Danger Spots Analysis with Proposal Measures to improve Road Safety in the Town of Samobor
Svrha diplomskog rada je usmjerena prema analizi stanja sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i
stanja cestovne infrastrukture u Samoboru. U diplomskom radu su obrazloženi čimbenici
sigurnosti cestovnog prometa i utjecaja prometno-oblikovnih elemenata ceste na sigurnost
cestovnog prometa. Prikupljeni su i obrađeni podaci o prometnim nesrećama u cestovnom
prometu za razdoblje od 2017. godine do 2021. godine na području grada Samobora i prikazani
su u analizama stanja sigurnosti cestovnog prometa. Na osnovu analiza stanja sigurnosti
cestovnog prometa, identificirana su i analizirana najopasnija mjesta u cestovnom prometu
na području grada Samobora. Na opasnim mjestima su objašnjeni nedostaci i predložene su
mjere sanacije s ciljem povećanja sigurnosti na tim mjestima.The purpose of the thesis is directed towards the analysis of the state of road traffic
safety and the state of road infrastructure in Samobor. In graduation thesis are explain the
factors of road traffic safety and the influence of traffic-shaped road elements on road traffic
safety. Data on traffic accidents in road traffic for the period from 2017th to 2021st in the area
of the town of Samobor were collected and processed and presented in analyzes of the state
of road traffic safety. Based on the analysis of the state of road traffic safety, the most
dangerous places in road traffic in the area of the town of Samobor were identified and
analyzed. Deficiencies in dangerous places are explained and remedial measures are proposed
with the aim of increasing safety in those places
Analysis of Test Flight Parametars on the Bell 206B III Jetranger Helicopter After Maintenance
U ovom diplomskom radu analizira se provođenje probnih letova na helikopteru Bell
206B III JetRanger. Opisane su karakteristike helikoptera Bell 206B III JetRanger u smislu
povijesti razvoja, primjene te performansi leta. Objašnjen je način održavanja zrakoplova u
vojnoj organizaciji na primjeru helikoptera Bell 206B III JetRanger. U radu su također prikazani
podaci o održavanju helikoptera tijekom 12 mjeseci praćenja te njihova planirana i neplanirana
održavanja. Nabrojene su i analizirane neke neispravnosti koje su se pojavljivale u tom periodu
te su opisani načini provođenja probnih letova od pripreme za let do analize podataka nakon
leta.In this thesis is analyzed the conduct of test flights on the Bell 206B III JetRanger
helicopter. The characteristics of the Bell 206B III JetRanger helicopter are described in terms
of history development, application of the helicopter and flight performance. The method of
aircraft maintenance in the military organization, as well as the Bell 206B III JetRanger
helicopter in particular, is also explained. This thesis also presents maintenance data of three
helicopters during 12 months of monitoring and their scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Some malfunctions that appeared during that period were listed and analyzed, also the methods
of conducting test flights, from flight preparation to post-flight data analysis, were described

Videokonferencijska komunikacija postaje sve popularniji element suvremenog informacijskog i
komunikacijskog društva. Videokonferencijski sustavi svojim su tehnološkim mogućnostima
zamaglili granice prostora i vremena. Ova vrsta komunikacije će u nadolazećim godinama imati
sve veći utjecaj i postati neizostavan dio svakodnevne komunikacije svakog pojedinca, stoga se u
ovom radu preciznije prikazuju videokonferencijske usluge s tehnološkog i društvenoznanstvenog stajališta. Predstavljen je razvoj videokonferencije, videokonferencije visoke
razlučivosti i zajedničko korištenje videokonferencijskih sustava. Uz to je analizirana kvaliteta
videokonferencijskih usluga i predstavljene su pozitivne karakteristike korištenja tih usluga. Kroz
analizu ankete o kvaliteti videokonferencijskih usluga, dolazi se do zaključka kako korisnici
videokonferencijskih usluga mogu postati frustrirani ako drugi sudionici konferencije nisu
upoznati s aplikacijom koja se koristi za održavanje konferencije, ali i ako kvaliteta videa i zvuka
nisu dobre. Također, veoma je važan i dizajn aplikacije te jednostavnost korištenja.Videoconference communication is becoming an increasingly popular element of the modern
information and communication society. Videoconferencing systems have blurred the boundaries
of space and time with their technological capabilities. In the coming years, this type of
communication will have an increasing influence and become an indispensable part of every
