Endoterapeutic methods in the treatment of plant diseases
Endoterapeutske metode primjene pesticida pružaju efikasniju upotrebu kemikalija, smanjenje negativnog utjecaja na okoliš i mogućnost primjene u situacijama kada je prskanje tla ili lišća teško izvedivo. Metoda direktnog ubrizgavanja pesticida omogućuje ciljano djelovanje pesticida i bolju distribuciju u biljnoj strukturi. Prednosti endoterapije uključuju selektivno djelovanje, dugotrajnu zaštitu biljaka i očuvanje ekosustava. Također, endoterapija pruža održiv pristup zaštiti biljaka i smanjenje upotrebe pesticida. Primjena endoterapije u suzbijanju bolesti i štetnika u poljoprivredi ima mnoge prednosti, uključujući ciljanu primjenu, zaštitu u vjetrovitim uvjetima, nema oštećenja biljaka, smanjen rizik od ispiranja i manju količinu sredstva za zaštitu bilja. Međutim, može imati nedostatke kao što su sporija apsorpcija, teškoće na javnim površinama, potreba za odgovarajućom opremom i stručnošću. Primjena endoterapije u liječenju biljnih bolesti kao što su pepelnica vinove loze, eska vinove loze, gljivičnog raka oraha, smeđe pjegavosti lista kestena, krastavosti jabuke te brzog sušenja masline pokazuje obećavajuće rezultate.Endotherapeutic methods of pesticide application provide more efficient use of chemicals, reduced negative impact on the environment, and the possibility of application in situations where soil or foliar spraying is difficult to perform. The method of direct injection of pesticides enables targeted action of the pesticide and better distribution within the plant structure. The advantages of endotherapy include selective action, long-lasting plant protection, and preservation of ecosystems. Additionally, endotherapy offers a sustainable approach to plant protection and reduced pesticide use. The application of endotherapy in disease and pest control in agriculture has many benefits, including targeted application, protection in windy conditions, no plant damage, reduced risk of leaching, and lower amounts of plant protection products. However, it may have drawbacks such as slower absorption, challenges on public surfaces, the need for appropriate equipment and expertise. The application of endotherapy in the treatment of plant diseases such as powdery mildew of grapevine, downy mildew of grapevine, fungal canker of walnut, brown leaf spot of chestnut, apple scrab and olive quick decline syndrome shows promising results in suppressing these diseases
Prognosis and control of legume pests
Porodica mahunarki (Fabaceae) vrlo je važna u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji, ne samo radi toga što daje kvalitetne plodove za ljudsku ishranu i stočnu krmu, već je jako korisna za plodored zbog svojih sposobnosti vezanja atmosferskog dušika zbog simbioze s kvržičnim bakterijama. U ovu porodicu od važnijih kulturnih biljaka spadaju kikiriki, grašak, obični grah, bob, slanutak, lucerna, djetelina, leća i soja. Kao posljedica intenzivne proizvodnje i uzgoja u monokulturi sve češće je problem povećan broj štetnika u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji. U ovom radu kroz pregled literature prikazani su najvažniji štetnici mahunarki, te je opisana njihova biologija, štetnost, prognoza i načini suzbijanja. Najvažniji štetnici su graškov trips, duhanov trips, crna bobova uš, zelena graškova lisna uš, duhanov štitasti moljac, pipe mahunarke, žičnjaci, grahov i graškov žižak, povrtna i kupusna lisna sovica, graškovi savijači, korijenove (grahove) muhe, koprivina grinja, stabljikina nematoda, sojina cistolika nematoda i cistolika nematoda graška. Ovi štetnici pretežno štete nadzemnim dijelovima mahunarki poput listova i samih mahuna. Pojedini štete i podzemnim dijelovima (žičnjaci, grahove muhe i nematode). Najbitnije je pravovremeno i pravilno prognozirati pojavu ovih štetnika kako bi se mogla uskladiti suzbijanja. Potrebno je provoditi integrirane mjere zaštite i kao posljednju opciju