No full textU ovom radu će biti obrađene osnovne informacije o nastanku i razvoju religijskog turizma. Religijski turizam uvelike potiče razvoj središta u kojem je razvijen te privlači brojne turiste tokom cijele godine. U svakom religijom motiviranom putovanju ima elemenata zajedničkih ostalim turističkim putovanjima gdje je neizbježna činjenica potrošnja za transport, smještaj, prehranu.
Kroz podatke u tablicama moći će se vidjeti koja područja su najprivlačnija turistima, a također su navedene i sociokulturne štete i koristi razvoja religijskog turizma na određenom područjuThis paper will address the basic information about origin and development of religious tourism. Religious tourism greatly encourage the development oft he center in which he developed and attracts many tourists troughout the year. In any religion motivated journey has elements common to other tourist trips where unavoidable fact spending on transportation, accomodation, food.
Through the data int he tables will be able to see which areas are most attractive to tourists and are also listend and socio-cultural risk and benefits of development of religious tourism in a particular area
Ruderal and weed flora of first order lateral canal
No full textNa području Brodsko-posavske županije sredinom travnja 2015. godine, provedeno je istraživanje samonikle korovne flore lateralnog kanala I. reda. Zbog čestih i intenzivnih padalina na području Brodsko-posavske županije izgrađeni su lateralni kanali I. reda. Korovi su veliki problem na željezničkim prugama, industrijskim objektima, aerodromima, zatim uz putove i staze, na sportskim objektima, parkovima, ispod dalekovoda, u šumama i sl. S gledišta poljodjelca korovi su uvijek štetne i neželjene biljne vrste jer svojom prisutnošću umanjuju količinu i kakvoću kultiviranoj vrsti. Cilj završnog rada je bio determinirati korove na dijelu lateralnog kanala I. reda. Determinirano je 17 različitih biljnih vrsta svrstanih u 12 porodica. Najzastupljenija je porodica Asteraceae sa 17,66 %, dok od determiniranih vrsta 70,59 % čine višegodišnje biljke. Najzastupljeniji životni oblik su hemikriptofiti sa 70,59 %, te prema flornom elementu euroazijske biljke sa 58,82 %.In the middle of April, 2015. on the area of Brodsko-posavska County, a survey was conducted on the first order lateral canal wild weed flora. Because of the frequent and intense rainfall in the area of Brodsko- posavska County, there have been constructed first order lateral canals. Weeds are a major problem on railway lines, industrial sites, airports, then along the paths and trails, in sports facilities, parks, under power lines, in the forests, etc. From the viewpoint of the farmer, weeds are always harmful and unwanted plant species, whose presence reduces the quantity and quality of cultivated species. The aim of this study was to determine the species that make up the weed flora of the first order lateral canel. 17 species were determined, belonging to 12 families. The most common family is Asteraceae with 17,66 %, while the 70,59 % of determined kinds were perennial plants. Most frequent life forms are hemicryptophytes with 70,59 %, and the floral element Eurasian plants with 58,82 %

No full textOvaj rad govori o pojmu e-marketinga koji se u današnje vrijeme intezivno koristi širom svijeta. Velik broj ljudi se svakodnevno susreće s nekim oblikom marketinga, a s obzirom na današnju raširenu upotrebu interneta ljudi se najčešće susreću sa e-marketingom. Sam pojam marketing označava reklamiranje nekog određenog sadržaja s ciljem da se privuku potencijalni kupci, najčešće putem televizije, novina, radia, plakata i slično, a e-marketing se koristi digitalnom tehnologijom i internetom. Pojam e-marketing je široko zastupljen u cijelom svijetu i većina poduzeća ga koristi kako bi reklamirali svoje proizvode i privukli kupce. S obzirom na dostupnost interneta može se reći da je e-marketing pronašao stabilno mjesto u virtualnom svijetu i da će se s vremenom samo povećavati broj poduzeća koja će na taj način reklamirati svoje proizvode. Danas ljudi naveliko koriste razne društvene mreže, a poduzeća to vide kao priliku da brže i lakše dopru do ciljane skupine ljudi.This paper presents e-marketing which is very used these days all around the world. Big number of people meet some kind of marketing every day and with today's wide use of Internet people most likely encounter e-marketing. The term "marketing" itself means promoting a certain content with a goal to reach as many potential customers as possible, normally through TV, newspapers, radio, posters etc and e-marketing is used by digital technology and Internet. Term "e-marketing" is widely represented in the whole world and most companies are using it to promote their products and attract buyers. As the Internet is very available we can say that e-marketing found a stable place in virtual world and that with time the number of companies which will promote their products on this way will just grow. Today people use social networks a lot and companies see that as an opportunitiy to easily and faster reach certain groups of people
Biological methods and technologies for soil remediation

