Pojedine pozicije za bunkere za rasuti teret izrađuju se tehnologijom rezanja plazmom kako bi se ostvarila što veća produktivnost, iskoristivost materijala, povećala brzina rezanja te smanjili troškovi. Iako je ova tehnika rezanja relativno starija i dugo vremena se koristi još uvijek se nastoji poboljšati kvaliteta reza korištenjem različitih tehnika rezanja plazmom.In this paper there have been shown several positions manufacture dout of construction carbonsteel S355JR. Some parts of bunker where cut by plasma cutting technology to ensure as highest production, materialyield, cutting speed and lower cost. Although this technique has aged and it isused for long period of time, cutting qualityis to be achieved by using variety of plasma cutting techniques

No full textKamenjara je vrtni element koji će svojim izgledom uvijek i iznova privlačiti pažnju. Treba ga složiti tako da u njemu tijekom cijeloga vegetacijskog razdoblja cvjetaju pojedine biljne vrste. Što je kamenjara prirodnije složena to će bolje i prirodnije izgledati. Upravo iz tog razloga nije potrebno opterećivati se geometrijom i simetrijom. Izvedba kamenjare je vrlo složen i kreativan proces. Biljke koje se sade u kamenjare najčešće su spororastuće biljke patuljastog rasta, razne trave i mediteransko bilje. Kamenjare su namijenjene za izvođenje na blagim padinama i strminama no moguća je izvedba i na ravnim terenima.Rockery is a garden element that will always attract attention over and over again. It should be arranged, so that during entire vegetation period individual plant species could flourish. The more rockery is naturally arranged, the better will look. For that reason it is necessary not to burden yourself with geometry and simmetry. Rockery execution is very complex, but creative work. No full textU ovom završnom radu govori se o upućivanju radnika Republike Hrvatske u inozemstvo. Cilj završnog rada je prikazati uvijete i način odlaska u inozemstvo, bilo na privremeni ili stalni rad. Odabir teme je povezan s cjelokupnom problematikom gospodarstva Republike Hrvatske.
Rad je koncipiran u četiri poglavlja. U prvom, uvodnom poglavlju, iznose se teze koje će se argumentirati i objašnjavati u ovom radu. U drugom poglavlju govori se o zapošljavanju u inozemstvu i o EURES mreži javnih službi za zapošljavanje Europske unije. U trećem poglavlju govori se o izaslanim radnicima u inozemstvu, izaslanstvu u zemlje Europske Unije i Europskog gospodarskog prostora te u zemlje s kojima Republika Hrvatska je ili nije sklopila ugovor o socijalnom osiguranju. U četvrtom i posljednjem poglavlju govori se o poreznom položaju izaslanih radnika, o plaćanju doprinosa, oporezivanju plaće i materijalnim pravima izaslanih radnika bez oporezivanja.This final paper is about posted workers of the Republic of Croatia to foreign countries. The purpose of the final paper is to present the conditions and procedure of going workers abroad, either for temporary or for permanent work. Choice of the topic is related to the overall situation of the economy of the Republic of Croatia.
The paper is conceived in four chapters. In first, introductory chapter, are presented theses that will be discussed and explained in this paper. The second chapter is regarding employment abroad and EURES network of public employment services of the European Union. Third chapter deals with posted workers abroad, posting to countries of European Union and European Economic Area, and to countries with which Croatian Republic has or has not signed a social security contract. Fourth and final chapter deals with the tax status of posted workers, payment of contributions, taxation of wages and the material rights of delegated workers without tax