uzimati u obzir kemijske mjere suzbijanja kako bi se smanjila primjena pesticida. Ono što je još vrlo važno jest provoditi pravilno agrotehničke mjere za pojedinu kulturu koja se uzgaja jer to značajno može utjecati na brojnost prezimjelih štetnika. Dakle, pravilnom agrotehnikom uzgoja, plodoredom, primjenom gnojiva, fizikalnim mjerama i održavanjem higijene možemo preventivno održavati brojnost štetnika ispod praga odluke za suzbijanje. Tek ako se utvrdi da je brojnost štetnika iznad praga odluke, uz navedene mjere pribjegava se biološkim i kemijskim mjerama suzbijanja.The legume family (Fabaceae) is very important in agricultural production, not only because it produces quality fruits for human consumption and fodder, but it is also very useful for crop rotation because of its ability to bind atmospheric nitrogen due to symbiosis with lumpy bacteria. This family of important cultural plants includes peanuts, peas, common beans, broad beans, chickpeas, alfalfa, clover, lentils and soybeans. As a result of intensive production and cultivation in monoculture, the number of pests in agricultural production is more and more often a problem. In this paper, the most important pests of legumes are presented through a literature review, and their biology, harmfulness, methods of forecasting and control. The most important pests are pea thrips, tobacco thrips, black bean aphid, green pea aphid, tobacco whitefly, pea leaf weevil, wireworms, beans and pea weevils, vegetable and cabbage moth, peas moth, roots (beans) flies, twospotted spider mite, stem nematode, soybean cystolic nematode and cystolic pea nematode. These pests predominantly harm the above-ground parts of legumes such as the leaves and the pods themselves. Some damage the underground parts (wireworms, bean flies and nematodes). The most important thing is to correctly and timely forecast the occurrence of these pests in order to be able to harmonize the controls. Integrated protection measures should be implemented and chemical control measures should be taken into account as a last resort to reduce the use of pesticides. What is still very important is to properly implement agrotechnical measures for a particular crop that is grown, because this can significantly affect the number of overwintered pests. Therefore, with proper agrotechnics of cultivation, crop rotation, fertilizer application, physical measures and hygiene maintenance, we can preventively maintain the number of pests below the threshold of the decision for suppression. Only if it is established that the number of pests is above the threshold of the decision, biological and chemical control measures are resorted to in addition to these measures

Korištenje tehnologije i moderniziranje sve je popularnije u poljoprivredi pa s time dolaze i
poljoprivredne aplikacije kojima je cilj pojednostaviti poljoprivredu, povećati prinose te
smanjiti potrošnju.
Kroz ovaj rad ću istražiti razlog traženosti i popularnosti aplikacija, gdje i kako naći najbolju
aplikaciju, koje su aplikacije najpopularnije te zašto, razlike između različitih aplikacija,
njihove prednosti te nedostatke, način uporabe te potrebno znanje za njihovu uporabu
uporabu. Također napisati ću razliku između Hrvatskih i stranih aplikacija te koje je bolje
koristiti i zašto
Production technology and characteristics of butter
Maslac se definira kao mliječni proizvod dobiven isključivo od mlijeka i/ili proizvoda
dobivenih od mlijeka odnosno kiselog ili slatkog vrhnja. Po svom sastavu maslac mora
sadržavati: minimalno 80% mliječne masti, maksimalno 16% vode i 2% suhe tvari bez
masti. Tehnologija proizvodnje maslaca podrazumijeva postupke obiranja mliječne
masti iz mlijeka, pasterizaciju vrhnja, hlađenje, zrenje vrhnja i bućkanje, ispiranje i
gnjetenje maslačnog zrna te izradu maslaca i pakiranje. Također, u tehnologiji
proizvodnje maslaca dopušteno je dodavanje kuhinjske soli, mikrobnih kultura i vode.
