    Human resource management strategy in the example of Kaufland K. D.

    U radu je obrađena tema upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima i to na primjeru Kaufland k.d. Na početku rada u samome uvodu opisano je što su to ljudski potencijali, te kolika je njihova važnost za svaku organizaciju. U drugome dijelu rad se bavi strategijom upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u poslovnim organizacijama, upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima kao temelj za ostvarivanje i zadržavanje konkurentske prednosti. Detaljno su opisani elementi upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima, te stres i utjecaj stresa na radnu sposobnost zaposlenika. Nadalje jedno cijelo pod poglavlje ovoga rada bazira se na istraživanju talent i njihove važnosti, odnosno načina njihova prikupljanja i zadržavanja. Zadatkom je trebalo analizirati strategiju upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima u organizacija Kaufland k.d.. Provedena je teorijsku analizu u suradnji s odjelom za ljudske resurse Kaufland k.d., te postavljeno zaključno mišljenje o njihovome radu i trudu, posebno u odjelu za ljudske potencijale.. Teorijska je analiza pokazala da je Kaufland k.d. izvrstan primjer kvalitetnog upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima i talentima za što su i dobitnici nagrade „Poslodavac Partner“ i to već tri godine zaredom. Rezultati analize podataka prikupljenih anketnim istraživanjem ukazuju da bi sve organizacije trebale kopirati njihov način rada, te da im mogu biti primjer u načinu upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima.The paper deals with the topic of human resources management, for example Kufland k.d. At the beginning of the work it describes what human resources are, and what their importance is for each organization. The second paper deals with the human resources management strategy in business organizations, human resource management as the basis for achieving and retaining competitive advantage. The elements of human resources management are described in detail, as well as the stress and impact of stress on employee's work ability. Furthermore, one entire chapter of this paper is based on the research of talent and their importance and how they are collected and retained. The task was to analyze the human resources management strategy in the Kaufland organization. Theoretical analysis was carried out in co-operation with the Kaufland k.d. human resources department and a concluding opinion on their work and efforts was made, especially in the Human Resources Department. Theoretical analysis showed that Kaufland k.d. an excellent example of quality management of human resources and talents for the winners of the "Employer Partner" award for three years in a row. The results of the analysis indicate that all organizations should copy their mode of operation and that they can be an example in human resource management

    Radom se prikazuje jedan od najvećih projekata u povijesti čovječanstva. Kina je zemlja koja teži razvitku, pronalazi načine za širenje i pokazuje svijetu koliko je moćna. Rad kreće s osnovama, Kina kao zemlja, njeno gospodarstvo, u kakvom se gospodarskom stanju nalazi 2018./2019. Otkrivaju se njena prva ulaganja, ulaganja kroz države svijeta na raznim kontinentima, od Azije, Europe, Afrike do Amerike. Republika Hrvatska u sebi nosi snažan potencijal koji je privukao Narodnu Republiku Kinu te je u istu investirano mnoštvo, a još više tek dolazi. No, uza sve to bitan je i stav građana Republike Hrvatske prema Kineskim ulaganjima u vlastitu zemlju. Projekt nazvan „Jedan pojas, jedan put“ ili „Put svile“ brzo se širi kopnenom i morskom rutom, gdje, kako i kada odgovori su u ovom radu.This graduate work presents one of the greatest projects in the history of humanity. China is a country that strives for development, finding way to expand, and shows the world how powerfult it is. This graduate work starts with basics, China as a country, its economy, in what economic situation China is in 2018/2019. Discovering their first investments through countries of the world on different continents, from Asia, Europe, Africa to America. Croatia has a big potential that attracted PR China. China invested in Croatia, but there is more to come in future. However, the attitude of Croatian citizens towards Chinese investments in Croatia are also important.     U ovom završnom radu detaljno je opisan intervju kao najvažnija konvencionalna metoda profesionalne selekcije kandidata. Uz pomoć intervjua procjenjuju se brojne osobne kvalitete kandidata koje se ne mogu utvrđivati drugim selekcijskim metodama jer je intervju interaktivni proces. Upravo iz tog razloga prate ga brojni problemi vezani uz ponašanje voditelja i kandidata.In this final paper, the interview is described in detail as the most important conventional method of professional selection of candidates. The interview evaluate a number of personal qualities of candidates that cannot be determined by other selection methods because the interview is an interactive process. It is for this reason that interview is accompanied by numerous problems related to the conduct of leaders and candidates

