    The role verbal and nonverbal communication in the organization

    U radu je analizirana komunikacija u organizacijama, odnosno analizirana je vaţnost verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije u organizaciji i općenito. Organizacija obuhvaća više vaţnih zadataka, kao što je npr. udruţivanje ljudi, odnosno zaposlenika kojima je glavni cilj ispuniti odreĎene zadatke. Sama organizacija ima potrebu za dobrom komunikacijom, koja se prije svega odnosi na prenošenje poruke od pošiljatelja pa sve do primatelja, te bez nje ne bi bilo moguće ostvariti ciljeve koji su prethodno spomenuti. Uspješnost organizacije ovisi o kvaliteti komunikacije. Na samu kvalitetu komunikacije utječu sami ljudi, odnosno utječu sa svojim komunikacijskim vještinama. Vrlo je vaţno da se ulaţe i radi na komunikacijskim vještinama, jer one u velikoj mjeri mogu utjecati na poslovanje, sastanke, pregovore i slične stvari. Za usavršavanje komunikacije nije potrebno nikakvo stručno znanje, već je dovoljno da svaki pojedinac krene s ulaganjem u samog sebe, te naravno rezultati će biti vidljivi vrlo brzo. U ovom radu su opisane i objasnite vrste komunikacija, odnosno verbalna i neverbalna komunikacija, te kako poboljšati komunikaciju istih, usklaĎivanje poruka verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije. Na samom kraju rada provedena anketa na temu „Vaţnost verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije u organizacijama“. Rezultati ankete će pokazati koja komunikacija je najzastupljenija u organizaciji, te da li je komunikacija ikad loše utjecala na njihov posao. Anketa je provedena anonimno u nekoliko organizacija.The paper analyzes communication in organisation and the importance of verbal and nonverbal communication in organisation generally. Organisation includes more important tasks, for example joining of the employees, who for the primary goal have to complete certan assignments. The organisation itself has a need for a good communication, which, before everything else, depends on transfering the massage from the sender to receiver without which the previously mentioned goals wouldn't be achievable. The succes of the organisation depends on the quality of communication. The quality of communication itself depends on people and their communicational skills. It is very important to invest and work on ones communicational skills, because they affect business, meetings, negotiations, and similar things in big percentage. For perfecting communication there is no profesional knowledge required, but one simply needs to start investing in him or herself. The results will be visible shortly after. This paper also revolves around the types of communication, which include verbal and nonverbal communication, it explains how to improve ones communicational skills and how to harmonize verbal and nonverbal massages one sends. On the very end there has been conducted a poll named ''Importance of verbal and nonverbal communication in organisation''. The results of the poll will show which communication is mostly used in organisation, and if communication ever affected jobs negatively. The poll is conducted anonymously in several organisations

    U radu je istraženo kako je nastao sam postupak TIG zavarivanja, način rada samog postupka, te područje primjene ovog postupka zavarivanja. Nadalje je opisan kompletan sustav koji je potreban da bi se samo zavarivanje odvijalo na onaj način na koji bi smo dobili najkvalitetniji zavar. Prije same izrade zavara potrebno je pravilno pročitati uputu za zavarivanje tako da se zavar ne bi nepravilno izveo. Prilikom izrade zavara visoko-legiranih čelika svaku smo operaciju kontrolirali tako da bi se dobila tražena kvaliteta zavara, te da bi se zadovoljili zahtjevi kupaca. Nakon zavarivanja spoja slijedi operacija toplinske obrade koja se iščitava iz upute za toplinsku obradu. Potom se zavar podvrgava propisanim ispitivanjima specifične za zavarivanu dimenziju cijevi i vrstu materijala.The paper analyzes how did the TIG welding procedure developed, the way of working itself, and area of using this type of welding. Further it has been written complete system that has been used so that welding can be done on the way that we get the best quality of the weld. Before we start welding it has been necessary that we read the welding procedure specification correctly so that the weld can be done properly. At the making of the weld of high alloyed steels we controlled each operation so that we get weld of requested quality, and also to achieve buyer demands. After welding what goes next is heat treatment operation which we can read from instruction for heat treatment. What comes next is requested testing specific for welded dimension of the tube and type of material

