Possibilities of AI technology in the function of informing visually impaired persons in the work environment
No full textCilj ovog diplomskog rada je istaknuti mogućnosti tehnologije umjetne Inteligencije u funkciji informiranja osoba oštećenog vida te ih prilagoditi radnom okruženju. Primjenom pomoćne tehnologije temeljene na umjetnoj Inteligenciji osobama s oštećenjem vida bi se povećala mogućnost efikasnosti u radnom okruženju te većoj samouvjerenosti osoba s oštećenjem vida prilikom obavljanja radnih zadataka. Analizom tehničkih karakteristika tehnologije umjetne inteligencije i proučavanjem tehnologija za glasovno upravljanje lakše se uočavaju mogućnosti za pomoć osobama s invaliditetom. Svrha je prikazati nove mogućnosti koje tehnologija umjetne Inteligencije može pridonijeti za pomoć osobama s oštećenjem vida u što boljem osjećaju prihvaćenosti u radnom okruženju te povećanju samosvjesnosti i samopouzdanja osoba s oštećenjem vida. Napretkom tehnologije uporaba pametnih uređaja postala je uobičajena u društvenim i javnim okruženjima svakog pojedinca pa tako i osobama s oštećenjem vida. Osobe s nekim vrstama oštećenja bile su među prvima koji su prihvatili umjetnu Inteligenciju (eng. Artificial Intelligence, AI) kroz alate koje koriste bilo to u privatnom ili radnom okruženju. Dosadašnjim radom razvile su se mnoga aplikativna rješenja koja pomažu osobama s oštećenjem vida povezanost s vizualnim svijetom kao što su tehnologije za glasovno upravljanje s raznim funkcionalnostima.The main goal of this paper is to highlight the possibilities of artificial intelligence technology in informing individuals with visual impairments and adapting them to the work environment. By applying assistive technology based on artificial intelligence, individuals with visual impairments could enhance efficiency in the work environment and increase their self-confidence while they are performing work tasks. The purpose of this paper is to show the new possibilities that artificial intelligence technology can contribute by helping individuals with visual impairments in feeling more accepted in the work environment and enhancing their self-awareness and self-assurance. With technological advancements, the use of smart devices has become common in the social and public environments of every individual, including those with visual impairments. Individuals with certain types of impairments were among the first to embrace artificial intelligence (AI) through tools used in either private or work environments. Over time, many application solutions have been developed that assist individuals with visual impairments in connecting with the visual world, such as voice.controlled technologies with various functionalities
Development of a Web Application for Displaying Data Obtained from GPS Trajectories of Tracked Vehicles
No full textProgramska rješenja za GPS praćenje vozila mogu pomoći poslovanju pri povećanju produktivnosti i efikasnosti uz mogućnosti pronalaženja boljih ekonomskih rješenja poslovanja te smanjenja troškova operacija. Poznavajući stvarno stanje prometnog procesa svoje flote vozila kao što su praćenje vozila i trajanje procesa uveliko može olakšati planiranje naših troškova i optimizacije poslovanja. U ovom radu obrađeni su podaci prikupljeni iz GPS trajektorija praćenih vozila te je dizajnirana i implementirana relacijska baza podataka u koju su spremljeni navedeni podaci. Analizirane su mogućnosti ASP.NET platforme unutar Microsoft Visual Studia s ciljem izrade web sučelja za prikaz i uređivanje podataka dobivenih iz GPS trajektorija praćenih vozila. Web sučelje povezano je s relacijskom bazom podataka. Kao rezultat ovog rada izrađeni su aplikacija koja sama obrađuje i unosi podatke u bazu podataka te web sučelje s interaktivnom kartom povezanom s dotičnom bazom podataka.Software solutions for GPS vehicle tracking can help businesses increase productivity and efficiency with the possibility of finding better economic business solutions and reducing operating costs. Knowing the real state of the traffic process of our fleet of vehicles, such as vehicle tracking and process duration, can greatly facilitate cost planning and business optimization. ln this paper, the collected data obtained from the GPS trajectories of tracked vehicles were processed, and a relational database was designed and implemented in which the above data was stored. The capabilities of the ASP.NET platform within Microsoft Visual Studio were analyzed with the aim of creating a web interface for displaying and editing data obtained from GPS trajectories of tracked vehicles. The web interface is connected to a relational database. As a result of this work, an application that itself processes and enters data into the database and a seb interface with an interactive map connected to the respective database were created
