No full textPočetak završnog rada vezan za pojam i razvoj osiguranja posvećen je teorijskom dijelu. Predstavlja se sam pojam osiguranja te vrste osiguranja. Osim toga predstavlja se i razvoj u Hrvatskoj. Najveća pažnja se posvećuje životnom osiguranju.
U drugom dijelu završnog rada, vrši se komparativna analiza tri osiguravajuća društva u Hrvatskoj. Na taj način uspoređuju se vrste životnih osiguranja, premije i likvidirane štete.
Trenutno stanje u državi odražava se i na količinu osiguranja, što je vidljivo kroz ovaj rad. Usporedbom sadašnjih i prošli rezultata, jasno je vidljivo da se broj osiguranja smanjuje. Samim time rad ispunjava očekivanja i zadane ciljeve.Start the final paper related to the concept and development of insurance is dedicated to the theoretical part. It represents the very concept of insurance and insurance policies. In addition to representing and development in Croatia . The greatest attention is paid to life insurance .
In the second part of the paper, it is a comparative analyzes of three insurance companies in Croatia. In this way, comparing the types of life insurance, premiums and paid claims.
Current situation in the country is reflected by the amount of insurance, which can be seen through this work. By comparing current and past results, it is clear that the number of insurance decreases. Due to all above mentioned, work has fulfilled all its goals

No full textU radu je analizirana sama burza te cjelokupno burzovno poslovanje. Prema dosadašnjim dokazima, koja su provedena u primjeni, pokazalo se da stroga formalnost od početka poslovanja do kraja poslovanja dovodi do najuspješnijeg odnosa i za kupce i za prodavatelje. Zadatkom je trebalo analizirati koji je cilj burze, koji se poslovi pojavljuju na burzi te tko ih provodi.
Teorijska je analiza pokazala da je na burzi najbitnije poštivati sva strogo definirana pravila određena od same burze.
Eksperimentalnim je putem utvrđeno da se na burzi pad i rast događaju svakodnevno i da treba mnogo sposobnosti, znanja i pripremljenosti da bi se i dalje profitiralo te izvuklo iz naglog pada ako do toga dođe.The paper analyzes the market and the whole market transactions. According to previous measurements, which were carried out in the application, it showed that formality from the start of the transaction until the end of the transaction brings the best of everything for customers and for sellers.
The paper is also supposed to analyze what is the main point of the market, which tasks can be done in the market and who does them.
Theoretical analysis has shown that the most important thing on the market is to respect all the rules that are set by the market.

No full textU završnom radu su opisane morfološke značajke povrtnih vrsta iz porodice Solanaceae (rajčice, paprike, patlidžana i krumpira), agroekološki uvjeti uzgoja te agrotehničke mjere koje se provode pri proizvodnji navedenih vrsta. Prilikom uzgoja svake poljoprivredne kulture, u okviru mjera njege, potrebno je provoditi i mjere zaštite od bolesti, štetnika i korova. Navedene povrtne vrste napada jako velik broj biotskih i abiotskih uzročnika bolesti. Cilj rada bio je načiniti pregled najznačajnijih bolesti uzrokovanih biotskim čimbenicima (gljivama, bakterijama i virusima), opisati simptome bolesti, biologiju patogena i moguće mjere zaštite.The morphological characteristics of vegetable species of the family Solanaceae (tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and potatoes), agroecological conditions and agro-technical measures of the production of the listed species have been described in the final paper. The plant protection measures against diseases, pests and weeds have to be implemented during growing each crop plants. These vegetable species attack very large number of biotic and abiotic disease agents. The aim of this paper was to present overview of the most important diseases caused by biotic factors (fungi, bacteria and viruses), to describe the symptoms of the disease, the biology of pathogens and possible protection measures
Analysis of sports contents as selective forms of tourism - example Slavonia
No full textU radu je definiran sportski sadržaj kao selektivni oblik turizma i analizirana ponuda sportskih sadržaja koja se može putem internetskih stranica pronaći u regiji Slavoniji. Također je prezentirana sport i sportski proizvod kao jedan od mogućih sadržaja turizma u Slavoniji i općenito razvoja turizma u RH sa ciljem povećanje sadržaja, izvanpansionske potrošnje, trajanje sezone i dr. Zadatkom je utvrđena kvaliteta i kvantiteta sportskih sadržaja kao selektivnog oblik turizma u Slavoniji. Analiza je pokazala da sportskog sadržaja u Slavoniji ima i da je u relativnom omjeru podjednako zastupljen u svih 5 županija. Rezultati analize također ukazuju na značenje menadžmenta, specifičnih područja sporta i sportskog marketinga koji mogu omogućiti razvoj i vrednovanje specifičnog oblika turizma u Slavoniji kroz sportsko-rekreativne sadržajeThe paper defined sports content as a selective form of tourism and analyzed offer sports facilities that can be found on the website in the region of Slavonia. It is also presented a sport and sports product as one of the possible content of tourism in Slavonia and general development of tourism in Croatia with the aim of increasing the content, extra consumption, duration of the season and others. Tasks should be determined by the quality and quantity of sports facilities as a selective form of tourism in Slavonia. The analysis showed that the sports facilities in Slavonia there and that the relative proportion equally represented in all five counties. Results of the analysis also point out the importance of management, the specific field of sports and sports marketing, which can enable the development and evaluation of specific types of tourism in Slavonia through sports and recreational activities