    Integrirana zaštita bilja je procjena i primjena mjera zaštite bilja i svih ostalih mjera kojima se sprječava razvoj štetnih organizama. Integrirana zaštita u voćarstvu podrazumijeva primjenu mehaničkih, bioloških, fizikalnih, agrotehničkih, biotehničkih i kemijskih mjera zaštite. Cilj završnog rada je opisati štetne organizme maline i mjere integrirane zaštite. Malina je voćna vrsta iz porodice ruža. Kao i druge poljoprivredne kulture izložena je djelovanju brojnih štetnih organizama. Primjenom različitih mjera moguće je prevenirati i umanjiti njihov negativan utjecaj, a primjenu kemijskih sredstava gotovo u potpunosti izostaviti.Integrated plant protection is the assessment and application of plant protection measures and all other measures to prevent the development of harmful organisms. Integrated protection in fruit growing implies the application of mechanical, biological, physical, agrotehnical and biotehnical and chemical protection measures. The aim of the final work is to describe the harmful organisms of raspberry and the measures of integrated protection. Raspberry is the fruity species from the Rose family. Like other agricultural cultures, it is exposed to the effects of numerous harmful organisms. By applying various measures it is possible to prevent and mitigate their negative impact and the application of chemical resources is almost completely omitted

    Zadatak ovoga rada je bio opisati ratarske prskalice i njihovu primjenu. U radu su opisane vrste ratarskih prskalica koje mogu biti vučene, nošene ili samohodne. Opisani su svi dijelovi ratarske prskalice, a dijelovi su sljedeći: crpka, spremnik, mješač, regulator zraka (manometar), vodovi za otopinu, pročistači, krila prskalice i mlaznice. Kardansko vratilo je neophodno za korištenje rataskih prskalica jer prenosi snagu sa radnog stroja odnosno traktora na ratarsku prskalicu. Svi dijelovi ratarske prskalice moraju biti ispravni i pregledani prije korištenja zbog ispravnog prskanja, u slučaju da neki od dijelova ratarske prskalice ne obavljaju svoju funkciju kako bi trebali, proces prskanja možda neće biti uspješan. Ratarske prskalice se priključuju na radni stroj odnosno traktor. Traktor je olakšao i ubrzao ratarske poslove i zamijenio je ljudski fizički rad. Za uspješno prskanje i korištenje ratarske prskalice bitno je imati korisnika koji je osposobljen za rad sa traktorom i za korištenje ratarske prskalice.The task of this paper was to describe sprayers and their application. In this paper are described types of garden sprayers that can be pulled, carried or self-propelled. All parts of the sprayer are described and the parts are as follows: pump, tank, mixer, air regulator (pressure gauge), solution lines, cleaners, sprayer wings and nozzles. The cardan shaft is essential for the use of sprayers because it transfers power from the machine or the tractor to the sprayer. All sprayer parts must be correct and inspected prior to use for proper spraying, if some of the sprayer parts do not perform their function so that spraying should only be effective. Ratchet sprayers are connected to a working machine or tractor. The tractor facilitated and accelerated the affairs of agriculture and replaced human physical work. For successful jumping and using a sprayer, it is important to have a user who is trained to work with the tractor and to use a sprayer

    U radu je analizirano mjerenje antikorozivne zaštite posude za zrak kod pneumatskog čekića i mjerna oprema s kojom se vršilo mjerenje. Opisan je proizvod na kojem se vršilo mjerenje sa svojim dimenzijskim podacima koji su popraćeni zahtjevima obrade same posude kao i sama nauka o mjerenju. Zadatak je bio iščitati zahtjeve kontrole i ispitati antikorozivnu zaštitu nakon ličenja posude na PT – DPM uređaju. Eksperimentalnim putem u statističkoj obradi podataka je utvrđeno standardno odstupanje između izmjerenih vrijednosti, te mjerna nesigurnost i relativna nepreciznost mjernog uređaja.The paper analyses the measurement of corrosion protection container for air at the pneumatic hammer and measuring equipment with which to measure them. Describes a product which is the metering position of its dimensions, which are accompanied by data processing requirements of the receptacle itself and the science of measurement. The task was to read control requirements and examine the corrosion protection after painting the pots on PT - DPM device. Experimentally in statistical analysis has determined the standard deviation between the measured value and measurement uncertainty and the relative imprecision of measuring device

