    Monitoring the basic production (Ocimum basilicum L.) in the SŠ Matija Antun Reljković

    U ovom radu su opisani uvjeti proizvodnje i uzgoja bosiljka (agroekološki uvjeti, sjetva i berba, vrste supstrata ...). Bosiljak je biljka koja ima višenamjensku ulogu, može se koristiti kao začinska i aromatična biljka u kulinarstvu, a također se koristi i za ljekovite svrhe. Pokus je postavljen sjetvom bosiljka u dva supstrata sa svrhom uzgoja presadnica. Nakon 69 dana mjereni su sljedeći parametri duljina nadzemnog i korijenskog dijela presadnica te masa presadnica. Cilj rada je bio ustanoviti u kojem supstratu su odgojene presadnice boljih karakteristika. Nije ustanovljena značajna razlika između ispitivanih susptrata u pogledu kvalitete uzgojenih presadnica te se može zaključiti da su oba jednako kvalitetna.In this work, basil cultivation condditions are described (agro- ecologial conditions, sowing and harvesting, types of substrates...). Basil is a plant which is used in many different areas. It can not only be used aas a herb or aromatic plant for culinary purposes, but also for medicinal ones. The experiment was initiated by sowing basil and using two different substrates whit the goal of culitiviating seedllings. After 69 days, the next parameters, which are the length of over- ground and root parts of the seedlings, as well as the mass, were measured. The goal was to find out which substrate causes better quality of the seedlings. There was no significant difference between the inspected substrates cooncerning the seedling quality; consequently, it can be concluded the both of them are of the same quality

    U uvodu je kratko opisan povijesni razvoj fotonaponskog modula, fotoelektrični efekt i komponente fotonaponskog sustava. Glavni dio rada odnosi se na eksperimentalna ispitivanja na fotonaponskom modulu kako bi se definirao utjecaj pojedinih faktora (kao što su vrsta osvjetljenja, kut postavljanja modula) na učinkovitost fotonaponskog modula te na osnovi eksperimentalnih ispitivanja utvrditi razliku između nazivnih i stvarnih karakteristika fotonaponskog modula.The final paper analyzes the historical development of the photovoltaic module, photoelectric effect, the photoelectric system components. The main part of the paper refers to experimental tests on the photovoltaic modules to determine the influence of individual factors (such as inclination, illumination, direction...) on efficiency of photovoltaic module and on the basis of experimental tests determine the difference between the default and real characteristic of photovoltaic module

    U radu je analizirana pojava digitalizacije kao novi oblik modernog doba i rada u organizacija, odnosno pojam budućnosti i budućeg načina poslovanja i međusobnog komuniciranja zaposlenika iz različitih sektora i organizacija svezi različitih tržišnih, poslovnih i privatnih potreba. U ovom radu istražuju se područja digitalnog doba, postanak, razvitak ali najveće prednosti i nedostatke. Svakako nije bilo ni za očekivati da će stari način rada funkcionirati vječno s obzirom da se tehnologija razvija brzinom svijetlosti, stoga je bilo i za očekivati ovakav razvoj događaja, odnosno pojavu nove moderne vizije koja se razvija u realnost te je zaživjela u sadašnjosti kao poslovna tehnika rada u cijelom svijetu.The paper analyzes the emergence of digitalization as a new form of modern age and work in organizations, that is, the notion of the future and future mode of business and communication of employees from different sectors and organizations regarding different market, business and private needs. In this master's work, I will explore the areas of the digital age, its origins, development, and its greatest strengths and weaknesses. We certainly did not expect that the old way of working would work forever, since technology is evolving at the speed of light, so we could expect this kind of development, in the emergence of a new modern vision that is evolving into reality and has come to life in the present as a business technique all over the world

