Analysis of the number of sports consumer and the value of football clubs
No full textPostupak procjene vrijednosti nogometnih klubova karakterizira izuzetna zahtjevnost,
kompleksnost te stručnost procjenitelja i to ne samo u području financija, već i u području
nogometa, odnosno nogometnog tržišta i pratećih trendova. Činjenica je kako se nogomet, koji je
nekada slovio kao jedan od sportova i hobija namijenih zabavi, pretvorio u određeni sportski
biznis, u kojem nogometni klubovi slove kao sportska poduzeća koja imaju specifičan način i cilj
poslovanja, te koja prije svega uvjetuju i nastanak, ali i ponašanje sportskih potrošača. Problem
ovoga rada je bio definiran na način da klubovi koji imaju najveće vrijednosti momčadi imaju i
najveći broj potrošača. Cilj rada je bio utvrditi povezanost vrijednosti nogometnih klubova i broja
sportskih potrošača na primjeru nogometnih klubova 4 najjače europske nogometne liga od
ukupno 5 (Engleska, Francuska, Španjolska i Njemačka) i njihova natjecateljska sezona 2018/19,
gdje je promatrana vrijednost nogometnih klubova koja je definirana za ovaj rad kao vrijednost
nogometne momčadi. Na promatranom uzorku u ovom radu može se zaključiti da postoji značajna
povezanost broja sportskih potrošača i vrijednosti momčadi ali da ima i ostalog utjecaja na
vrijednost momčadi osim rezultata.The process of evaluating the value of football clubs is marked by exceptional
complexity, expertise and complexity of the valuers, not only in the field of finance but also in the
field of football. Furthermore, it is also applicable to the football market and the accompanying
trends. The fact is, football was once known as the sport and hobby, mainly used for entertainment.
However, football has turned into a sports business, in which football clubs are mostly known as
sports companies that have a specific way and purpose of doing business. They also primarily
condition the emergence and behavior of sports customers. The problem with this paper was
defined in such a way that the clubs with the highest team values have the highest number of consumers. The aim of this paper was to determine the correlation between the value of football
clubs and the number of sports consumers, based on the example of football clubs competing in
the 4 strongest European football leagues out of 5 of those(England, France, Spain and Germany).
This paper will take into account their competitive 2018/2019 season where the value of football
clubs was observed where the value of a football team will be the main emphasis. From the
observed sample in this paper, we can conclude that there is a significant correlation between the
number of sports consumers and the value of a certain team. However, results are not the only
thing that influence value of a certain football team

U integriranoj zaštiti primjenjuju se preventivne, mehaničke, fizikalne, biološke i biotehničke mjere. Kemijske mjere zaštite primjenjuju se ako prethodnim mjerama nije smanjena opasnost od gospodarske štete.
Cilj završnog rada je opisati najznačajnije štetne organizme graha i načine njihovog suzbijanja u integriranoj poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji.Integrated plant production is a production method in which the advantage is given by environmentally and toxicologically acceptable protection measures. The aim is to protect the health of humans, animals and the environment while preserving natural resources. In integrated protection, preventive, mechanical, physical, biological and biotechnical measures are applied. Chemical protection measures apply if the prior measures do not reduce the risk of economic damage. The aim of the final work is to describe the most significant harmful organisms of bean and ways of their suppression in integrated agricultural production

No full textPojam ekološka poljoprivredna proizvodnja podrazumijeva specifični sustav održivog gospodarenja u poljoprivredi kojem je glavni cilj proizvodnja kvalitetne i zdrave hrane pazeći pritom na očuvanje prirodnih resursa i ekosustava. Poljoprivredna proizvodnja u Republici Hrvatskoj razvija se tek u novom tisućljeću, a osobito posljednjih nekoliko godina bilježi stalni porast ukupnih poljoprivrednih površina pod ekološkim nasadima. Podizanje sve većeg broja ekoloških nasada odvijalo se paralelno s porastom razine osviještenosti o hrani koju unosimo u svoj organizam te o načinu na koji uzgoj te hrane utječe na prirodu i okoliš. Cilj ovog rada je ukratko prikazati presjek razvoja ekološke poljoprivrede u Republici Hrvatskoj s naglaskom na kontinentalni dio, konkretno Brodsko-posavsku županiju, uz osvrt na