Investigation of the patient during hospitalization at rehabilitation center in China regarding anxiety about family care
Get PDFapplication/pdfThe purpose of this study was to reveal the relationship of "care anxiety" and ADL of patients and their families in the hospitallizaiton to rehabilitation centers in China. Those survey involved 50. family members of patients who were admitted to the "A rehabilitation center" of China. These patient' impairment was the result of spinal cord injury or brain vascular disease, with the average FIM score of 73.1 (± 22.3) points. 86.0% of the families showed "care anxiety" resulting from the mental burden associated with the care of the disabled family member, as well as not knowing how to care for the person. With respect to the ADL of these patients, family “care anxiety" was due to concerns around toilet activity and self care of the patients. The results of this study show the need for support for families of patients with involvement for acceptance of the disability and methods in helping patients who have paralysis with activities of daily living .departmental bulletin pape
The proportion of numerical semigroups with high conductor

Get PDFapplication/pdfWe have studied the effect of the substrate temperature on the crystalline structure, optical and electrical properties of AZO films. The AZO thin films have been fabricated by RF magnetron sputtering technique with various substrate temperatures of growth parameters. The target was AZO (Al2O3, 2wt% in ZnO). The resistivity, transmittance and crystal orientation of these films were investigated as a function of various substrate temperatures. As a result, a minimum resistivity of 2×10-4 Ωcm and an average transmittance of about 80% in the visible range were obtained for the films deposited at sputtering gas Ar : pressure of 2 Pa, flow rate of 5 sccm, and substrate temperature of 400 ℃. The crystalline structure of the films was confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. [Results and Discussions]One of the important features of child care observed in the subject parents was that they gave priority to living together with families in the island over the life focused on medical care of the child with the hereditary rare disease. Those parents wanted the current public support to be reviewed for more flexible use in consideration of the particular regionality. Furthermore, the support necessary for them was to provide the medical and nursing care of the hereditary disease, and allow those parents to positively make use of the association for patients with the same disease. Numerical Integration by Euler-Maclaurin Formula
Get PDFapplication/pdfEuler-Maclaurin summation formula can be regarded as error evaluation with the value of integration and the value of the numerical integration by the trapezoidal rule. Since the differential coefficients of the function were contained in the error evaluation formula, numerical integration was not performed until now using this. If the Taylor series method which is a kind of automatic differentiation is used in order to solve this problem, the differential coefficients are calculable with sufficient accuracy. If this method is used, it can be expected that an effective numerical-integration formula can be given. In this paper, it is shown that Euler-Maclaurin summation formula with the Taylor series method which give the accuracy differential coefficients becomes an effective numerical integration method as same as other leading numerical integration and equivalent grades. Since the Taylor series method can calculate the value of a function in the singular point of a function with the singularity on appearance with sufficient accuracy, it has the feature which can calculate the numerical integration to a function with the apparent singular with sufficient accuracy.departmental bulletin pape

Comparing with the case of Hegel for example, Nishida's inquiry was much deeper. In Hegel's logic, the movement of the dialectic starts at the category of being, but Nishida inquired of how the category of being itself could be formed at all. In other words, as the category of being is the very starting point of the system of the dialectic in Hegel's logic, Nishida inquired of how the system of dialectic itself could be established. Tosaka Jun, one of Nishida's followers, pointed out such radicalness of Nishida's thought despite his intenstion to criticize it. The mothers' views of raising a preschool children and the influential factors

SPSS ver.20 was used for analysis. The data collected from 229 persons were used in analysis. There were 4 influential factors related to the mothers' views of raising children, which were: The 1st factor "the stresses from child rearing", the 2nd “Feeling anxiety on child rearing", the 3rd “Child rearing positive" and the 4th “Feeling of isolation in child rearing". The result showed a slight correlation among the degrees of satisfaction in the marital relationship, self-efficacy and the ages. Also, the full-time housewives are more likely to feel the “isolation in child rearing", according to the result.