    Motivacija je glavni pokretač svakoga od nas. Svi smo mi i različiti, tako da nas motiviraju odnosno pokreću različite želje i potrebe. Kroz sam rad možemo vidjeti neke praktične primjere primjene nekih teorija motivacije u radnom okruženju. Same teorije motivacije potvrđene i ne potvrđene također su opisane u ovome radu, tako da su određene teorije poput teorije hijerarhije potreba, X i Y teorije, dvofaktorska teorija zauzele svoje mjesto u ovome radu. Opisane su i suvremene teorije koje se i danas primjenjuju i koje pokazuju shvaćanje važnosti motiviranog radnika. Također je istraženo zadovoljstvo radnika, samo istraživanje pojma motivacije u Republici Hrvatskoj kao i primjer beneficija koje poslodavac daje zaposlenicima. Gledajući rad u cjelini možemo shvatiti razvoj shvaćanja statusa radnika i njegovu važnost u organizacijama kao i poveznicu zadovoljan radnik – bolja učinkovitost.Motivation is our main driver. We are all different, so we are all motivated and driven by different wishes and needs. Through the paper we will see some practical examples of applying some motivation theories in the work environment. The same theories of motivation, confirmed and not confirmed are also described in this paper, so certain theories such as hierarchy of needs theory, X and Y theory, two factor theory of motivation occupy their place in this paper. Contemporary theories that are being applied today are also described and they demonstrate the importance of a motivated worker. Workers' satisfaction was explored, also the notion of motivation in the Republic of Croatia as well as an example of benefits that the employer gives employees. Looking at the paper as a whole, one can understand the development of the understanding worker importance in organizations as well as the link between a satisfied worker - better performance

    U teorijskom dijelu rada sažeto je opisana proizvodnja aluminija i njegovih legura. Navedena su njihova svojstva, način označavanja i primjena u raznim granama industrije. Za toplinski obradive i toplinski neobradive aluminijske legure za lijevanje naveden je kemijski sastav, svojstva i karakteristike te primjeri primjene. U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazan je tehnološki proces izrade vilice spojke. Kratko su opisane pojedine faze i postupci izrade.In the theoretical part of the work, the production of aluminium and its alloys are briefly described. Their properties, marking and application in various industries are listed. For heattreatable and heat-untreatable aluminium casting alloys, the chemical composition, properties, characteristics and examples of application, are given. In the practical part of the paper, the technological process of clutch fork production is presented. The individual stages and the manufacturing processes are briefly described

    Kontrola kvalitete postala je vrlo važan dio proizvodnih procesa. Razvojem proizvoda povećala se i njihova kompleksnost. Svaki proizvod mora, u prvom redu, biti sposoban obavljati one funkcije za koje je i konstruiran, no razvojem proizvoda povećala se i njihova kompleksnost. Nagli razvoj domaće industrije, pojave konkurencije i potreba izvoza doveli su do strogih zahtjeva u pogledu kvalitete proizvoda. Stoga se zadnjih godina razvijaju mnoge metode za trokoordinatno mjerenje u kontroli kvalitete. U ovom radu napravljena je praktična usporedba taktilnog mjerenja trokoordinatnim mjernim uređajem s ručnim i poluautomatskim metodama mjerenja. Za mjerenje je korištena prirubnica kao ispitni uzorak. Mjerenje je provođeno na uređaju DEA Global Silver iz Global Performance serije u mjernom laboratoriju tvrtke Experio d. o. o.Quality control has become a very important part in the production processes. Product development has also increased the product complexity. Each product, first and foremost, has to be able to perform the functions it was designed for, but product development has also increased the product complexity. The rapid development of the domestic industry, the emergence of new competitors and the purpose of exports have led to strict requirements in terms of product quality. Therefore, a number of methods for coordinate measuring quality control have been developed in recent years. This paper shows practical comparison of tactile measurement with coordinate measuring device with manual and semi-automatic methods for the measurement. Flange was used as a test sample for measuring. The measurement was conducted on the DEA GLOBAL device (Silver Performance series) in the measurement laboratory located in Experio Ltd