U zadnja dva desetljeća uloženi su veliki napori ka smanjenju izvora onečišćenja te čišćenju zagađenog tla i vode. Fitoremedijacija postaje sve isplativija metoda, a uz to ima i puno manje negativnih efekata nego fizikalne i kemijske metode pa postaje sve popularnija. Ovaj rad daje sažeti pregled svih tehnologija za čišćenje tla, a detaljnije su opisane tehnologije fitoremedijacije tla.Environmental pollution affects pedosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere, lithosphere and biosphere. Great efforts have been made in the last two decades to reduce pollution sources and remedy the polluted soil and water. Phytoremediation is being more cost-effective and have fewer side effects than physical and chemical approaches, has gained increasing popularity. This paper gives a brief review of all soil remediation technologies and detailed review of soil phytoremediation

Poduzetništvo danas predstavlja zasigurno jednu od glavnih tema u političkom, ekonomskom i općedruštvenom smislu te povećava napredak ne samo svjetske ekonomije, već i opći društveni, kulturni i socijalni napredak. U sklopu poduzetništva, cjeloživotno učenje jako je bitan čimbenik u zapošljavanju i svakome daje priliku da se iskaže u prilici za uključivanje u društvo.Education today is based on the development and success of knowledge-based economy and society development. No full textSkladište je objekt u kojem se spremaju i čuvaju poljoprivredni proizvodi sa ciljem održavanja potrebne kakvoće i kvantitete sve do trenutka daljnje upotrebe. Skladišta za žitarice mogu se podijeliti na horizontalna ili podna skladišta i vertikalna ili silose. Podna skladišta mogu biti stalna ili privremena. Dijele se na tavane, žitnice, mala podna i velika podna skladišta te improvizirana skladišta. Silosi su visoki objekti sastavljeni od jedne ili više silosnih ćelija različitih tlocrtnih oblika i veličine. Izgrađuju se od raznih materijala, među kojima dominiraju armirano betonski i čelični. Moderno skladištenje žitarica je nezamislivo bez korištenja poljoprivredne mehanizacije. Uređaji koje se koriste u skladištima neophodni su u procesima čišćenja, transporta i sušenja proizvoda na željenu vlažnost.A warehouse is an object in which agricultural produce is stored, maintaining necessary quality and quantity, up to the point of further use. Grain warehouses can be divided into horizontal or floor warehouses and vertical or silos. Floor warehouses are divided into attics, grainaries, small and large floor warehouses and improvised warehouses. Silos are tall objects composed of one or more silo cells with varying sizes and floor plans. Silos are build out of different materials, dominated by reinforced concrete and steel. Modern grain storage is unthinkable without the use of agricultural machinery . Devices that are used in warehouses are essential in the process of cleaning , transport and drying of the product to the desired humidity
E-tourism in Croatia

Turizam označava dinamični, ekonomski i kulturni proces koji je omogućen brzim razvojem na poljima transporta i komunikacija, a koji je često vođen željom pojedinaca za posjećivanjem i doživljavanjem nečeg novog. Također je obrađen pojam elektroničkog turizma i njegova primjena u Republici Hrvatskoj.
U praktičnom dijelu analiziran je utjecaj ICT tehnologija na poslovanje u turizmu, te su navedene strateške opcije za razvoj hrvatskog turizma. Također je analiziran i pojam elektroničkog marketinga te njegov utjecaj na današnji život i poslovanje u turizmu.The paper describes tourism as a process that takes place across the borders of nation states. Tourism means the dynamic economic and cultural process that has been enabled with the rapid development in the fields of transport and communications, and which is often driven by the desire of individuals to visit and experience something new. Also listed is the term electronic tourism and its application in Republic of Croatia.
In the practical part, the influence of ICT technologies and its effect on tourism business was analyzed, and strategic options for the development of Croatian tourism were listed. The term electronic marketing was also analyzed, together with its impact on the daily life and business in tourism

No full textU ovom radu opisani su uvjeti korozijske postojanosti čelika i navedena je podjela korozijski postojanih čelika. Ukratko je opisana struktura, svojstva i primjena feritnih, austenitnih, austenitno-feritnih (dupleks) i martenzitnih nehrđajućih čelika. Detaljnije je opisana skupina austenitnih nehrđajućih čelika koji se najviše proizvode i imaju vrlo široku primjenu za izradu dijelova konstrukcija, opreme, strojnih dijelova, alata...
U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazana je primjena austenitnih nehrđajućih čelika u petrokemijskoj industriji. U radu je prikazan atmosferski apsorber T 23 133 koji se koristi u pogonu za proizvodnju uree i izrađen je od austenitnog nehrđajućeg čelika AISI 304L sniženog udjela ugljika koji je visoko legiran kromom i niklom.This paper describes the conditions of corrosion resistance of steel and the division of corrosion resisting steels is given. The structure, properties and applications of ferritic, austenitic, austenitic-ferritic (duplex) and martensitic stainless steels are briefly described. The group of austenitic stainless steels, which are the most produced and have a wide application for the production of parts of structures, equipment, machinery parts, tools etc., is specified.
In the practical part of the paper the application of austenitic stainless steels in the petrochemical industry is presented. This paper presents the atmospheric absorber T 23133 which is used in the urea plant and is made of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304L which has reduced content of carbon and is highly alloyed with chromium and nickel