Svi navedeni postupci su od ključne važnosti za dobivanje kvalitetnog proizvoda
karakteristične zlatno-žute boje, slanog okusa i specifične arome. Maslac se proizvodi
diskontinuiranom i kontinuiranom metodom, metodom koncentriranja vrhnja i NIZO
procesom. Cilj ovog rada je na osnovu rezultata znanstvenih istraživanja prikazati
tehnološke postupke proizvodnje maslaca kao i specifičnosti različitih načina
proizvodnje.Butter is defined as a dairy product obtained exclusively from milk and/or dairy
products, i.e. sour or sweet cream. According to its composition, butter must contain
at least 80% milk fat, not more than 16% water and 2% dry matter without fat. The
technology of butter production includes the processes of milk fat skimming,
pasteurization of cream, cooling, cream ripening and churning, washing and kneading
of butter grains, butter making and packaging. The addition of table salt, microbial
cultures and water is also allowed in butter making. All of the above processes are
crucial to obtaining a quality product with a characteristic golden yellow color, salty
flavor and aroma. Butter is produced by discontinuous and continuous method, cream
concentration method and NIZO method. The aim of this paper is to present the
technological processes of butter production and the peculiarities of different
production methods based on the results of scientific research
Amanita muscaria - a mushroom with an unused pharmacological potential
Amanita muscaria (L.) Lam. (1783), gljiva poznatija pod imenom crvena muhara stigmatizirana je kao (smrtonosno) otrovna gljiva u većini literature i javnom mišljenju. Danas postoje brojni povijesni zapisi i anegdote o pozitivnim efektima vrste A. muscaria, uglavnom u području smanjenja anksioznosti, bolova, upala i ublažavanju kroničnih neurodegenerativnih poteškoća poput Parkinsonove i Alzheimerove bolesti te posljedica traumatskih iskustava. Ovim radom prikazat će se povijest upotrebe navedene vrste, a poseban fokus biti će na aktivnim spojevima pronađenim u ovoj gljivi, različitim metodama pripreme i učincima pripravaka od vrste A. muscaria.Amanita muscaria (L.) Lam. (1783), the mushroom better known as the red fly agaric, was usually stigmatized in literature and public opinion as a (deadly) poisonous mushroom. Today, there are numerous historical records and anecdotes of the beneficial effects of A. muscaria species, especially in the area of alleviating anxiety, pain, inflammation, and mitigating chronic neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's, as well as the effects of traumatic experiences. This paper will present the history of the use of the aforementioned species, with particular emphasis on the active ingredients found in this mushroom, the various methods of preparation, and the effects of preparations from the A. muscaria species
Competitiveness of organic arable crop production- comparison between Croatia and Canada
The combination of customer awareness of food quality and man-made environmental
problems is leading to greater acceptance of organic production worldwide. Organic farming
occupies an important place in recent EU policies, particularly the Green Deal and the Farm
to Fork Strategy. The EU plans to increase organic production to 25% of utilized agricultural
land by 2030. Despite the generous support planned for organic farming, farmers' willingness
to convert depends on the business results and market potential of organic farming. In
comparison with mainstream conventional agriculture, organic farming has several
advantages such as the production of healthy food, environmental protection, increasing
biodiversity and animal welfare. However, like any other business, organic production is
necessary to be profitable and to be commercially competitive.
The thesis aims to compare the competitiveness of wheat, corn, barley and hemp in Croatia
and Canada. The objective of the study is to assess the economic viability and risk of organic
grain production, examine the relationship between production cost structures and farm
performance, examine efficiency, and specifically address economies of scale in
competitiveness.
This study provides estimates of Domestic Resource Cost for wheat, barley, corn and hemp in
Canada and Croatia, thereby evaluating competitiveness and comparative advantage of
these agricultural commodities. According to the DRC methodology, the findings indicate
that organic wheat, maize, and hemp production demonstrate competitiveness in both
countries. However, in the case of barley, production does not possess economic viability.
This research holds significance for researchers who are interested in learning more about
the profitability structure of organic agriculture. Moreover, policymakers seeking to assess
the necessity of subsidies for organic farmers, as well as farmers considering the cultivation
of organic food, may find this study to be invaluable.Kombinacija svijesti kupaca o kvaliteti hrane i okolišnih problema koje je uzrokovao čovjek
dovodi do većeg prihvaćanja organske proizvodnje u cijelom svijetu. Organska poljoprivreda
zauzima važno mjesto u novijim politikama EU-a, posebice u Green Dealu i Strategiji od
farme do stola. EU planira povećati organsku proizvodnju na 25% korištenog poljoprivrednog
zemljišta do 2030. Unatoč velikodušnoj potpori planiranoj za ekološku poljoprivredu,
spremnost poljoprivrednika na prijelaz ovisi o poslovnim rezultatima i tržišnom potencijalu
ekološke poljoprivrede. U usporedbi s uobičajenom konvencionalnom poljoprivredom,
organska poljoprivreda ima nekoliko prednosti kao što su proizvodnja zdrave hrane, zaštita
okoliša, povećanje bioraznolikosti i dobrobit životinja. Međutim, kao i svaki drugi posao,
organska proizvodnja je neophodna da bi bila profitabilna i komercijalno konkurentna.
