Analysis of Routine and Periodic Maintenance of Roads in Sisak-Moslavina County
Javne ceste se, ovisno o njihovom društvenom, prometnom i gospodarskom značenju razvrstavaju u jednu od sljedeće četiri skupine: autoceste, državne, županijske i lokalne ceste. U Sisačko-moslavačkoj županiji djeluje Županijska uprava za ceste s osnovnom djelatnošću izgradnje, upravljanja i održavanja županijskih i lokalnih cesta. Aktivnosti redovnog i izvanrednog održavanja uređuju se određenom zakonskom regulativom. Redovno održavanje cesta čini skup mjera i radnji manjeg opsega koje se obavljaju tijekom većeg dijela ili cijele godine, dok izvanredno održavanje spada u grupu zahtjevnijih i opsežnijih radova održavanja cesta. Kao prijedlog poboljšanja sustava održavanja Sisačko-moslavačke županije predložena je primjena besplatnog računalnog programa poput QGIS-a i implementacija RFID tehnologije u inventar baze podataka prometnih znakova.Depending on their social, traffic and economic significance, public roads are classified into one of the following four groups: highways, state, county and local roads. In Sisak-Moslavina County, the County Road Administration operates with the basic activity of construction, management and maintenance of county and local roads. Regular and periodic maintenance activities are regulated by specific legislation. Regular road maintenance consists of a set of smaller extent measures and actions that are performed during most or all of the year, while periodic maintenance belongs to the group of more demanding and extensive road maintenance works. As a proposal to improve the maintenance system of the Sisak-Moslavina County, the application of a free computer program such as QGIS and the implementation of RFID technology in the inventory of the traffic sign database were proposed
Monitoring engine parameters for PT 6 engines on Pilatus PC 9 before and after engine overhaul
Proces održavanja zrakoplova je ključan dio aspekta sigurnosti, ali i performansi zrakoplova. U radu je opisan motor P&W PT6 zrakoplova Pilatus PC-9M te postupci njegovog održavanja. Održavanje motora uključuje postupak velike obnove motora koja je opisana na primjeru obnove konkretnog motora s određenim brojem sati leta uz što je priložen detaljan opis najbitnijih sekcija motora s pripadajućim dijelovima. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je analiza parametara motora prije i nakon velike obnove radi utvrđivanja područja poboljšanja performansi zrakoplova, ali i radi dokazivanja važnosti programa održavanja i pravovremenih pregleda zrakoplova.Aircraft maintenance procedures is one of the key parts of the safety aspect, but also of the aircraft performance. The paper describes the P&W PT6 engine of the Pilatus PC-9M aircraft and its maintenance procedures. Engine maintenance procedures include the process of engine overhaul which is described on the basis of a particular engine that was sent to overhaul after a certain number of flight hours. The overhaul process is accompanied by a detailed description of the most important engine sections with associated parts. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the parameters of the engine before and after engine overhaul to determine the area of improvement of aircraft performance, but also to prove the importance of maintenance programs and timely inspections of aircraft
Influence od elements for projecting traffic areas on road safety traffic
Cestovni promet ima stalni porast broja vozila što znači da se i elementima projektiranja cestovnih prometnica, ali i sigurnosti cestovnog prometa mora posvetiti više pažnje. Sigurnost cestovnog prometa trenutno nije zadovoljavajuća kad se uzme u obzir da se svakodnevno može čuti o tome koliko ljudi strada u prometu u Republici Hrvatskoj. Prometni stručnjaci nastoje smanjiti negativne brojke, a smanjenje negativnog trenda može se riješiti smanjenjem intenziteta porasta broja vozila ili povećanjem sigurnosti prometa. Sigurnost cestovnog prometa je posljedica ubrzanog razvoja cjelokupnog prometnog sustava. Promet predstavlja izrazito složenu pojavu u kojoj svakodnevno dolazi do niza konfliktnih situacija. Kako bi se povećala prometna sigurnost, cilj je provesti brojne mjere koje će djelovati na smanjenje opasnosti. Čimbenici koji djeluju na sigurnost cestovnog prometa su