    Analysis of airspace capacity calculation methods

    Kapacitet zračnog prostora i kapacitet kontrole zračnog prometa predstavljaju ključne aspekte za odvijanje sigurnog, efikasnog i ekonomski opravdanog zračnog prometa. Osnovni preduvjet za maksimalan protok zračnog prometa je kapacitet kontrole zračnog prometa. Pravilno uravnoteženje prometne potražnje i kapaciteta predstavlja nužnu zadaću kvalitetnog upravljanja protokom zračnog prometa. Nedostatnim kapacitetom kontrole zračnog prometa dolazi do preopterećenosti sustava, pojava kašnjenja i otkazivanja letova. Kako bi se izbjegle neučinkovitosti sustava implementirane su različite metode koje bi unaprijedile izračun kapaciteta kontrole zračnog prometa i time poboljšale cjelokupni sustav zračnog prometa. U ovom završnom radu prikazani su koncepti kapaciteta zračnog prostora i kapaciteta kontrole zračnog prometa, te su opisane različite metode izračuna kapaciteta kontrole zračnog prometa. Na temelju opisanih metoda, u završnom radu su prikazani primjeri izračuna kapaciteta kontrole zračnog prometa.Airspace capacity and air traffic control capacity represent key aspects of safe, efficient and economically viable air traffic. The basic prerequisite for maximum air traffic flow is air traffic control capacity. Proper balancing of traffic demand and capacity is a necessary task of quality air traffic flow management. Insufficient air traffic control capacity leads to system congestion, delays and flight cancellations. In order to avoid system inefficiencies, various methods have been implemented to improve the calculation of air traffic control capacity and thus improve the overall air traffic system. In this final paper, the concepts of airspace capacity and air traffic control capacity are presented, and different methods of calculating air traffic control capacity are described. Based on the described methods, the final paper presents examples of calculation of air traffic control capacity

    Simulacijsko modeliranje je metoda kojom se izvodi eksperimentiranje i proučavanje procesa i modela stvarnog sustava. Definicija simulacijskih modela objašnjena je u završnom radu. Prikazan je simulacijski model procesa distribucije temeljen na poduzeću iz realnog sektora. Također, objašnjeni su koraci u izradi simulacijskog modela, te parametrizacija modula korištenih u dijagramu toka modela. Napravljen je 2D prikaz simulacijskog modela kako bi se jasnije predočio transport robe tokom distribucijskog procesa. Svrha stvaranja simulacijskog modela u ovom istraživanju ima za cilj analizu iskoristivosti resursa te moguća poboljšanja u procesu planiranja distribucije. Simulacijski model izrađen je u softveru ARENA.Simulation modelling is a method used to experiment and study the process and model of the real system. The definition of simulation models is explained in the final work. The simulation model of the distribution process and the experiment based on the company from the real sector are shown in work. Also the steps in creating a simulation model are explained including the parameterisation of the model used in the model flow diagram. A 2D representation of the simulation model was created to more clearly show the transport of goods during the distribution process. The purpose of creating a simulation model in this research is to analyse resource utilization and possible improvements in the distribution planning process. The simulation model was built into the ARENA software

    Špedicija je specijalizirana djelatnost koja se bavi organizacijom otpreme i dopreme robe te drugim poslovima s tim u vezi te je prikazana i sama uloga špeditera koji svojim vještinama obavljaju organizaciju prijevoza. Objašnjeni su glavni poslovi špedicije te prikaz procesa kroz koje roba prolazi od proizvođača do krajnjeg kupca. Zbirni prijevoz predstavlja prijevoz komadnih pošiljaka od više različitih pošiljatelja. Prikazane su prednosti i mane zbirnog prijevoza te na koji način se odabiru optimalni prijevozni putevi i prijevozna sredstva.Freight forwarding is a specialized activity that deals with the organization of shipment and delivery of goods and other related activities, and the role of the freight forwarder who performs the organization of transport with his skills is shown. The main tasks of freight forwarding are explained, as well as an overview of the process through which goods pass from the manufacturer to the end customer. LCL transport is the transport of piece shipments from several different shippers. The advantages and disadvantages of collective transport are presented in which way the optimal transport routes and means of transport are selected