Cilj rada je usporediti konkurentnost pšenice, kukuruza, ječma i konoplje u Hrvatskoj i
Kanadi. Cilj studije je procijeniti ekonomsku održivost i rizik organske proizvodnje žitarica,
ispitati odnos između strukture troškova proizvodnje i učinka farmi, ispitati učinkovitost i
posebno se pozabaviti ekonomijom razmjera u konkurentnosti.
Ova studija daje procjene troškova domaćih resursa za pšenicu, ječam, kukuruz i konoplju u
Kanadi i Hrvatskoj, čime se ocjenjuje konkurentnost i komparativna prednost ovih
poljoprivrednih proizvoda. Prema metodologiji DRC-a, nalazi pokazuju da organska
proizvodnja pšenice, kukuruza i konoplje pokazuje konkurentnost u obje zemlje. Međutim, u
slučaju ječma proizvodnja nema ekonomsku isplativost.
Ovo istraživanje ima značaj za istraživače koji žele saznati više o strukturi profitabilnosti
organske poljoprivrede. Štoviše, kreatori politika koji žele procijeniti potrebu za
subvencijama za organske poljoprivrednike, kao i poljoprivrednici koji razmišljaju o uzgoju
organske hrane, mogli bi ovu studiju smatrati neprocjenjivom
Consumer ethnocentrism and consumer perception of the quality of domestic and imported food products
On-line anketno istraživanje je provedeno na uzorku od 257 ispitanika s ciljem utvrđivanja stupnja potrošačkoga etnocentrizma, te njegova utjecaja na percepciju ispitanika o domaćim i uvoznim prehrambenim proizvodima, te percepciju o čokoladnim namazima Nutella i Lino Lada. Najveći udio ispitanika ima srednji stupanj potrošačkog etnocentrizma. Ispitanici smatraju da su domaći prehrambeni proizvodi kvalitetniji, ukusniji, sigurniji, skuplji te da imaju staromodniju ambalažu i manje atraktivan dizajn u odnosu na strane prehrambene proizvode. Ispitanici s niskim stupnjem potrošačkog etnocentrizma percipiraju uvozne proizvode kvalitetnijim, a ispitanici s visokim stupnjem potrošačkog etnocentrizma percipiraju domaće prehrambene proizvode kvalitetnijim. Ispitanici percipiraju domaći čokoladni namaz Lino Lada kvalitetnijim, sigurnijim za konzumaciju i modernije ambalaže nego uvozni čokoladni namaz Nutella, dok uvozni čokoladni namaz Nutella percipiraju skupljim u usporedbi s domaćim namazom Lino Lada. Što se tiče okusa, percepcija domaćeg i uvoznog čokoladnog namaza je jednaka. Rezultati provedenog istraživanja važni su za domaće proizvođače prehrambenih proizvoda i marketinške stručnjake za potrebe kreiranja marketinških strategija u svrhu promicanja etnocentričnog ponašanja u kupovini prehrambenih proizvoda.The online survey was conducted on a sample of 257 respondents with the aim of determining the level of consumer ethnocentrism and its impact on the respondents' perception of domestic and imported food products, as well as their perception of chocolate spreads Nutella and Lino Lada. The majority of respondents have a moderate level of consumer ethnocentrism. Respondents believe that domestic food products are of higher quality, tastier, safer, more expensive, and have a more old-fashioned packaging and less attractive design compared to foreign food products. Respondents with a low level of consumer ethnocentrism perceive imported products as higher in quality, while respondents with a high level of consumer ethnocentrism perceive domestic food products as higher in quality. Respondents perceive the domestic chocolate spread Lino Lada as higher in quality, safer for consumption, and with a more modern packaging compared to the imported chocolate spread Nutella, while they perceive Nutella as more expensive than the domestic Lino Lada spread. As for taste, the perception of domestic and imported chocolate spreads is the same. The results of the conducted research are important for domestic food producers and marketing professionals for the purpose of creating marketing strategies to promote ethnocentric behavior in the purchase of food products
Repellent effects of essential oils on the species Tenebrio molitor L. (Coleoptera: Tenebrionidae)
