    Performance measurement of aircraft Diamond DV20 Katana

    U ovom radu analiziraju se performanse zrakoplova Diamond DV20 Katana opremljenog s Rotax 912 S3 motorom. Sadržaj rada fokusira se na mjerenje performansi zrakoplova u letu te usporedbu dobivenih podataka s podacima dostupnima u pilotskom priručniku za Diamond DV20 Katanu. Postoji više performansi koje se mogu mjeriti tijekom leta, a u ovom radu fokus je na određivanju maksimalne brzine zrakoplova u odnosu na visinu leta. U radu je opisan postupak praktičnog određivanja maksimalne brzine zrakoplova u odnosu na visinu po gustoći pri maksimalnoj trajnoj snazi. Opisane su greške koje se javljaju pri praktičnom ispitivanju performansi zrakoplova. Opisan je teoretski postupak određivanja maksimalne brzine te su uspoređeni podaci dobiveni praktičnim mjerenjem brzine i podaci dobiveni analitičkom metodom. U radu su navedeni parametri atmosfere i njihov utjecaj na performanse zrakoplova i motora.In this thesis, the performance of Diamond DV20 Katana airplane equipped with Rotax 912 S3 engine is measured. Content of the thesis focuses on measuring the performance of the airplane in flight and comparing the measured data with the data that is available in the flight manual for Diamond DV20 Katana. There are a lot of performance that can be measured in flight, but this thesis will focus on determining the maximum speed of the aircraft relative to altitude. Multiple methods of practical measuring of maximum speed are described in this thesis but one method is chosen for the practical part of this thesis and possible mistakes of practical measuring are explained. Theoretical method for calculating the maximum speed is explained and the results are compared with the data obtained during practical testing. The thesis explains parameters of the atmosphere and how they contribute to the performance of the airplane and engine

    Završni rad detaljno analizira napredne sustave pomoći vozaču (ADAS), koji predstavljaju ključnu inovaciju u području automobilske tehnologije s ciljem povećanja sigurnosti i učinkovitosti vožnje. Ti sustavi koriste raznolik niz senzora poput kamera, radara i lidara (Light Detection and Ranging – LIDAR) kako bi pratili okolinu vozila u stvarnom vremenu. Integracija tih podataka omogućuje kontrolnim jedinicama da donose brze odluke, poput prilagodbe brzine ili izbjegavanja sudara. Također, istražuju se pasivni sigurnosni sustavi poput zračnih jastuka i sigurnosnih pojaseva, koji imaju ulogu u smanjenju ozljeda u slučaju nesreće. Nadalje, aktivni sigurnosni sustavi kao što su sustavi protiv blokiranja kotača (ABS) i upozorenja pri napuštanju voznog traka (LWDS) pružaju dodatnu zaštitu tijekom vožnje. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na integraciju ovih sustava u autonomna vozila, što je rezultiralo promjenama u ponašanju vozača i percepciji sigurnosti na cestama. Iako ovi sustavi nude brojne prednosti, ključno je educirati vozače o njihovim mogućnostima i ograničenjima kako bi se osigurala sigurna i odgovorna vožnja.The final paper thoroughly analyzes Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), which represent a key innovation in automotive technology aimed at enhancing safety and driving efficiency. These systems utilize a diverse array of sensors such as cameras, radar, and lidar to monitor the vehicle's surroundings in real-time. The integration of these data enables control units to make rapid decisions, such as adjusting speed or avoiding collisions. Additionally, passive safety systems such as airbags and seat belts, which play a role in reducing injuries in the event of an accident, are explored. Furthermore, active safety systems such as Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS) and Lane Departure Warning Systems (LDWS) provide additional protection during driving. Special emphasis is placed on integrating these systems into autonomous vehicles, resulting in changes in driver behavior and safety perception on the roads. Although these systems offer numerous advantages, it is crucial to educate drivers about their capabilities and limitations to ensure safe and responsible driving

