Rural tourism development strategies in Eastern Croatia
No full textOvaj završni rad sastoji se od dva dijela: teorijskog i istraživačkog.
U teorijskom dijelu rada analizira se pojam strategije i proces izrade strateškog
plana.
Nastavak rada odnosi se na ruralni turizam: teorijsko određenje pojma ruralnog
turizma, obilježja i prednosti razvoja ruralnog turizma te analiza stanja ruralnog turizma u
Republici Hrvatskoj.
U istraživačkom dijelu rada analizira se stanje postojećih ruralnih gospodarstava u
istočnoj Hrvatskoj s naglaskom na Osječko-baranjsku županiju koja najviše pridonosi razvoju
turizma i gospodarstva regije.
Posljednji dio rada je također istraživački, a odnosi se na izradu primjera, odnosno
prijedloga strateškog plana za osnivanje i razvoj ruralnog turizma u istočnoj Hrvatskoj.This final work consists of two parts: theoretical and research.
The theoretical part of the work analyzes the concept of strategy and the process of
developing a strategic plan.
Continuation of work is related to rural tourism: theoretical definition of the concept
of rural tourism, characteristics and advantages of rural tourism development and analysis of
the state of rural tourism in the Republic of Croatia.
The research part analyzes the situation of existing rural economies in eastern
Croatia, with an emphasis on the Osijek-Baranja County, which contributes most to the
development of tourism and the economy of the region.
The last part of the work is also research related to the development of an example,
ie proposal of a strategic plan for the establishment and development of rural tourism in
eastern Croatia

No full textU prvim poglavljima ukratko su pojašnjeni pojmovi financijskih izvještaja, financijskih pokazatelja te pojam troškova (kategorizacija i klasifikacija) kao i metode i koncepcije upravljanja troškovima.
Dalje u radu odnosno, razradom teme, prikazani su financijski izvještaji (konsolidirana bilanca i konsolidirani račun dobiti i gubitka) poduzeća za razdoblje 2015. do 2018. godine, te njihova analiza i računovodstveno praćenje troškova.
Do trenutka pisanja rada nije bilo objavljeno konsolidirano financijsko izvješće za 2019. godinu.
Kao zaključak analize troškova u poduzeću ponuditi će se moguća rješenja za snižavanje istih.The first chapters briefly explain the concepts of financial statements, financial indicators and the concept of costs (categorization and classification) as well as methods and concepts of cost management.
Further in the paper, ie by elaborating the topic, the financial statements (consolidated balance sheet and consolidated income statement) of companies for the period 2015 to 2018 are presented, as well as their analysis and accounting monitoring of costs.
At the time of writing, the consolidated financial report for 2019 has not been published.
As a conclusion of the analysis of costs in the company, possible solutions for reducing them will be offered

No full textTema ovog završnog rada je postupak donošenja i realizacija proračuna, izvori
financiranja, aktivnosti financiranja te analiza financijskih izvještaja na primjeru Javne ustanove
''Memorijalni centar Domovinskog rata Vukovar''. Kroz završni rad prikazani su proračun u teoriji
te obveze proračunskih korisnika koje su definirane Zakonom.
Financijska analiza je nužna za razumijevanje procesa unutar institucije, kao i za pravilno
upravljanje, a dobro financijsko planiranje je nužno kako bi se na pravilan način raspodijelila
sredstva koja su namijenjena realizaciji važnih projekata.
Tema je obrađena kroz osam cjelina, analizirana izvješća se odnose na 2016., 2017.,
2018., i 2019. godinu, a proračunsko planiranje na 2020., 2021, 2022. godinu s izvršenjima za
2018. i 2019. godinu.This paper analyses the procedures of budgeting and budget implementation, sources of
financing, financing activities and analysis of financial statements on the example of the Public
Institution “Memorial Centre of Homeland War Vukovar”. This paper also looks into the budget
theory, as well as the obligations of budget users that are defined by law.
Financial analysis is essential for understanding the processes within the institution, as
well as for proper management, just as the sound financial planning is necessary in order to
properly allocate the funds intended for the implementation of important projects. The topic is
covered through eight sections and the reports analysed relate to 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