Prezentirane su informacije o utvrđivanju konkurentskih prednosti, usavršavanju i poboljšanju navedenih prednosti, izvorima i privlačenju novih investicija te ljudskim potencijalima kao čimbeniku za priljev investicija te SWOT analizu poticanja investicija.This paper discusses the structure of the economy and its situation in the Republic of Croatia. The structure of the Croatian economy through historical development, its five stages, the concept of economic development of the Republic of Croatia, the economic transition and sustainable development. Also, they studied and highlighted the competitive advantages of economy and the potential for investment, development and progress of the industry. No full textU radu je obrađena tema dugotrajne imovine na primjeru društava HEP grupe. Prikazan je sam pojam dugotrajne imovine, podjela i računovodstveno praćenje dugotrajne imovine, obračun amortizacije i revalorizacija dugotrajne imovine.
U prvom dijelu rada opisan je opći teorijski dio o dugotrajnoj imovini. Nakon toga obrađena je dugotrajna imovina u društvima HEP grupe, njena nabava, priznavanje, razvrstavanje i računovodstveno praćenje dugotrajne imovine u društvima HEP grupe.
Amortizacija je obrađena kao posebna cjelina budući da predstavlja značajan trošak dugotrajne imovine, javlja se kod gotovo sve dugotrajne imovine i osigurava zamjenu imovine nakon isteka vijeka uporabe.
Revalorizacija je računski postupak svođenja knjigovodstvene na fer ili realnu vrijednost imovine, javlja se kao posljedica pada ili rasta cijena na tržištu a provodi se zbog realnog obračuna amortizacije i zaštite kapitala društva.The paper deals with topic of long-term assets in the case of HEP companies. Featured is the very notion of fixed assets, divisions and accounting of fixed assets, the calculation of depreciation and revaluation of fixed assets.
The first part describes the general theoretical part of the fixed assets. After that treated non-current assets in HEP Group, its purchases, recognition, classification and accounting for fixed assets in the HEP group.
Depreciation and amortization is treated as a separate entity since it represents a significant cost of fixed assets, occurs in almost all the fixed assets and ensures the replacement of assets after the end of its useful life.
Revaluation of the computational process of reducing the carrying amount to fair value or real property, are caused by falling or rising prices in the market and is carried out due to the real depreciation calculation and protect capital

udruge mladih, te financiranje istih. Objasnili smo važnost neprofitnog sektora koji je usko
povezan sa koncepcijom društvene odgovornosti, ali i s pripadnošću zajednici koja je povezana
društvenim i drugim vezama i ovise jedni o drugima. Istraživanja su pokazala da poticanje i
razvoj pojedinca i neprofitnog sektora utječe na aktivizam čitavog društva i zajednice.
U radu je vidljiv razvoj neprofitnih organizacije prije i sada. Shvaćena je njihova
važnost čiji je glavni cilj ostavrenje interesa za dobrobit zajednice i društva, ali bez stjecanja
profita.The paper describes the business association as a non profit organization on the example
youth association of Bebrina, and financing thereof. We explained the importance of the non-
profit secotr, which is closely linked with the concept of social responsibility, but also belonging
to a community that is linked to social and oder relations and depend on each other. Studies have
shown taht stimulation of the development of individuals and non-profit sector affects the whole
society activism and community.

Project management in IT education
No full textU radu je detaljno opisan projekt „StepUp IT education IPA4.1.3.2.02.01.c13” (stepenica više u IT edukaciji) s ciljem jačanja sektora obrazovanja odraslih osoba te povećanja konkurentnosti odraslih polaznika na tržištu rada. Trajanje projekta je od 19.10.2013. do 18.10.2014.godine. Ukupna vrijednost projekt iznosi 198.631,59 EUR, od čega Europska unija financira 75,4% u iznosu od 149.907,26 EURThis paper discusses a detalied description of the project called ,,StepUp IT education IPA4.1.3.2.02.01.c13'' (which is a step closer to the IT education). The main purpose of the project is to streighten the education sector of adults, also improving competitiven ess of adult participants in the labor market. Furthermore, duration of the project is from 19.10.2013. to 18.10.2014. The total amount of money used for the project is 198.631,59 EUR, European Union finances 75,4% whichis 149.907,26 EU

Opisane su tehnologije izrade same ručke, princip rada mehanizma, a kvalitetu ručke i njenu čvrstoću te sigurnost u uporabi provjerili smo kroz proračun zavara. Osim samog modeliranja ručke opisani su i prikazani strojevi na kojima se izrađuje ručka. Ovaj tip ručke odabran je zbog svoje karakteristike brzog hlađenja i jednostavnosti izrade.The paper describes the fabrication and construction handle D model of fireplaces manufactured of Color Emajl d.o.o.. It describes technologies of making the handle, working principle of mechanism, also quality of handle and their strength are checked trough calculation welds. In addition to the modeling of the handle there are described and shown machines which create the handle. This type of handle has been chosen due to its characteristics of rapid cooling and ease of production