    U 5. generaciji (5G) bežičnih komunikacijskih sustava, očekuje se ispunjavanje zahtjeva koji nadmašuju mogućnosti prethodnih tehnologija. U tom kontekstu, neortogonalni višestruki pristup (NOMA) izdvaja se kao obećavajuća tehnika za rješavanje tih izazova. NOMA omogućuje podršku većem broju korisnika nego što je broj ortogonalnih resursnih slotova, koristeći neortogonalnu raspodjelu resursa. Ova sposobnost poboljšava efikasnost korištenja spektralnih resursa i povećava kapacitet mreže, čime se omogućuje veći broj istovremenih korisnika. U usporedbi s konvencionalnim ortogonalnim pristupima (OMA), NOMA pokazuje značajne prednosti u skalabilnosti i učinkovitosti, što je ključno za zadovoljenje globalnih potreba za brzinom i kvalitetom komunikacije u 5G mrežama. Rad analizira i uspoređuje tehnike višestrukog pristupa specifične za različite generacije mobilnih mreža, s naglaskom na njihove prednosti i izazove. Razumijevanje ovih tehnika i njihova pravilna primjena ključni su za optimizaciju performansi i učinkovitosti mreža, a NOMA će igrati ključnu ulogu u daljnjem razvoju i poboljšanju 5G mreža.In the 5th generation (5G) wireless communication systems, it is expected that requirements will exceed the capabilities of previous technologies. In this context, Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) stands out as a promising technique to address these challenges. NOMA enables support for a larger number of users than there are orthogonal resource slots by using non-orthogonal resource allocation. This capability enhances spectral efficiency and increases network capacity, allowing for a higher number of simultaneous users. Compared to conventional Orthogonal Multiple Access (OMA) methods, NOMA shows significant advantages in scalability and efficiency, which are crucial for meeting global demands for speed and quality of communication in 5G networks. The paper analyzes and compares multiple access techniques specific to different generations of mobile networks, focusing on their advantages and challenges. Understanding these techniques and their proper implementation is crucial for optimizing network performance and efficiency, and NOMA will play a key role in the continued development and enhancement of 5G networks

    Upravljanje dobavljačima ključan je aspekt u lancu opskrbe kozmetičkih proizvoda. To podrazumijeva procese planiranja, odabira, ocjenjivanja i održavanja odnosa s dobavljačima kako bi se osigurala pravovremena isporuka visokokvalitetnih proizvoda po konkurentnim cijenama. Uspješno upravljanje dobavljačima omogućava povećanje operativne učinkovitosti, smanjenje troškova i poboljšanje zadovoljstva kupaca. U ovom radu analizira se poslovanje tvrtke Aroma, specijalizirane za uvoz i maloprodaju parfema putem web stranice. Fokus je na primjeni višekriterijske analize za odabir dobavljača korištenjem AHP metode u alatu Expert Choice. Glavni kriteriji za analizu obuhvatit će kvalitetu proizvoda, pouzdanost isporuke, cijenu, fleksibilnost dobavljača te lokalizaciju i logističke kapacitete. Na temelju rezultata analize, bit će predložene optimizacije u procesu upravljanja dobavljačima, s ciljem povećanja operativne učinkovitosti i zadovoljstva kupaca.Supplier management is a key aspect of the supply chain in the cosmetics industry. It encompasses planning, selecting, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices. Effective supplier management enables increased operational efficiency, cost reduction, and improved customer satisfaction. This paper analyzes the operations of Aroma, a company specializing in importing and retailing perfumes through its website. The focus is on applying multi-criteria analysis for supplier selection using the AHP method within the Expert Choice software. The main criteria for the analysis will include product quality, delivery reliability, price, supplier flexibility, localization, and logistics capabilities. Based on the results of the analysis, suggestions for optimizing the supplier management process will be proposed, to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