No full textOvim radom predstavljen je utjecaj marketing miksa na društvo i ekonomiju kroz nastup nogometne reprezentacije na velikom natjecanju. U radu je objašnjena poveznica izmeĊu sporta i marketing miksa. Objašnjeni su elementi marketing miksa: proizvod, cijena, distribucija i promocija, korištenje i koja je njihova uloga u marketing miksu. Putem dostupnih podataka marketing miks je pobliţe objašnjen na primjeru Hrvatske nogometne reprezentacije i njihovog nastupa na Svjetskom prvenstvu u Rusiji 2018. godine. Sportski proizvod u ovom radu definiran je kao nematerijalni oblik zadovoljavanja ţelje ili potrebe hrvatskih potrošaĉa, a to je izniman sportski rezultat nogometne reprezentacije.This thesis paper shows the impact of the marketing mix on society and economy through the appearance of the national football team in a major competition. The paper explains the connection between sports and the marketing mix. The elements of the marketing mix are explained: product, price, distribution and promotion, use and what is their role in the marketing mix. Through the available data, the marketing mix is explained in more detail on the example of the Croatian national football team and their performance at the 2018 World Cup in Russia. The sports product in this paper is defined as an intangible form of satisfying the wishes or needs of Croatian consumers, and this is an exceptional sports result of the football team