Veliki brašnar (Tenebrio molitor L., 1758) je štetnik uskladištenih poljoprivrednih proizvoda. Odrasli se hrane brašnom, žitom i mesom dok ličinke oštećuju pakiranja uskladištenih poljoprivrednih proizvoda. Brašnarovom prisutnošću proizvodi se brže kvare te im se smanjuje tržna vrijednost. Zbog manjka djelatnih tvari za suzbijanje velikog brašnara, pojave rezistentnosti, kao i zbog Europskog Zelenog Plana (European Green Deal) primorani smo tražiti nova rješenja suzbijanja. Jedno od rješenja je korištenje eteričnih ulja koja pokazuju repelentno i insekticidno djelovanje, a ujedno pošteđuju okoliš. U radu je istraženo repelentno djelovanje eteričnih ulja citronele, timijana, klinčića, limunske trave i kadulje na ličinke velikog brašnara. Ispitano je šest koncentracija svakog eteričnog ulja (100, 200, 400, 600, 800 i 1000 μl/cm2 tretiranjem filter papira u Petrijevim posudama. Svaka koncentracija i kontrola postavljene su u pet ponavljanja. Broj ličinki na tretiranom ili netretiranom dijelu filter papira očitavan je svakih 24 sata tijekom pet dana te je izračunat koeficijent distribucije. Najbolje repelentno djelovanje na ličinke velikog brašnara pokazalo je eterično ulje kadulje, iza kojeg slijedi klinčić. Ostala ulja pokazala su se atraktivnima za brašnara. Primjena eteričnih ulja u zaštiti uskladištenih proizvoda pokazuje veliki potencijal, a repelentni učinak je važan jer rezultira smanjenom potrebom za suzbijanjem i samim time smanjenom upotrebom insekticida.Beetle Tenebrio molitor L., 1758 is a well-known pest of grain and flour in food stores and grocery shops. The adults feed on flour, grain and meat, while the larvae damage the packaging of stored agricultural products. Due to the pest's presence, products deteriorate faster and their market value decreases. Due to the lack of active substances to control the yellow mealworm, the emergence of resistance, as well as the European Green Deal, we are forced to look for new control solutions. One of the solutions is the use of essential oils, which show repellent and insecticidal action, and at the same time protect the environment. This work investigated the repellent effect of essential oils of citronella, thyme, clove, lemongrass and sage on yellow mealworm larvae. Six concentrations of each essential oil (100, 200, 400, 600, 800 and 1000 μl/cm2) were tested by treating filter paper in Petri dishes. Each concentration and control were set in five replicates. The number of larvae on the treated or untreated part of the filter paper was read every 24 hours for five days and the distribution coefficient was calculated. The best repellent effect on the larvae was shown by sage essential oil, followed by clove. Other oils proved attractive to the mealworm. The use of essential oils in the protection of stored products shows great potential, and the repellent effect is important because it results in a reduced need for control and thus a reduced use of insecticides
Changes in breaking force in relation to the number of impacts to witch the grain is exposed
Oštećenja zrna koja nastaju tijekom žetve i rukovanja predstavljaju izazov u posliježetvenoj tehnologiji žitarica. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi sile lomljenja kukuruznog zrna koje će biti izloženo različitom broju udaraca, od izostanka udaraca do raspona od 5 do 40 udaraca. Sile pri kojima su zrna bila polomljena određene su kod 5 razina vlage. Prosječna sila pri kojima su polomljena zrna kod najmanjih vlaga (od 11,71 do 11,83%) iznosila je 0,60 kN, a kod najvećih vlaga (od 25,43 do 26,98%) prosječna sila iznosila je 0,41 kN. Statistička analiza podataka je pokazala da postoji signifikantna razlika u prosječnim silama između razina vlaga. Kako se povećavala vlaga zrna tako se smanjivao broj polomljenih zrna. Kod vlaga zrna između 11,71% i 11,83%, broj nepolomljenih zrna kretao se od 21 do 38, dok je kod vlaga između 25,43% i 26,98%, broj nepolomljenih zrna bio u rasponu od 68 do 83. Ukupno je najviše polomljenih zrna u prosjeku utvrđeno u uzorcima koji su uzeti iz polja 2 (50,89%), a najmanje u uzorcima koji su uzeti iz polja 4 (64,89%). Dobiveni podaci mogu pomoći kod procjena koliko bi se moglo očekivati oštećenih zrna kod izvođenja određenih zahvata pri vlagama zrna koje su bile u istraživanju. U ovom istraživanju zrno je uvijek postavljano u položaj klica prema dolje i korišten je samo jedan hibrid. U sljedećim istraživanjima trebalo bi uključiti više hibrida koji su uzgojeni na različitim razinama dodanog dušika i koji se razlikuju u odnosu tvrdog i mekog endosperma te odrediti veličinu sila kada se zrno postavi u drugi položaj.Kernel damage that occurs during harvest and handling represents a