    Cestovni promet je jedan od najzastupljenijih vrsta prometa u Republici Hrvatskoj, a reguliran je raznim Zakonima i Pravilnicima, od kojih su najbitniji: Zakon o cestama i Zakon o sigurnosti prometa na cestama, a projektiranje cesta je temeljeno na Pravilniku o osnovnim uvjetima kojima javne ceste izvan naselja i njihovi elementi moraju udovoljavati sa stajališta sigurnosti prometa. Analizom prostornog plana uređenja grada Dugog Sela je obrađena cestovna mreža grada, te su utvrđeni mnogi projekti za budući razvoj mreže, od kojih su neki već u izvedbi. Analizom postojećeg stanja cestovne mreže u Dugom Selu ustanovljeni su mnogi nedostaci, poput neredovitog održavanja cesta, nepoštivanja zakonskih rokova te nepoštivanja zakonski propisane regulative i još mnogi drugi. Na osnovi tih nedostataka donesene su mjere poboljšanja cestovne mreže grada Dugog Sela.Road traffic is one of the most represented modes of traffic in the Republic of Croatia, and is regulated by various Laws and Regulations, the most important of which are: Law on Roads and the Law on Road Traffic Safety, and the road design is based on the Rules on the basic conditions that public roads outside the settlement and their elements must satisfy from the point of view of traffic safety. The analysis of the spatial plan of the city of Dugo Selo has processed the road network and established many projects for the future development of the network, some of which are already under implementation. The analysis of the current state of the road network in Dugo Selo revealed many shortcomings, such as irregular maintenance of roads, failure to respect legal deadlines and failure to comply with legal regulations and many more. Based on these shortcomings, measures have been taken to improve the road network of the town of Dugo Selo

    Mobilnost je jedna od osnovnih ljudskih potreba i ključan je aspekt društvene uključenosti, no uslijed trenda ubrzane urbanizacije i sve veće potražnje za mobilnošću postaje sve teže odgovoriti na potrebe građana. Kako bi se uspješno odgovorilo na potrebu za mobilnošću građana, urbanu mobilnost je potrebno pomno planirati. U ovom završnom radu analizirane su neke od najboljih praksi planiranja urbane mobilnosti u biciklističkom prometu i mikromobilnosti, integriranoj naplati javnog gradskog prijevoza i preraspodjeli javnog prostora. Primjenom najboljih praksi smanjuje se korištenje osobnih automobila, potiče korištenje aktivnih i održivih načina prijevoza te smanjuje klimatski utjecaj prometa. Na osnovu analize najboljih praksi u gradskom prometu država članica Europske Unije predloženi su potencijalni prijedlozi za primjenu takvih praksi u Velikoj Gorici.Mobility is one of the basic human needs and a key aspect of social inclusion, but due to the trend of accelerated urbanization and increasing demand for mobility, it is becoming increasingly difficult to respond to the needs of citizens. In order to successfully respond to the citizens need for mobility, urban mobility needs to be carefully planned. In this final paper, some of the best practices of urban mobility planning in bicycle traffic and micromobility, integrated charging of public urban transport and redistribution of public space are analyzed. Applying best practices reduces the use of passenger cars, encourages the use of active and sustainable modes of transport and reduces the climate impact of traffic. Based on the analysis of best practices in urban transport in the Member States of the European Union, potential proposals for the application of such practices in Velika Gorica have been proposed

