Design of Structure of the Welcome Center Building within the Marina in Cavtat : Master's Thesis
U ovom diplomskom radu obrađena je konstrukcija Welcome centra u sklopu kompleksa marine u Cavtatu, prema postojećim arhitehtonskim nacrtima. Konstrukcija se sastoji iz dvije djelomično ukopane etaže i dvije nadzemne etaže. Dimenzije objekta su tlocrtno nepravilne. Visina etaže iznosi 4,2 m. Provedena je analiza opterećenja na konstrukciju te su prema njoj proračunati elementi kostrukcije. Glavni nosivi elementi kostrukcije su međukatne a-b ploče, čelične grede, a-b stupovi i ab zidovi te temeljne kostrukcije (temeljne ploče, trakasti temelji i temelji samci.) Izrađen je plan pozicija betonskih ploča te plan pozicija čeličnih nosačaThe subject of the thesis is the design of the Welcome Center building as part of the marina complex in Cavtat, according to the existing architectural plans. The construction consists of two partially buried floors and two above-ground floors. The dimensions of the building are irregular in plan. The floor height is 4.2 m. Elements of the structure were calculated according to the load analysis. The main load-bearing elements are reinforced concrete slabs, steel beams, reinforced concrete columns, and reinforced concrete walls, as well as foundation structures (foundation slabs, strip foundations, and single foundations.) Construction Project of Brownfield Dugi Rat Building : Master's Thesis
Prema arhitektonskim osnovnim projektnim podatcima projekta Brownfield Dugi Rat izrađen je numerički model konstrukcije. Nakon proračuna čelične konstrukcije u računalnom programu, izvršena je provjera na granična stanja te provjera stabilnosti. Spojevi su proračunati nakon definiranja konačnih profila. Svi proračuni su izvedeni prema HRN EN 1991, HRN EN 1992, HRN EN 1993, HRN EN 1994.According to the architectural basic design data of the project Brownfield Dugi Rat a numerical model of the structure was created. Izrađeni projekt sadržava tehnički opis, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun svih konstruktivnih dijelova zgrade zasnovan na graničnom stanju nosivosti (GSN) i graničnom stanju uporabljivosti (GSU).The main goal of this thesis is to create a project for the construction of residential and business building in Split. Scan-to-4D BIM in the planning and execution of construction projects
Građevinarstvo doživljava značajan napredak u digitalizaciji usvajanjem tehnologije informacijskog modeliranja građevina (engl. Building Information Modeling - BIM). BIM pruža digitalni prikaz građevina, olakšava suradnju, donošenje odluka i poboljšava rezultate projekta. Unutar BIM-a razvijaju se nove dimenzije među kojima je i 3D modeliranje i 4D vremensko planiranje. Koncept "Scan to BIM" koristi se za prijenos podataka laserskog skeniranja u digitalne BIM modele, što omogućava dokumentiranje početnog stanja, praćenje promjena tijekom vremena i izradu dokumentacije izvedenog stanja dok integracija vremenske dimenzije u BIM modele, poznata kao 4D BIM, omogućuje vizualizaciju i analizu procesa izgradnje tijekom vremena, poboljšavajući upravljanje projektima. Ove tehnologije omogućuju građevinskoj industriji preciznije planiranje i praćenje, smanjujući greške i povećavajući učinkovitost izgradnje.The construction industry is experiencing significant progress in digitization through the adoption of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. BIM provides a digital representation of buildings, facilitates collaboration and decision-making, and improves project results. New tools are being developed within BIM, including 3D modeling and 4D time planning. The "Scan to BIM" concept is used to transfer laser scanning data into digital BIM models, which enables documenting the initial state, monitoring changes over time, and creating documentation of the derived state, while the integration of the time dimension into BIM models, known as 4D BIM, enables visualization and analysis of the construction process over time, improving project management. These technologies enable the construction industry to plan more accurately, monitor, reduce errors, and increase construction efficiency
