No full textZadatak ovog rada je opisati primjenu EPP postupka zavarivanja prilikom izrade cilindričnog spremnika volumena 80 000 m3. U radu je opisan cilindrični spremnik i način njegove izgradnje. Navedeni su glavni dijelovi i tehnički podaci o spremniku, uvjeti eksploatacije te zahtjevi za kvalitetu spremnika. Prikazani su postupci zavarivanja koji se koriste prilikom izrade takvog spremnika, osnovni i dodatni materijali koji se koriste, te je detaljno opisan EPP postupak zavarivanja i njegove prednosti i nedostaci. Prikazane su verifikacije EPP postupka i verifikacije zavarivača (operatera) za izvođenje zavarivanja.The aim of this work is to describe the Application of SAW procedure in erection of cylindrical crude oil storage tan 80 000 m3 This paper describes a cylindrical tank and method of its construction. These are the main parts and technical data on the tank, exploitation conditions and requirements for the quality of the tank. Shown are welding processes used when developing such the tank, the basic and additional materials used and is described in detail SAW welding process and its advantages and disadvantages. No full textU radu je opisan način uzgoja i prerade jabuke na OPG-u Boić. Opisani su načini uzgoja(podloga, sorte, održavanje) te načini prerade jabuke u prirodni sok i čips. Isto tako analizirani su postupci koji su potrebni pri proizvodnji prije svega soka, kao što su: pranje, prešanje, cijeđenje, sušenje. Na kraju svega opisani su proizvodi koji nastaju preradom a to su mutni, bistri i kašasti sok i njihov sastav i kvaliteta.Final thesis describes producing and processing apples on the family farm Boić. The production methods regarding the ground base, sorts and maintenance, and processing into a natural juice and chips are described in this thesis. What’s more, there is a juice making procedures analysis including washing, pressing, wringing and drying. In the end, there is a description of the apple products including blurry, clear and pulpy juice and their ingredients and quality

Nakon toga definira se pojam CRM (Customer Relationship Management) sustava i kakva značaj ima u poslovnom svijetu, te se daje primjer Microsoft Dynamics CRM primjer Hrvatskog Telekoma d.d. koji je prvi u Hrvatskoj uveo CRM sustav.
Na kraju se rad orijentira na budućnost digitalnog marketinga - predviđanju novih trendova u digitalnom marketingu.This undergraduate professional work is oriented to the digital marketing and customer relationship management. It defined digital marketing and his most important components and strategy of the digital marketing and the necessary elements for successful performance in the online environment.
After that defines the concept of CRM (customer relationship management) system and what significance impact have in the business world, and it gives an example of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the example of company Hrvatski Telekom d.d. (Croatian Telecom d.d.), who is the first in Croatia start using the CRM system.

No full textZavršni rad se sastoji od dijelova u kojima se opisuje način izrade cjevovoda, kao i što je sve potrebno kako bi se jedan cjevovod izradio, od kojih se komponenata sastoji cjevovod kao na primjer: cijev, ventil, zasun, pa sve do nosača koji će biti potpora tome cjevovodu. Kako bi se izradio kompletan cjevovod potrebno je poznavanje određenih propisa i normi. Prije samog početka izrade cjevovoda potrebno je upoznati se sa svim zahtjevima za cjevovod. Nadalje se pojašnjava kako se komponente cjevovoda označavaju, kako se prenose oznake za dijelove cjevovoda pod tlakom, način formiranja cijevi, te na koji način se vrši ugradnja cjevovoda kao i zavarivanje cjevovoda. Navode se i dodatni uvjeti koji se vrše kako bi se cjevovod zaštitio od štetnih utjecaja. Na kraju rada se navodi na koji način se vrše ispitivanja, koje se metode koriste, te što sve završna dokumentacija mora sadržavati.The final paper is consist of parts that describe a way of making the pipeline, as well as what is needed to make one pipeline developed, of which components pipeline is made for example: pipe, valve, latch, to supports which will support the pipeline. In order to create the entire pipeline is necessary to know certain regulations and norms. Before the start of development of the pipeline it is necessary to know the all requirements for the pipeline. It is further explained how the components of pipeline are marked, how the marks are transfer to the parts of pipeline under pressure. the way of forming the pipes, and how to perform the installation of pipeline and how to weld the entire pipeline. Also is mentioned what additional requirements is needed to protect the pipeline from the harmful effects. In the end of the final paper is set out how to carry out the tests, what methods are used and what the final documentation must contain