individual's daily communication, therefore, in this paper, videoconferencing services are
presented more precisely from a technological and socio-scientific point of view. The development
of videoconferencing, high definition videoconferencing and joint use of videoconferencing
systems are presented. In addition, the quality of videoconferencing services was analyzed and the
positive characteristics of the use of these services were presented. Through the analysis of the
survey on the quality of videoconferencing services, the conclusion is reached that users of
videoconferencing services can become frustrated if other conference participants are not familiar
with the application used to hold the conference, but also if the video and sound quality are not

Analysis of Traffic Signalization in the Trešnjevka District in the City of Zagreb
Analizom prometne signalizacije na području gradske četvrti Trešnjevka u gradu
Zagrebu obavit će se pregled prometnih znakova, horizontalne signalizacije i prometne opreme
u svrhu identificiranja nepravilnosti i nedostataka postojeće prometne signalizacije. Ciljevi
istraživanja su analizirati postojeće prometne znakove, signalizaciju i opremu na cesti,
uključujući oštećene, dotrajale ili neadekvatno postavljene prometne znakove, prometne
znakove koji nisu u skladu s Pravilnikom o prometnim znakovima, signalizaciji i opremi na
cesti te prometne znakove koji su postavljeni na nepreglednim mjestima, kao i problematične
dijelove horizontalne signalizacije. Prijedlozima novih rješenja vezanih za postavljanje,
obnavljanje, zamjenu ili uklanjanje prometne signalizacije na području Trešnjevke nastojat će
se povećati protočnost prometa kao i sigurnost svih sudionika u prometu.By analyzing the traffic signalization in the Trešnjevka district of Zagreb, an inspection
of traffic signalization, road markings, and traffic equipment will be conducted to identify
irregularities and deficiencies in the existing traffic signalization. The objectives of the research
are to analyze the current traffic signs, road markings, and equipment, including damaged, worn
out, or inadequately placed signs, signs that do not comply with the Regulation on traffic signs,
signalization and road equipment, as well as signs placed in unobservable locations, and
problematic sections of horizontal signalization. The proposed new solutions for the
installation, renewal, replacement, or removal of traffic signalization in the Trešnjevka area aim
to improve traffic flow and enhance the safety of all road users
Analysis of the Benefits of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for the Air Traffic Management System
Bespilotne letjelice donose višestruke koristi različitim korisnicima, što je i razlog njihove
sve veće prisutnosti i prihvaćenosti u različitim poslovnim sektorima. Primjerice, pregled
literature u području istraživanja ukazuje na to da je tematika integracije bespilotnih letjelica u
kontrolirani zračni prostorom podjednako relevantna sa znanstvenog i stručnog, odnosno s
istraživačko-razvojnog, regulatornog i aplikativnog aspekta. Međutim, predmetno istraživanje
radi odmak od postojeće literature tako da rad sadržajno definira i opisuje koristi integracije i
primjene bespilotnih letjelica u odnosu na druge korisnike zračnog prostora, usluge u zračnoj
plovidbi i općenito sustav upravljanja zračnim prometom. Na tragu navedenog, rad prikazuje
ishode analize koristi bespilotnih letjelica za sustav upravljanja zračnim prometom,
artikuliranih kroz četiri ključna područja performansi sustava - kapacitet, sigurnost, troškovna
učinkovitost i okoliš. Na taj način istraživanje proširuje postojeću literaturu i pridonosi daljnjem
istraživanju i razvoju u području istraživanja.Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) bring multiple benefits to various users, which is why
they are increasingly present and accepted across different business sectors. For instance, a
review of the literature in the field of research indicates that the topic of integrating UAVs into
controlled airspace is equally relevant from a scientific and professional standpoint, as well as
from a research-developmental, regulatory, and applicative perspective. However, this study
departs from the existing literature by defining and describing the benefits of UAV integration
and application in relation to other Airspace Users (AUs), Air Navigation Services (ANS), and
the overall Air Traffic Management (ATM) system. In line with this, the study presents the
outcomes of an analysis of the benefits of UAVs for the ATM system, articulated through four
Key Performance Areas (KPA) of system - capacity, safety, cost-efficiency, and environment.
