集団宿泊的行事を生徒と協働で作る― 現地学習を生徒にとっての学びの場とするために ―
Get PDF金沢大学附属高等学校の一年次および二年次に実施される集団宿泊的行事（以下現地学習と記載）について，従来教員主導で行っていた企画・運営に，生徒が主体的にかかわるデザインを施すことで，現地学習の教育的効果がどう変容するか検証する。一年次には，１泊２日の現地学習を丸ごと企画する機会を生徒にあたえ，コンペティションで企画を選定した。選ばれた企画の作成グループが，旅行社・教員と打ち合わせを行い，現地学習の実施・運営まで深く関った。二年次には，３泊４日の現地学習の２日目の企画を行うことを生徒に依頼し，生徒は３コースのプランを作成した。また，現地学習の移動中や宿泊施設でのレクリエーションを行うことについても依頼した。その他の部分については旅行社と教員の打ち合わせで旅程を決定した。
現地学習の設計に上記のデザインを施したうえで実施した現地学習は，企画を行った生徒にとってどのような教育成果をもたらしたか，多くの生徒が宿泊を伴う学校行事である現地学習がどのような教育的意義や効果をもたらしたか分析した。75回生担任団departmental bulletin pape