    Suppression of harmful organisms in orchard and vineyard on family farm Živković

    U završnom radu je praćena pojava štetnih organizama na breskvi i marelici u voćnjaku te vinovoj lozi u vinogradu OPG-a Živković iz Cernika u 2017.-oj godini. Najveća problematika vinogradara i voćara je upravo pojava bolesti, štetnika i korova koji uzrokuju velike štete na njihovim kulturama te je veoma važno dobro poznavati njihovu biologiju i ekologiju, simptome i štete koje uzrokuju kao i mjere suzbijanja. Također se upoznalo s provedenim agrotehničkim zahvatima i primijenjenim mjerama suzbijanja štetnih organizama kao i programom tretiranja kemijskim pripravcima. Zahvaljujući pravovremenim i dobro provedenim mjerama zaštite, nije došlo do značajne pojave bolesti i štetnika što je uvelike pogodovalo dobrim i kvalitetnim rezultatima plodonošenja.In the final work was followed the appearance of the harmful organisms on peach and apricot in orchard and vines in the vineyard of the family farm Zivkovic from Cernik in the year 2017. The biggest problem of vinedressers and fruit growers is just the appearance of diseases, pests and weeds that cause a lot of damage to their cultures and is very important to know their biology and ecology, the symptoms and damage they cause, as well as the suppression measures. Also, it is acquainted with the implemented agricultural practices and measures of suppression applied to control harmful organisms as well as the treatment schedule preparations. Thanks to the forehand and good conservation measures, there was no significant diseases and pests that greatly favored in good and quality results fruitfulness

Motor sa unutarnjim izgaranjem postao je svakodnevnica, bilo da je riječ o prijevozu ili nekom radnom stroju, bez njega je ne zamisliv život. Kroz dugi niz godina razvoj motora sa unutarnjim izgaranjem bilježi značajan rast u tehnologiji i kvaliteti istih. U današnje doba može se reći da su toliko napredovali da su čak dovedeni do savršenstva, naravno uvijek može bolje samo je pitanje isplativosti. Ovim završnim radom opisan je princip rad motora zatim povijest motora sa unutarnjim izgaranjem, ubrizgavanje goriva u motor te same značajke odnosno prednosti i nedostaci ubrizgavanja.Nowadays it is almost impossible to imagine a family or a home without an internal combustion engine, whether it is a car, mower, tractor. An internal combustion engine has become every day, whether it is a carriage or machine, without it an unimaginable life. Over the years, the development of internal combustion engines has seen significant growth in technology and quality.     Završni rad obuhvaća teorijska objašnjenja procesa izrade prirubnice cilindra te ujedno i prikaz izrade prirubnice cilindra po svim njezinim izradbenim segmentima. Prirubnica cilindra kao takva koristi se kao dio cilindra u hidrauličnom sustavu. Kroz rad opisane su tehnike izrade te su vizualno potkrijepljene odgovarajućim slikama. Također, opisani su postupci i tehnike izrade, kao i materijali koji se koriste.The final work includes the theoretical explanation of the cylinder flange manufacturing process and also the design of cylinder flanges in all its manufacturing segments. The cylinder flange as such is used as a part of the cylinder in the hydraulic system. Throughout the work, the techniques of making are described and are visually substantiated by corresponding pictures. Also, methods and techniques of fabrication as well as the materials used are described