    Comparative Analysis of Propeller Characteristics on Aircraft in the CATC Fleet

    Propeler je aerodinamička naprava koja energiju rotacije dobivenu od pogonskog motora pretvara u vučnu ili potisnu silu ovisno o izvedbi. Vučna ili potisna sila su približno okomite na ravninu rotacije propelera. Sam propeler sastoji se od dvije ili više lopatica odnosno krakova povezanih središnjom glavčinom koja pričvršćuje lopatice na osovinu motora. Ovaj završni rad općenito opisuje konstrukcijske izvedbe propelera, njihove geometrijske i kinematičke karakteristike te teorijske metode proračuna performansi propelera poput Froudeove teorije ili teorije elementa kraka. Analizirat će se propeleri u floti Hrvatskog zrakoplovnog nastavnog središta i usporedit će se njihove karakteristike i performanse pri različitim brzinama. Postoji nekoliko vrsta izvedbi propelera između kojih je glavna razlika mogućnost promjene kuta lopatica propelera u odnosu na struju zraka, tako da možemo izdvojiti propelere s fiksnim korakom, propelere s podesivim korakom, propelere s dvojnim korakom i propelere s upravljivim korakom.A propeller is an aerodynamic device that converts the rotational energy obtained from the drive motor into pulling or thrust force depending on the design. The pulling or pushing force is approximately perpendicular to the plane of rotation of the propeller. The propeller itself consists of two or more blades or arms connected by a central hub that attaches the blades to the engine shaft. This undergraduate paper generally describes the different designs of propellers, their geometric and aerodynamic characteristics, and theoretical methods for calculating propeller performance such as Froude's theory or blade element theory. The propellers in the fleet of the Croatian Aviation Training Center will be analyzed and their characteristics will be compared. There are several types of propeller designs, the main difference between which is the ability to change the angle of the propeller blades in relation to the air flow, so we can distinguish fixed-pitch propellers, ground-adjustable propellers, controllable-pitch propellers and constant-speed propellers

    Zbog sve većeg porasta zračnog prometa u Europi, javila se potreba za unifikacijom zajedničkih pravila u vidu performansi zrakoplova. EASA donosi zajedničke standarde kako bi se postigla što veća razina sigurnosti i unifikacije na području država članica. Performanse zrakoplova zapravo predstavljaju sposobnost zrakoplova da putem različitih sila (potisak, uzgon, otpor i težina) pruži korisni rad. Kako se let sastoji od nekoliko segmenata, te svaki segment iziskuje različite performanse, potrebno je donijeti striktne uvjete koji će unificirati zahtjeve specifičnih kategorija zrakoplova. Ovaj rad definira zahtjeve regulative CS-23 te ih direktno uspoređuje s performansama zrakoplova koja će biti izračunate.Due to the increasing growth of air traffic in Europe, there was a need to establish common rules for aircraft performance. EASA establishes common standards to achieve the highest possible level of safety and uniformity among member states. Aircraft performance is the ability of the aircraft to do useful work through various forces (thrust, lift, drag and weight). Each flight consists of several segments, and each segment requires different performance. For this reason, it is necessary to adobt strict conditions that unify the requirements of each category of aircraft. This thesis defines the CS-23 requirements and compares them directly with performance of the aircraft, which is calculated

