The structure of the effects of the promotional mix in the selection of sport product in Slavonski Brod
No full textCilj rada bio je analizirati strukturu utjecaja definiranih elemenata promotivnog miksa na odabir sportskog proizvoda u Slavonskom Brodu. Analiza je provedena anketom na uzorku od 385 entiteta. Prema rezultatima istraživanja niti jedan element nije ocjenjen kao dominantan u strukturi utjecaja elemenata promotivnog miksa pri odabiru prakticiranja sportskog proizvoda. Propaganda se neznatno istaknula kao najvažniji element promotivnog miksa, dok faktor promocije, kao jedan od 4 faktora marketing miksa, ostvaruje relativno malih tek 14,5 % frekvencija. Eksperimentalna analiza je pokazala kako je sportski proizvod u Slavonskom Brodu cjenovno i sadržajno prihvatljiv, da je bavljenje sportom iznimno važno ali su problemi u raspodjeli resursa tipa vremena poprilično upitni što je iznenađujuće. Rezultati analize ukazuju da su proizvod ali i cijena dominantni u odabiru što je i očekivano sa aspekta sportskih potrošača. Ovo je direktna poruka ponuditeljima sportskih programa na što se treba usmjeriti. Ipak se indirektno može reći da bi promocija mogla i trebala biti bitno kvalitetnija i kvantitetnije zastupljena.The goal of this study was to analyze the structure of influence of defined elements of the promotional mix in the selection of sports products in Slavonski Brod. The analysis was conducted on a sample of 385 entities. According to the results of the research, none of the elements were rated as dominant in the promotional mix when choosing sports products. Propaganda was significantly emphasized as the most important element of the promotional mix, while a factor of promotion, as one of the four factors of the marketing mix, was with relatively small frequency of only 14,5%. . The experimental analysis revealed that the sports product in Slavonski Brod is financially affordable and variety of recreational activities is acceptable. It also showed that engaging in sports is extremely important, but the biggest problem is poor schedule of sport products or lack of time. Results of the analysis indicate that the choice of products and the price is most important factor for sports consumers. This should be the focus point to all sport program bidders, along with promotion which should be better represented. However, it can be indirectly said that promotion should be significantly better and quantitatively represented

Konkurentska prednost poduzeća realizira se kroz dobar položaj na tržištu koji je omogućen realiziranjem novog proizvoda. Inovacija omogućuje stvaranje novih poduzeća koja s vremenom konkuriraju na tržištu. Tehnike koje su objašnjene u završnom radu su: Brainstorming, Brainwriting, Delphi metoda, sintetička i morfološka metoda, te tehnika scenarija. Svaka navedena metoda ima prednosti i nedostatke. Vrlo je bitno da se tehnologije primjenjuju u poduzeću kako bi poduzeće uspješno poslovalo i kako bi ostvarilo konkurentsku prednost.This paper considers the creative techniques to help companies achieve competitive advantage. The key to success of the company is based on the achievement of competitive advantage. The competitive advantage of the company is realized through a good position in the market that enabled realization of a new product. The innovation allows the creation of new businesses that eventually compete in the market. The techniques are explained in the final paper: Brainstorming, brainwriting, Delphi method, synthetic and morphological methods, techniques and scenarios. Each mentioned method has advantages and disadvantages. It is vital that the technology used in the company to company successfully operating and in order to achieve a competitive advantage
Major overhaul of industrial steam turbine
No full textU radu je prikazan generalni remont industrijske parne turbine u poduzeću Petrokemija d.d. nazivne snage 880 kW, od faza planiranja i izvršenja remonta do faze izrade završnog izvješća s analizom ostvarene kondicije predmetnog stroja.
Razmatrana parna turbina pogonski je stroj kompresora zraka, koji je vitalni stroj za sva proizvodna postrojenja u tvornici. Jasno je da samo kvalitetno održavanje i izvršenje aktivnosti remonta osigurava pouzdan i siguran rad ovako bitnog stroja. Radom je pokazana važnost svih pojedinih faza planiranja, izvršenja i analize remonta industrijske parne turbine, kao jednog složenog tehničkog sustava. Detaljno planiranje remonta, nabavka potrebnih rezervnih dijelova i potrošnog materijala, te dobro organiziranje remonta i angažiranje kvalificirane radne snage temeljni su preduvjet za kvalitetno izvršenje planiranih radova remonta.This paper presents a general overhaul of industrial steam turbine in the company Petrokemija d.d. rated power 880 kW, from the stage of planning and execution of the overhaul to the final report phase with analysis of the achieved condition of the machine.
The considered steam turbine is the driving engine of the air compressor, which is the vital machine for all production facilities at the plant. It is clear that only high-quality maintenance and overhaul execution ensure reliable and safe operation of this essential machine. The study demonstrated the importance of the individual planning phases, execution and analysis of the industrial steam turbine overhaul as a complex technical system. Detailed overhaul planning, supply of the required spare parts and consumables, good organization of the overhaul and hiring skilled manpower are the fundamental preconditions for quality execution of the planned overhaul works