čovjek, vozilo, cesta, promet na cesti i incidentni čimbenici.Road traffic has a constant increase in the number of vehicles, which means that more attention must be paid to elements of road design, as well as road traffic safety. The safety of road traffic is currently not satisfactory when you take into account that every day you can hear about how many people are killed in traffic in the Republic of Croatia. Traffic experts are trying to reduce the negative numbers, and the reduction of the negative trend can be solved by reducing the intensity of the increase in the number of vehicles or by increasing traffic safety. Road traffic safety is a consequence of the accelerated development of the entire transport system. Traffic represents an extremely complex phenomenon in which a series of conflicting situations occur every day. In order to increase traffic safety, the goal is to implement numerous measures that will work to reduce the danger. Price Policy in Air Transport
Cijena je jedini od elemenata marketing miksa koji ostvaruje prihod, dok su ostali elementi troškovi. Najveći problem u marketingu predstavlja određivanje visine cijene i cjenovna konkurentnost. Mnoge tvrtke nemaju dobar način kod problematike formiranja cijena. Najčešće, pogreške su sljedeće: kod određivanja cijena previše se orijentiraju na troškove, nemaju dovoljno često mijenjanje cijena u cilju kapitaliziranja promjena na tržištu; cijene se određuje neovisno u odnosu na ostale elemente marketinškog miksa, a ne u sklopu strategije tržišnog pozicioniranja; cijene nisu dovoljno različite ako se gledaju različiti proizvodi, tržišni segmenti i kupovne prilike. Politika određivanja cijena usluga u zračnom prometu ima za cilj da prodaje njihove usluge s takvom atraktivnom cijenom, dovoljnom za osiguranje potrebne količine potražne, uz mogućnost da se postigne planirani profit. Najvažniji cilj kod poslovanja zrakoplovne kompanije je profitabilnost. Ovisi od odnosa jediničnih troškova, prihoda i popunjenosti zrakoplova. U ekonomskoj teoriji zrakoplovstva tri su temeljne strategije formiranja cijena usluga zrakoplovnih kompanija. Strategije se temelje na troškovima, potražnji za uslugama u zračnom prometu i kvaliteti usluga.Price is the only element of the marketing mix that generates revenue, while the other elements are costs. The biggest problem in marketing is price determination and price competitiveness. Many companies do not have a good way of dealing with the issue of pricing. Most often, the mistakes are as follows: when determining prices, they are too oriented towards costs, they do not change prices often enough in order to capitalize on changes in the market; prices are determined independently in relation to other elements of the marketing mix, and not as part of the market positioning strategy; prices are not sufficiently different when looking at different products, market segments and buying opportunities. The pricing policy of air traffic services aims to sell their services with such an attractive price, sufficient to ensure the necessary amount of demand, with the possibility of achieving the planned profit. Collection and Analysis of Digital Footprints Using the Maltego Software
Korištenje OSINT-a može biti odličan način za pronalaženje podataka o ljudima i organizacijama. Dosadašnja istraživanja u području prikupljanja OSINT-a pokazala su da je moguće prikupiti veliku količinu podataka iz različitih online izvora. Osim toga, istraživanje je također pokazalo da je važno voditi računa o „digitalnoj higijeni“ i biti svjestan dostupnosti podataka. Također su prikazani scenariji istraživanja osobe od interesa koji su provedeni primjenom programskog alata Maltego koji se koristiti za prikupljanje i analizu javno dostupnih podataka. Ti se podaci mogu koristiti za praćenje kretanja pojedinaca, njihove aktivnosti na društvenim mrežama i njihove interakcije s vladinim i privatnim organizacijama. Analizirajući te podatke, istraživači mogu identificirati obrasce ponašanja koji mogu ukazivati na potencijalnu sigurnosnu prijetnju.Using OSINT can be a great way to find information about people and organizations. Previous research in the field of OSINT collection has shown that it is possible to collect a large amount of data from various online sources. In addition, the research also showed that it is important to take care of "digital hygiene" and be aware of the availability of data. Also presented are scenarios of research on persons of interest, which were carried out using the software tool Maltego, which is used to collect and analyze publicly available data. This data can be used to track individuals' movements, their social media activity, and their interactions with government and private organizations. By analyzing this data, researchers can identify patterns of behavior that may indicate a potential security threat