zakonsku regulativu i certificiranje ekološkog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva i proizvoda, izazove ekološke poljoprivrede i analizu trenutnog stanja dostupnog ekološkog voća na tržištu u Brodsko-posavskoj županiji.The term organic agricultural production implies a specific system of sustainable management in agriculture, the main objective of which is the production of high standard and healthy food and at the same time preserving our natural resources and ecosystems. In the new millennium, especially in recent years, agricultural production in the Republic of Croatia marks a continuous increase of organic crops in total agricultural acreages. The number of organic plantations had arisen comparatively with the increase in the level of awareness about the food we consume and the ways in which the cultivation of these foods affects nature and the environment. The aim of this paper is to obtain a brief description of the historical development of organic agriculture in the Republic of Croatia, with an emphasis on the continental part of the country, in particular Brod-Posavina County, with reference to the legislation and certification of organic farming and products, challenges in organic agriculture production and analysis of the current state of available organic fruit on the market in Brod-Posavina County
The influence of moisture in wood chips on the operation of cogeneration plant
No full textU ovom radu je analizirano kogeneracijsko postrojenje Elektrana Grubišno Polje te utjecaj vlage u drvnoj sječki na rad ovog postrojenja. Obrađeni su postupci kontrole i analize vlage koji se provode. Opisana je i objašnjena oprema kojom se provode analize i mjerenja.
Povećanjem udjela vlage u drvnoj sječki smanjuje se njena ogrjevna vrijednost što vodi povećanju potrošnje drvene sječke radi održavanja konstantne snage. Pri povećanoj vlazi dolazi do nepotpunog izgaranja i povećanja količine ugljikovog monoksida u ispušnim plinovima.The paper analyzes cogeneration plant Elektrana Grubišno Polje and the influence of moisture in wood chips on the operation of this plant. Moisture control and analysis procedures that are carried out are processed and explained. The equipment used to perform analysis and measurements is described and explained.
With the increase of moisture content of the wood chips, its heat of combustion is lower. That leads to an increase in the consumption of wood chips to retain constant power. At increased moisture levels, fuel combustion is incomplete and the amount of carbon monoxide in exhaust gases is increased
Mechanisation management in corn and horsebean production
No full textU radu je prikazana poljoprivredna mehanizacija potrebna za uzgoj kukuruza i stočnoga boba. Mehanizacija je osnovni preduvjet bavljenja poljoprivredom. Primjenom stručnih postupaka i uporabom odgovarajuće mehanizacije olakšavamo si ratarsku proizvodnju kukuruza i stočnog boba. Opisana je primjena mehanizacije u radnom procesu od pripreme tla, sjetve, njege, zaštite do žetve uroda. Pravilnom primjenom mehanizacije u agrotehničkim uvjetima ostvaruju se kvalitetni i prinosni urodi. Kod sjetve stočnog boba najvažnije je da se sjeme jednoliko rasporedi po površini i da se sjeme položi na određenu dubinu. Kod sjetve kukuruza jako je bitan raspored sjemena po površini jer na taj način biljci omogućavamo pravilan rast i razvoj te ostvarujemo veliki prinos kvalitetnog kukuruza.In this thesis agricultural mechanisation used for corn and horsebean production has been presented. Ensuring adequate mechanisation is main prerequisite to engage in agricultural production. By implementation of professional procedures and use of adequate mechanisation the production of corn and horsebean can be simplified. Main steps in the working process involving soil preparation, sowing, crop care, protection and finally harvest have been shown. By regular use of mechanisation in agritechnical conditions quality and abundant yield can be achieved. When sowing horsebean it is most important to evenly spread the seed on the surface and position it to strictly defined depth. When sowing corn it is of main importance to distribute seed adequatly, since this will guarantee regular growth and development pattern, by which large yield of quality corn will be ensured

periodu od 2012. do 2019. godine. Od 01.10.2012. godine pa do 01.09.2015. godine postupke
predstečajne nagodbe regulirao je Zakon o financijskom poslovanju i predstečajnoj nagodbi, a od
01.09.2015. pa do danas to regulira Stečajni zakon. Također, u radu se govori i o krizi čija pojava
prethodi predstečajnom postupku.
