Dječja knjižnica Slavonski Brod mora svoju ponudu, organizaciju i uređenje prilagoditi vrlo intenzivnim razvojnim socijalnim i psihološkim promjenama djece i mladih ljudi.
Za poticanje procesa promjena i njihovo ostvarenje neophodno je izraditi jasnu strategiju razvoja knjižnice utemeljenu na analizi postojećeg stanja Dječjeg odjela Gradske knjižnice. Strategija razvoja ima svrhu fokusirati viziju i prioritete dječje knjižnice u odnosu na promjenjivu okolinu kao i pomoći lakšem osiguravanju financijskih sredstava potrebnih za realizaciju postavljenih ciljeva.The Thesis analyzes the work of Children's Library in Slavonski Brod as well as the strategy of its future development.
The Children's Library Slavonski Brod has to adapt its offer, organization and arrangement to the very intensive developmental social and psychological changes of children and young people.
To encourage the change process and their implementation, it's necessary to create a clear library development strategy based on an analysis of the City Library Children's Department existing state. Development strategy has the purpose of focusing on the children's library vision and priorities in relation to the changing environment as well as helping in easier securing financial funding needed to achieve the goals set

No full textOsnovna je svrha osiguranja prenošenje osobnog rizika na osiguravajuće društvo uz plaćanje ugovorene premije osiguravajućem društvu. Na taj način uz manja financijska ulaganja smanjujemo rizik od gubitka puno većih financijskih izdataka. Osiguravajuća društva na osnovu uplata premija stvaraju fond iz kojeg se prema potrebi vrši isplata nastale štete korisniku osiguranja. Za razliku od obveznog osiguranja od auto odgovornost koje isplaćuje naknadu štete trećim osobama kada je osiguranik kriv, kasko osiguranje pokriva štetu osiguraniku bez obzira je li kriv ili ne, ako se pridržava odredbi ugovora iz kasko osiguranja. Prema broju ugovorenih polica kasko je osiguranje kao dobrovoljno osiguranje najzastupljenije osiguranje u Republici Hrvatskoj.The primary purpose of insurance is to transfer personal risks to the insurance company against payment of the agreed premium the insurance company. U radu se istražuje i uloga i utjecaj elektroničke trgovine u procesu kupnje, prodaje ili razmjene proizvoda, usluga ili informacija, određuju se prednosti elektroničke trgovine za prodavače i kupce kao i njeni nedostaci. Trgovina putem interneta se smatra najprofitabilnijim oblikom trgovine zbog jednostavnosti i niskih troškova i kao takva će postajati sve značajnijom i unosnijom komponentom trgovine. Istraživanje je u ovom radu fokusirano na sam pojam e-trgovine, globalizacije, ali i sami trend kupovanja na internetu. Biti će navedeni primjeri elektroničke trgovine u tvrtkama Amazon.com, te eBay.com. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati i objasniti utjecaj globalizacije na daljnji razvoj elektroničke trgovine.This paper explores the term globalization as well as the concept of electronic commerce, and then examines the advantages, disadvantages, features and implications of globalization. The paper explores the role and impact of electronic commerce in the process of purchasing, selling or exchanging products, services or information, determining the benefits of e-commerce for retailers and customers as well as its disadvantages. Internet trade is considered to be the most profitable form of trade for simplicity and low cost, and as such will become a more significant and more powerful component of trade. Research in this paper is focused on the very concept of e-commerce, globalization, but also the shopping trend on internet. There will be examples of electronic commerce in Amazon.com and eBay.com. No full textOvaj rad opisuje koliko je važno održavanje poljoprivrednih strojeva. Poljoprivredni strojevi se trebaju održavati zbog veće učinkovitosti ali i zbog same sigurnosti ljudi. Postoje strojevi u poljoprivredi koji se češće koriste od drugih te samim time oni zahtijevaju i češće provjere i veće su mogućnosti samog kvara. Garažiranje samih strojeva je također bitno jer može smanjiti mogućnost kvarova na strojevima. Čovjek mora voditi računa o održavanju stroja radi kvarova zbog kojih zatim mora trošiti veće količine novca nego da ga je redovno održavao.This paper describes how important the maintenance of agricultural machines is. Agricultural machines need to be maintained for greater efficiency but also because of the safety of people. There are agricultural machines that are used more often than other machines and therefore they require more frequent checks and are more likely to fail. No full textOvaj rad kratko opisuje pravce razvoja CAD programa i modeliranje 3D modela horizontalnog parnog stroja s postojeće tehničke dokumentacije i prikaz svih pod sklopova i njihovih dijelova u tablicama. Za izradu modela korišten je program Autodesk Inventor 2018.1.
U radu je još dodatno opisano parametarsko modeliranje, kad i zašto se koristi, te je odabran jedan dio parnog stroja za primjer parametarskog modeliranja.This final work briefly describes the directions of CAD software evolution and modeling a 3D model of a horizontal steam engine from existing technical documentation with the depiction of all the sub assemblies and their parts in tables. The model was created by using Autodesk Inventor 2018.1 software. The final work describes parametric modeling, when and why it is used, and parametric modeling of a steam engine part as an example

