Compliance Monitoring System in Airport Processes
Sustav nadziranja usklađenosti u procesima zračne luke odnosi se na unutarnji i vanjski nadzor nad zračnim lukama, odnosno na usklađenost procesa s propisima. U ovom diplomskom radu prikazani su strateški međunarodni i nacionalni dokumenti koji propisuju procedure u zračnim lukama, od kojih se izdvajaju Uredba komisije (EU) br. 139/2014 i Uredba komisije (EU) br. 2018/1139. Opisane su tri razine propisa, na svjetskoj, europskoj i nacionalnoj razini. Definirana su nadležna tijela, njihov krug djelatnosti i njihove obaveze. Opisani su zahtjevi za letačke operacije na aerodromu, kao i provođenje nadzora, njegove etape te načini na koje inspektori provode nadzor. Na primjeru jedne zračne luke opisani su procesi i sustav nadziranja procesa u pet ključnih segmenata, a to su: opskrba vodom, opskrba gorivom, prihvat i otprema putnika, opskrba hranom i pićem, prihvat i otprema prtljage. Sustav nadzora u primjeru jedne zračne luke funkcionira na dnevnoj, tjednoj i godišnjoj razini. Potpuni interni nadzor obavlja se tri puta godišnje, a uključuje nadzor dokumentacije, radnih procesa i procedura. Proces nadzora odvija se po etapama, kao što su utvrđivanje nesukladnosti, traženje korijena uzroka nesukladnosti, definiranje korektivnih mjera, provođenje korektivnih mjera te naknadno praćenje.The compliance monitoring system in airport processes refers to the internal and external monitoring of airports, i.e. the compliance of processes with regulations. This thesis presents key strategic international and national documents that prescribe procedures in airports, of which Commission Regulation (EU) no. 139/2014 and Commission Regulation (EU) no. 2018/1139. Three levels of regulation are described, on the world, European and national level. Institutions, their scope of activities and their obligations are defined. The requirements for flight operations at the airport are described, as well as the conduct of supervision, its stages and the ways in which inspectors conduct supervision. In the example of an airport, the processes and process monitoring system are described in five key segments, namely: water supply, fuel supply, reception and dispatch of passengers, supply of food and drinks, reception and dispatch of baggage. The monitoring system in the example of one airport functions on a daily, weekly and annual level. Full internal supervision is performed three times a year, and includes supervision of documentation, work processes and procedures. The monitoring process takes place in stages, such as establishing non-compliance, searching for the root cause of non-compliance, defining corrective measures, implementing corrective measures and subsequent monitoring

Analysis of IT support for users during postal items submission
U ovom završnom radu istražuju se razine informatičke podrške korisnicima koju pružaju najkorišteniji davatelji ostalih poštanskih usluga Tisak, DPD i Overseas Express, u usporedbi s univerzalnim davateljem poštanskih usluga, Hrvatskom poštom. Rad se fokusira na analizu dostupnosti i efikasnosti digitalnih rješenja koja olakšavaju korisnicima proces predaje poštanskih pošiljaka. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na razvoj web aplikacije koja omogućava korisnicima ispunjavanje P-10m obrazaca Hrvatske pošte, koji je trenutno moguće ispuniti samo ručno u poštanskim uredima. Web aplikacija nudi brzo i efikasno rješenje za ispunjavanje i ispisivanje obrasca, čime se smanjuje potreba za direktnom podrškom sustava i pojednostavljuje cijeli proces za korisnike. Razvijena aplikacija omogućuje korisnicima da ispunjeni obrazac jednostavno ispišu i s njim odu u najbliži ured Hrvatske pošte, čime se značajno smanjuje vrijeme i trud potreban za predaju poštanskih pošiljaka. Kroz rad su detaljno prikazane usporedne prednosti i nedostaci informatičke podrške kod odabranih davatelja poštanskih usluga, s ciljem identificiranja najboljih praksi i mogućnosti za unapređenje korisničkog iskustva u poštanskom sektoru. Rad donosi zaključke o trenutnom stanju informatičke podrške u poštanskom sektoru u Republici Hrvatskoj te nudi preporuke za daljnja unapređenja, s naglaskom na integraciju naprednijih digitalnih rješenja koja će korisnicima olakšati proces predaje poštanskih pošiljaka.In this thesis, the levels of IT support provided to users by the most frequently used alternative postal service providers Tisak, DPD, and Overseas Express are compared with the universal postal service provider, Croatian Post. The study focuses on analyzing the availability and efficiency of digital solutions that facilitate the process of postal parcel submission for users. Special emphasis is placed on the development of a web application that allows users to complete the P-10m forms of Croatian Post, which currently can only be filled out manually at post offices. The web application offers a quick and efficient solution for filling out and printing the form, thereby reducing the need for direct system support and simplifying the entire process for users. The developed application enables users to easily print the completed form and take it to the nearest Croatian Post office, significantly reducing the time and effort required for postal parcel submission. The paper presents a detailed comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of IT support among the selected postal service providers, with the aim of identifying best practices and opportunities for improving user experience in the postal sector. The thesis concludes with an assessment of the current state of IT support in the postal sector in the Republic of Croatia and offers recommendations for further improvements, emphasizing the integration of advanced digital solutions to facilitate the process of postal parcel submission for users