    Veliki problem današnjice koji je izravan utjecaj prometa su klimatske promjene. Sve više može se svjedočiti promjenama koje se događaju u temperaturi zraka te vremenskim prilikama odnosno neprilikama, a koje su nastajale godinama kroz loše, neprihvatljivo i nepotrebno iskorištavanje fosilnih goriva. Razlog razvitka intermodalnog transporta je vrlo jasan i jednostavan, a to je povećanje robnih tokova, održivi razvoj i cilj postizanja što veće ekonomičnost prijevoza tereta te na kraju razviti sustav koji će biti najprihvatljiviji za očuvanje okoliša. Razvojem i ulaganjem u intermodalni transport se nastoji smanjiti korištenje cestovnog transporta kao glavnog i dominantnog vida transporta.A big problem today, which is a direct influence of traffic, is climate change. More and more we can witness the changes that are happening in the air temperature and the weather, that is, difficulties, which have been created for years through the bad, unacceptable and unnecessary use of fossil fuels. The reason for the development of intermodal transport is very clear and simple, which is the increase of goods flows, sustainable development and the goal of achieving the greatest possible economy of freight transport and ultimately developing a system that will be the most acceptable for environmental protection.     Provođenje preciznog i pouzdanog brojanja putnika bitan je zadatak kako bi se ostvarilo kvalitetnije planiranje javnog gradskog prijevoza. Cilj ovog rada je pregled primjene računalnog vida za brojanje putnika u javnom gradskom prijevozu te donošenje zaključaka o opravdanosti primjene računalnog vida na osnovi usporedne analize s drugim komunikacijskim tehnologijama. Kroz rad istražene su različite tehnologije za brojanje putnika, a najviše se fokusiralo na računalni vid. Istražene su funkcionalnosti računalnog vida u prometu, ali i u drugim područjima primjene. Kroz primjere iz već postojećih sustava istraženo je kako je potrebno dizajnirati arhitekturu sustava računalnog vida u prometu. Način dizajniranja arhitekture uvjetovan je time da se ostavi prostora za druge podsustave te je cilj da se na kraju svi sustavi spoje u jednu cjelinu. Preciznost različitih modela brojanja putnika putem računalnog vida istražena je i prikazana kroz analizu. Također, istraženi su i načini brojanja putnika putem Wi-Fi tehnologije te su međusobno uspoređeni.Conducting accurate and reliable passenger counting is an important task in order to achieve better planning of urban public transport. The aim of this paper is to review application of computer vision for counting passengers in public urban transport and to draw conclusions about computer vision implementation based on comparative analysis with other communication technologies. Different technologies for passenger counting are explored throughout the paper but the main focus was on computer vision. Also, this paper explores functionalities of computer vision in other fields as well as traffic. Through real life examples of already implemented systems it is explored how to correctly design architecture of the computer vision system in traffic. Way of designing appropriate architecture is conditioned to leave open space for other subsystems in order to be able to connect everything into one system. Accuracy of different computer vision models for passenger counting is explored through analysis. Also, passenger counting with Wi-Fi technology is also analysed and compared with computer vision methods

    User Experience of the Use of CRM Systems to Support Direct Selling Telecommunication Services

    Tvrtke koje prodaju telekomunikacijske usluge u turbulentnim i suvremenim načinima poslovanja sve više koriste diferentne strategije marketinških odnosa kako bi poboljšali, izgradili i održali odnose s klijentima. Predmet diplomskog rada je istražiti korisničko iskustvo upotrebe sustava za odnose s klijentima (Customer Relationship Management - CRM) za podršku direktnoj prodaji telekomunikacijskih usluga. Upravljanje odnosima s klijentima predstavlja značajnu komponentu poslovanja tvrtke Sales power d.o.o. Posebna pažnja posvećena je tehnologijama i naprednim pristupima u upravljanju odnosa s klijentima. Kroz anketno istraživanje je ispitano iskustvo korisnika tvrtke koje je rezultiralo generalno pozitivnim stavovima klijenata o primjeni CRM sustava u tvrtki Sales power d.o.o. Rezultati istraživanja stavova zaposlenika i klijenata potvrdili su polazne hipoteze u diplomskom radu. Potvrđena je pretpostavka da izgradnja povjerenja kod klijenata uvođenjem koncepta CRM sustava u poslovanje organizacija za podršku direktnoj prodaji dovodi do povećanja njihove lojalnosti. Značaj rada se ogleda u detektiranju ključnih pretpostavki primjene CRM sustava u poslovnom okruženju kod poboljšanja marketinških performansi tvrtki za prodaju telekomunikacijskih usluga.Companies that sell telecommunication services in turbulent and modern ways of doing business increasingly use different marketing relationship strategies to improve, build and maintain customer relations. The subject is to explore the user experience of using the Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, system to support direct sales of telecommunication services. Customer Relationship Management is a significant component of Sales power d.o.o model of business. Special attention is devoted to technologies and advanced customer relationship management approaches. A survey of the company's user experience was conducted that resulted in generally positive attitudes of clients on the application of CRM systems to Sales power d.o.o. services. The results of the research of employees attitudes confirmed the initial hypotheses in graduate work. The assumption was that confidence building clients by introducing the concept of CRM into business organizations to support direct sales of telecommunication services has increased their loyalty. The significance of the work is reflected in detecting the key assumptions of applying the CRM system to the internet business environment in improving the marketing performance of telecommunication service companies