No full textUpravljanje sveobuhvatnim i kompleksnim procesima planiranja na tržištu sportskih proizvoda kao i planiranje te predviđanje ekonomskih efekata sportskih proizvoda kao i procesima specifičnog financiranja postalo je neizostavni dio funkcioniranja sportskih klubova. Nogomet je sigurno jedan od najpopularnijih sportova današnjice i može se reći da je postao široko područje današnjeg društvenog života te je kao takav našao je i svoje potrošače u RH. U rad je analiziran trenutni menadžment u klubovima 1. HNL-a za koji se može reći da je, barem prema dostupnim podacima za većinu klubova, manjkav u smislu nepostojanja ili nedefiniranosti. Također je utvrđeno da postoje velike razlike između načina organizacije i upravljanja nogometnih klubova u RH i EU. Tendencija klubova HNL-a je da idu u smjeru modernog i efikasnog upravljanja i korištenja alata marketinga za ostvarivanje ciljeva.Managing overalland complex processes of planning on the sporting goods market, as well as planning and predictions about sporting goods' economic effect sand processes of specific finance became indispensable part in sporting clubs’ work. No full textPri izradi zavarenih konstrukcija posebno je potrebno voditi računa o postignutoj kvaliteti zavarenih spojeva, jer ona jamči pouzdan i siguran rad konstrukcije. U cilju ostvarenja zahtijevane kvalitete potrebno je zavarene spojeve, sukladno usvojenom planu kontrole kvalitete, kontrolirati i ispitivati primjenjivim metodama i tehnikama. Planiranje i provođenje kontrola i ispitivanja zavarenih spojeva prikazano je na primjeru kućišta električnog transformatora. Dokaz postignute kvalitete zavarenih spojeva je dokumentacija, koja obuhvaća relevantne ateste, certifikate i izvještaje propisane usvojenim planom kontrole.During the production of welded structures, it is necessary to pay special attention on the achievement of quality of welded joints, because it guarantees the reliable and safe operation of structure. In order to achieve the required quality, it is necessary to control and examine the welds with applicable methods and techniques according to the defined plan of quality control. Planning and execution of control and testing of welded joints is shown in the example of the electrical transformer housing. Evidence of quality of welded joints is set of documentation, which includes relevant attests, certificates and reports prescribed by the quality control plan

No full textCilj rada je bio detaljno opisati ciklus proizvodnje krizantema u plasteničkim uvjetima. Krizanteme se kod nas najviše koriste kao rezano cvijeće za ukrašavanje grobova i najviše se koriste za blagdan Svih Svetih. Tehnologija uzgoja krizantema je vrlo složena obzirom da se berba mora vremenski podesiti tjedan dana prije 1. studenog, što dodatno otežava proizvodnju. Zahvaljujući uzgoju u zaštićenim prostorima moguće je zamračivanjem skratiti dan da se potakne razvoj generativnih organa, te na taj način podesiti datum berbe. Osim toga moguća je i kontrola temperaturnih uvjeta i zaštita od mraza koji je vrlo česta pojava u tom periodu. Osim toga hranjiva se moraju pravilno dozirati jer je krizantema „uvijek gladna“ i mora se voditi briga o preventivnoj zaštiti.The aim of the paper was to describe in detail the chrysanthemums production cycle in greenhouse environment. Chrysanthemums in our country are mostly used as decorating graves flowers and therefore are produced mostly for the All Saints feast. The technology of chrysanthemums cultivation is very complex because harvesting must be timed for the week prior to November 1st, which further complicates the production. Thanks to the cultivation in greenhouses it is possible to short the day by shading in order to stimulate the development of generative organs, and set the date of harvest. Greenhouse production, in addition to its advantages, of course has some disadvantages, primarily related to temperature control conditions for 24 hours since the oscillations are extremely large due to the presence of sunlight. Besides that, nutrients must be properly dosed, because the chrysanthemum is “always hungry” and it is important to take care about adequate protection