Possibility of Applying Large Language Models as a Method of Cyber Attack
Rad sadrži pregled mogućnosti primjene velikih jezičnih modela kao metode kibernetičkih napada. Veliki jezični modeli trenirani su na velikim količinama podataka te imaju sposobnost pružanja odgovora koji se lako mogu upotrijebiti na zlonamjeran način. Odgovore koje pružaju jezični modeli napadači koriste u maliciozne svrhe te jezični modeli postaju glavni pomagači u izvođenju kibernetičkih napada. U radu je predstavljen kratki pregled metoda koje se koriste za izvođenje kibernetičkih napada uz pomoć velikih jezičnih modela te uspješnost provođenja napada.This thesis shows the possibility of applying Large Language Models as a method of cyber attack. Large Language Models are trained on large amounts of data and they can provide answers which can be easily used for malicious purposes. Answers that are provided by language models, attackers are using for malicious purposes so language models become the main helpers in making cyber attacks. The thesis shows a brief summary of methods that are used for cyber attacks using the help of large language models and it shows the efficiency of implementing attacks
Analysis of Routine and Special Maintenance of the Public Roads in Karlovac County
Za sigurno i nesmetano odvijanje prometa na cestama u Karlovačkoj županiji brine se Županijska uprava za ceste na način da organizira radove redovnog i izvanrednog održavanja državnih, županijskih i lokalnih cesta. Na temelju tih spoznaja i primjene zakonske regulative, koja je ujedno i opisana na početku ovog završnog rada, prikazan je opseg kompletne organizacije vezane za održavanje javnih cesta u Karlovačkoj županiji. Primjena zakonske regulative kod planiranja bilo kakvih radova je neizbježno za kvalitetne i sigurne radove na cestama u Republici Hrvatskoj. U završnom radu spomenute su i najvažnije zakonske odredbe koje se tiču održavanja prometnica na području županije. U radu je također prikazana analiza cestovne mreže na području Karlovačke županije i istaknute najbitnije značajke koje uvelike utječu na samo održavanje prometnica. Analiziran je sustav redovnog i izvanrednog održavanja prometnica na području županije i izneseni su prijedlozi poboljšanja postojećeg sustava održavanja te u kojim segmentima treba pridodati veću pažnju prilikom održavanja cesta kako u Karlovačkoj županiji tako i na ostalim cestama diljem Hrvatske.The County Road Administration takes care of the safe and smooth flow of traffic on the roads in Karlovac County by organizing regular and extraordinary maintenance work on state, county and local roads. Based on these findings and the application of legislation, which is also described at the beginning of this final paper, the scope of the complete organization related to the maintenance of public roads in Karlovac County is presented. The application of legal regulations when planning any works is inevitable for quality and safe works on roads in the Republic of Croatia. In the final paper, the most important legal provisions concerning the maintenance of roads in the county were also mentioned. The paper also presents an analysis of the road network in Karlovac County and highlights the most important features that greatly affect road maintenance itself. The system of regular and extraordinary road maintenance in the county was analyzed and proposals were made to improve the existing maintenance system and in which segments more attention should be paid to road maintenance both in Karlovac County and on other roads throughout Croatia
Determining Signal Strength at the Point of Reception in Urban Environment
Cilj ovog rada je analiza jačine signala mobilne mreže u urbanom okruženju, uzimajući u obzir utjecaj različitih prepreka na širenje elektromagnetskih valova. Opisana su svojstva elektromagnetskih valova te njihova primjena u pokretnim komunikacijama. Obrazloženi su načini širenja valova s obzirom na frekvenciju i prepreke. Uz kratki osvrt o propagaciji elektromagnetskih valova, navedeni su i opisani propagacijski modeli. U praktičnom dijelu rada su izvršena mjerenja razine prijamnog signala u urbanom području mobilnim uređajem te odabranim aplikativnim rješenjima. Rezultati mjerenja prikazani su na kraju rada ilustracijama i grafikonima.The aim of this thesis is to analyse the signal strength of the mobile network in urban environment, considering the influence of various obstacles on the propagation of electromagnetic waves. Here are described performance of electromagnetic waves and their appliance in mobile communications. Here are also briefly explained the way of wave propagation in view of frequency and obstacles. Along with a brief overview of the propagation of electromagnetic waves, propagation models are also listed and described. A practical part consists of the signal reception measurements which were made using a mobile device and a chosen application solution in the urban area. The results of the measurements are presented at the end of the thesis with illustrative and graphic displays

Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima nerazdvojni je segment u povećanju uspješnosti logističkih poduzeća. Prilikom planiranja svoje poslovne strategije, poduzeće mora uzeti u obzir sadašnje ljudske potencijale te, ako je potrebno, započeti sa zapošljavanjem i potragom za novim ili razvojem i školovanjem trenutnih zaposlenika. Činjenica je kako se zbog neprestanog ekonomskog razvoja razvijaju i želje logističkih poduzeća za što učinkovitijom uslugom, što upućuje na zaključak da je stalna optimizacija strategija neophodna. Cilj je osigurati da dovoljan broj zaposlenika s odgovarajućim kvalifikacijama bude dostupan u pravo vrijeme i na pravom mjestu. Diplomski rad istražuje trenutne strategije i izazove s obzirom na radnu kulturu i upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima u skladišnim odjela poduzeća Lidl Hrvatska. Adekvatnom brigom o zaposlenicima brže se ostvaruju ciljevi poduzeća te na taj način omogućuje njegovo isticanje na ionako prenatrpanom tržištu. Cilj je analizirati na koji način poduzeće nastoji zadržati i razvijati skladišne zaposlenike s ciljem ostvarivanja konkurentske prednosti.Human resource management is an inseparable segment in increasing the performance of logistics companies. When planning its business strategy, the company must take into account the current human potential and, if necessary, start recruiting and searching for new employees or developing and training current ones. It is a fact that due to constant economic development, the demands of logistics companies for the most efficient service are also developing, which leads to the conclusion that constant optimization of strategies is necessary. The goal is to ensure that a sufficient number of employees with appropriate qualifications are available at the right time and in the right place. The master's thesis investigates current strategies and challenges with regard to work culture and human resources management in the warehouse department of Lidl Hrvatska. By taking adequate care of employees, the company's goals are achieved more quickly and thus enabling it to stand out in an already overcrowded market. The goal is to analyze how the company tries to retain and develop warehouse employees with the aim of achieving a competitive advantage
The Harmful Impact of Road Traffic on Climate Change
Zadatak ovog rada je opisati štetan utjecaj cestovnog prometa na klimatske promjene. Uz uvod u kojem se objašnjava problem prevelikog broja vozila na cestama koji je usko povezan s razvojem gospodarstva, u radu su nadalje opisane klimatske promjene, uzroci njihovog nastajanja te posljedice koje nose sa sobom. Najveći fokus u radu je stavljen na štetan utjecaj iz samog cestovnog prometa, na opis kako i čime vozila zagađuju putem izgaranja iz pogonskog agregata te koje to posljedice u obliku društvenog troška ostavlja za sobom. U posljednjem dijelu rada se iznosi prijedlog za uvođenje mjera koje dovode do smanjenja zagađenja raznim tehnološkim inovacijama, politikama te samom edukacijom stanovništva.The purpose of this thesis is to describe the harmful impact of road traffic on climate change. In addition to the introduction, which explains the problem of the excessive number of vehicles on the roads closely linked to economic development, the paper further describes climate change, its causes, and the consequences that it brings. The main focus of the paper is on the harmful impact of road traffic itself, describing how and with what vehicles pollute through emissions from the power unit and the consequences this pollution leaves in the form of social costs. The final part of the paper proposes measures to reduce pollution through various technological innovations, policies, and the education of the population
Safety Risks Analysis of Drug Transport
Distribucija lijekova predstavlja ključnu komponentu u lancu opskrbe zdravstvenog
sektora. Zbog specifičnih zahtjeva koji se odnose na skladištenje i transport farmaceutskih
proizvoda, kao i zbog stroge regulative koja prati ovu djelatnost, iznimno je važno osigurati
visoku razinu sigurnosti u svim fazama transporta. Ovaj rad detaljno se bavi identifikacijom,
analizom i procjenom sigurnosnih rizika koji mogu nastati tokom transporta i skladištenja
lijekova s posebnim naglaskom na primjenu FMEA analize (Failure Mode and Effects
Analysis) za identifikaciju mogućih grešaka i njihovih posljedica. Tri ključne analize koje se
provode u radu uključuju: analizu transportnih ruta, analizu skladištenja i analizu kontrole
pristupa i sigurnosti u pretovarnom skladištu. U analizi transportnih ruta, naglasak je stavljen
na tehničku ispravnost vozila, održavanje temperaturnih uvjeta i utvrđivanje potencijalnih
prepreka tijekom prijevoza. Analiza skladištenja se bavi uvjetima skladištenja, poput kontrole
temperature i sigurnosti lijekova, dok analiza kontrole pristupa ispituje sigurnosne mjere i
procedure unutar pretovarnih skladišta. Sve analize koriste FMEA metodologiju za izračun
broja prioriteta rizika i omogućuju rangiranje rizika prema njihovoj ozbiljnosti. Predložene su
strategije za smanjenje rizika, uključujući primjenu naprednih tehnologija kao što su GPS,
RFID, IoT senzori i Geofencing, čime se omogućava precizno praćenje i upravljanje
sigurnosinm rizikom. Naglašava se potreba za kontinuiranim nadzorom i prilagođavanjem
sigurnosnih mjera, kako bi se osigurala kvaliteta lijekova i zaštitilo zdravlje pacijenata.Medical products distribution is a key component in the healthcare supply chain.