No full textU radu je analizirana uloga komunikacije u organizaciji poduzeća odnosno njezina važnost za menadžere i ostale djelatnike u organizaciji. Kroz rad se može uvidjeti koliko je bitno posvetiti pažnju i vrijeme poboljšanju komunikacije. Ovisno o tome koliko je komunikacija učestala u organizaciji pokazuje koliko je organizacija uspješna ili neuspješna.
Radom je također prikazano koliko je bitno biti rukovoditelj koji motivira svoje djelatnike i koji zna predvidjeti promjene te iskoristiti sve šanse i mogućnosti. Naglašava se kako je za uspješno rukovođenje, stil rukovođenja potrebno prilagoditi karakteristikama zaposlenih.
Predstavljeno je kako rukovoditelji mogu utjecati na rješavanje konflikata, ali i kako mogu utjecati da do njih ne dođe. S obzirom na navedeno rukovoditelji moraju dobro poznavati uzroke, mehanizme i načine rješavanja konflikata.The paper analyzes the role of communication in the organization of the company or it’s important for managers and other employees in the organization. Through the work can see how important it is to pay attention and time to improve communication. Depending on how much communication is frequented in the organization shows how the organization is successful or unsuccessful.
The study also shows how important it’s to be the manager who motivates their employees and who can anticipate changes and take advantage of all the chances and opportunities. It is emphasized that for successful management, management style necessary to adjust the characteristics of employees.
Presented is how executives can influence conflict resolution, and how they can influence it to them comes. In view of the above, executives must understand the causes, mechanisms and way of solving conflicts

No full textEkonomsko djelovanje u području sportskih djelatnosti omogućuje razvoj poduzetničkih ideja te se spajanjem ciljanih sportskih aktivnosti i ekonomije razvija sve veći broj projekata malog poduzetništva. Na taj način djelatnost sporta kroz primarne ekonomske ciljeve također sekundarno višestruko može pomoći i u razvoju lokalne zajednice. U radu je osim povezanosti poduzetništva i sporta definirano što predstavljaju menadžment i marketing u sportu te je prikazan primjer navedenog kroz marketing plan fitnes centra. Primjer marketing plana fitnes centra u Slavonskom Brodu nastao je analizom postojeće tržišne situacije zatim definiranja primjerenih i prihvatljivih ciljeva, planiranja strategije i prognoze poslovanja kroz sredstva za ostvarenje ciljeva te financijske pokazatelje.Economic activity in the field of sports activities enables the development of entrepreneurial ideas, and the merge of targeted sports activities and the economy, is developing an increasing number of small business projects. In this way, the activity of sports through the primary economic objectives can also secondary help in the development of local communities. Beside connections of entrepreneurship and sport, this paper explaines what management and marketing are in the sport, and there is example through marketing plan of fitness center. Assembly of the transformer oil container
No full textU radu je analiziran proces izrade spremnika transformatorskog ulja. Proces je podijeljen u nekoliko poglavlja, a to su tehnološka razrada u kojoj se opisuje dodjeljivanje tehnologija i prilagođavanje tehničkih crteža prema mogućnostima strojeva npr. dodavanje dodataka za savijanje, napomene vezane za zavarivanje (napomene koji dijelovi se konačno zavaruju u fazi podsklopa, a koji u fazi probne montaže), te drugih napomena dobivenih iskustveno. U dijelu zavarivanja opisan je osnovni postupak zavarivanja (MAG postupak) koji se koristi pri zavarivanju spremnika, te popratni dokumenti vezani za kontrolu procesa zavarivanja. Na crtežu zavarenog konzervatora shematski je prikazan način označavanja svih standardnih dijelova u cilju smanjenja količine dokumentacije potrebne za zavarivanje. Opisana je penetrantska metoda kontrole zavarenih spojeva nepropusnih na ulje. Zadnje dvije operacije su predobrada mlazom (sačmarenje) i antikorozivna zaštita.The paper analyzes the process of manufacturing the tank for transformer oil. The process is divided into several sections, such as technological elaboration that describes the assigning of technology and adapting to the possibilities of machines eg. adding supplements for bending, welding notes (notes are showing what needs to be weld in sub-assembly, and what need to be weld in final stage) and other remarks obtained by experience. In part the welding explains the basic procedure of welding (MAG), which is used in welding of a tank, and supporting documents related to the control of the welding process. On the drawing of an welded conservator is schematic shown how to weld each standard part, all in order to reduce the amount of documentation required for welding. Paper describes the penetrant testing of oil tight welded joints. The last two operations are pretreatment blast (blasting) and corrosion protection
Tobacco growing technology
No full textDuhan (Nicotiana tabacum L.) je kultura koja se uzgaja uglavnom zbog listova. Listovi duhana nakon sušenja najčešće služe za izradu cigareta i cigara. Najvažniji sastojci duhana su alkaloidi među kojima se ističe nikotin. Od brojnih tipova duhana kod nas se proizvode dva tipa: virginia i burley. Tehnologija proizvodnje se može podijeliti u tri dijela: proizvodnja presadnica, proizvodnja duhana u polju i berba i sušenje duhana. Kvaliteta duhana procjenjuje se po osušenom listu. Pri tome se uzimaju u obzir organoleptička, fizikalna i kemijska svojstva te degustacija pušenjem. Duhan je polimorfna i prilagodljiva vrsta i pripada u najprofitabilnije industrijske kulture.Tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) is a crop that is grown mainly for leaves. The leaves of tobacco after drying are used mostly for making cigarettes and cigars. The most important ingredients of tobacco are alkaloids among which stands out nicotine. Of the numerous types we produce Virginia type and Burley. Tobbaco-growing technology can be divided into three parts: production of seedlings, production of tobacco in the fields and harvesting and drying of tobacco. The quality of tobacco is estimated by dried leaves. In doing so, into account are taken the organoleptic, physical and chemical properties and tasting smoke. Tobacco is polymorphic and adaptable species and belongs to the most profitable industrial culture

