacija odreĎena je sportskom granom i ima njezine specifične ciljeve te se moţe nazvati i tehnika sportske discipline. Razvoj koordinacije kao motoričke sposobnosti moguć je i u kasnijim godinama bavljenja nogometom, a opisanim metodskim vjeţbama utjecat će se na razvoj koordinacije u ovoj sportskoj grani.In this thesis, coordination is analyzed as one of the most important abilities in football. The development of this ability in the sensitive periods of young footballers can greatly contribute to their further sporting development. The methodical procedure in the training process, as well as the principles by which it is carried out, is of great importance and will allow the coach and the athlete a faster and better way to reach their common goal. The complexity of coordination is observed in its impact on other motor skills. Basic coordination allows the athlete to develop versatilely and will contribute to faster improvement of sports specialization. Specific coordination is determined by the sports branch and has its specific goals and can also be called the technique of sports discipline. This motor ability can be divided into several divisions, and one of them is basic and specific. The development of coordination as a motor skill is also possible in the later years of playing football, and the described methodical exercises will influence the development of coordination in this sport
