Poslovni imidž je zasigurno jedan oblik komunikacije koji je najčešće dominantan. Misli se na neverbalnu komunikaciju koja obuhvaća geste i gestikulacije, kontakt očima, šminka, odjeća, mirisi, simboli. Međutim, neverbalna komunikacija služi kao nadopuna verbalnoj komunikaciji čime se primatelju poruke prenose emocionalne komponente. Imidž predstavlja sliku u pojednostavljenom obliku koja sadrži veliki broj asocijacija i djelića informacija koji su povezani s određenim proizvodom uslugom ili čak osobom, a stvoren je pomoću nacionalnih obilježja, povijesti i tradicije, reprezentativnih proizvoda, te političkih i gospodarskih situacija. Kada se govori o poslovnom imidžu postoji poslovni imidž osobe, poduzeća, zemlje/nacije te proizvoda. Imidž korisnicima stvara zaštitni mehanizam koji vodi dodatnom postkorištenom i postkupovnom zadovoljstvu.Business image is Certainly one form of communication that is most dominant. Accreditation process of inspection bodies to the standard HRN EN ISO 17020
U radu je opisan postupak Akreditacije inspekcijskih tijela na osnovu norme HRN EN ISO/IEC 17020:2012. Ovom normom se utvrđuju opći zahtjevi za osposobljavanje tijela za provođenje inspekcije, te za dosljednost i nepristranost prilikom inspekcijskih poslova.
U ožujku 2017. objavljen je Pravilnik za pregled i ispitivanje opreme pod tlakom u kojem se propisuje da je za siguran rad opreme pod tlakom odgovoran vlasnik/korisnik. Periodičke preglede provode Ovlaštena inspekcijska tijela koja je ovlastilo nadležno ministarstvo, a evidenciju i kontrolu provedbe zahtjeva iz Pravilnika radi Nadležno inspekcijsko tijelo .
Opisano je ispitivanje, pregled i održavanje sigurnosnih ventila prema pravilniku u kojem je propisan postupak na koji način se oprema pod tlakom stavlja u upotrebu također i postupci, rokovi i ispitivanja opreme pod tlakom.This paper describes the accreditation process of inspection bodies according to the standard HRN EN ISO 17020. This standard specifies requirements for the qualification of inspection bodies for impartiality and consistency in enforcement of inspection tasks.
In March 2017, a Policy of the Inspection and Testing of Pressure Equipment (PIT) was made, wich describes that the owner/user is responsible for safe operation of pressure equipment. Periodic inspections are carried out by the Authorized Inspection Bodies (AIB) which is authorized by the competent ministry, and the evidence and control has been proven by the requirements of the Regulations for the sake of the Competent Inspection Body (CIB).
Also it describes the testing, inspection and maintenance of safety valve, which prescribe the procedure for putting pressure equipment into service and the handling, deadlines and testing of pressure equipment

Primjenom mehanizacije osiguravamo veće obradive površine, veće prinose po jedinici površine, štedimo vrijeme i teški rad svodimo na minimum. Nepravilnom primjenom ugrožavamo samu proizvodnju, stvaramo nepovoljne uvjete za razvoj kulture, gubimo na kvaliteti i prinosu. Kako bi se mehanizacija zaštitila od negativnih utjecaja potrebno je provoditi mjere konzervacije i skladištiti iste. Ne briga i nemar konzervacije posljedica su propadanja često skupe mehanizacije. Poljoprivredna proizvodnja je sezonskog karaktera stoga je bitno provoditi mjere održavanja tijekom i nakon primjene kako bi se produžila učinkovitost i radni vijek trajanja mehanizacije.By applaying mechanization we provide higher arable land, higher yields per unit area, saves time and minimizes hard work. Improper use endangers production itself, creates unfavorable conditions for the development of culture, loses quality and yield. In order to protect the machinery from negative impacts, conservation measures should be implemented and stored. The carelessness and negligence of conservation are the result of the failure of often expensive machinery. Agricultural production is seasonal in nature, so it is important to carry out maintenance measures during and after application to extend the efficiency and service life of the machinery
The role of empathy in business communication
Poslovnom komunikacijom dolazi do razmjene znanja i informacija među organizacijskim razinama, dolazi do postavljanja ciljeva i traženja rješenja za ostvarivanje istih. Tijekom tog procesa prolazi se kroz razne faze ponašanje pojedinaca koje se karakteriziraju kao asertivnost, odnosno zauzimanje za svoje potrebe, pritom ne čineći štetu drugim osoba. Dok na jednoj strani stoji asertivnost, na drugoj se pojavljuje sramežljivost koja često osobe spriječi u postizanju ciljeva i onemogući razvoj sposobnosti potrebnih za obavljanje pojedinih zadataka. Također dolazi do sukoba koji nije uvijek loš faktor pri pronalaženju rješenja, a na samom kraju dolazi do empatije, odnosno pojava empatije je ključan dio u poslovnom komuniciranju, ali i u poslovnom djelovanju. Ukoliko pojedinci u organizaciji razumiju jedni druge, razumiju svoje i tuđe potrebe, na lakši način će se postići dogovor i ostvariti zacrtani ciljevi.Business communication involves the exchange of knowledge and information between organizational levels, the setting of goals and the search for solutions and how achieve them. Throughout this process, the individuals who are characterized as assertive, they satisfy their own needs, without causing harm to other people. While assertiveness is on the one side, shyness on the other often prevents people from achieving their goals and prevents the development of the capabilities which are required for being able to perform particular tasks. Conflict also occurs, but that is not always a bad factor in finding a solution. At the end it all comes to empathy, because, the appearance of empathy is a crucial part in business communication and in business activities. If individuals in the organization understand each other, if they understand their own and others needs, it will be easier to reach an agreement and achieve goals
Management of costs in small and medium enterprises
Mala i srednja poduzeća diljem svijeta predstavljaju više od 95% ukupnih registriranih poslovnih subjekata. Mala i srednja poduzeća se najčešće organiziraju kao obrti, društva s ograničenom odgovornošću te kao dionička društva. Mogu se javiti i drugi oblici organiziranja, no oni se u poslovnoj praksi puno rjeđe pojavljuju.