    Ovim radom se u nekom kraćem obujmu pokušalo opisati i dočarati ulogu Apple-a u modernom računalnom dobu kao i razvoj novih proizvoda upravo na njihovom primjeru. Apple se kao računalna kompanija nije bazirao na razvoju samo računala iako im je to bio prvi uređaj s kojim su izašli na tržište. Razvoj njihovih uređaja kao i same kompanije Apple je jako opširan pa se kroz neke od najupečatljivijih proizvoda ove računalne kompanije pokušalo dočarati vremensku crtu razvoja. Apple se nakon svog prvog računala uspješno okušao i na poljima mobilnih telefona, uređaja za reprodukciju glazbe, tableta i pametnih satova. Rad je koncipiran u nekoliko cjelina. U uvodu je napisana točna tema rada kao i neke općenitosti o samoj kompaniji Apple. U drugoj cjelini je opisan put od ideje do razvoja gotovog novog proizvoda kao i važnost razvoja novih proizvoda za svaku kompaniju. Treća cjelina govori o važnosti inovacija. Opisane su faze inovacijskog procesa i navedeni zanimljivi primjeri inovacija u Hrvatskoj. U četvrtoj cjelini su sve faze prethodno spomenute u radu prikazane na konkretnom primjeru kompanije Apple. Rad završava petom cjelinom, odnosno zaključkom gdje se nalazi osvrt na cijeli rad kao i moje osobno mišljenje o Apple-u kao kompaniji te njihovim proizvodima.This paper attempts to describe and exemplify Apple's role in the modern computer age, as well as the development of new products, using their example. Apple, as a computer company, was not based solely on the development of computers, although it was their first device to market. The development of their devices as well as that of Apple itself is very extensive, so some of the most impressive products of this computer company have been tried to conjure up a development timeline. After its first computer, Apple has also been successful in the fields of mobile phones, music players, tablets and smartwatches. The paper is conceptualized in several parts. The introduction describes the exact topic of the paper as well as some generalities about Apple itself. The second part describes the path from the idea to the development of the finished new product as well as the importance of developing new products for each company. The third whole is about the importance of innovation. The stages of the innovation process are described and interesting examples of innovations in Croatia are given. In the fourth whole, all the phases previously mentioned in the paper are exemplified by Apple. The paper ends with a fifth unit, that is, a summary of the whole work, as well as my personal opinion on Apple as a company and their products

    Komunikacija je složen i dinamičan proces koji se u poslovnom svijetu koristi za promicanje proizvoda i usluga, te kako bi se unaprijedila organizacija i poboljšalo poslovanje. Dijeli se na verbalnu i neverbalnu komunikaciju, a svaka od njih ima svoje prednosti i nedostatke. Postoje mnoge prepreke u dobroj komunikaciji, a time i određena pravila koja valja poštivati. Često se stvaraju konflikti u komunikaciji. Uzroci mogu biti razni, a tako i tehnike za rješavanje konflikata. Tehnika i način rješavanja konflikta će u konačnici pokazati sve pozitivne i negativne aspekte nastalog konflikta u organizaciji. Suočavanje sa problemima će između ostalog dovesti do rasta kreativnosti i inovacija, dok će nefunkcionalno rješavanje konflikta stvoriti nezadovoljstvo, smanjenu produktivnost i na kraju povećanje troškova.Communication is a complex and dynamic process used in the business world to promote products and services, and also to enhance the organization and improve the business. It is divided into verbal and non-verbal communication and each has its advantages and disadvantages. There are many obstacles in a good communication and thus a certain rules to be followed. Often conflicts are created in the organization. The causes can be quite diverse and so can the techniques for conflict resolution. The technique and method of conflict resolution will ultimately demonstrate all the positive and negative aspects of the resulting conflict in the organization. Confronting with problems will lead, among other things, to the growth of creativity and innovation while dysfunctional conflict resolution will create reduced productivity and ultimately an increase in costs

