A Proposal of Filter Sharing Method Using Virtual peer for Cluster of P2P Network
Get PDFapplication/pdfIn the P2P network, clustering method is used for search of contents efficiency. The clustering method has a problem which is the diffusion of various harmful contents, as same as the problem of P2P network. In this paper, we propose the shared filtering method using virtual peers for clustering. The virtual peers which is the gathering high-spec peers in a cluster, manages the information of filter and content owners. Get PDFapplication/pdfKyôgen, a traditional Japanese comedic theatre, has more than 650 years of history, whose archetypal roots going much further back. It has maintained a delicate balance with its more serene and ethereal brother theatre art form, Noh. Kyôgen has achieved to express the Japanese sense of humor, reflecting the deep subconscious landscape of the Japanese. Kyôgen's historical sustainability and popularity, then, must derive from its unique comedic way of deviating from the ordinary, of surprising the audience with the unexpected, and of attaining a Kyôgen-style catharsis. The treatise will focus on one major manner of deviation - fear. Of the Kyôgen repertory, close to 300 plays, nearly one fourth of them deal with fear in some form. The negativity of fear, contradictorily, functions as a powerful theatrical means that makes Kyôgen successful. Applying the dynamical coherent potential approximation (Dynamical CPA) to simple models, we have calculated the densityof states (DOS), magnetization curve, enhanced Curie temperatureTC, and electronic resistivity. Construction of recombinant beta-secretase production system and the application to measurement of the activity
Get PDFapplication/pdfAlzheimer disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia. We does not achieved this disease fundamental cure. In AD case, the insoluble amyloid is produced by β and γ secretase by catalyzing the amyloid precursor peptide. Therefore, those enzymes are regarded as the primary target of pharmaceutical development of AD. All the β-secretase inhibitors are substrate analogs, it means that those are competitive and reversible inhibitor. We have developed new methods which can evaluate irreversible enzyme inhibitors easily by flow injection analysis (FIA) system in combination with immobilized enzyme and we would like to apply the β- secretase to the system for evaluation of irreversible agents. In this research, we tried to construct an expression vector for β-secretase and to investigate the optimum condition for obtaining the recombinant β-secretase activity. This is the 3rd strategy for blocking backdoor communication, which is one of egress strategies proposed by "A Guide of Design and Operation for a Countermeasure of Advanced Persistent Threats." This 3rd strategy uses an authentication-based proxy in order to discriminate malware communication and human communication. Even if a malware tries to communicate with a web server on Internet via a proxy server, the malware must be authenticated to pass through the proxy server. In that way, malware communication is blocked, while human communication is permitted. Ferromagnetism and electron states of Eu-rich EuO
Get PDFapplication/pdfIn order to study the electronic states and magnetism of Eu-rich EuO, we have applied the dynamical coherent potential approximation (Dynamical CPA) to a simple model ofEu1_y VyO, The result for the density of states (DOS) well explains the origin and mechanism of the famous metal-insulator transition of Eu-rich EuO. However the result for the defect concentration (y) dependence of Curie temperature Tc does not agree with the experimental observation. We ascribed the reason of the discrepancy for the fault of the model; the correlation effect due to the double occupation of two electrons in a defect is neglected in the present model.departmental bulletin pape
