2013—2015 гг., показал, что услуги финансового аутсорсинга (F&A), оказываемые компаниями аутсорсерами, зачастую на бюджетной основе, способствуют: сконцентрироваться предприятиям малого и среднего бизнеса (МСБ) на основных бизнес-процессах; снизить затраты на финансовое управление; получить высококвалифицированные услуги в области учета, формирования финансовой отчетности и управления финансами; повышению результативности деятельности предприятий МСБ.The analysis of the foreign practice concerning to the rendering of the outsourcing services for the enterprises which are located in the international regional market, during the period of 2013-2015 years, shows that the services of the financial outsorcing (F&A), which very often have been rended by the companies-outsourcerers at the budget`s costs, contributed to: concentrate to the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the main business-processes, reduce expenses for the financial management, obtain the high qualified services in the sphere of the accounting, the financial reports formation and the financial management; increase the results of activity of the small and medium enterprises
