A Study of Hegel's "Science of Logic" 12
application/pdfThe Idea is unity of the Notion and the Objectivity.A t first the Idea is an immediate Idea,an d is also the Life.Fi rst the Life unites as oul (the Notion) and ab ody( the Objectivity). Therefore the Notion is realized as as oul in the body.T he Life is the living Individual. Secondlyt he Life relates to the objective World as al iving Individual,a ndi t converts the World into am eans for the Life itself,n amely,th e Life objectifies itself. The living Individual becomes the universal Life,w hich is the Genus. Thirdly there exist relationships between male and female.I n copulation the immediacy of the living Individuality perishes,th e death of this Life is the procession of spirit. The Idea,wl tich as genus is implicit,is now explicit.departmental bulletin pape
Global Group Security
application/pdfThe authors have ever proposed a global TV-conference server system which enable us to do worldwide home-working and a global autonomous decentralized computer system suitable for international cooperative work. Recently, home is being connected to the internet at all times using broadband connections. In this paper, we investigate requirements of network security for these systems, and propose cryptography which can satisfy the requirements.departmental bulletin pape
Influence of Wall Heating on CF2 Radical in CF4 Plasma
application/pdfThe behavior of CF2 radicals was studied as a function of the temperature of the wall of the cylindrical cathode in de-pulsed CF4 hollow cathode discharge plasma. Laser-induced fluorescence was used to examine the temporal behavior and radial distribution of CF2 radical density. The CF2 radical density increased about six times of magnitude by changing the wall temperature between 22℃ and 100℃. The surface loss probability for CF2 radicals was estimated from the radial distribution of the CF2 radical density in the active plasma. The results show that the increase of the CF2 radical density in the heated wall can be interpreted as a decrease in the surface loss probability of CF2 radicals.departmental bulletin pape
Remarks on Weierstrass pairs of ramification points on a bielliptic curve
application/pdfWe construct Weierstrass pairs of ramification points on a bielliptic curve, that is, a double covering of an elliptic curve.departmental bulletin pape
Defect Identification Using Learning Vector Quantization Neural Network
application/pdfThe Learning Vector Quantization (LVQ) neural network is applied to the defect identification problem for structures, which is important when constructing the mathematical model of structures. In this study the eigenmodes of a plate obtained from FEM and the location of the defect contained in that plate are used as the training data for neural network and by giving the unlearned input data to the trained network the position of the defect is identified. As a result the better accuracy is obtained compared to the case obtained by the backpropagation neural network commonly used in the various works.departmental bulletin pape

The Feature of Sensitivity in Natural Images
application/pdfIf the music to which ceveryone can imagine a image is automatically generable, a visually impaired person will think that some information gaps will be overcomed. As the process, analysis and the classification were tried for the feature of a image. The Fast Fourier Transform should be applied to indivisual row corresponding to the image of component in the color distribution. Similarly, it carries out ten sequences of partial image, calculate for the average of ten sequences, and for inclination by the least-squares method. It obtains for inclination of three kinds per image, principal compoment analysis which made this three variables is performed, it considers how the image is located in a line, and the factor is determined.departmental bulletin pape
Dynamical coherent potential approach for the s-f model in antiferromagnetic semiconductors
application/pdfFor the s-fmodel in an antiferromagnetic semiconductor, the effect of the antiferromagnetic ordering of the localized spins on the conduction-electron state is investigated over a wide range of exchange strengths by combining the effective-medium approach with the Green's function in 2 x 2 sublattice Bloch function representation. The band-splitting due to the reduced magnetic Brillouin zone occurs below the Néel temperature. There is a marked effect of the thermal fluctuation of the antiferromagnetically ordered localized spins on the conduction electron at the energies near the top (bottom) of the lower- (higher-) energy subband.departmental bulletin pape
None-contacting Keyboards and Pointing Devices of Lip Detection
application/pdfThis system supports that physically handicapped persons operate computers. The position and the shape of a lip operates a computer indeirectly. A lip is detected on the picture from the video camera using Snakes (active contour model). Therefore, operations which are key input etc., are possible without contacting with input devices. There is also no necessity for attachment and detachment of devices, and we think that this system reduces users' burdens. However, we have not reached to stable detection of the lip in various lighting conditions in the present system. It is expected by adding the further improvement that it is usable also as assistauce of a general-purpose pointing device.departmental bulletin pape
Three Dimensional Recovery by Dynamic Stereo Processing
application/pdfThe purpose of this research is to establish three dimesional recovery method with higher accuracy han any similar method. As a first step, we proposed Dynamic Stereo Processing method that uses dynamic image processing as front processing of stereo image processing in this manuscript. Furthermore, validity of this method was investigated by means of computer simulation. The results showed that information obtained by dynamic image processing was important to characteristic axis point matching between right and left camera image.departmental bulletin pape