U praktičnom dijelu rada prikazana je provedena predstečajna nagodba poduzeća
MAKLJEN d.o.o. iz Đakova kao i stanje poduzeća u trogodišnjem razdoblju nakon sklapanja
nagodbe.The paper presents a legal regulation for the implementation of the pre-bankruptcy
procedure in the period from 2012 to 2019. From October the 1st 2012 until September the 1st
2015 the pre-bankruptcy procedures were regulated by the Financial Transaction and Prebankruptcy
Act, but since September the 1st 2015 it is regulated by the Bankruptcy Law. Also, the
paper deals with a crisis whose occurrence precedes the pre-bankruptcy procedure.
The pre-bankruptcy settlement of the company MAKLJEN d.o.o. from Đakovo is
presented in the practical part of the paper, as well as the state of the company in a three year
period after the settlement

No full textU radu je analizirana vaţnost montaţnih zavara u termoelektranama s naglaskom na TIG zavarivanje. Prema dosadašnjem praktičnom iskustvo koje je poduprla teorija TIG postupak je zahvaljujući napretku tehnologije jedan od najpristupačnijih postupaka zavarivanja koji je široku primjenu našao i u termoelektranama zahvaljujući kvaliteti i izgledu zavara kao i mogućnosti zavarivanja posebnih materijala koji su teško zavarljivi, a neophodni za rad termoelektrane. TIG postupak, unatoč svojoj jednostavnosti i pristupačnosti, zahtjeva kvalificiranog zavarivača koji barata multidisciplinarnim znanjima.
U radu su detaljno objašnjene karakteristike i posebnosti TIG zavarivanja, najčešćeg postupka zavarivanja u termoelektranama. U zaključnom dijelu završnog rada objašnjava se utjecaj TIG zavarivanja na tehnološku primjenjivost u termoelektranama.This paper analyzes the importance of welding and welds in thermal power plants with an emphasis on TIG welding. According to the practical experience so far that is supported by the theory, the TIG process is one of the most affordable welding processes due to the advancement of technology, which has found wide application in thermal power plants due to the quality and appearance of welds, as well as the ability to weld special materials that are difficult to weld and necessary for the operation of the thermal power plant. The TIG process, despite its simplicity and accessibility, requires a skilled welder who takes on multidisciplinary knowledge.
This paper explains in detail the characteristics and peculiarities of TIG welding, the most common welding process in thermal power plants. The final part of the final paper explains the impact of TIG welding on the technological applicability of thermal power plants

No full textU radu je analizirana povezanost sponzorstva sa suvremenim sportom općenito, sa sportašima te je posebni naglasak stavljen na nogomet. Kvalitetan menadžment, dobri odnosi unutar organizacije i dobar marketinški pristup uvjet su za postizanje organizacijskih ciljeva.
Marketing je poslovna aktivnost koja je postala neizostavni dio menadžmenta svakog nogometnog kluba. Sportski rezultat kao krajnji cilj sportske organizacije uvelike je povezan sa financijskim rezultatom. Sponzorstvo i sponzorski ugovori zauzimaju značajno mjesto u poslovnoj funkciji nogometnih klubova, a samim time i rezultatskom uspjehu. Vrhunski sportski rezultat, a naročito ako je njegova vrijednost takva da je cijenjena u međunarodnim razmjerima ima posebno mjesto u funkciji sponzorstva. Iz tih razloga sportski rezultat može imati najveću i najznačajniju povezanost sa sponzorstvom.The paper analyzes the relationship between sponsorship and modern sports, with athletes, and emphasis on football. Quality management, good relationships within the organization and good marketing approach are a requirement for achieving organizational goals.