In this way, the research expands the existing literature and contributes to further Research and
Development (R&D) in the field of study
Analysis of the impact of traffic on noise pollution in urban areas
Rad istražuje problem zagađenja bukom uzrokovanom cestovnim prometom, s naglaskom na urbane sredine. Istraživanje se fokusira na izvore buke kao i njezine negativne učinke na ljudsko zdravlje, okoliš i ekosustave. Rad iznosi postojeće zakonske mjere, upravljanje prometom i infrastrukturna rješenja za smanjenje buke. Svrha rada je istražiti problematiku zagađenja bukom uzrokovanog prometom te njegove negativne posljedice na ljudsko zdravlje, okoliš i ekosustave. Cilj je istražiti problem zagađenja bukom te ponuditi učinkovite strategije za smanjenje zagađenja. Rad donosi primjere uspješnih mjera iz prakse. Na temelju istraženih podataka, rad donosi preporuke za daljnje aktivnosti u cilju smanjenja zagađenja bukom, uključujući jačanje regulative, poticanje inovacija u prometnom sektoru i edukaciju javnosti o utjecajima buke.The paper investigates the problem of noise pollution caused by road traffic, with an emphasis on urban environments. The research focuses on the sources of noise as well as it's negative effects on human health, the environment and ecosystems. The paper presents existing legal measures, traffic management and infrastructure solutions for noise reduction. The purpose of the work is to investigate the problem of noise pollution caused by traffic and its negative consequences on human health, the environment and ecosystems. The goal is to investigate the problem of noise pollution and offer effective strategies for reducing pollution. The paper provides examples of successful measures from practice. Based on the researched data, the paper makes recommendations for further activities aimed at reducing noise pollution, including strengthening regulations, encouraging innovations in the transport sector and educating the public about the effects of noise
Analysis of organization of machine transport
Cilj ovoga diplomskoga rada bila je analiza organizacije prijevoza strojeva. Analiza se
vršila na prijevozu koji se odvijao na relaciji Irska - Hrvatska. Tvrtka za gospodarenje otpadom
INTERZERO unajmila je tvrtku HUBBIG koja djeluje kao posrednik, da organizira prijevoz
stroja za gospodarenjem otpadom CX20 koji se nalazi unutar 40'HQ kontejnera.
Prvi dio diplomskog rada bavi se teorijskim dijelom logističkih procesa u prijevozu.
Definiranjem logističkih termina, usporedbom prijevoznih kapaciteta i modova prijevoza te
dodjeljivanjem uloga subjektima na tržištu prijevoznih kapaciteta. Drugi dio rada prati tijek
događanja od slanja upita sve do prihvaćanja ponude te krajnje realizacije. Na početku drugog
dijela analizira se dobiveni upit. Nadalje, detaljno je opisan način pronalaska prijevoznih
kapaciteta kao i manipulacijskih sredstava. U radu je objašnjeno na koji se način postavljaju
uvjeti prilikom odabira odgovarajućih prijevoznika prema zemlji utovara, tipu vozila i periodu
prikupa. Isto tako postavljeni su posebni uvjeti za odabir pružatelja manipulacijske usluge.
Definiranjem potrebnih uvjeta i prihvaćanjem ponude od strane klijenta, daljnji dio rada se
odnosi na analizu prijevoza i prikaz rizika. Analizom je utvrđeno da je zbog zanemarivanja
rizika u prijevozu došlo do kašnjenja u isporuci što je na kraju rezultiralo dodatnim troškovima,
Na posljetku pruženi su prijedlozi poboljšanja organizacije prijevoza.The aim of this master thesis was the analysis of the organization of machine transport.
The analysis was carried out on the transport that took place between Ireland and Croatia. The
waste management company INTERZERO hired HUBBIG, acting as an intermediary, to
organize the transport of the CX20 waste management machine inside a 40'HQ container.
The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical part of logistics processes in
transportation. By defining logistics terms, comparing transport capacities and modes of
transport, and assigning roles to entities on the market of transport capacities. The second part
of the work follows the course of events from the sending the inquiry until the acceptance of
the offer to the final realization of transport. At the beginning of the second part, the obtained
query is analyzed. Furthermore, the method of finding transport capacities as well as
manipulation means is described in detail. The paper explains how the conditions are set when
selecting suitable carriers according to the loading area, vehicle type and collection period.