Analysis of the Influence of Open Data on the Development of ITS Applications in Vehicles
No full textU ovome diplomskom radu se obrađuje tematika i opisuje se važnost telematičkih sustava i otvorenih podataka. Telematički sustavi su sustavi u vozilima koji omogućuju optimalan rad vozila i pomažu vozaču prilikom izvršavanja optimalnih radnji vožnje. Pri optimalnom radu tih sustava, velik utjecaj imaju prometni podaci. Ti podaci su najčešće korišteni unutar okvira jedne tvrtke te su nedostupni svakom korisniku. Suprotno tome, otvoreni podaci su dostupni svim korisnicima te ih svatko može prikupljati, analizirati, mijenjati te objavljivati na razne načine. Na razini EU su prikazani neki od dostupnih setova otvorenih prometnih podataka. Jedan od setova je u RH tj. u gradu Zagrebu gdje je prikazana strateška karta buke. Koristeći programsku podršku Google Forms, provedena je anketa s ciljem dobivanja informacija o stečenom znanju korisnika vezanom uz telematičke sustave i njihove aplikacije te otvorene podatke. Anketa se sastoji od 29 pitanja. Neka od pitanja su: poznavanje koncepta otvorenih podataka i ITS-a, mogućnost korištenja i dijeljenja otvorenih podataka između korisnika, mogućnost korištenja novih aplikacija koje koriste otvorene podatke itd. Rezultati ankete pokazuju stav ispitanika o korištenju otvorenih podataka i o aplikacijama koje koriste otvorene podatke. Pomoću njih se može utjecati na sigurnost, udobnost i produktivnost. Te su se oni pokazali kao velika prednost i dobra smjernica prilikom razvoja prometnih sustava i aplikacija.This thesis deals with the topic and describes the importance of telematics systems and open data. Telematics systems are systems in vehicles that enable optimal vehicle operation and help the driver perform optimal driving actions. Traffic data has a great influence on the optimal operation of these systems. These data are most often used within the framework of one company and are inaccessible to every user. On the contrary, open data is available to all users and anyone can collect, analyze, change and publish it in various ways. Some of the available sets of open traffic data are presented at the EU level. One of the sets is in the Republic of Croatia, i.e. in the city of Zagreb, where a strategic noise map is shown. Using Google Forms program support, a survey was conducted with the aim of obtaining information about the acquired knowledge of users related to telematics systems and their applications and open data. The survey consists of 29 questions. Some of the questions are: knowledge of the concept of open data and ITS, the possibility of using and sharing open data between users, the possibility of using new applications that use open data, etc. The results of the survey show the attitude of respondents about the use of open data and about applications that use open data. They can be used to influence safety, comfort and productivity. And they proved to be a great advantage and a good guideline when developing transport systems and applications
Risk Assesment in Logistics Processes-Case study
No full textU logistici, kao i u svim drugim sektorima poduzetništva, prisutne su pozitivne strane poslovanja, ali i one koje nose rizike i prijetnje za narušavanje uspješnog poslovanja. Rizici i prijetnje su važna tema koja ne smije biti zapostavljena, već se mora aktivno suočiti s njima kako bi se povećale šanse za rast i razvoj svake tvrtke. Iako predstavljaju neizvjesnost i negativni utjecaj, ovaj rad prezentira metodologiju implementacije upravljanja rizicima na primjeru tvrtke Promet Miličić, odnosno kako se analiziraju i rješavaju. Cilj ovog rada jest istaknuti potrebu za adekvatnim upravljanjem rizicima unutar organizacije te je prikazan primjer implementacije novih metoda općenito i na konkretnom primjeru tvrtke. Naglašena je primjena sustava, posebno GPS sustava za praćenje vozila i analize ruta putem istog. Na koncu, pruženi su prijedlozi za unapređenje upravljanja svim rizicima i prijetnjama putem ovakvog sustava.In logistics, as in all other business sectors, there are positive aspects of operations, but also those that carry risks and threats to the disruption of