U poslovanju malog i srednjeg poduzeća izniman značaj imaju troškovi. Troškovi u poslovanju predstavljaju novčanu jedinicu u kojoj se izražava unos utrošenog novca, ili neke druge imovine, kao i izvršene usluge, nastalih poslovnih obveza u zamjenu za neko dobro ili uslugu koja je primljena ili koja bi treba biti primljena.
Kako bi poduzeće što bolje upravljalo troškovima u poslovanju, razvijene su brojne tradicionalne i suvremene metode koja su značajna potpora kada je riječ o upravljanju troškovima. Kao tradicionalne metode obračuna troškova u proizvodnom procesu ističe se obračun troškova prema radnom nalogu i procesni sustav obračuna troškova. Kod suvremenih metoda je svakako potrebno spomenuti metodu ciljanih troškova, ABC metodu, metodu obračuna troškova prema životnom vijeku, metodu obračuna troškova kvalitete te metodu dodane ekonomske vrijednosti.
U budućnosti će svakako doći do još većeg značaja upravljanja troškovima, jer će samo tako proizvodna, ali i ostala poduzeća moći pratiti suvremene trendove poslovanje gdje će se morati javljati što manji troškovi u poslovanju.Small and medium-sized businesses across the globe represent more than 95% of total registered business entities. Small and medium-sized enterprises are mostly organized as trades, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. Other forms of organization can be reported, but they are much less frequent in business practice.
A very important role in the business of small and medium-sized enterprises has costs. The term cost itself indicates that money units or other assets, services rendered, incurred obligations in exchange for goods or services that have been received or should be received are expressed in cash units.
In order for the company to better manage its operating costs, numerous traditional and modern methods have been developed that are significant support when it comes to cost management. As a traditional method of cost accounting in the production process, the calculation of costs according to the work order and the process cost accounting system are emphasized. In the case of modern methods, it is necessary to mention the target cost method, the ABC method, the cost method according to the life expectancy, the method of calculating the cost of quality and the method of added economic value.
In the future, there will certainly be even greater importance for cost management because only so productive, but also other companies will be able to keep up to date with the latest trends in business where they will have to pay as little business costs as possible
Organizational culture
U radu je analiziran pojam organizacijske kulture; teoretičari i njihovi modeli organizacijske kulture; integracija i primjena organizacijske kulture unutar Republike Hrvatske. Prema dosadašnjim ispitivanjima, koja su provedena od strane poznatih i vrlo cijenjenih teoretičara, pokazalo se da postoje razna tumačenja, definicije organizacijske kulture kao i različiti modeli. Istraživanja su pokazala da što je organizacija složenija i veća, time je veća i mogućnost da se unutar organizacije pojavi više vrsta kultura.The paper analyzes the notion of organizational culture; theoreticians and their models of organizational culture; integration and application of organizational culture within the Republic of Croatia. According to previous studies, conducted by well-known and highly respected theorists, there have been various interpretations, definitions of organizational culture as well as different models. Researches has shown that the organization is more complex and larger, the greater the possibility that more types of culture could appear within the organization
Cultivation of sweetcorn in trade and agriculture craft "MLM"
Kukuruz šećerac se uzgaja oko 7000 godina, a kao povrće upotrebljava oko 200 godina. Najveći proizvođač su Sjedinjene Američke Države, a u zadnje vrijeme postaje sve popularnija namirnica i u drugim dijelovima svijeta. U 2018. godini u Hrvatskoj je proizvedeno 11 402 t kukuruza šećerca.
