    Analysis of Passenger and Vehicle Traffic in the City Port Basin of the Port of Split

    Luka Split najveća je putnička luka Dalmacije te svake godine bilježi sve veći broj putnika i vozila. Obzirom na navedeno, neophodno je da ista posjeduje dobre infrastrukturne i suprastrukturne objekte za opsluživanje putnika i vozila te brodova koji se izmjenjuju u velikom broju. U ovom radu napravljen je osvrt na bazen Gradske luke te je na temelju dostupnih podataka iz Hrvatskog integriranog pomorskog informacijskog sustava (CIMIS) analiziran promet putnika i brodova za razdoblje 2018. – 2022. godine, dok je za analizu prometa vozila korištena statistička baza Agencije za obalni linijski pomorski promet. Također su prikazani tokovi kretanja putnika i vozila u luci.The port of Split is the largest passenger port in Dalmatia, with an increasing number of passengers and vehicles every year. Therefore, it is important that it has a good infrastructure and superstructure to serve the passengers, vehicles and vessels that alternate in large numbers. The paper provides an overview of the City port basin and, based on the available data from the Croatian Integrated Maritime Information System (CIMIS), analyses the traffic of passengers and vessels for the period 2018 – 2022, while a statistical database of the Costal Liner Traffic Agency was used for the analysis of vehicle traffic. The passenger and vehicle traffic flows in the city harbour are also shown

    Svrha ovoga rada bila je analizirati negativne učinke bežičnih komunikacijskih sustava na ljudsko zdravlje. Bežične komunikacije su smatrane, temeljem svih mjera, najbrže rastućim segmentom komunikacijske industrije. Danas bežična komunikacija drastično utječe na način na koji ljudi žive, rade, igraju igre i komuniciraju s ljudima i svijetom. Širom svijeta postoje milijarde pretplatnika na mobilne telefone, a širok raspon uređaja osim telefona koristi mobilnu tehnologiju za svoje povezivanje. Ljudi su izloženi raznim vrstama prirodnog i umjetnog neionizirajućeg zračenja koje može posjedovati visoke frekvencije koje dolaze od mobilnih telefona, radara, primjene inukcijskih grijača u industriji i slično, te niske frekvencije od dalekovoda. Elektromagnetska polja stvaraju veliki izbor izvora zračenja, poput električne opreme, osobnih komunikacijskih uređaja, uredske opreme i potrošačkih proizvoda. Korištenje bežičnih komunikacija utječe na elektromagnetsko okruženje, a kao posljedica toga postoji implicitna potreba za osiguranjem sigurnosti profesionalne i opće javnosti, kao i ispravnih radnih uvjeta električne i elektroničke opreme i ostalih korištenih uređaja. Međutim, važno je da pojedinci poduzmu korake kako bi smanjili svoju izloženost elektromagnetskim poljima, a za organizacije da uspostave smjernice i sigurnosne standarde za korištenje ovih tehnologija kako bi se zaštitilo zdravlje i dobrobit pojedinaca.The purpose of this paper was to analyze the negative effects of wireless communication systems on human health. Wireless communications were considered, by all measures, the fastest growing segment of the communications industry. Today, wireless communication drastically affects the way people live, work, play games and communicate with people and the world. There are billions of mobile phone subscribers worldwide, and a wide range of devices other than phones use mobile technology for their connectivity. People are exposed to various types of natural and artificial non-ionizing radiation, which can have high frequencies coming from mobile phones, radars, the application of induction heaters in industry, and the like, and low frequencies from transmission lines. Electromagnetic fields generate a wide variety of radiation sources, such as electrical equipment, personal communication devices, office equipment and consumer products. The use of wireless communications affects the electromagnetic environment, and as a consequence there is an implicit need to ensure the safety of the professional and general public, as well as the correct working conditions of electrical and electronic equipment and other devices used. However, it is important for individuals to take steps to reduce their exposure to electromagnetic fields and for organizations to establish guidelines and safety standards for the use of these technologies to protect the health and well-being of individuals

    Svaka organizacija za vođenje kontinuirane plovidbenosti i održavanje zrakoplova mora posjedovati važeći certifikat organizacije, te može djelovati isključivo u skladu s odobrenim opsegom radova. Ukoliko organizacija želi proširiti odobreni opseg radova, potrebno je ispuniti zahtjeve mjerodavnih zrakoplovnih propisa, te nadležnom zrakoplovnom regulatornom tijelu dostaviti dokaze o ispunjenju tih zahtjeva. U ovom radu su navedeni i analizirani ti zahtjevi, a pri tome je stavljen naglasak na očuvanje zadovoljavajuće razine sigurnosti zrakoplovnih operacija.Every continuing airworthiness management organization and maintenance organization needs to possess valid certificate of organisation, and can work exclusively in accordance with approved scope of work. If the organisation wishes to expand its approved scope of work, it is required to fulfill the requirements of applicable law, and deliver the proof of fulfillment to the competent aviation regulatory authority. In this thesis those requirements are stated and analized, and emphasis is placed on maintaining the satisfactory level of safety of aviation operations