    Danas je opće poznata činjenica da je najgledaniji dio sporta a to je vrhunski sport postao zapravo vrhunski biznis na svim razinama. Da bi se sport, pa tako i klubovi, razvijali neophodno je postalo da se tržišno ponašaju i razmišljaju. Što je viša razina kvalitete natjecanja veća je i konkurencija na tržištu. Klubovi moraju pronaći načina kako da se pozicioniraju na tržištu i prodaju svoj proizvod potrošačima jer na taj način osiguravaju razvoj i budućnost. Rješenje su pronašli u stvaranju marke koja će od sporta napraviti biznis. S vremenom je marka postala poznatija od sporta. U središtu je potrošač i isporuka vrijednosti koja će zadovoljiti njegove želje i potrebe i pri tome nadmašiti njegova očekivanja. U radu je opisana i istaknuta važnost korištenja elemenata marketinga i neophodna potreba znanja za pozicioniranje sportskih klubova općenito a u ovo slučaju košarkaških prema potencijalnim potrošačima za ostvarivanje željenih poslovnih ali i sportskih učinaka i rezultata. Cilj rada je objasniti pojam „sportska marka“ i analizirati ga na primjeru povezanosti košarkaških klubova i njihovih postignutih rezultata. Jedan od najboljih primjera sportske marke je prikazan na košarkaškom klubu NBA lige Chicago Bullsa na temelju kojeg se dokazuje da za vrhunski sportski proizvod i marketing nije nužno imati samo proizvod već je potrebno s vremenom steći emocionalnu privrženost korisnika s klubom kako bi se stvorila lojalnost i pripadnost za sportom, odnosno stvaranje emocionalnih veza.It is commonly known that top sport is one of the most watched sports and it’s mostly business on all levels. If sport and clubs want to develop they need to behave and think like they are part of a market. The higher the competition is the better market competition is. Clubs need to find their positioning on the market and they need to find a way to sell their product to the consumer. On that way they secure further development and future. They found a solution in creating a brand that will create business from sport. Sports marketing is a process that includes planning, positioning, brand positioning, delivery of its products and services so connections can be established between sports brand and the consumer. Understanding of marketing in the general sense, it is important to point out that sports marketing overcomes promotions, advertising and personal sale. Consumer and delivery is in the middle of everything, which need to satisfy his wishes and needs, and outperform his expectations. In its work, the importance of marketing elements and knowledge of clubs positioning on the market would be emphasized, in this case basketball clubs towards potential consumers so they could achieve desired business plan as well as sports results. One of the best examples of sports brands is shown at the Chicago Bulls NBA Basketball Club, which it's proved that for the top sports product and marketing are not necessarily just a product, also it takes the time of emotional attachment of the user to the club to create loyalty and affiliation to the sport or to create emotional bonds

    Zadatak ovog rada je opisati primjenu automatskog postupka zavarivanja u izradi velikih cilindričnih spremnika volumena 20 000 m3. U ovom završnom radu opisan je cilindrični spremnik i način njegove izgradnje. Navedeni su tehnički podaci o spremniku, glavni dijelovi, uvjeti eksploatacije, temperatura, medij za izradu spremnika te zahtjevi za kvalitetu spremnika. Detaljno su prikazani proizvodni postupci zavarivanja zastupljeni prilikom izrade posude pod tlakom, osnovni i dodatni materijali koji se koriste. Također će biti predstavljeni detalji s prakse kod izrade cilindričnog spremnika velikog volumena.The task of this paper is to describe the application of the automatic welding process in the production of large cylindrical tanks of 20 000 m3. In this final work, a cylindrical container and its construction are described. The technical data on the container, main parts, exploitation conditions, temperature, container storage media, and tank quality requirements are listed. Detailed description of the welding processes involved in the manufacture of pressurized containers, basic and additional materials used. Practical details will also be presented when designing a cylindrical large volumetric tank

    U početku ovog rada opisani su polimerni materijali, njihova podjela, karakteristike kao i područje njihove primjene. Nakon toga opisani su postupci dobivanja poli(vinil-klorida), svojstva i dodatci koji se dodaju kako bi poboljšali svojstva. Vrhunac završnog rada se odnosi na najrašireniji postupak praoblikovanja polimernih materijala, ekstrudiranje. Taj postupak detaljno je opisan, kao i dijelovi ekstrudera i linija ekstrudiranja. Nakon toga, slijedi opis postupka zavarivanja PVC profila.This paper describes the polymer materials, their distribution, their characteristics and the scope of their application. After that, methods of obtaining poly(vinyl chloride), properties and which additives are added to enhance properties, are described. The most important part of the paper is related to the most widespread polymerization process, extrusion. This procedure is described in detail, as well as parts of the construction and extrusion lines. After that there is a description of the welding procedure of the PVC profile