No full textKrumpir je vrlo važna prehrambena namirnica koja razvija konzumni dio ispod zemlje. Obzirom na to važno je imati kvalitetno tlo za uzgoj u kojem će krumpir imati sve potrebne preduvjete za uspješan rast. Međutim postoji i metoda uzgoja krumpira bez tla u kojoj se krumpir uzgaja ispod sloja slame. Cilj rada bio je istražiti kojom metodom uzgoja se dobiva veći prinos. Rezultati provedenog pokusa su pokazali da je metodom uzgoja bez tla dobiven veći prinos u odnosu na metodu uzgoja u tlu.Potato is a very important nutritional food that develops the consumable part underneath the soil. Given that it is important to have a good soil for growing where potatoes will have all the necessary prerequisites for successful growth. However, there is also a method of growing potatoes without soil where the potatoes are grown under the straw layer. The aim of the study was to find out how the yield of the crop is higher. The results of the experiments showed that the soil-free cultivation method yielded a higher yield compared to the cultivation method in the soil
Durability of cutting tools
No full textU radu je opisano trošenje reznih pločica prilikom obrade odvajanjem čestica na glodalici Giddings & Lewis RT1250 i dat je primjer trošenja i potrebe izmjene pločice.
U radu su prikazane vrste istrošenosti alata, načini pronalaska istrošenosti i trajanja alata u samoj obradi.
Teorijska je analiza pokazala uzroke istrošenja pločice i njegove vrste.
Eksperimentalnim je putem utvrđena trajnost rezne pločice.
Rezultati analize ukazuju da bi trebalo promijeniti alat poslije prvih znakova velikog oštećenja pločice.This paper analyzes the wear of the cutting tile when separating the particle on the Giddings & Lewis RT1250 milling machine and gives an example of wear and need of changing the tiles.
This paper presents the types of tool wear, the ways of detecting the wear and the duration of the tool in the processing.
Theoretical analysis showed the causes of wear of the tile and its kind.
It was experimentally determined the durability of the cutting tile.
The results of the analysis indicate that the tool should be changed after the first signs of major damage of the tiles
Technology of production and testing the gate valve 2 9/16" body
No full textU radu je analizirana konstrukcija, kompletna izrada kućišta zasuna 2 9/16'', kao i
ispitivanje istog. Konstrukcija, izrada i ispitivanje provedeni su u skladu s standardom API 6A
(American petroleum institute).
Završni rad sastoji se od 6 poglavlja. U prvom poglavlju, uvodu, opisano je područje
primjene zasuna kako bi dobili uvid u sustav u kojem se zasuni koriste. Drugo poglavlje
predstavlja elemente koji su po svojoj primjeni slični zasunima, ostale armature – ventile,
zaklopke i pipke. U daljnjem dijelu završnog rada fokus je prebačen na konkretan primjer kućišta
zasuna 2 9/16''. Tu je opisana njegova konstrukcija, tehnologija izrade i ispitivanje. Sve
komponente zasuna izrađuju se u tvrtki Đuro Đaković Strojna obrada d.o.o., osim lijevanja. Na
kraju rada, u zaključku, napisan je osvrt na cijeli sadržaj završnog rada.In this work is analyzed construction, complete production and testing of gate valve
housing. Construction, production and testing is in accordance with API 6A specification
(American petroleum institute).
The final paper consists 6 chapters. In the first chapter, the introduction, the scope of
application is described, in order to gain insight into the system in which the gate valves are
used. The second chapter presents elements that are similar by application to gate valves. In the
later part of the final paper, the focus is shifted to the concrete example of the gate valve 2 9/16''
housing. There is mentioned its construction, prodution technology and testing. Almost
everything is done at the company ''Đuro Đaković Strojna obrada d.o.o'', except technology of
casting. At the end of the paper, a summary of the entire contents of the final paper is written
Energy review and creation of the energy certificate of the family house
No full textU radu je prikazan energetski pregled obiteljske kuće i način izrade energetskog certifikata za istu. Energetskim pregledom je ustanovljeno trenutno stanje građevine i popisani su svi potrošači, otvori i njihove dimenzije i dimenzije same kuće i pripadajućih prostorija. Nakon pregleda uslijedilo je prenošenje podataka i dimenzija sa papira u računalni program AutoCad gdje su jasno prikazani tlocrti kata i prizemlja.
Analizom prikupljenih podataka i unosom istih u računalni program KI Expert Plus dobiveni su svi toplinski dobici, gubici i na kraju je dobiven certifikat. Kuća se nalazi u „E“ energetskom razredu. Na temelju rezultata predložene su mjere za poboljšanje učinkovitosti. Nakon implementacije svih tih mjera, ukupni gubici energije su smanjeni a time se i kuća nalazi u boljem enregetskom razredu.The paper presents an energy audit of a family home and how to produce an energy certificate for the same. The energy inspection has established the current state of the building and lists all consumers, openings and their dimensions and dimensions of the house itself and associated premises. The review was followed by the transfer of data and dimensions from paper to the AutoCad computer program, which clearly shows floor and ground floor plans.
By analyzing the data collected and entering it into the computer program KI Expert Plus, all heat gains, losses were obtained and a certificate was finally obtained. The house is in "E" energy class. Based on the results, efficiency improvement measures are proposed. After implementing all these measures, the total energy losses are reduced and the house is in a better energy class

No full textPoslovni bonton je skup pravila temeljenih na logici, tradiciji i običajima. Cilj bontona je ostvarivanje sklada u međuljudskim odnosima. Pravila bontona se razlikuju od zemlje do zemlje, ono što je u jednoj zemlji prihvatljivo ne mora značiti da je poželjno i u nekoj drugoj zemlji.
Poslovni moral predstavlja skup utvrđenih pravila, kriterija i načina ponašanju okviru poslovnog komuniciranja. Na poslovnim sastancima osoba se treba ponašati odgovorno i pratiti redoslijed sastanka. Mobilne telefone za vrijeme sastanka treba isključiti, a strategiju razgovora treba pripremiti unaprijed.
Kroz usporedbu nekoliko država su prikazane kulturološke razlike između zemalja u poslovnome svijetu.Business etiquette is a set of rules based on logic, tradition and customs. The rules of etiquette vary from country to country, and what is acceptable in one country does not necessarily mean that it is desirable in another country. Business morale is a set of established rules, criteria and behaviors in the context of business communication. At business meeting a person should behave responsibly and follow the order of the meeting. Cell phones during the meeting should be turned off and the interview strategy should be prepared in advance. A comparison of several countries will show the cultural differences between countries in the business world