Analysis of The Automation Possibilities of Warehouse Processes in Distribution Center Using Autonomous Forklifts
Troškovi skladišnih procesa u sveukupnom opskrbnom lancu ovisiti će o organizaciji i tehničkoj opremljenosti skladišta. Dugoročno, automatizacija jednog dijela procesa ili cijelog skladišnog sustava za posljedicu ima smanjenje troškova te povećanje produktivnosti i efektivnosti distribucije proizvoda do potrošača. Automatizirana vođena vozila (eng. Automated Guided Vehicle, AGV) su autonomni viličari koji prevoze teret u skladištu bez ručne intervencije. AGV ima sposobnosti automatiziranog planiranja rute, slijeđenja putanje i rukovanja teretom. Sustav upravljanja skladištem ima zadaću raspoređivati zadatke te koordinirati kretanje AGV-a. Proces uvođenja automatiziranih viličara u logističke procese unutar skladišta predstavlja izazov, posebice ako se postojeći viličari dodatno opremaju sklopovljem koje ga čine autonomnim vozilom. Cilj ovoga rada je opisati i analizirati skladišne procese te analizirati mogućnost primjene AGV-a u sustav promatranog subjekta. Osim navedenog potrebno je prikazati tehničko – ekonomsku analizu investiranja u sustav autonomnih vozila.The costs of warehouse processes in the overall supply chain will depend on the organization and technical equipment of the warehouse. In the long term, the automation of a part of the process or the entire storage system leads to a reduction in costs and an increase in productivity and efficiency of product distribution to consumers. Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) are autonomous forklifts that transport goods in a warehouse without manual intervention. AGV is capable of automated route planning, trajectory tracking and load handling. The traffic management system has the task of allocating tasks and coordinating the movement of AGVs. The process of introducing autonomous forklifts into logistics processes within the warehouse is a challenge, especially if the existing forklifts are additionally equipped with additional devices that make them autonomous vehicles. The aim of this paper is to describe and analyze warehouse processes and to analyze the possibility of using AGV in the system of the observed subject. In addition to the above, it is necessary to present a technical-economic analysis of investments in the autonomous vehicle system
Estimation of Efficiency of Telematic Systems in the Republic of Croatia
Svrha ovoga diplomskoga rada je analizirati i prepoznati dostupna telematička rješenja u vozilima i na infrastrukturi, te napraviti usporedbu sa trenutnim stanjem implementacije u Republici Hrvatskoj. Na temelju prepoznavanja implementiranih telematičkih rješenja kroz ovaj diplomski rad napravit će se analiza koliko krajnji korisnici prepoznaju i koriste određena telematička rješenja, te postoji li mogućnost unaprjeđenja postojećeg prometnog sustava. U tu svrhu provedeno je primarno istraživanje putem online ankete kako bi se utvrdila informiranost šire javnosti Republike Hrvatske o poznavanju i učinkovitosti telematičkih sustava u cestovnom prometu. Provedeno je ispitivanje na prigodnom uzorku od 118 ispitanika koji su odgovorima na zatvorena pitanja i tvrdnje iskazali kakvo je njihovo poznavanje telematičkih sustava. Iz dobivenih odgovora vidljivo je kako ispitanici nisu baš upućeni u pojam „telematički sustavi“, ali detaljnom analizom može se zaključiti kako ipak koriste određena telematiča rješenja. Na temelju prikupljenih odgovora moguće je zaključiti da većina ispitanika prepoznaje telematička rješenja kao što su inteligentni prometni znakovi ili inteligentne prometnice. Osim toga, ispitanici telematičke sustave u prometu smatraju učinkovitima i sigurnima što je jako pozitivan pokazatelj. Za upravljanje prometom smatraju važnim i