Creating a template for technical documentation for parametric three dimensional models
No full textU radu je analizirana izrada predloška tehničke dokumentacije parametarskog prostornog modela. Rad obuhvaća općenito o tehničkom crtanju, modeliranju, upoznavanje s parametarskim prostornim modeliranjem, potrebu za tehničkom dokumentacijom te objašnjenje što je to predložak, kako i s kojim alatima se kreira predložak, detaljan opis svih komponenti i elemenata softvera koji služe izradi predložaka. Prikazani su moduli i elementi PARTsolutions softvera, strukture i informacije koje se dobiju uporabom pojedinih modula.The paper analyzes the creation of templates for technical documentation for parametric three-dimensional model. The paper includes general information about technical drawing, modeling and introduction with parameterized three-dimensional modeling, the need for technical documentation, and an explanation of what a template is, how and with which tools to create a template, a detailed description of all the components and elements of the software which are used for creating templates. Modules and some of the elements of the PARTsolutions software are presented, and the structure and the information that they obtain by the use of the individual modules

U radu su predstavljene kompozitne cijevi Sanicro38 / P265GH, te njihov kemijski sastav, mehanička svojstva i zavarljivost.
Eksperimentalni dio obuhvaća provedbu postupka atestiranja kompozitne cijevi Sanicro38 / P265GH.In the work are analyzed the requirements on materials used in power plants and their application under certain conditions. The increase of requirements for materials in the power plants results with using composite materials.
In the work are presents composite pipes Sanicro38 / P265GH, and their chemical composition, mechanical properties and weldability.

Kako bi se pobliže shvatilo i opisalo kako e-Marketing utječe na konkurentsku prednost malih i srednjih poduzeća rad je raščlanjen na tri dijela. U prvom dijelu upoznaje se detaljno s e-poslovanjem koje je primjena informatičkih i komunikacijskih tehnologija kao podrške svim poslovnim aktivnostima te svaki oblik poslovne transakcije koja koristi neki elektronički medij najčešće Internet. Nadalje, u drugom dijelu objašnjen je sam marketing te njegovo djelovanje. Marketing ima puno definicija ali neka općeprihvaćena kaže da se on bavi planiranjem i stvaranjem ideja, proizvoda ili usluga, zatim se određuje cijena, bira način promocije i distribucije te obavlja razmjena koja će zadovoljiti želje i potrebe pojedinca i organizacije.
Saznajući sve o e-Marketingu dolazi se do trećeg dijela gdje se prikazuje na koji način e-Marketing djeluje kao konkurentska prednost malih i srednjih poduzeća.The paper analyzes and focuses on marketing. In order to understand and describe how e-marketing influences the competitive advantage of small and medium sized businesses, this paper is divided into three parts. In the first part, you will be introduced in detail with e-business, which is the application of information and communication technologies as support for all business activities, and any form of business transaction which uses any type of electronic media, mostly internet. Furthermore, in the second part, marketing is explained alongside its activity. Marketing has a lot of definitions, universally accepted one is that marketing is concerned with planning and creating ideas, products and services, then they determine the price, choose a way of promotion and distribution, and lastly, the exchange is done in order to satisfy the needs and desires of individuals and the company overall. Pojam poduzetništvo povezan je prije svega s pojmovima poduzeće i poduzetnik. Veza između ovih pojmova može se prikazati na slijedeći način: pojam poduzeće vezuje se za poduzetnika, a temelj poduzeća čini poduzetništvo.
Poduzetništvo je pokretač cjelokupnog gospodarstva te ključni element za povećanje konkurentnosti i otvaranje novih radnih mjesta. CTR kao poduzetnička potporna institucija i županijska razvojna agencija kontinuirano provodi aktivnosti koje su usmjerene prema jačanju gospodarstva Brodsko – posavske županije, a najviše malih i srednjih poduzetnika te njihovom razvoju i unapređenju.In paper analizyes management of Center for technological development – Development agency of Brodsko – posavska county Ltd. as bussines support institution and his impact on development of entrepreneurship in Brodsko – posavska county. No full textU ovom radu opisana je uloga upravljačkog sustava te svakog upravljačkog dijela zasebno, obraćajući posebno pažnju na krajnik spone i njegovu ulogu. Nadalje, kovanje kao središnji postupak izrade spomenutog krajnika opisano je te su navedeni i opisani alati koji se koriste prilikom slobodnog kovanja i kovanja u kalupima.
Glavna cjelina, odnosno tehnološki postupak izrade krajnika spone opširnija je te obuhvaća cijeli proces počevši od upita kupca, narudžbe, izuzimanja sa skladišta, svih pripremnih radnji, kontrole pa sve do gotovog proizvoda spremnog za isporuku, također su opisani svi postupci izrade krajnika.In this paper, the role of the control system and each control party separetely, paying special attention to the tensile bond and its role. Further, the forging as the central method of making the mentioned is described and the tools used for free minting and minting in mold are listed and described.