    U radu su analizirane osnovne postojeće izvedbe cijevnih oslonaca, konstrukcija na kojoj se nalaze nosači i osnovni pojmovi vezani za cjevovod i cijevi. 3D modelom ću prikazati primjer jednog od navedenih nosača i uz pomoć zavarenog i vijčanog spoja proračunati nastala naprezanja u spoju. Nastalim naprezanjima pridonosi težina cijevi, montažni dijelovi, fluid u cijevi i izolacija cijevi. Cijevni oslonac je element koji prenosi sva opterećenja, udare i vibracije sa cijevi na nosivu konstrukciju na koju je oslonac spojen. Četiri glavne funkcije koje oslonac mora ispunjavati su [1]: • učvršćivanje cijevi, • prigušivanje udara, • vođenje opterećenja i • podupiranje naznačenog opterećenja.This paper analyzes the basic existing versions of the pipe supports, the structure on which the supports and the basic concepts related to the pipeline and pipes are located. In the 3D model, I will show an example of one of these supports and calculate the stresses in the joint with the help of a welded and screwed joint. The resulting stresses are contributed by the weight of the pipe, the mounting parts, the fluid in the pipe and the pipe insulation. A pipe support is an element that transfers all loads, shocks and vibrations from the pipe to the supporting structure to which the support is connected. The four main functions that a support must fulfill are [1]: • pipe fixing, • shock absorption, • load management and • supporting the indicated load

    Hard soldering of band saws

    U radu je općenito opisan postupak tvrdog lemljenja tračnih pila. S obzirom da je kemijski sastav svih tračnih pila vrlo sličan ovdje se govori o tvrdom lemljenju tračnih pila za drvo koje su ujedno i najrasprostranjenije. Tračne pila za rezanje stiropora, spužve, metala i tračnih pila za rezanje zamrznutog mesa i kostiju u prehrambenoj industriji nisu obuhvaćene ovim radom. U teorijskom dijelu opisani su osnovni pojmovi o tvrdom lemljenju, izvoru energije za tvrdo lemljenje, općenito o tračnim pilama i geometriji rezne oštrice (zuba), te zaključak. U praktičnom dijelu završnog rada (poglavlje 5 i 6) opisan je vlastoručno izrađeni uređaj i demonstracija postupka tvrdog lemljenja tračne pile za drvo uz korištenje mesinga kao dodatnog materijala i boraksa kao talila. Svi uzorci pila koji se tvrdo leme ručno su obrušeni na optimalnu širinu prijeklopa koja iznosi 3 do 4 debljine pile koristeći brusni alat sa nedefiniranom geometrijom oštrice koristeći obodno brusno kolo i lamelarni plošni brus izrađen od aluminijevog oksida. Uzorci pila su različitih širina od 20 do 45 mm koje se koriste u drvoprerađivačkoj industriji za rezanje ogrijevnog drveta i mobilne mini pilane koje se montiraju u šumi i služe za piljenje trupaca i proizvodnju drvnih poluproizvoda (gredice, štafle, fosne i daske). Kao dodatni materijal korišten je mesingani lim oznake L-CuZn40 EN 1044, i otopina soli DIN 8511. Prilikom izrade uređaja za tvrdo lemljenje korišteni su podaci poznati od ranije, a kvaliteta zalemljenog spoja najviše ovisi o vještini i iskustvu poslužitelja stroja kojim se lemi.This thesis will be dealing with band saw hard soldering procedure. Considering similarity in chemical composure in all types of saws, hard soldering of wood-cutting saws (most common ones) is what thesis will mostly be talking about. Metal-cutting, as well as styrofoam, sponge, meat and bone-cutting saws are not included. Theoretical part of this thesis will be dealing with general terms about hard soldering, its energy sources, band saws in general and their cutting blade geometry, and a conclusion will also be provided. Practical part (Chapters 5&6) describes a single-handedly made device. And a demonstration of hard soldering procedure of band saw using brass (as an added material) and borax (acting like flux) is described as well. All hard soldered saw samples were machinegrinded on their optimal overlap width (3 to 4 saw widths). For this feature, a grinding tool with undefined cutting blade geometry, peripheral grinding wheel and a lamellar surface grinder made of aluminum oxide were used. Saw samples are 20-45 mm wide and are mostly used in wood processing industry, for cutting firewood and in small sawmills which are assembled in the woods and are used for cutting logs and making of baulks, boards etc. As an extra material, a brass sheet metal (L-CuZn40 EN 1044) and a salty solution (DIN 8511) were used. During the making of this device, data known from before were used, and the soldered joint quality is mostly dependent of operator's experience and skills