korisnim telematičke sustave za parkiranje, ali ih baš ne koriste. Naime, pokazalo se da samo nekolicina ispitanika općenito koristi bilo kakve oblike telematičkih sustava u prometu što je poražavajuće obzirom na njihovu pozitivnu ulogu u prometnoj infrastrukturi. Ono na što bismo morali obratiti veću pozornost u budućnosti bila bi implementacija telematičkih rješenja u prometu, ali i edukacija javnosti Republike Hrvatske o važnosti njihovog korištenja te pozitivnim učincima koje ona donose.The purpose of this thesis is to analyze and recognize available telematics solutions in vehicles and on infrastructure, and to make a comparison with the current state of implementation in the Republic of Croatia. Based on the recognition of implemented telematics solutions, this thesis will analyze how well end users recognize and use certain telematics solutions, and whether there is a possibility of improving the existing transport system. For this purpose, primary research was conducted through an online survey in order to determine the awareness of the general public of the Republic of Croatia about the knowledge and effectiveness of telematics systems in road traffic. A survey was conducted on a convenient sample of 118 respondents who, by answering closed questions and statements, expressed their knowledge of telematics systems. From the answers received, it is evident that the respondents are not really familiar with the term "telematic systems", but a detailed analysis can conclude that they still use certain telematic solutions. Based on the collected answers, it is possible to conclude that the majority of respondents recognize telematics solutions such as intelligent traffic signs or intelligent roads. In addition, respondents consider telematics systems in traffic to be efficient and safe, which is a very positive indicator. They consider telematic parking systems important and useful for traffic management, but they don't really use them. Namely, it turned out that only a few respondents generally use any form of telematics systems in traffic, which is devastating considering their positive role in traffic infrastructure. What we would have to pay more attention to in the future would be the implementation of telematics solutions in traffic, but also the education of the public of the Republic of Croatia about the importance of their use and the positive effects they bring
Analysis of traffic signalling and equipment for increase the safety of motorcyclists
Motociklisti su uz pješake i bicikliste najranjivija skupina sudionika u prometu. Vožnja na motociklu atraktivna je za ljude različitih dobnih skupina, a posebice u ljetnom razdoblju kada je moguće voziti na dužim rutama zbog lijepog vremena. S obzirom na to da je motocikl u pravilu vozilo s jednim tragom, odnosno dva kotača, da je omjer snage motora i mase samog vozila takav da je moguće postizati velike brzine u vrlo kratkom vremenu te da vozač nije zaštićen karoserijom vozila, posljedice koje nastaju prilikom prometne nesreće su najčešće ozlijede, a vrlo često i smrt. Prometna oprema i signalizacija je dio cestovne infrastrukture kojom se komunicira sa sudionicima u prometu. Ovim radom prikazano je osnovno o prometnoj signalizaciji i opremi, stanje sigurnosti motociklista u svijetu i Hrvatskoj te postojeća prometna signalizacija i oprema koja se primjenjuje za povećanje sigurnosti motociklista. Naposlijetku, prikazani su primjeri mjera koji su implementirani u Hrvatskoj na državnim cestama.Along with pedestrians and cyclists, motorcyclists are the most vulnerable group of road users. Riding a motorcycle is attractive for people of different age groups, especially in the summer when it is possible to ride on longer routes due to the nice weather. Given that a motorcycle is usually a vehicle with one track, i.e., two wheels, that the ratio of engine power to the weight of vehicle itself is such that it is possible to reach high speeds in a very short time, and that the driver is not protected by the body of the vehicle, the most common consequences that arise when traffic accident occur are injuries, and very often death. Traffic equipment and signalling is part of the road infrastructure used to communicate with road users. This work shows the basics of traffic signalling and equipment, the state of motorcyclist safety in the world and in Croatia, and the existing traffic signalling and equipment that are used to increase the safety of motorcyclists. Finally, examples of measures implemented in Croatia on national roads are presented