Due to the specific requirements relating to the storage and transport of pharmaceutical
products, as well as the strict regulations accompanying this activity, it is extremely
important to ensure a high level of safety at all stages of transport. This paper-work
deals in detail with the identification, analysis and evaluation of safety risks that may
arise during the transport and storage of medicinal products with special emphasis on
the application of FMEA analysis (failure mode and effects analysis) for the
identification of possible errors and their consequences. Three key analyses carried out
in the paper-work include: transport route analysis, storage analysis and access control
and security analysis in the crossdock warehouse. In the analysis of transport routes,
emphasis was placed on technical roadworthiness of vehicles, maintenance of
temperature conditions and identification of potential obstacles during transport. Storage
analysis deals with storage conditions, such as temperature control and safety of
medicines, while access control analysis examines security measures and procedures
within transhipment warehouses. All analyses use the FMEA methodology to calculate
the number of risk priorities and allow the ranking of risks according to their severity.
Risk mitigation strategies have been proposed, including the use of advanced
technologies such as GPS, RFID, IoT sensors and geofencing, allowing accurate
monitoring and management of safety risk. It pointing-out the need for continuous
monitoring and adaptation of safety measures to ensure the high quality of medicines
and to protect patients health
The impact of road traffic on air pollution
Rad detaljno analizira utjecaj štetnih tvari koje nastaju kao rezultat cestovnog prometa s naglaskom na njihov dugoročni učinak na okoliš i ljudsko zdravlje. U radu su opisani različiti tipovi zagađivača, uključujući čestice, plinove i druge spojeve, te njihovo štetno djelovanje na ljude, biljke i životinje. Fiziološki učinci na organizme su analizirani kroz utjecaj na respiratorni sustav, ali i šire, na opće zdravstveno stanje populacije. Rad naglašava i utjecaj štetnih tvari na ekosustave, posebno kroz zakiseljavanje tla i vode. Detaljno je opisana količina zagađenja u velikim urbanim sredinama gdje je promet najintenzivniji, kao i socioekonomske posljedice za društvo. Analizirani su i pozitivni primjeri iz prakse gdje su uvedene mjere za smanjenje zagađenja poput električnih vozila, boljeg javnog prijevoza i strožih ekoloških standarda. Kroz usporedbu trenutnih podataka s prognozama za budućnost, daje se uvid u moguće scenarije razvoja cestovnog prometa i borbe protiv onečišćenja. Rad naglašava potrebu za interdisciplinarnim pristupom kako bi se postigla održiva rješenja.The paper provides a detailed analysis of the impact of harmful substances resulting from road traffic, with an emphasis on their long-term effects on the environment and human health. The paper describes various types of pollutants, including particles, gases, and other compounds, as well as their harmful effects on humans, plants, and animals. The physiological effects on organisms are analyzed through the impact on the respiratory system, but also more broadly on the overall health of the population. The paper also highlights the impact of harmful substances on ecosystems, particularly through soil and water acidification. The level of pollution in large urban areas, where traffic is most intense, is thoroughly described, along with the socioeconomic consequences for society. Positive examples from practice are analyzed, where measures to reduce pollution have been implemented, such as electric vehicles, improved public transport, and stricter environmental standards. By comparing current data with future projections, the paper provides insights into possible scenarios for the development of road traffic and the fight against pollution.