successful operations. Risks and threats are an important topic that must not be neglected; instead, they must be actively confronted in order to increase the chances of growth and development for every company. Although they represent uncertainty and negative impact, this paper presents a methodology for risk management implementation using the example of the company "Promet Miličić," illustrating how they are analyzed and resolved. The aim of this paper is to highlight the need for adequate risk management within the organization and to showcase an example of implementing new methods in general and specifically within the context of the mentioned company. The application of systems, particularly the GPS vehicle tracking and route analysis system, is emphasized. In conclusion, suggestions are provided for enhancing risk and threat management through such a system

No full textPrijevozna logistika obuhvaća planiranje, upravljanje i nadzor nad tokovima roba, putnika i informacija od njihovih početnih točaka (mjesta proizvodnje) do završnih točaka (krajnjeg korisnika). Cilj prijevozne logistike je minimizirati vremensku i financijsku komponentu. Optimizacijom ruta u prijevoznoj logistici moguće je uvelike smanjiti duljinu i vrijeme putovanja, a samim time i krajnje troškove. Nižim troškovima prijevoznik postaje konkurentniji, postiže značajnije rezultate i osigurava svoj ostanak na tržištu. Prijevoz tereta na otoke susreće se s raznim izazovima tijekom realizacije. Prilikom prijevoza tereta na otoke veliku ulogu u krajnjoj cijeni usluge ima količina robe koja se prevozi, težina, udaljenost kao i moguće linije kojima će se prevesti roba te mogući rok isporuke. Rok isporuke robe na otoke od velikog je značaja za korisnika te se stalno traži rješenje za poboljšanje istog.Transport logistics include the planning, management and supervision of the flow of goods, passengers and information from their starting points (place of production) to their final points (end user). No full textPomorski teretni prijevoz prevozi veliki udio ukupnog tereta širom svijeta. Uz to je i najvažniji interkontinentalni oblik prijevoza tereta. Prekrcaj tereta vrši se u lukama specijaliziranom mehanizacijom. Brodovi se mogu podijeliti: prema vrsti pogona, prema vrsti tereta, prema području plovidbe, prema redovitosti prijevoza i dr. Na području sjevernog Jadrana aktivno je Udruženje Sjevernojadranskih luka koje obuhvaća luke Ravennu, Veneciju, Trst, Koper i Rijeku. Luka Rijeka najvažnija je hrvatska, a Luka Koper najvažnija slovenska luka. Pomorske luke čine terminali specijalizirani za prihvat određene vrste tereta. Za uspješan rad i razvoj luke važna je prometna povezanost s ostatkom države i okruženjem. Također, bitno je imati i jasan plan razvoja, kako ne bi došlo do stagnacije luke, već kako bi se osigurao njen napredak. Jedan od najvažnijih parametara uspješnosti rada luke je podatak o ukupno prekrcanom teretu.Maritime cargo transportation carries a significant share of the total cargo worldwide. Additionally, it plays a crucial role in intercontinental cargo transport. Cargo handling takes place in ports through specialized machinery. Ships can be categorized based on propulsion type, cargo type, navigation area, transport frequency and more. In the Northern Adriatic region, the North Adriatic Ports Association is active, encompassing the ports of Ravenna, Venice, Trieste, Koper, and Rijeka. Port of Rijeka is the most important port in Croatia, while Port of Koper holds the same status in Slovenia. Maritime ports consist of terminals specialized for receiving specific types of cargo. For the successful operation and development of a port, strong transportation connectivity with the rest of the country and the surrounding area is crucial. Furthermore, having a clear development plan is essential to prevent port stagnation and ensure its progress. U ovom završnom radu prikazani su glavni i specijalni poslovi špeditera i njegova uloga u organizaciji otpreme i dopreme robe.Freight forwarder as the organizer of transport in rail transport has a very important role because it enables its smooth running, within the agreed delivery time and with minimal transport costs. Analysis of Bicycle Routes in the Republic of Croatia