Smart Ports Concept
Raznovrsna okolina morske luke koju ističe širok raspon poduzeća i sustava koji rade na različitoj opremi, stvara dinamično i zahtjevno okruženje. Moderne luke transformiraju se u pametne luke, što znači primjenu razvijenih i dostupnih rješenja koja zadovoljavaju trenutne i buduće izazove. Poteškoća je u tome što transformacija u pametnu luku podrazumijeva dugotrajan proces i ono što je danas inovativno i što čini luku inteligentnom, možda neće biti dostatno u budućnosti. Postojeća tehnička i tehnološka rješenja u sustavu luka usmjerena su uglavnom na digitalna rješenja, koja nisu dovoljna da u potpunosti ispune zadatke pametne luke. Inteligentna rješenja zahtijevaju integraciju na mnogim razinama, počevši od društvene, ekonomske i tehnološke dimenzije. Još je dug put do potpunog koncepta pametne luke koji vjerojatno nije posljednji korak u razvoju luka. Ipak, nema sumnje da su predvodnici pametnih luka europske morske luke, kao npr. luke Hamburg ili Rotterdam. U skladu s time, cilj ovog rada je prikazati pametne luke kao sljedeći neizbježan korak promjena u funkcioniranju sustava luka.The diverse environment of a seaport, highlighted by a wide range of companies and systems operating on various equipment, creates a dynamic and demanding environment. Modern ports are being transformed into smart ports, which means the application of developed and available solutions that meet current and future challenges. The difficulty is that the transformation into a smart port implies a long-term process and what is innovative today and what makes a port intelligent may not be enough in the future. The existing technical and technological solutions in the port system are focused mainly on digital solutions, which are not sufficient to fully fulfil the tasks of a smart port. Intelligent solutions require integration on many levels, starting from the social, economic and technological dimensions. There is still a long way to go before a complete smart port concept, which is probably not the last step in port development. However, there is no doubt that the leaders of smart ports are European seaports, such as the ports of Hamburg or Rotterdam. Accordingly, the aim of this paper is to present smart ports as the next inevitable step of change in the functioning of the port system
Application of Intelligent Technologies in European Inland Waterways
Čovječanstvo suvremenog doba ovisi o upotrebi moderne tehnologije, a razvitkom znanosti, sve više ovisi o tehnološkom napretku s ciljem konkurentnosti na tržištu. Kontinuiran razvoj znanstvenih dostignuća omogućuje poboljšanja u svakoj sferi društva, pa tako i u unutarnjoj plovidbi koja ima značajnu ulogu u prijevozu robe i putnika. Razvoj riječnih informacijskih servisa omogućio je konkurentnost plovidbe unutarnjim plovnim putovima u odnosu na druge načine prijevoza s obzirom na to da se povećala sigurnost i kvaliteta transporta u odnosu na cijenu. Nadalje, korištenje tehnologija iz Industrije 4.0 omogućilo je potpuno novi pristup u rješavanju prometne problematike unutarnje plovidbe. Na razini Europske unije promatrane su države koje koriste najznačajnije prometne koridore (TEN-T) u unutarnjoj plovidbi.Modern humanity depends on the use of modern technology, and with the development of science, it depends more and more on technological progress with the aim of competitiveness on the market. The continuous development of scientific achievements enables improvements in every sphere of society, including inland navigation, which plays a significant role in the transport of goods and passengers. The development of river information services made navigation on inland waterways more competitive than other modes of transport, considering that the safety and quality of transport in relation to the price increased. Furthermore, the use of technologies from Industry 4.0 enabled a completely new approach to solving the traffic problem of inland navigation. At the level of the European Union, the countries that use the most important transport corridors (TEN-T) related to inland navigation were observed
