ユネスコ国際セクシュアリティ教育ガイダンスを用いた包括的な性教育の実践― 高校生の性的リスク対処意識の向上を目指して ―
Get PDF本実践はユネスコが作成した『国際セクシュアリティ教育ガイダンス』をもとに，生徒の性的リスク対処意識の向上を目的とした。性的リスク対処意識尺度を用いて高校生121名に単元前後でアンケートを実施し，尺度得点の比較を行った。その結果，半数以上の項目で有意な差が見られたり，尺度得点の向上も見られたりした一方で，恋愛に関する項目とセックスに関する意思決定・行動選択に関する項目には有意な差は見られなかった。このことから，ガイダンスを参考に授業をすることで，性的リスク対処意識を向上させることはできるが，使用する教科書に記載のないものは学習指導要領から逸脱する可能性があり授業では扱いにくく，尺度得点の向上は期待できないと考えられる。ライフスキルの獲得を目指す取り組みなどを授業に取り入れたり，学校のカリキュラムを検討し他教科との連携を図ったりしながら，包括的に性教育を実施していくことが重要ではないかと考える。departmental bulletin pape