    Zrakoplovni svijet oduvijek je težio povećanju sigurnosti i preciznosti letova. Ta težnja dovela je do izrade navigacijskih karata, s pomoću kojih su piloti mogli provoditi precizne navigacijske letove. Iako je tehnologija napredovala, karte su ostale neizostavna oprema u pilotskoj kabini. Uzimajući u obzir ključnu ulogu orijentira u osiguravanju ponajprije sigurnih, a zatim preciznih i ugodnih letova, ovaj rad detaljno analizira usklađenost prikaza orijentira na kartama s njihovim stvarnim karakteristikama u zračnom prostoru. Za provedbu istraživanja i prikupljanje fotografija bilo je potrebno izvesti let iznad orijentira. Let je proveden na zrakoplovu PC-9M Hrvatskog ratnog zrakoplovstva. Provedena je fotografska analiza prikupljenih materijala i prikaza odabranih orijentira s prikazima njihovih simbola na VFR karti hrvatske u zračnom prostoru grada Zadra. Kroz ovu analizu, rad istražuje potencijalne ugroze mjera sigurnosti i preciznosti u zrakoplovnoj navigaciji.The aviation world has always aimed to increase flight safety and precision. This aspiration led to the creation of navigation charts, enabling pilots to conduct precise navigation flights. Although technology has advanced, charts have remained an essential tool in the cockpit. Considering the crucial role of landmarks in ensuring safe, precise, and comfortable flights, this paper thoroughly analyzes the compliance of the depiction of landmarks on charts with their actual characteristics in the airspace. To conduct the research and collect photographs, a flight above landmarks was necessary. The flight was carried out on the PC-9M aircraft of the Croatian Air Force. A photographic analysis of the collected materials and representations of selected landmarks with their symbols on the VFR chart of Croatia in the airspace of the city of Zadar was conducted.     U ovom završnom radu dan je uvid u optičke mreže i njihov razvoj, proučavaju se i grupiraju prometne anomalije i kvarovi u optičkim mrežama, te su opisane metode umjetne inteligencije (AI) s primjenom u optičkim mrežama. Optička mreža je komunikacijska mreža koja koristi optička vlakna za prijenos podataka. U radu su analizirane prometne anomalije, njihove posljedice na optičke mreže te je spomenuta važnost njihove detekcije. Također, analizirani su i opisani kvarovi i njihov utjecaj te je spomenuta važnost upravljanja kvarovima optičkih mreža. Opisane su pojedine metode umjetne inteligencije i njihova primjena u optičkim mrežama, poput strojnog učenja, dubokog učenja i potpornih vektorskih strojeva, te je dan osvrt na budući razvoj AI u optičkim mrežama.In this final thesis, an insight into optical networks and their development is given, traffic anomalies and failures in optical networks are studied and grouped, and artificial intelligence (AI) methods with application in optical networks are described. An optical network is a communication network that uses optic fiber for data transmission. The thesis analyzed traffic anomalies, their cosequences on optical networks, and mentioned the importance of their detection. Failures are also analyzed and described, along with their impact, highlighting the importance of failure management in optical networks. Certain AI methods and their applications in optical networks are described, such as machine learning, deep learning and support vector machines, and an overview on the future development of AI in optical networks is given

    Autonomni uređaji u poštanskom prometu osiguravaju mogućnost pronalaženja optimalnih načina prijama, sortiranja i dostave pošiljaka. Svaka ova poštanska usluga nosi sa sobom razne prednosti kao i nedostatke, kako bi se smanjili nedostatci potrebno je pronaći alternativne načine dostave. Pošta ih pronalazi u autonomnim uređajima poput robota, dronova, autonomnih vozila te u umjetnoj inteligenciji. Većina tih načina rješava nedostatke, međutim glavni nedostatak su veliki troškovi, osobito troškovi dostave. Za rješenje toga problema analizirane su faze dostave pošiljaka te troškovi svake pojedine faze. Primjenom autonomnih uređaja utvrđene su mogućnosti smanjenja troškova.Autonomous devices in postal traffic ensure the possibility of finding optimal ways of receiving, sorting and delivering shipments. Each of these postal services carries with it various advantages as well as disadvantages, in order to reduce the disadvantages it is necessary to find alternative means of delivery. The Post Office finds them in autonomous devices such as robots, drones, autonomous vehicles and artificial intelligence. Most of these solve the disadvantages, however the main disadvantage is the high costs, especially the shipping costs. To solve this problem, the phases of shipment delivery and the costs of each individual phase were analyzed. By applying autonomous devices, the possibilities of reducing costs have been determined