    S obzirom na sve veću potrebu za održivim prijevozom i smanjenjem emisija štetnih plinova, hibridni i električni autobusi postaju ključni elementi urbanog prijevoza. Analiza njihovih tehničko-eksploatacijskih karakteristika neophodna je za razumijevanje njihovih performansi, autonomije i utjecaja na okoliš. Hibridni autobusi koriste kombinaciju motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem i električnog motora, dok su električni autobusi u potpunosti pokretani baterijama ili gorivim ćelijama. Rad obuhvaća analizu performansi, infrastrukture punjenja, ekonomskih aspekata i ekoloških utjecaja ovih vozila, te nudi uvid u njihove prednosti, nedostatke i buduće perspektive. Strukturiran je u šest glavnih poglavlja koja pokrivaju povijesni razvoj, tehničke značajke, specifične tehnologije hibridnih i električnih autobusa, te komparativnu analizu rezultata.Given the increasing need for sustainable transportation and the reduction of harmful gas emissions, hybrid and electric buses are becoming key elements of urban transport. Analyzing their technical-operational characteristics is essential for understanding their performance, range, and environmental impact. Hybrid buses use a combination of an internal combustion engine and an electric motor, while electric buses are entirely powered by batteries or fuel cells. The study encompasses the analysis of performance, charging infrastructure, economic aspects, and environmental impacts of these vehicles, providing insights into their advantages, disadvantages, and future prospects. It is structured into six main chapters covering the historical development, technical features, specific technologies of hybrid and electric buses, and a comparative analysis of the results

    Ovaj rad istražuje utjecaj cestovnog prometa na zagađenje zraka i klimatske promjene u Republici Hrvatskoj. Cestovni promet je jedan od glavnih izvora emisije štetnih plinova, uključujući ugljikov dioksid [CO2], dušikove okside [NOx] i čestice [PM], koji značajno doprinose zagađenju zraka. U radu se analizira postojeća situacija u Republici Hrvatskoj, a također se razmatraju posljedice zagađenja zraka na zdravlje ljudi i ekosustave, kao i doprinos prometa klimatskim promjenama, posebno kroz emisiju stakleničkih plinova. U radu se također prikazuje trend promjene količine emisija prethodnih godina kao i prognozu budućih količina emisija ispušnih plinova, te uključujući promicanje održive mobilnosti i korištenje alternativnih izvora energije. Izračun emisija u radu se vrši pomoću alata COPERT, a dobiveni rezultati daju uvid u buduće kretanja emisija.This paper explores the impact of road traffic on air pollution and climate change in the Republic of Croatia. Road traffic is one of the main sources of harmful gas emissions, including carbon dioxide [CO2], nitrogen oxides [NOx], and particulate matter [PM], which significantly contribute to air pollution. The paper analyzes the current situation in the Republic of Croatia and examines the effects of air pollution on human health and ecosystems, as well as the contribution of traffic to climate change, particularly through the emission of greenhouse gases. The paper also presents the trend in emission changes over previous years and provides a forecast for future exhaust gas emissions, including the promotion of sustainable mobility and the use of alternative energy sources. Emission calculations are carried out using the COPERT tool, and the obtained results provide insight into future emission trends

    Zbog svojih dimenzija i mase, vangabaritni tereti zahtijevaju posebno organiziran prijevoz vozilima koji odgovaraju potrebnim dozvolama i pravilima. Organizacija prijevoza vangabaritnih tereta je zahtjevan i složen proces koji je zakonski reguliran Pravilnikom o izvanrednom prijevozu. Zbog sigurnosti potrebno je odabrati odgovarajuću rutu, vozila te prikupiti sve potrebne dozvole. Organizacijom prijevoza navedenih tereta bave se špediterske tvrtke specijalizirane za prijevoz vangabaritnog tereta dok glavnu ulogu u procesu organiziranja prijevoza ima špediter. Organizacija prijevoza vangabaritnog tereta biti će prikazana na temelju ustupljenih podataka iz tvrtke Zagrebtrans d.o.o, specijalizirane za prijevoz specijalnih tereta.Due to their dimensions and mass, oversized loads require specially organized vehicle transport that corresponds to the necessary permits and rules. The organization of the transport of oversized cargoes is a demanding and complex process that is legally regulated by the Ordinance on Extraordinary Transport. For safety, it is necessary to choose the appropriate route, vehicles and get all the necessary permits. The organization of the transport of the mentioned cargo is handled by forwarding companies specializing in the transport of oversized cargo, while the forwarder plays a major role in the process of organizing the transport. The organization of the transport of oversized cargo will be presented on the basis of the provided data from the company Zagrebtrans doo, which specializes in the transport of special cargo