No full textAnaliza biciklističkih ruta u Republici Hrvatskoj obuhvaća istraživanje raznovrsnosti i specifičnosti biciklističkih staza unutar zemlje. Svrha ovog istraživanja je produbiti spoznaje o raspoloživim biciklističkim rutama, njihovim geografskim, infrastrukturnim i pejzažnim karakteristikama te potencijalna rješenja za unapređenja biciklističkog prometa. Istraživanje podrazumijeva prikupljanje podataka o postojećim rutama i analize dostupnih kartografskih te geografskih informacija. Proučavaju se različiti faktori poput dužine staza, vrsta terena kroz koje rute prolaze, pristupačnosti. Ova analiza postavlja temelje za identificiranje ključnih područja koja zahtijevaju unapređenje postojećih ruta, kreiranje novih staza te promicanje biciklističkog prometa kao održive i zdrave opcije za rekreaciju i putovanja. Kroz bolje razumijevanje karakteristika biciklističkih ruta, ovo istraživanje pruža smjernice za planiranje infrastrukture i poticanje aktivnog turizma u Republici Hrvatskoj.The analysis of cycling routes in the Republic of Croatia includes research into the diversity and specificity of cycling trails within the country. The purpose of this research is to deepen the knowledge about available cycling routes, their geographical, infrastructural and landscape characteristics and potential solutions for improving cycling traffic. Research involves collecting data on existing routes and analyzing available cartographic and geographical information. Various factors are studied, such as the length of the trails, the type of terrain the routes pass through, accessibility. This analysis lays the foundations for identifying key areas that require the improvement of existing routes, the creation of new trails and the promotion of cycling traffic as a sustainable and healthy option for recreation and travel. Through a better understanding of the characteristics of cycling routes, this research provides guidelines for infrastructure planning and stimulation of active tourism in the Republic of Croatia
Application Analysis of the TIR and ATA Carnets in the Republic of Croatia
No full textCilj istraživanja je analizirati primjenu TIR i ATA karneta u Republici Hrvatskoj i vidjeti kako su se mijenjali trendovi primjene karneta tijekom posljednjih godina. S tim u vezi rad je podijeljen na dva glavna dijela. U prvom, teorijskom dijelu, upoznajemo se sa špedicijom kao djelatnosti, pojmovima uvoza, izvoza, provoza, te glavnim poslovima špedicije i postupcima s carinskim dokumentima. U drugom, praktičnom dijelu, provedena je analiza primjene TIR i ATA karneta u periodu od 2001. do 2021.godine i prognoze za budući period.The goal of the research is to analyze the use of TIR and ATA carnets in the Republic of Croatia and to see how the trends in the use of carnets have changed in recent years. In this regard, the work is divided into two main parts. In the first, theoretical part, we are introduced to forwarding as an activity, the concepts of import, export, transit, the main tasks of forwarding and procedures with customs documents. In the second, practical part, an analysis of the application of TIR and ATA carnets in the period from 2001 to 2021. and forecasts for the future period was carried out
Traffic Flow Analysis in the Town of Sinj with Improvement Proposals
No full textGrad Sinj suočava se s velikim prometnim zagušenjima zbog nedovoljno razvijene cestovne mreže. Iz tog razloga cijeli promet sa područja grada Sinja i okolnih mjesta primoran je odvijati se preko jedine ceste koja poveziva jug i sjever grada, a to je državna cesta D1. Prijedlog rješenja je izgradnja nove cestovne dionice koja ima za svrhu preuzeti dio prometa kako bi se smanjila količina prometa koja prometuje kroz grad i na taj način smanjila zagušenja koja nastaju na mreži. Preraspodjelom putovanja novom dionicom očekuje se znatno poboljšanje u prometnim uvjetima na cestovnoj mreži grada Sinja, smanjenje vremena putovanja i smanjenje broja vozila kroz grad.The town of Sinj faces major traffic congestion due to a insufficiently developed road network. For this reason, all traffic from the area of the town of Sinj and the surrounding places is forced to take place via the only road that connects the south and the north of the town, which is the state road D1. The proposed solution is the construction of a new road section, the purpose of which is to take over part of the traffic in order to reduce the amount of traffic that flows through the city and thus reduce the congestion that occurs on the network. By redistributing trips through the new section, a significant improvement in traffic conditions on the road network of the town of Sinj, a reduction in travel time and a reduction in the number of vehicles through the town are expected