    Naftna industrija je ključni sektor globalne ekonomije, bitan za opskrbu energijom, industrijski razvoj i geopolitičke odnose. Naftna transportna mreža nije samo tehnički sustav, već vitalna komponenta globalnog gospodarstva, koja se suočava s nizom izazova kao što su tehnološki napredak, održivost i geopolitičke promjene. Ova kompleksna infrastruktura koristi se za dostavu nafte krajnjim potrošačima, a uključuje cjevovode, tankere, kopnene prijevozne sustave i specijaliziranu prekrcajnu mehanizaciju. Cjevovodi su ključni za dugotrajni i učinkoviti prijevoz nafte na velike udaljenosti, dok se tankeri koriste za globalnu distribuciju. Kopneni prijevoz, poput kamiona i željeznice, omogućuje fleksibilnost i dostavu na lokalnoj razini. Sektor naftne industrije izrazito je važan za globalno gospodarstvo i bitan je utjecaj na geopolitičke procese. Nafta, kao današnji ključni izvor energije, predstavlja vitalni resurs za zemlje diljem svijeta. Međunarodne trgovinske rute za naftu često oblikuju ekonomske i političke odnose među zemljama, dok zavisnost različitih regija o uvozu ili izvozu nafte može utjecati na globalnu ravnotežu snaga. Distribucija nafte u Republici Hrvatskoj oslanja se na ključnu ulogu Jadranskog naftovoda (JANAF), koji predstavlja glavnu transportnu infrastrukturu za naftu u zemlji. Osim cjevovoda, nafta se distribuira i putem kamiona i željeznice, omogućujući fleksibilnost u dostavi na različite lokacije. Prelazak na obnovljive izvore energije i trenutni trendovi u industriji mijenjaju tradicionalne naftne robne tokove, što otežava precizno predviđanje njihove budućnosti.The oil industry is a key sector of the global economy, essential for energy supply, industrial development, and geopolitical relations. The oil transportation network is not merely a technical system but a vital component of the global economy, facing various challenges such as technological advancements, sustainability, and geopolitical changes. This complex infrastructure is utilized for delivering oil to end consumers and encompasses pipelines, tankers, land transportation systems, and specialized loading mechanisms. Pipelines are crucial for long-distance and efficient oil transportation, while tankers are utilized for global distribution. Land transportation, including trucks and railways, offers flexibility and local-level delivery. The oil industry sector significantly influences global economic dynamics and geopolitical processes. Oil, as a primary source of energy today, is a vital resource for countries worldwide. International trade routes for oil often shape economic and political relations among nations, while dependence on oil imports or exports in different regions can affect the global balance of power. Oil distribution in the Republic of Croatia relies heavily on the key role of the Adriatic Pipeline (JANAF), serving as the primary oil transport infrastructure in the country. Besides pipelines, oil is distributed via trucks and railways, providing flexibility in delivery to various locations. Ovim radom analizirane su karakteristike brodova za prijevoz nafte i ukapljenih plinova, terminali smješteni na kopnu i odobalni terminali, kao i vrste vezova. Prikazani su tehnološki procesi prekrcaja i skladištenja tekućeg tereta, i to nafte, naftnih derivata i plinova u lukama.When transporting oil, oil derivatives, gas and similar liquid goods, safe handling from the port to the ships or vice versa must be ensured in addition to safe transport. This paper analyses the characteristics of oil and liquefied gas transport vessels, onshore and offshore terminals, and types of jetties.     Maintenance reliability program for a fleet of light training helicopters

    Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je istražiti mogućnost uspostave programa praćenja pouzdanosti za flotu lakih školskih helikoptera u vojnoj organizaciji. Program praćenja pouzdanosti napravljen je na temelju analize i obrade podataka iz eksploatacije flote od šest lakih školskih helikoptera. Ovim istraživanjem dobiva se uvid u pouzdanost lakih školskih helikoptera preko kojih se mogu iznijeti potrebne korektivne mjere u programu održavanju. Specifičnost ovog rada je što se u organizaciji gdje se nalazi flota lakih školskih helikoptera još ne provodi program praćenja pouzdanosti nego je ovaj rad prva analiza takvih podataka.The main goal of this thesis is to explore the possibility of establishment a maintenance reliability program for a fleet of light school helicopters in military organization Maintenance reliability program was created based on the analysis and processing of data from the exploitation of a fleet of six light school helicopters. The research provides an insight into the reliability of light school helicopters, through which the necessary corrective measures in the maintenance program can be presented. The specificity of this work is that the organization where the fleet of light school helicopters is located does not implement a maintenace reliability program yet and this thesis is the first analysis of such data