Cilj završnog rada je opisati uzgoj kukuruza šećerca u Obrtu za poljoprivredu i trgovinu „MLM“ u 2019. godini. Rezultat pažljivog odabira hibrida i pravilne agrotehnike je oko 240 000 klipova šećerca plasiranih na tržište.Sweet corn has been grown for about 7000 years and used as a vegetable for about 200 years. The largest producer in the United States of America, and has recently become increasingly popular in other parts of the world. In 2018, 11 402 t of corn was produced in Croatia.
The final paper aims to describe the cultivation of sweet corn in the Trade and Agriculture Craft '' MLM '' in 2019. The careful selection of hybrids and proper agricultural technology results in approximately 240 000 corncobs placed on the market
Varistor metalization system
U radu je obrađen i analiziran sustav za metalizaciju varistora. Obrađen je kompletan proces od stavljanja samog varistora u „TCP kalup“ do same metalizacije i sušenja komada također kao i automatizacija cijelog procesa. Tijekom prakse promatran je rad stroja i njegove funkcije i crtan je nosač kalupa (TCP) u solidworks-u koji se stavlja u stroj. Obrađen je samo dio cijele proizvodnje i postupka metalizacije točnije obrađen je dio metalizacije (vakumsko uranjanje) srebrom.
Tijekom prakse promatran je rad stroja i njegove funkcije.
Promatranjem je utvrđeno kako se sam proces izvodi i radi te koliko je automatizacija olakšala rad čovjeku. Zbog ograničenja i privatnosti tvrtke Selk d.d., postavljene su fotografije i određeni dijelovi posla koji su bili odobreni od strane mentora.The paper deals with the analysis of the varistor metallization system. The entire process was processed, from the insertion of the varistor itself into the "TCP mold" to the metallization and drying of the piece itself, as well as the automation of the whole process. During the practice, the operation of the machine and its function was observed and a mold carrier (TCP) was drawn in solidworks to be inserted into the machine. Only a part of the entire production and process of metallization were processed, more precisely the part of metallization (vacuum immersion) with silver was processed.

Technology of bearing sleeve production
U radu je prikazana tehnologija izrade ležajne čahure. Opisane su tehnologije izrade ležajne čahure, njihovi strojevi i alati, potrebni za obrađivanje radnog komada.
Navedeni su općeniti podaci o ležajnoj čahuri, materijalima, te proizvodnim postupcima. Praktični dio rada proveden je u tvrtki „Hidraulika-Kutina d.d“, u kojem je autor ovog rada odradio praksu i prikupljeni materijali za izradu ovog završnog rada.
Na kraju rada, dana je usporedba izračunatog i stvarnog vremena obrade.The paper displayed technology making of bearing sleeve. The technologies for making of bearing sleeve are described, their machines and tools, needed to process workpiece .

Croatia in the light of accession to the European (Monetary) Union
U ovom radu je analiziran proces ulaska Republike Hrvatske u Europsku uniju, poteškoće
s kojim se susretala na tom putu i analiza uspješnosti adaptacije i realizacije europskih tekovina
na tlu Republike Hrvatske prvenstveno sa ekonomskog aspekta.
Analiza se temeljila na pojedinim makroekonomskim pokazateljima kojim se pokušava
usporediti stanje zemlje prije i nakon ulaska u Europsku uniju.
Sam proces pregovaranja, poglavlje po poglavlje, zatvaranje pregovora i potpisivanje
pristupnog ugovora.
Zatim se analizira jedna uža cjelina unutar EU, a to je EUROPSKA MONETARNA
UNIJA, cjelina na čijem području se koristi jedinstvena valuta Euro.
U tom dijelu se objašnjavaju temeljna pravila koja mora prihvatiti svaka zemlja članica i
zadani ciljevi koji se moraju ostvariti prije nogo što zemlja članica pristupi u monetarnu uniju.
U završnom dijelu se prezentiraju iskustva zemalja članica prije i nakon ulaska u
Europsku monetarnu uniju i zaključak.This paper analyzes the process of accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European
Union, the difficulties encountered on this journey and the analysis of the success of adaptation
and realization of European heritage on the soil of the Republic of Croatia, primarily from the
economical aspect. The analysis was based on certain macroeconomic indicators through which
was tried to compare the state of the country before and after entering the European Union.
The negotiation process itself, chapter by chapter, closing negotiations and signing the
accession treaty. Then, a narrower unit within the EU is analyzed, the EUROPEAN
MONETARY UNION, the whole area in which the single currency is used and that is EURO.
This section explains the basic rules that must be met by each member country and the
goals that must be met before the country enters the monetary union.
The final section presents the experiences of Member States before and after the entry
into the European Monetary Union and the conclusion at the very end
