Здійснено аналіз макроекономічних тенденцій і залежностей, які породжені дисбалансами, викликаними недосконалим менеджментом у сфері здійснення управління боргом в Україні. Основна взаємозалежність, що досліджується, — це залежність між методами здійснення процесу управління борговими зобов’язаннями та забезпеченням економічного зростання економіки, подолання основних макроекономічних дисбалансів розвитку та пропозиції щодо оптимізації процесу управління боргом задля досягнення макроекономічної стабільності.The article is devoted to evaluation of national debt management from points of view of popular macroeconomic theories by representatives of different scientific schools. We analyzed macroeconomic tendencies and dependences evoked by disbalances from imperfect debt management in Ukraine. The main interdependence, which is being investigated, is between methods of acting upon the process of debt obligation management and providing economy’s growth, overcoming main macroeconomic growth disbalances and suggestions as for debt management process optimization in order to achieve macroeconomic stability

Проаналізовано динаміку індексів обсягу виробництва та експорту сільськогосподарської продукції та продуктивності праці на сільськогосподарських підприємствах в Україні. Розглянуто систему підтримки експортної діяльності сільськогосподарських компаній, яка включає такі підсистеми: суб’єктів управління — органи державної влади всіх рівнів; об’єктів управління — сільськогосподарські компанії різних організаційно-правових форм та власності, яка забезпечить взаємозв’язки між всіма підсистемами та уникнення конфлікту інтересів суб’єктів управління при прийнятті рішень та визначення заходів з їх реалізації.This article explores the development system to support exports of agricultural companies. The work highlights the dynamics of the indices of production and export of agricultural production and productivity in agricultural enterprises in Ukraine. The system of support of exports of agricultural companies, which includes the following subsystems: business administration — public authorities at all levels; facilities management — agricultural companies of different legal forms and ownership that will ensure all interactions between subsystems and avoid conflict of interests of management in making decisions and determining measures for their implementation. Improvement of support exports of agricultural companies is a way out of the crisis Ukraine's economy, increased productivity of agricultural companies of different legal forms that will promote food security and international competitiveness of products; improve Ukraine's balance of payments; structural changes and modernization of domestic agricultural production, production safety and product quality in the agricultural sector, increasing income of agricultural companies of different legal forms. System support exports of agricultural companies should consider appropriate structural changes in the domestic production; creating demand in EU trade partners; compliance with Ukrainian agricultural products of sanitary and phytosanitary requirements of the EU

The aim of the article is to define the role of crowdfunding for social and economic development, the role for business in particular, and to assess crowdfunding prospects as a tool of funding for Ukrainian SME`s.У статті виділено основні проблеми розвитку малого та середнього бізнесу в Україні, визначено основе значення краудфандингу для бізнесу та види краудфандингу в залежності від критерію винагороди. Проаналізовано динаміку обсягів краудфандингу за 2012–2015 рр. у світі з виділенням окремих видів краудфандингу та проведено оцінку територіального розподілу залучених фінансових ресурсів від краудфандингу за континентами у 2015 році та їх темпів росту. Визначено основні складові механізму функціонування краудфандингової платформи та типи краудфандингових платформ в залежності від різних критеріїв. Проаналізовано стан ринку капіталу краудфандингу в Україні та окреслено основні проблеми розвитку даного вида фінансування як суб’єктивного, так і об’єктивного характеру. Розроблено алгоритм реалізації успішного проекту через краудфандинг та запропоновано заходи щодо усунення існуючих проблем з метою розвитку сектору малого та середнього бізнесу за рахунок підвищення рівня фінансування стартапів.The basic problems of development of small and medium business in Ukraine are defined in the article. Besides, the value of crowdfunding for business and the types of crowdfunding depending on the criterion of remuneration are determined. Research analyses dynamics of crowdfunding volumes for 2012–2015 in the world according to the allocation of certain types of crowdfunding and the assessment of the territorial distribution of funds raised from crowdfunding on the different continents in 2015 and their annual growth rate percentage. The main components of the mechanism of functioning of crowdfunding platforms and the types of crowdfunding platforms depending on various criteria are identified. The article analyzes the state of capital market of crowdfunding in Ukraine and identifies key problems of the development of this type of financing, both subjective and objective in nature. There has been developed the algorithm of a successful project implementation through crowdfunding. Measures to address existing problems with the aim of developing the sector of small and medium business by improving the level of funding startups are among proposals