Defects in welded joints derived by fusion
No full textU radu je analizirana pojava i vrste grešaka u zavarenim spojevima izvedenim taljenjem. Pojava grešaka u zavaru narušava eksploatacijske uvjete zavarene konstrukcije te predstavlja sigurnosni problem. Definiran je tehnološki postupak zavarivanja i podjela postupaka zavarivanja.
Zadatkom je trebalo definirati podjelu grešaka u zavarenim spojevima prema HRN EN 26520 normi, koje se klasificiraju kao greške u zavarenim spojevima koje mogu nastati u izradi i greške u zavarenim spojevima koje mogu nastati u eksploataciji. Također, zadatkom je obuhvaćeno laboratorijske (eksperimentalne) metode ispitivanja sklonosti nastajanju pukotina u zavarenom spoju.The paper analyzes the occurrence and type of defects in welded joints made by fusion. The occurrence of defects in the weld impairs the exploitation conditions of welded structures and presents a security problem. Technological welding process is defined, as well as welding methods.
The task is supposed to define the distribution of defects in welds according to HRN EN 26520 standards, which are classified as defects in welds that may arise in the development, and defects in welds that may arise in service. The paper also analyzes the experimental methods of laboratory tests for the tendencies in the development of cracks in welded joints

No full textCilj i svrha ovog rada je pobliže objasniti pojam i proces provođenja stečajnog postupka u Republici Hrvatskoj, koji sve subjekti sudjeluju u procesu i koje se sve pravne radnje moraju poduzeti od pokretanja do okončanja navedenog postupka.
Stečajni postupci postali su svakodnevica u Republici Hrvatskoj, odraz su lošeg stanja gospodarstva, poslovni subjekti sve više postaju prezaduženi ili nesposobni za plaćanje, čime je zadovoljen glavni uvjet za stečaj.
Stečajni postupak je postupak koji se pokreće radi namirenja tražbina koje vjerovnici imaju u trenutku otvaranja stečajnog postupka prema dužniku, a provodi se unovčenjem dužnikove imovine te se vrši podjela prikupljenih sredstava vjerovnicima što u konačnici rezultira prestankom postojanja stečajnog dužnika pravne osobe, dok stečajni dužnik fizička osoba gubi svojstvo trgovca pojedinca, obrtnika ili osobe koja obavlja samostalnu djelatnost.The aim and purpose of this paper is to determine the concept and process of conducting bankruptcy proceedings in Republic of Croatia, which entities are involved in process and what legal acts must be taken from initiation of the procedure until its conclusion.
Bankruptcy proceedings became part of everyday life in Croatia, they are reflection of bad economic situation, business entities are becoming more and more overindebted or unable to pay, which makes main criteria for bankruptcy satisfied.
Bankruptcy procedure is a procedure which is conducted in order to settle claims which creditors have at the moment of opening bankruptcy proceedings towards the debtor, it is conducted by cashing the debtor’s assets and distribution of the raised funds to the creditors which in the end results in cessation of the existence of debtor’s legal entity, while individual debtor loses its property of a trader, craftsman or person which does independent business