No full textKorozija je jedan od temeljnih čimbenika svjetske krize materijala koji uzrokuje značajne gubitke u gospodarstvu svake zemlje i zbog toga je važno biti svjestan njezine pojave i posljedica koje nosi. Čelik DX55D (Č.1212) je kvalitetni nisko ugljični čelik koji korodira pod atmosferskim utjecajem te u vodi, vodenim otopinama soli i kiselinama. Termodinamički je nepostojan u kontaktu s kisikom. Korozijska svojstva čelika u industrijskoj i vlažnoj atmosferi su različita. Kod zaštite metala ističu se katodna i površinska zaštita. Kod površinske zaštite se razlikuje postupak modificiranja i postupak prevlačenja površina. Upravo je nanošenje prevlaka najraširenija metoda zaštite metala od korozije. Metalizacija difuzijskom metodom je postupak stvaranja prevlaka zagrijavanjem površina. Boriranje je jedan od tih postupaka. Boriranje je toplinsko-kemijski i difuzijski kontrolirani postupak modificiranja površine koji se može provoditi u krutom, kapljevitom i plinovitom sredstvu. Tim se procesom mogu dobiti određena svojstva kojim srednje legirani čelici mogu zamijeniti visoko legirane. Boridne slojeve odlikuje dobra otpornost na trošenje.Corrosion is one of the fundamental factors of the global crisis of material that causes significant losses to the economy of each country and therefore it is important to be aware of its occurrence and the consequences that carries. Steel DX55D is a high quality low-carbon steel to corrode under the influence of atmospheric and in water, aqueous solutions of salts or acids. This steel is thermodynamically unstable in contact with oxygen. The corrosion properties of the steel in the industrial and humid atmosphere are different. For the protection of metal emphasize the cathode and surface protection. At the process of surface protection there is the difference between methods of modifying the surface of the coating. It is the most widely used method of coating to protect metals from corrosion. Metallization diffusion method is a method of creating a coating heating surface. Boroning is one of those procedures. Boronizing the thermal, chemical and diffusion controlled surface modification process that could be carried in a solid, liquid and gaseous medium. This process can get certain properties which medium alloy steels can replace high alloy. Boride layers are characterized by good wear resistance
Maintenance of air conditioning systems in the company Selk Kutina
No full textU završnom radu opisani su sustavi klimatizacije koji se koriste u tvornici Selk d.d. Kutina, te usvojena strategija održavanja koja se primjenjuje na ove sustave.. Pojedini klimatizacijski sustavi u Selku d.d. Kutina se održavaju preventinvo i korektivno. Provođenje aktivnosti održavanja u Selku d.d. Kutina temelji se na dobroj organizaciji održavanja, odgovarajućim stručnim kadrovima, opremi, alatima, informacijskom sustavu i tehničkoj dokomentaciji. Preventivno održavanje sustava klimatizacije se provodi u vremenskim ciklusima koji su propisani dokumentacijom proizvođača instalirane opreme, a što je i opisano u ovome radu. Za veće godišnje servise sustava klimatizacije angažira se vanjska specijalistička usluga, a uobičajeno je to servisna služba proizvođača opreme. Održavanjem opreme kroz preventivne aktivnosti i rijetke korektivne aktivnosti oprema ostaje u dobroj radnoj kondiciji, s visokom pouzdanosti, raspoloživosti i sigurnosti u radu. Ovo je izuzetno bitno sa stajališta održavanja zahtijevanih proizvodnih uvjeta u proizvodnim postrojenjima i za održavanje ugode u ostalim službenim prostorima tvrtke.In this thesis there have been shown air conditioning systems used in the company Selk d.d. Kutina, as well as the adopted maintenance strategies applying to these systems. Some of the air conditioning systems at the Selk d.d. factory are maintained correctively or preventive. Maintenance activities at Selk d.d. in Kutina are based on good maintenance organisation, competent human resources, equipment, tools, information system and technical documentation. Preventive maintenance of the air conditioning has been applied in time cycles that are noted in the official documentation of the equipment manufacturer, as mentioned in this thesis. For larger scale maintanance of the mentioned systems, specialist service is hired, and the work is usually done by the official service of the equipment manufacturer. Through preventive, and some rare corrective activities, the equipment is well maintained, kept in a good shape, highly reliable and secure. That is crutial for keeping up with very demanding manufacturing conditions in manufacturing plants and to keep other official spaces of the company comfortable