challenge in post-harvest grain technology. The aim of this thesis was to determine the breaking forces of corn kernels that will be exposed to a different number of hits, from the absence of hits to a range of 5 to 40 hits. The forces at which the kernels were broken were determined at 5 moisture levels. The average force at which the grains were broken at the lowest moisture content (from 11.71 to 11.83%) was 0.60 kN, and at the highest moisture content (from 25.43 to 26.98%), the average force was 0.41 KN. Statistical analysis of the data showed that there is a significant difference in the average forces between the moisture levels. As the grain moisture level increased, the number of broken kernels decreased. With kernel moisture levels between 11.71% and 11.83%, the number of unbroken kernels ranged from 21 to 38, while at moisture levels between 25.43% and 26.98%, the number of unbroken kernels ranged from 68 to 83. In total, most of the broken kernels were found on average in samples taken from field 2 (50.89%), and the least in samples taken from field 4 (64.89%). The obtained data can help in estimating how many damaged kernels could be expected when performing certain operations at the moisture content of the kernels that were in the research. In this study, the grain was always placed in the germ-down position and only one hybrid was used. Further research should include more hybrids that are grown at different levels of added nitrogen and that differ in the ratio of hard and soft endosperm and determine the magnitude of the forces when the kernel is placed in a different position
Comparison of the chemical composition in fruits of woodland strawberry and garden strawberry
Jagode su popularno voće čija proizvodnja u svijetu kontinuirano raste. Poznate su po atraktivnom izgledu plodova te ugodnoj aromi i okusu. Sve više istraživanja dokazuje pozitivan učinak konzumacije jagoda na ljudsko zdravlje. Kemijski sastav plodova je zasigurno odgovoran za takav pozitivan učinak. Međutim, kod jagoda koje su zastupljene na tržištu se uglavnom obraća pozornost na veličinu, boju i vanjski oblik plodova, a puno manje na kemijski sastav. Zbog toga je cilj ovog rada bio analizirati plodove šumske jagode i vrtne jagode kako bi se utvrdila razlika u kemijskom sastavu između njih. Za analizu su korišteni plodovi vrtne jagode (Fragaria x ananassa) sorte 'Sonata' i plodovi triju različitih populacija šumske jagode (Fragaria vesca). Analizirani su na količinu ukupne topljive suhe tvari (TST), ukupnu kiselost (UK), omjer TST/UK, koncentraciju ukupnih flavonoida, ukupnih fenola i ukupnih antocijana. Utvrđeno je da su količina ukupne TST, koncentracija ukupnih flavonoida i ukupnih fenola veći u plodovima šumske jagode. Ukupna kiselost je bila podjednaka u plodovima obje vrste. Jedino je koncentracija ukupnih antocijana bila veća u plodovima vrtne jagode.Strawberries are a popular fruit their production is continuously increasing. Strawberries are well known for their attractive appearance, and also for their pleasant aroma and taste. An ever-increasing number of research papers is confirming the positive influence of strawberry consumption on human health. The chemical composition of strawberry fruit is probably responsible for this. However, with strawberries currently present on the market, most attention is given to the size, shape and color of the fruits, while a lot less attention is given to their chemical composition. Therefore, the goal of this research was to analyze the fruits of woodland strawberry and garden strawberry and determine the difference between their chemical composition. The fruits of garden strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa), cultivar 'Sonata' and three different populations of woodland strawberry (Fragaria vesca) were used in this analysis. The fruits were analyzed for total soluble solids content, total acidity, concentration of total flavonoids, total phenols, and total anthocyanins. It was determined that the fruits of woodland strawberry had a higher amount of total soluble solids content, higher concentration of total flavonoids and higher concentration of total phenols. Total acidity was approximately the same for all fruits. Only the concentration of total anthocyanins was higher in the fruits of garden strawberry