    Tema ovog završnog rada je uloga financijskih izvješća kod upravljanja troškovima. Glavni izvor informacija kod upravljanja troškovima daje računovodstvo. Svako trgovačko društvo je obavezno voditi poslovne knjige i sastavljati temeljna financijska izvješća – bilancu, račun dobiti i gubitka te iskaz o novčanom toku. Međunarodni računovodstveni standardi su standardi doneseni od strane Odbora za međunarodne računovodstvene standarde 1973. godine a predstavljaju dogovorena pravila o pripremanju, priznavanju i prezentaciji računovodstvenih stavki poslovnih subjekata. Međunarodni računovodstveni standardi su 2001. godine nadopunjeni Međunarodnim standardima financijskog izvještavanja (MSFI) čijim uvođenjem se teži prema jedinstvenim svjetskim računovodstvenim standardima. U okviru upravljanja troškovima kao znanosti proučavaju se metode pripreme i korištenja informacija za potrebe donošenja upravljačkih odluka u poslovnoj praksi te tako upravljanje troškovima čini dio ukupnog procesa upravljanja poslovnim uspjehom poduzeća.The theme of this final work is the role of financial statements in cost management. The main source of information on cost management is accounting. Each company is obliged to keep the financial records and to prepare the basic financial statements - the balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the statement of cash flows. International accounting standards are standards adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board in 1973 and represents the agreed rules of the preparations, recognition and presentation of accounting items of business subjects. International Accounting Standards are in 2001 supplemented by International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), whose introduction tends towards a single global accounting standards. Within cost management as a science, methods of preparing and using information for the management decision making in business practice are studied and thus cost management is part of the overall business success management process

    U radu je istraživan utjecaj parametara visokotemperaturnog karbonitriranja na otpornost adhezijskom trošenju čelika 18CrNi8. Karbonitriranje čelika provedeno je u plinskoj atmosferi na temperaturi 920 °C, a varirani su C i N potencijal tijekom procesa. Ispitivanje trošenju obavljeno je metodom disk/disk uz variranje brzine relativnog gibanja uzorak/kontra tijelo (UZ/KT) i variranje veličine sile opterećenja na ispitne uzorke. Na temelju analize rezultata gubitka mase ispitnih uzoraka konstatirano je da su postupkom visokotemperaturnog karbonitriranja 1 (VTKN-1) postignute tvrdoće oko 20 % više nego postupkom visokotemperaturnog karbinitriranja 2 (VTKN-2). Iz rezultata ispitivanja otpornosti trošenju pri adhezijskom trošenju metodom disk/disk, uzorak (UZ) čelika 18CrNi8, kontra tijelo (KT) 42CrMo4, oba visokotemperaturno karbonitrirana, može se uočiti da uzorci obrađeni u uvjetima visokotemperaturnog karbonitriranja (VTKN-1) imaju manji gubitak mase u odnosu na uzorke obrađene postupkom visokotemperaturnog karbonitriranja 2 (VTKN-2). Utjecaj veličine opterećenja (sile) uzorak/kontra tijelo (UZ/KT) je naročito izražen pri većim brzina relativnog gibanja.In this paper the influence of high temperature carbonitriding parameters on the adhesion wear resistance of steel 18CrNi8 was investigated. Carbonitriding of steel 18CrNi8 was performed in the gas atmosphere at a temperature of 920 °C, and potentials of C and N during process are varied. Testing of adhesion wear was performed with method disc/disc by varying the speed of relative motion of sample/counter body and varying the size of force load on the test samples. Based on the analysis results of the mass loss of test samples it was concluded that by the process of high temperature carbonitriding 1 are achieved hardness about 20 % more than by the process of high temperature carbonitriding 2. From the results of resistance test to the adhesion wear by method disc/disc, sample of steel 18CrNi8, counter body of steel 42CrMo4, both high temperature carbonitriding, it can be seen that the samples processed under conditions of high temperature carbonitriding 1 have a lower mass loss relative to the samples processed under conditions of high temperature carbonitriding 2. The influence of size load (force) sample/counter body is particulary pronounced at the higher speed of relative motion