No full textU završnom radu objašnjeno je konkretno značenje pojma kvalitete, njezina važnost te obilježja. Također je rečeno nešto o sustavima upravljanja kvalitetom jer da bi kvaliteta bila potpuna potrebni su i kvalitetni sustavi, stoga su navedene i objašnjene prednosti sustava.
Objašnjava se razvoj normi za upravljanje kvalitetom, te se posebno bazira na normi ISO 9001 i njezinim elementima, koja je sastavni dio primjera koji se koristi u završnom radu, poduzeće Kraš d.d.., koje održava i poboljšava uvedeni sustav upravljanja kvalitetom ispunjavanjem zahtjeva standarda ISO 9001.
Na primjeru odabranog poduzeća opisan je postupak upravljanja kvalitetom, opis proizvoda, misija i vizija poduzeća, certifikati, politika kvalitete.In the thesis it is explained the specific meaning of the term quality, its importance and features. Quality management systems has been defined, because if we want quality to be consummate, we must have right quality systems too, therefore, cons of the system have also been listed and explained.
The development of the norms for quality management has been explained based on ISO 9001 norm and its features, which is also an example in this thesis, company Kraš d.d., which maintains and improves its quality system fulifies all the requirements of ISO 9001.
Through the example of the chosen company the process of quality management, product descriptions, mission and vision of the company, certificates, quality policies are described

No full textU radu je analiziran proces selekcije i pribavljanja kandidata u poduzeću, od samog planiranja ljudskih resursa do metoda selekcije i konačne odluke za novog djelatnika. Proces selekcije opisuje se kroz sve faze te se opisuje i kako odrediti izvore zaposlenika, kako raspisati natječaj i na koga se orijentirati te na koji način svesti kandidate na broj zaposlenika za kojima se pokazala potreba.
Teza koju treba dokazati jest da je pribavljanje kandidata bitno za nesmetano poslovanje poduzeća, proces koji je određen vremenski i koji prolazi kroz točno određene faze te da je stručan pristup nužan da bi se ostvario željeni učinak, zapošljavanje kvalitetnog kadra.
Rezultati analize selekcijskih metoda pokazali su da su metode dobro razvijene i poznate te da je bitno da proces pribavljanja kandidata odrađuje stručan kadar upoznat s poslovanjem i potrebnim znanjima i vještinama potencijalnih kandidata.The work analyzes process of selection and hiring jobapplicants in an enterprise from mere human resources planning and selection methods to final hiring decision. Selection process is described in detail, including all the phases and it explains how to reach a pool of candidates, how to post openpositions and on whom to focus in order to obtain required number of candidates. The mainthesis is that selection of jobapplicants is neccessary for unobstructed business activity of a company. It is a process with time limits and it goest hrough certain phases. A studious approach is necessary to have the desired effect – hiring skilled personnel. Results of selection methods analyses have shown that those methods are well developed and known, but it is also important that process of evaluating candidates is performed by qualified personnel that know how to run a business as well as what knowledge and skills of potential candidates are needed