No full textPesticidi su tvari koje služe za suzbijanje štetnih organizama. Osim pozitivnih učinaka na kvalitetu i kvantitetu hrane, oni mogu imati i negativan utjecaj na zdravlje ljudi, neciljanih organizama i okoliš. Prije stavljanja pesticida u promet, analiziraju se opasnosti i rizici njihove primjene. Pravilnom upotrebom uz korištenje propisane zaštitne opreme, ispravnim skladištenjem i pridržavanjem karence uz kontrolu ostataka u hrani, smanjuju se negativni učinci pesticida na ljude. Obavezna izobrazba korisnika i kontinuirana kontrola ispravnosti uređaja za primjenu pesticida imaju važnu ulogu u uklanjanju opasnosti od toksičnog djelovanja pesticida.Pesticides are substances that serve to combat harmful organisms. Besides the positive effects on the quality and quantity of food, they may have a negative impact on the health of people, untargeted organisms and the environment. Before putting pesticides into use, the dangers and risks of their application are analyzed. Proper use of pesticides, along with the proper use of protective equipment, proper storing and abiding the waiting period with control of residues in food, reduces the negative effects of pesticides on people. Mandatory training of users and regular control of used equipment play an important role in removing the danger from the toxic effects of pesticides

Cilj rada je objasniti pojam poslovne etike te ju na primjeru dvaju poduzeća analizirati i usporediti, kako bi se uvidjele eventualne sličnosti i razlike u primjeni poslovne etike u poslovanju dvaju poduzeća.The paper deals with ethics and business ethics, and is also about ethics, ethics and social responsibility as part of business ethics. Special attention is paid to the analysis of business ethics on the example of two companies in the meat industry in the Republic of Croatia as well as the comparison of the two companies themselves.

Njezin doprinos značajno je vidljiv u smanjenu troškova, a samim time i u povećanju profitabilnosti poduzeća. Globalizacija donosi nove izazove u poslovanju pa tako i u dijelu razvoja logistike. Suvremena tehnologija omogućila je da se poslovne aktivnosti obavljaju djelotvornije i efikasnije.
Danas sve više poslovanja orijentira prema odgovornom načinu poslovanju što uključuje i zaštitu okoliša. Zelena logistika razvila se kao posljedica prevelike koncentracije transporta koji ima negativan utjecaj na okoliša. Koncept zelene logistike obuhvaća efikasno poslovanje i smanjenje štetnog utjecaja na okoliš. Poduzeće DHL jedno je od logističkih poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj koje svoje logističke procese temelji upravo na zelenoj logistici.Logistics has been, in the last several years, a key factor in company business and in the state economy. Its contribution is visible in reduction of cost and in the increase in profit of the company. Globalization brings new challenges in business and also in the logistics development. Modern technology has made it possible to develop business in a more effective and efficient way.
Nowadays, more and more business activities are oriented towards a responsible way of doing business which includes environmental protection. Green logistics was developed as a consequence of overcrowded transport which has a negative influence on the environment. The concept of green logistics includes efficient management and reduction of negative influence into the environment. DHL is one of logistics enterprises in Republic Croatia, which has based all of their logistics just on green logistics
The use of aluminium alloy for the production of an automotive turbine
No full textU teorijskom dijelu rada sažeto je opisana proizvodnja aluminija i aluminijskih legura. Navedeni su primjeri primjene u različitim industrijskim granama i ljudskim djelatnostima. Također su navedeni tehnološki postupci koji se primjenjuju u izradi proizvoda i poluproizvoda od aluminijskih legura. Objašnjena je podjela aluminijskih legura i navedeni primjeri primjene za pojedinu skupinu.
U praktičnom djelu rada opisan je proizvodni proces izrade turbine automobila izrađene od aluminijske legure za lijevanje. Pojedini postupci su ilustrirani fotografijama snimljenima u proizvodnoj tvrtki koja se bavi proizvodnjom odljevaka od aluminijskih legura.In the theoretical part of the paper the production of aluminium and aluminium alloys is briefly described. The examples of application in different industrial branches and human activities are listed. The technological processes applicable in manufacture of aluminium alloy products and semi-finished products are also listed. The division of aluminium alloys is explained and the examples of application for each group are listed.
In the practical part of the work the production process of producing an automotive turbine made of aluminium alloy casting is described. Some of the procedures are illustrated by photographs taken in a manufacturing company that produces castings made of aluminium alloys