Special conditions have also been set for the selection of a manipulation service provider. By
defining the necessary conditions and accepting the offer by the client, the further part of the
work is related to the transport analysis and risk assessment. The analysis determined that due
to the neglect of risks in transportation, there was a delay in delivery, which eventually resulted
in additional costs. Finally, suggestions for improving the organization of transportation were
provided as a possible solution
Analysis of the aplication of the billing system in the operation of the network operator
Razvoj informacijskog sustava omogućio je uspješnije i modernije poslovanje u suvremenoj okolini koja podliježe brojnim izazovima. Troškovi razvoja i modeliranja informacijskog sustava u poslovnim organizacijama zahtijevali su visoka financijska sredstva sve do pojave jezika za modeliranje, Unified Modeling Language (UML), što je dovelo do bolje efikasnosti rada i isplativosti u brojnim poslovnim okruženjima. Informacijski sustav u direktnoj je povezanosti s modulima za naplatu i korisničkom podrškom. Sustavi naplate i korisnička podrška poveznica su između krajnjih korisnika usluga i korisničke opreme te komunikacijske mreže. Korisnička podrška predstavlja podršku koja se pruža postojećim i potencijalnim korisnicima usluga ili proizvoda u svrhu omogućavanja što boljeg korisničkog iskustva/doživljaja. Dobra korisnička podrška vrlo je važna, možda čak i među najvažnijim faktorima za zadržavanje postojećih i privlačenje novih kupaca, ali i za unapređenje poslovanja.The development of the information system enabled more successful and modern business operations in the modern turbulent environment which is subject to changing conditions. The cost of information system development was high until the Unified Modeling Language (UML) was introduced. The information system is directly connected to payment platforms and customer service. The billing system converts bits and bytes of transmitted information such as IPTV and other services offered in multimedia distribution networks, into money received by service providers. Billing systems and customer support are the links between end users and communication network equipment, and are the key milestone that makes the difference in the quality of a product, good or service, based on which customers will respond. Customer support is the assistance provided to existing and potential users of a service or product to provide a better user experience. Good customer support is very important, perhaps one of the most important factors in retaining existing and attracting new ones, but also in improving business
Impact of Cumulative Flight and Cabin Crew Work Restrictions on The Crew Planning Process
Ovim diplomskim radom nastoje se prikazati i analizirati kumulativna ograničenja rada posada zrakoplova te njihov utjecaj na odvijanje procesa planiranja posada. U sklopu regulativa europske unije, EU Reg. 965/2012 i EU Reg. 83/2014. propisana su ograničenja kojima je regulirano radno vrijeme i vrijeme odmora za članove posade. Cilj propisanih ograničenja je suzbijanje rizika od pojave umora te sprječavanje posljedičnog ugrožavanja sigurnosti leta. U radu su opisana ključna ograničenja iz spomenutih regulativa te razmotrena ona za koje je uočeno da se mogu dodatno unaprijediti po pitanju umora kojeg impliciraju. Osim toga, u radu je analizirana i metodologija rješavanja kombinatornih problema kod dodjeljivanja posada na pojedine letove uslijed pojave poremećaja na dan operacije.This final paper aims to show and analyze the cumulative limitations of the work of aircraft crews and their influence on the development of the crew planning process. As part of the regulations of the European Union, EU Reg. 965/2012 and EU Reg. 83/2014. there are restrictions that regulate the working time and rest time for crew members. The aim of the prescribed restrictions is to prevent the risk of fatigue and to prevent the consequent endangerment of flight safety. The paper describes the key limitations from the aforementioned regulations and discusses those that can be further improved in terms of the fatigue they imply. In addition, the paper also analyzes the methodology for solving combinatorial problems when assigning crews to individual flights due to the occurrence of disturbances on the day of the operation
Methods for Organization and Development of Production Logistics
Rad obuhvaća detaljan pregled osnovnih koncepta proizvodne logistike, uključujući upravljanje nabavom, zalihama, planiranje i kontrolu proizvodnje, te integraciju s lancem opskrbe. Posebna pažnja posvećena je primjeni suvremenih metoda poput Lean menadžmenta, Kanban sustava, Kaizen metoda, i Just in Time proizvodnje, koje doprinose efikasnosti i agilnosti proizvodnih procesa. Tema "Metode organizacije i unapređenja proizvodne logistike" detaljno analizira i evaluaciju različitih metodologija u praksi koje su usmjerene na poboljšanje proizvodnih procesa. Fokus rada je na identifikaciji i primjeni efikasnih metoda organizacije proizvodne logistike s ciljem optimizacije procesa, smanjenja troškova, i povećanja kvalitete usluga u proizvodnim procesa.The thesis provides a detailed overview of the basic concepts of production logistics, including supply management, inventory management, production planning and control, and integration with the supply chain. Special attention is given to the application of modern methods such as Lean management, Kanban systems, Kaizen methods, and Just in Time production, which contribute to the efficiency and agility of production processes. The topic "Methods of Organization and Improvement of Production Logistics" presents a detailed analysis and evaluation of various methodologies in practice that are aimed at improving production logistics processes. The focus of the thesis is on identifying and applying effective methods of organizing production logistics in order to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase the quality of services in production processes