No full textOvim radom prikazuje se važnost vođenja poslovanja i važnost poduzetnikova snalaženja u svom okruženju, kad nastupe problemi. Struktura rada obuhvaća cjeline značajne za pojam troškova i stavove poduzetnika.
U samom početku imamo pojmovno određenje troškova, primjenu troškova u poslovanju, modele upravljanja troškovima, kako se poduzeće mijenja kad se mijenja opseg proizvodnje. Zatim imamo kako poduzeće posluje, troškovno vodstvo, troškovnu politiku poduzeća, troškovnu analizu i lanac vrijednosti.
Drugi dio rada obuhvaća: podjelu troškova u poslovanju i stavove poduzetnika gdje imamo naveden primjer analize poslovanja i ponašanje troškova u poduzeću Nexe grupa d.d.
Posebna pažnja u ovom radu bit će usmjerena prema troškovima i poduzetništvu, kao bitnom poslovnom dijelu i tajni poslovnog uspjeha svakog poduzetnika.With this paper is shown the importance of running a business and the importance of entrepreneurs adaptability in his environment when problems appear. The work structure includes units important for the concept of expenses and entrepreneurs attitude. In the beginning itself there are: conceptual definition of the expenses, usage of expenses in business transactions, models of managing expenses, how does a business firm change when the scale of the production changes. Subsequently there is specified how does a business firm operate, their expenses management, business firms expenses policy, analysis of the expenses and the chain of the value.
The other part of the paper comprises of: distribution of expenses in business transactions and the attitudes of the entrepreneurs and we have given an example of the business transaction analysis and the behaviour of the expenses in the business firm Nexe Grupa d.d. Extra attention in this paper is directed on the expenses and business undertakings as a vital business part and the secret of success in business of every entrepreneur

Cijeli postupak je opisan na primjeru upravljanja kotlovskom komorom unutar tvrtke „Đuro Đaković Termonergetska postrojenja d.o.o.“
Uvodom su obuhvaćena općenita saznanja o kotlovskom postrojenju i njegovim dijelovima. Opisani su kotlovski materijal koji moraju zadovoljiti određene radne uvjete, tlak i temperaturu, te se moraju nabaviti prema odgovarajućim standardima. Kotlovski materijali vrlo su bitni po pitanju sigurnosti i troškova te se njima mora posvetiti posebna pažnja tijekom cijelog postupka izrade kotla. Značaj materijala je prikazan na primjeru materijala koji se koristi za izradu komore nosivih cijevi.This paper describes a complete process of monitoring and managing material from the process of procurement, receipt and storage of materials, monitoring in production and shipments to the construction site. The whole procedure is described in the example of the boiler header management within the company "Đuro Đaković Termonergetska postrojenja d.o.o." The introduction covers general knowledge of the boiler plant and its parts. Boiler material is described which must meet certain working conditions, pressure and temperature and must be obtained according to the appropriate standards. Boiler materials are very important in terms of safety and cost, and must be paid special attention during the entire boiler production process. Material significance is shown on the example of the material used to make the support tube header

No full textU ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema turizma u Hrvatskoj na konkretnom primjeru SWOT analize te su obrađene teme Hrvatska turistička zajednica, navedene su vrste turističke ponude u Hrvatskoj te su objašnjeni konkretni primjeri vjerskog turizma, zdravstvenog turizma, sportskog turizma te seoskog turizma u Hrvatskoj. Najprije je definirano što je to vjerski turizam općenito, a zatim je definiran značaj vjerskog turizma u Hrvatskoj te su navedena i objašnjena najpoznatija vjerska središta u Hrvatskoj. U nastavku se govori o zdravstvenom turizmu u Hrvatskoj, navedena su najpoznatija lječilišna mjesta i termalna lječilišta u Hrvatskoj te su u tablici 6.1. prikazani dolasci i noćenja turista u lječilištima i drugim ustanovama u 2014 i 2015. godini. Zatim se govori o sportskom turizmu općenito,o vrstama sportova, i općenito o sportu u Hrvatskoj. Kao zaključak govori se o seoskom turizmu i općenito o stanju seoskog turizma u Hrvatskoj.In this final paper the topic of tourism in Croatia was elaborated on a concrete example of the SWOT analysis and the themes of the Croatian National Tourist Board were discussed. There are mentioned the types of tourist offer in Croatia and specific examples of religious tourism, health tourism, sport tourism and rural tourism in Croatia are discussed. First of all, it was defined as religious tourism in general, and then the importance of religious tourism in Croatia was defined and the most famous religious centers in Croatia were described and explained. The following is about health tourism in Croatia, the most famous spa resorts and thermal spas are listed in Croatia and are listed in Table 6.1. showing arrivals and overnight stays of tourists in health resorts and other institutions in 2014 and 2015. Then it is about sports tourism in general, about sports, and about sports in Croatia. The conclusion is about rural tourism and, in general, about the state of rural tourism in Croatia