Svako poduzeće ima svoju strategiju pomoću koje se bori s konkurencijom, a projekt predstavlja „alat“ za ostvarenje te strategije. On podrazumijeva usmjereni jednokratni proces s odreĎenim vremenom početka i završetka te organizaciju njegovog izvoĎenja za izvršenje cilja. Njime je moguće stvoriti uslugu ili proizvod, a na njemu sudjeluje pojedinac, odjel ili više odjela organizacije. Ograničen je troškovima i kvalitetom. Projekt smanjuje razinu neizvjesnosti i povećava razinu predvidljivosti u promjenjivoj okolini. Uspješnost njegova izvršenja jako je povezana s uspješno realiziranim poslovanjem jer misija, ciljevi i strategija poduzeća uvelike odreĎuju misiju, ciljeve i strategiju samog projekta. Svaki projekt prolazi kroz odreĎene faze u svom ţivotnom vijeku, a tim fazama upravlja se kroz procese korištenjem raznih znanja, vještina, alata i tehnika. Tu posebnu ulogu ima projektni menadţer kao odgovorni voĎa sa svojim timom.In the work the role of project in the execution of strategy is explained in detail. Every company has its own strategy to fight the competition, and the project presents the tool to achieve that. It consists of directed one-time process with defined start time and end time, together with the organisation of its execution to achieve the goal. With it is possible to create the service or the product, and included may be a single person, sector or more organisation sectors. It is limited with the costs and the quality. The project lowers the level of uncertainty while increasing the level of certainty inside a dynamic environment. Success of its execution is tightly connected with successfuly realized business, because the mission, the goals and the strategy of the company will define the mission, the goals and the strategy of the project itself. Every project goes through some phases in its life cycle, and these phases are controlled with various knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques. Influence of corruption and other types of criminal on business in Croatia
No full textKorupcija je društveni fenomen čije negativne posljedice utječu na razvijene i ne razvijene zemlje. Ona se može shvatiti kao niz neetičnih radnji pomoću koje se postižu različite osobne koristi. Uzroke korupcije je teško prepoznati i dokazati zbog čega većina kriminalna djela nisu otkrivena. Zbog velike prisutnosti korupcije u zadnjih par godina, pokrenute su brojne akcije njenog otkrivanja u okvirima Europske Unije, Ujedinjenih naroda, a pokrenuto je i mjerenje korupcije koje vrše Svjetska banka i Transparency International. Kao jedan od preduvjeta za ulazak u Europsku Uniju jest adekvatan sustav suzbijanja korupcije te je tako Republika Hrvatska uvela Ured za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminala i mnoge druge. Sankcije za kriminalna djela rijetko kad budu provedene do kraja što dovodi do gubitka povjerenja prema državi, ali i do sprječavanja rasta i razvoja.Corruption is a social phenomenon whose negative consequences affect on developed and non-developed countries. It can be understood as a series of unethical actions by which personal benefits are achieved. The causes of corruption are difficult to identify and prove, that is why most criminal offenses have not been disclosed. Due to the large presence of corruption in the last couple of years, a number of actions have been launched in the framework of the European Union, the United Nations, and a measure of corruption committed by the World Bank and Transparency International. One of the prerequisites for joining the European Union is an adequate anti-corruption system, and the Republic of Croatia has introduced the Office for the Suppression of Corruption and Organized Crime and many others. Sanctions for criminal offenses rarely come to an end, that leads to a loss of confidence in the state, but also to the prevention of growth and development

Važno je shvatiti da CRM nije samo tehnologija, nego i segment koji banke koriste u postizanju svojih ciljeva.
U radu se obrađuju pojedini CRM sustavi i njihove prednosti i nedostaci. Razmatrat će se važnost klijenata u bankarstvu kao i sam bankarski sustav.
Svrha ovog rada je značaj upravljanja odnosa s kupcima u bankarstvu.Customer retention is the main goal of CRM. Banks are faced with numerous competition and must provide a strategy for building relationships with their clients and their own existence on the market. It is important to understand that CRM is not just technology but also a segment that banks use to achieve their goals.

No full textU radu je objašnjen princip uzgoja povrtlarskih kultura u zaštićenim prostorima, a osobito proizvodnja u plasteniku te sam pojam plastenika kao i njegove vrste. Najveća pozornost je usmjerena na opremu koja se koristi u plasteničkoj proizvodnji te održavanje iste te vrste i načini uzgoja povrća u plasteniku. Objašnjen je i pojam staklenika te sve što je potrebno za izgradnju plastenika i staklenika. Plastenik je zaštićeni prostor u kojemu se uzgajaju biljne kulture radi uzgajanja sezonskog povrća ili voća i u hladnim predjelima godine. U osnovnu opremu koja je potrebna za plasteničku proizvodnju ubrajaju se: konstrukcije za vezivanje biljaka, potporne mreže, radni stolovi, sustav za grijanje, prozračivanje i navodnjavanje, oprema za svijetlost, insekt mreže te sustav za prihranu i mnoga druga pomagala.This paper describes the principles of vegetable culture cultivation in protected areas, focusing on the cultivation in greenhouses as well as the concept and different kinds of greenhouses. The main focus is given to the equipment used in greenhouse production and preservation as well as the different ways of vegetable cultivation inside of a greenhouse. The notion of a greenhouse is explained along with everything needed to build a greenhouse. A greenhouse is a protected area in which different vegetables are grown in order to cultivate seasonal vegetables even in the colder seasons of the year. The standard equipment needed for greenhouse production includes: vegetable-linking equipment, supporting nets, work desks, the system for heating, ventilation and irrigation, lighting equipment, nets for insects, food supply system as well as many other tools