Marketing is a business activity that has become an inevitable part of the management of each football club. Sports score as the ultimate goal of a sports organization is largely related to the financial result. Sponsorship and sponsorship contracts occupy a significant place in the business function of football clubs, and thus in result success. A top-notch sports result, and especially if its value is so valued internationally, has a special place in sponsorship. For these reasons, the sports result may have the greatest and most significant linkage to sponsorship
Analysis of tourism in The Republic of Croatia through statistics
No full textHrvatska je država u kojoj je turizam jedan od najvažnijih gospodarskih grana. Iznimno je bitan i za povećanje BDP-a i zaposlenosti. Iako je imala tešku i burnu povijest, Hrvatska je također sačuvala i znamenitosti koje su proizašle iz te povijesti, ali i prirodne ljepote koje ju krase i koje su iznimno privlačne turistima, poput nacionalnih parkova i parkova prirode, ali i prirodnih plaža i šumovitih područja. Čak su i u povijesti postojali turisti kojima su druge kulture i drugačiji način života bili posebno zanimljivi, pa se tako i u doba Rimske republike, gdje mogućnost putovanja u druge zemlje imaju samo najbogatiji. Turizam je do industrijske revolucije bio rezerviran samo za najbogatije, nakon čega se stvara novi srednji sloj koji, razvojem tehnologije, željezničkih pravaca, a kasnije i izgradnjom cesta i plovnim putem, ima mogućnosti iskusiti nove kulture, načine života, te gastronomiju drugih zemalja. Podaci koji su korišteni u radu će pokazati kakav je razvoj turizma bio u Hrvatskoj kroz povijest, ali i kakav je turizam danas. Prema Statističkom ljetopisu iz 2018. godine se može utvrditi da se svake godine povećava broj dolazaka i noćenja stranih i domaćih turista, što utječe povoljno na samu državu i porast BDP-a.Croatia is a country in which tourism is one of the most important economic sectors, but it is extremely important for both GDP and employment growth. Although it has had a tough and burning history, Croatia has also preserved the sights derived from that history, as well as the natural beauties that are beautiful and are extremely appealing to tourists, such as national parks and nature parks, as well as natural beaches and forests. Even in the history, there were tourists to whom other cultures and a different way of life were particularly interesting, so even in the time of the Roman republic where the possibility of traveling to other countries had only the richest. Until the industrial revolution, tourism has been reserved only for the richest, after which a new middle layer was created, whom, with the development of technology, railway lines and later the construction of roads and waterways had the opportunity to experience new cultures, ways of life
and gastronomy of other countries. The data used in the paper will show how the development of tourism was in Croatia through history, and how it is today. According to the Statistical Yearbook of 2018, it can be stated that every year the number of arrivals and nights of foreign and domestic tourists increases, which is beneficial to the state and GDP growth

No full textUpravljanje promjenama je jedan od važnih segmenata u životnom ciklusu tvrtke,
njezinoj poslovnoj uspješnosti i konkurentnosti. Proces promjena često je vrlo zahtjevan, te ga
je potrebno provoditi sustavno i planski da bi se ostvarili željeni rezultati.
U ovom radu cilj je bio istražiti povezanost između upravljanja promjenama i tržišta
rada, u tu svrhu provedeno je sekundarno istraživanje kojim je prikazano hrvatsko tržište rada
prema odabranim čimbenicima, te je provedena studija slučaja na primjeru poduzeća koja je
pokazala kako se tvrtka prilagođava dinamičnim promjenama na tržištu, ulaže u ljudske resurse
i opremu te time postiže sve veću učinkovitost i konkurentnost te osvaja nova tržišta.Change management is one of the important segments of the company's lifecycle, its
business performance and competitiveness. The change process is often very demanding and
needs to be implemented systematically and planned to achieve the desired results.
In this paper, the aim was to learn more about relationship between change
management and labor market, secondary research was conducted to show the Croatian labor
market according to selected factors and a case study was conducted on an example of a
company that showed that the company adapted to dynamic changes to market, invests in
human resources and equipment, there by achieving greater efficiency and competitiveness and
gaining new markets