    Sigurnost cestovnog prometa ovisi o različitim čimbenicima, uključujući tehničke karakteristike vozila. Poseban naglasak stavlja se na utjecaj tlaka zraka u pneumaticima na razliku između izmjerene brzine tahografa i ograničivača brzine. Kroz teoretsku i empirijsku analizu primijenjenu za dokazivanje postavljene hipoteze diplomskog rada, razmatraju se čimbenici sigurnosti, tehnička svojstva vozila te uloga tahografa. Istražuje se kako promjene tlaka u pneumaticima utječu na brzinu, radijus kotača i impulse na izlazu iz mjenjača, te se predlažu mjere za poboljšanje sigurnosti prometa. U procesu obavljenog istraživanja obuhvaćena su vozila N2 i N3 kategorije, s detaljnim prikazom rezultata mjerenja radijusa i impulsa pri različitim uvjetima tlaka pneumatika.Road traffic safety depends on various factors, including the technical characteristics of vehicles. Special emphasis is placed on the influence of tire air pressure on the difference between the speed measured by the tachograph and the speed limiter. Through theoretical and empirical analysis applied to prove the hypothesis of the thesis, factors of safety, technical characteristics of the vehicle, and the role of the tachograph are considered. The impact of changes in tire pressure on speed, wheel radius, and output impulses from the transmission is examined, and measures for improving traffic safety are proposed. The research process covered vehicles of categories N2 and N3, with a detailed presentation of the measurement results of the radius and impulses under different tire pressure conditions

    Europska unija prepoznaje važnost intermodalnog prijevoza za postizanje održivog, efikasnog i konkurentnog prometnog sustava. Intermodalnost obuhvaća prijevoz robe u jednoj utovarnoj jedinici, kombinacijom više načina prijevoza: cestovni, željeznički, zračni ili prijevoz plovnim putovima. Europska unija se zalaže za smanjenje štetnih stakleničkih plinova, poboljšanje čitave infrastrukture te integraciju i modernizaciju prometnica unutar Transeuropske prometne mreže. Za razvoj europskog prometnog sustava Republika Hrvatska je od velikog značaja upravo zbog svog povoljnog geoprometnog položaja. Razvojem intermodalnih rješenja Europska unija ne samo da unapređuje svoju prometnu infrastrukturu, već ostvaruje i ekološku i ekonomsku održivost.The European Union recognizes the importance of intermodal transport for achieving a sustainable, efficient and competitive transport system. Intermodality includes the transport of goods in one loading unit, by combining several modes of transport: road, rail, air or waterways. The European Union advocates for the reduction of harmful greenhouse gases, the improvement of the entire infrastructure and the integration and modernization of roads within the TransEuropean transport network. For the development of the European transport system, the Republic of Croatia is of great importance precisely because of its favorable geographical location. By developing intermodal solutions, the European Union not only improves its transport infrastructure, but also achieves environmental and economic sustainability

    Izračun mase i pozicije težišta zrakoplova ključni je dio letne dokumentacije. Postoji više načina određivanja mase putnika i tereta od kojih su neki više, a neki manje precizni. Masa putnika i njihove prtljage ovisi o brojnim čimbenicima kao što su podneblje na aerodromu odlaska, godišnje doba te klima na destinaciji. Kako bi se točnije odredilo opterećenje zrakoplova i povećala sigurnost letenja poželjno je koristiti mase putnika što bliže realnim masama. U tu svrhu moguće je provesti studiju kojom se utvrđuju posebne revidirane standardne mase putnika. Ovaj rad temelji se na takvoj studiji.The calculation of mass and centre of gravity is the key part of flight documentation. There are more ways of determining passenger mass, some of which are more or less precise. Mass of passengers and their baggage depends on numerous factors such as climate at departure aerodrome, season and climate at the destination. In order to precisely determine load on the aircraft and increase the flight safety it is desireable to use such masses as close to the real masses. For this purpose it is possible to carry out a survey which will determine special revised standard passenger mass. This thesis is based on such survey