Mobilno i internet bankarstvo usluge su banke koje korisnicima pružaju izravno i osobno obavljanje i pregled stanja i transakcija putem interneta bez obzira gdje se korisnik nalazio. Bankarstvo se razvijalo u skladu s tehnologijom, a banke ako žele biti konkurentne moraju kontinuirano pratiti razvoj i svojim korisnicima pružati sigurnu i jednostavnu uslugu mobilnog i internet bankarstva bilo kada i bilo gdje. U radu je prikazana i usporedba cijena i usluga mobilnog i internet bankarstva u tri banke: Privredna banka Zagreb, Hrvatska poštanska banka i Splitska banka.The subject of this research is mobile and internet banking. Mobile and internet banking are bank provided services that enable users direct and personal overview of account and financial transactions through the internet no matter where the user might be. Banking has developed in line with technology, and banks that wish to be competetive have to keep track of the development and provide their customers with a secure and easy mobile and internet banking service anytime, anywhere. This research also presents a comparison of prices and mobile and internet banking services of three banks: Privredna banka Zagreb, Hrvatska poštanska banka and Zagrebačka banka

    U radu je analizirana fleksibilnost tržišta rada unutar Europske unije. Tržištem rada upravljaju sile ponude i potražnje za radom. Takvo tržište uključuje radnike koji su u potrazi za poslom, njihovo zapošljavanje, radnike koji su zaposleni, zadovoljni ili su u potrazi za novim poslom, konkurentnost, uvijete rada i slično. Na tržištu rada trguje se znanjem, vještinama i iskustvom radnika, s druge strane visinom plaće, radnim vremenom i što povoljnijim uvjetima rada. Tržište rada kao i sva druga tržišta obilježava velika konkurencija, najbolji proizvod bit će najskuplji i za njim je najveća potražnja. Cilj tržišta rada Europske unije je što veća fleksibilnost, sloboda kretanja radnika i socijalna sigurnost za sve. U cilju postizanja veće zaposlenosti, veće socijalne sigurnosti, boljeg obrazovanja provode se mjere koje imaju za cilj stvoriti fleksibilna i sigurna tržišta rada. Sloboda kretanja radnika jedna je od četiri temeljene slobode koje čine zajedničko Europsko tržište. Ulaskom Republike Hrvatske u Europsku uniju za građane Hrvatske otvorile su se granice slobodnog kretanja i zaposlenja unutar svih zemalja članica. Hrvatska se suočava s velikim valom migracija i iseljavanjem stanovništva.The paper analyzes the labor market flexibility within the European Union. The labor market manages the supply and demand forces for work. Such a market includes workers who are looking for a job, their employment, workers who are employed, are satisfied or are looking for new jobs, competitiveness, work conditions and the like. On the labor market, it is traded with the knowledge, skills and experience of workers, on the other hand, by the amount of pay, working time and the more favorable working conditions. The labor market and all other markets are characterized by high competition, the best product will be the most expensive and the biggest demand for it. The European Union's labor market goal is to provide greater flexibility, freedom of movement for workers and social security for all. In order to achieve greater employment, greater social security, better education are implemented measures aimed at creating a flexible and secure labor market. Freedom of movement for workers is one of the four foundations of freedom that make up the common European market. With the entry of the Republic of Croatia into the European Union for the citizens of Croatia, the borders of free movement and employment have been opened within all the member states. Croatia is facing a huge wave of migration and emigration of the population
